Our shipment with tracking id[protected] is in custom clearance for 2 weeks but no response we are getting from customer care that when we will our package get released as a consequence our customer has cancelled the order and we have to bear the loss for the same. Our supplier told us to take it from dhl but we forced them to send it through fedex as we need urgently but i think we have done a mistake too much disappointed

    My parcel with tracking no[protected] arrived india on 8 may. It was shipped from ca usa and it is still not delivered. I understand you have different priorities now and for that 1 week at max delay is digestible (At max).
    Now it's two weeks. It's something important. Why can't you get that? Do something asap. I want my parcel. And stop lying over calls and being rude.
    FedEx customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I have an order that was shipped on 08-may-2020 (Kolkata - dehradun) and it was promised to me that my order will be delivered within 4-5 working days.
      It has been 11 days as of now and i still haven't received the order. I understand that there are delays in orders because of the covid situation but the fedex customer care service is pathetic as they do not provide transparency regarding tracking service and providing misleading information. After a week from shipping date i called the customer care and they assured me the order will be delivered within next 24-48. The shipment was to follow mumbai-gurgaon-dehradun as per the customer care executive but the shipment is in ambala as per the tracking service. The tracking service in this case also does not provide any delay information and updated delivery date & time. Also, i've been trying to reach customer care but their numbers are switched off.
      I would not recommend fedex service to anyone as it is very unprofessional.

          I got printed stickers in china and imported to india through fedex. It was scheduled to deliver on 2nd may 2020 as per told by fedex china. Today is 8th may and i tried contacting local fedex in india but they didn't care to send me any reply of my email. I tried calling their toll free number which is saying switched off.
          It seems to me big scam by fedex. It is my first time using fedex. I will never recommend any one to use this fraud company.

          It is more than one week over since goods arrived at bangalore airport and Fedex not responding my email or phone call. Never used this company, They are liar. They told to deliver on 2nd May still no contact from them. I sent so many emails to them but no response.

          It's very important package and it's not delivered yet. Now who is responsible for the loss I am going to face ? I should have googled about your company before I sent the package. Here after nobody will use FedEx in my surrounding area, i will make sure about it.

          Today is 11th May, It is 9 days delay from stipulated delivery date. There is no reply from Fedex not even able to contact them on toll free number. If anyone thinking to use its service please check my this experience. They are worst forwarder and thief too . They will steal your goods and never deliver you. Better Use DHL, they never did this kind of behavior with me.

          It is more than 22 days since i shipped my goods and paid huge money for shipping cost as fast delivery but after payment and giving goods, they stopped responding me. It is biggest fraud company, I ever met. Please read my experience before using them.

          I just checked HAWB number on icegate.gov.in . There is no record of HAWB provided to me, It seems they didn't ship it. just eaten my money and no contact and no reply... Avoid this fraud company.

          Once I caught them lieing of HAWB number. I visited custom office to check my goods but airport saying this shipment not came yet to bangalore.Once I asked china fedex to refund my shipping fee. Tracking start showing custom cleared. If custom cleared on 16th May, why scheduled delivery date in night of 19th May. Does it take so long time to deliver from bangalore Airport to Electronic city. They show fake tracking information. Never trust this fraud company and use its service.

              I came home early on march 19th early so i would be able to sign for my phone, and i don't get paid when i leave work early. Well your jerk driver puts another tag on my door saying no one was home. My car was in the drive way but he didn't bother to knock or ring the doorbell. You know how i know because my dogs go off if someone even breathes hard on that door. So yes it wasn't delivered. I went up to fedex and got it. Fedex delivered nothing and sent me an email saying my package had been delivered. The only reason i had my package was because i went up to fedex and got it. Don't think i haven't called spectrum to let them know how fedex is treating their customers. About an hour after i got home ups delivered a package. They were just dropping it off on my porch but he still rang the doorbell. Now that is a delivery service. Fedex is totally worthless. Communication is the best advertisement, and i will be letting everyone on my facebook page know just how worthless fedex is and i have 4, 500 fb friends

                I have ordered one item from aliexpress and it is shipped through fedex. Now the item stuck in delhi. It’s showing clearance delay import. A specialised form/statement required for clearance from recipient. Please call fedex customer service.
                I tried to call them and whenever i am connected they told me to do e mail. I sent email two times, yet there is no answer.
                It’s an expensive item. What should i do now?

                  Pathetic service you are providing fedex people.
                  I dont know why people does choose this fedex.
                  Though this is not the first time. Even this has happened 2nd time i am mailing you mr frederick smith.
                  My shipment no is[protected] and i dont know where it is? From 4 of march my shipment is stuck at delhi for clearance. On 6th i called you people to asked about the status about shipment. The you people told me to submit my documents by portal and on mail.
                  I did upload all the documents what you asked by both the way (On portal or by mail from [protected]@gmail.com)

                  From 6 of march i am just getting the notification (. Goods are subject to regulatory review. Recommended action: no action required at this time)

                  And from 6th of march i am calling you people plenty of time and surprise that you people dont have any idea about this. My question is when you dont have an idea about why are you people on customers care departments?

                  On every call you people raise a new complaint and give me lame excuses.
                  Even shocked that yesterday i got the letter from fedex kyc that you people need my documents for clearance. Wow from 6 of march to 18 of march you only sent me letter to submit my kyc documents and also written in it that if i don't upload my documents for kyc my shipment will be detained.

                  I hate fedex
                  Today is 19 march 2020 and i lost a hope from fedex

                  No body is ready to give the correct resolution. Even i forgot how many times i called fedex and with how many representatives i had a word.
                  You people doesn't even want to give the correct resolution regarding shipment.

                  This is not the first time that i am facing problem with fedex. This is the second time i am facing it. Even i left calling you people because you people will give the same excuse. You can't even think what i am suffering just because of your ignorance.in my shipment there are my books for my acca.
                  And just because of your ignorance i am managing my exam date postponed everytime. Hate you fedex. And trust me you people left the impact on me that i should not trust on you now.

                      The package is showing delivered but it is not delivered today i. E[protected].
                      I have connected with the customer care and they informed me the package was delivered at the main gate. I have checked and it is not delivered there is no entry made at the entrance. Also the comments in the fedex status check is incorrectly updated. It is showing that the customer was not available at home. I am at home this entire month working from home due corona virus outbreak. Then there was a comment that it was incorrect address and now it is showing delivered.

                      This is completely unacceptable. I have my degree and marksheets coming from this shipment. Please raise my complaint and provide with the status update.

                        FEDEX UPADTED ME that my address is unreachable and stated that i have given a wrong house no. And address but the fact is that Delivery man was not Willing to Deliver the product. Even if he was not able to my find my home, he should have called me, but he didn't! The Fedex Delivery guys dont want to deliver at farther address and hence they update .. unable to find ..though my house is just 7 kilometer from Railway junction of Ahmedabad and Amazon and flipkart deliver me at daily basis

                          Hello,
                          Fedex is not responding properly to our scheduled delivery of package despite several attempts to reach them.

                          Called their customer service us, india, submitted email, sent email. Nothing is happening.

                          Kyc form submitted, aadhar submitted. Sender accepted payment of any taxes through fedex account credit card and yet nothing has been processed.

                          Fedex india helpline numbers also doesnt work most of the time. Shipping awb[protected]

                              A shipment that was supposed to be delivered on 28th feb has not been delivered even on 3rd march. And number of follow ups with rhe customer service is not getting any result.. Even though they say the product will be delivered in a few hours, there is no action. The website is not giving any info on when it will be delivered. My complaint number in fedex is [protected].

                                This is pratim chaudhuri writing from trivandrum, kerala. My tracking id of the shipment is[protected] and it was supposed to be delivered on 25th march. Status in the morning was showing out for delivery.

                                Still not delivered. Neither did i get a phone call. Tracking status now changed to expected delivery after 10 days and the item is at my city office only. Yet they won't deliver. Main problem is, they do not send out delivery-persons and regularly expect customers to pickup things from their office.

                                Issue has been resolved by Fedex customer care. I have received the item. Thank you Fedex.
                                We have submited necessory documetns multiple times yet it is not cleared. FedEx agents are irresponsible and they choose to stay silent. TRK NO[protected].

                                If this matter is not solved within 15th March 2020, then we will go according to our leagel consultant to sole it.

                                    [protected] this is my tracking detils. First it was showing package available for clearance. Then it was showing in moga. Now when i called the fedex they said it is still in new delhi and has not cleared yet. I do not know what is that. I have provided documents which was asked now what is reason for delay. When i asked dedex customer care they have no answer and saying wait for few days.

                                      I need to tell you that fedex courier is not making delivery of my order from fraud industry buying (Industrybuying.com) the deadline of this order delivery is 24/02/2020 but still the status is shipment details sent to fedex. But fedex is still not working on my courier. Worst experience with industrybuying shopping website as well as same with fedex. I also tried to make too many calls to fedex on number [protected] but didn't connected then i write to fedex but still no reply get from them.

                                        I have couriered a old used office laptop from usa to india and being charged 94% of declared value as customs clearance charge which i believe is ridiculously high
                                        This stuck in customs for 10 long days.. No update from fedex side, clearance team team contacted on 8th day giving this ridiculous breakup.
                                        Attached tax breakup.
                                        Clearance team has no clarity on this and hangs up phone on calling.
                                        I have names of persons whom i am dealing with.
                                        My legal attorney has told its not correct and advised to file a consumer case
