Please i submitted the kyc documents yesterday and today was my delivery day and suddenly it shows as "goods are subject to regulatory review" and when i call customer service they are acting weird as if they don't know any language i am really fed up with you guys i am really trying to contact customer care from yesterday no good response please contact me as soon as possible to clear this issue

Fedex is not responding properly to our scheduled delivery of package despite several attempts to reach them.

Called their customer service us, india, submitted email, sent email. Nothing is happening.

Kyc form submitted, aadhar submitted. Sender accepted payment of any taxes through fedex account credit card and yet nothing has been processed.

Fedex india helpline numbers also...

100 masks sent through fedex booking no.[protected] to china a fortnight back but not delivered confirm status at mail lokesh. [protected]@gmail.com.

A shipment that was supposed to be delivered on 28th feb has not been delivered even on 3rd march. And number of follow ups with rhe customer service is not getting any result.. Even though they say the product will be delivered in a few hours, there is no action. The website is not giving any info on when it will be delivered. I have couriered a old used office laptop from usa to india and being charged 94% of declared value as customs clearance charge which i believe is ridiculously high
This stuck in customs for 10 long days.. No update from fedex side, clearance team team contacted on 8th day giving this ridiculous breakup.

I have got an export, import and domestic account open with fedex for my business. Booked two shipment for malasia and china... The shipment are on hold for 3 weeks and the behavior of fedex clearance administrator and customer support represetatives are pathetic, they are chilled and do not take are for the customer.

Going to close the accounts.

I dont understand why the shipment[protected] is pending custom clearance since early am 7 feb 2020.
Every time i call them, it will be cleared.
They tell some one will call you back but they never do.

This is a bad practice where a express shipments are delayed.
Bad practice.
Will never use fed ex in future.

When i contact to the customer support of fedex kyc and actually sender send me product by my another name by mistake but just name is different and surname are same and also shipping address
