Telephonic booking no : ccunw77
Tracking id :[protected]

This was an urgent shipment containing medicines to be sent via air

I contacted fedex by telephone on the 14.10.19 and they agreed to get the delivery done by 17.10.19 via air for which they quoted a price of inr 2159. I agreed and confirmed the booking and booking no : ccunw 77 was provided.

The pickup agent came and picked up the parcel which he filled in and gave to me with tracking[protected]. He also collected the amount of inr 2159 from me by cash.

Now when the delivery got delayed and i contacted customer service regarding the issue they acknowledged that it was a mistake done by them and instead of air the consignment was being sent by road and asked me to make an official complaint via email.

I send an email complaint to them on 16.10.17 regarding the matter and they replied only today on 19.10.19 and are not accepting responsibility for their mistake and saying that its my fault.

Its clear case of fraud being done by fedex and their agents who are taking booking for air courier, charging for air courier fees and then sending the parcels by road. So customer are being cheated like this and unfortunately i have been cheated by them.

So deficiency of service along with cheating and fraud.

I seek to highlight and expose this fraud modus operandi being done by fedex and its agents to the general public and fair compensation for being defrauded by them.

There has been no resolution . FedEx continues to ignore . Why has this complaint been marked as resolved ?
My Parcel is not delivered even after 20days in Mumbai. It is showing at Mumbai centre since past 3 weeks. Customer care executives are telling me they cant deliver and if I want then can come and collect personally. There is no accountability from FedEx. I am following up since past three weeks and I am not getting any resolution

    I ordered from zoomin and it was to be delivered by fedex. 15 days past still they haven't delivered my product nor they are showing the tracking updates that where it reached. They are just wandering in a city for 10 days and still they could not reach my city. Also, there is no estimated delivery date.
    Neither i can contact zoomin nor fedex about the issue. If you cannot deliver the product on time then why do u take it for delivering.
    Deliver my product as soon as possible.

    Neither they called me nor sent any email. They just delivered the product after complaining or the product delivery was late. They didn't solve the issue but it was solved accidentally.

    I had a parcel to be delivered on 10/10/19 by Fedex from Bhiwandi to Mumbai but there is no response from Fedex I have not received the parcel yet 14/10/19
    It’s an irritating as I want to give delivery to my customers

      My shipment,
      1st time attempt for delivery but i was cashless so i asked delivery person for card swap device but poor company not having card payment facilities, so i told delivery person reschedule for tomorrow.
      After 2 days not any updates from fedex so i called there customer care, no use that call agent asked me for some detail and said, tomorrow i will get my shipment delivered
      Almost more than 3 times
      I called there customer care but always same answer...

      Yet not got my shipment its almost a week

      Very cheap and worst service by this useless courier service.

        I have order some online product, so i came via fedex courier service, and that was my bad lucky.

        First they attempt delivery but coz of know one able at delivery address so i said them to reattemp delivery or reschedule for tomorrow.
        Even they don't have card payment facilities. Such poor company,
        After not getting delivery i called their customer care gent, no use they only took some detail and saying tomorrow i will get my item, almost more than 3 times i called there customer care but always same answer..

        Very cheap and worst service by this useless courier service.

          We have been trying to reach out to fedex for several days now with absolutely no response from their end. A package scheduled for delivery on oct 5th was misdelivered by fedex to a wrong address and despite several phone calls to their customer service; fedex isn't responding. We've been given several complaint numbers and promises by fedex with no actual response. Current complaint number is [protected].
          We're hoping thru this forum the matter can be escalated and our package delivered correctly.

          Oct 12th 2019 Update: Spoke with customer service and was informed that despite several complaints; no one from Fedex team was assigned to resolving the matter. So customer is complaining twice daily but Fedex hasn't even raised an internal request to investigate is what I am currently being told by the agent.

            My order was suppose to reach on 02nd oct and it is not delivered yet. I am calling them on daily basis to know the status and every time i hear it will be delivered today. It more then a week now and yet i have not received my courier. Also the tracking status is updated with false information 'wrong address'/ 'future delivery requested'. Very poor service

              I have order a product and it was shipped via fedex on 2nd of october 2019 and it was expected to be delivered on 4th of october 2019, and i spoke to thee customer executive and they promised to deliver next day before 12pm, unfortunate there was no update or callback happened or delivery its still in process so far... Worst service in hyderabad never expected m i have ordered several product and has been revived on time by other courier services like dtdc, blue dart etc but fedex pathetic...

                I am totally frustrated about poor delivery service you people are offering in pune... First my delivery date was unnecessary changed... It was promised on 5th october even though parcel was there in your office since 4th october morning... Now you changed to 6 october.. Still i didn't got my parcel... I had to drop my outing plan which was very important... It caused me huge cost financial and personal... This is the most third grade i ever received by any delivery company... You people are taken us for granted... I have already convey mi for not to choose you for my future delivery... Thank you for your third grade service

                  I write this message regarding delay in delivery of mi 55 inch tv let me explain how you people irresponsible chronologically i order a tv from mi store expecting delivery before dasara festival which we feel sentiment and ordered on 2nd october -19 with 5th october as delivery date from your system. And i got message that it is going to delivery (Tracking number[protected] on 4th of october so that i cancel my schedule and was waiting for delivery. From them i got no message on my phone. When i tracked through your site it was showing that it is going to delivery on 5th october so that i got adjected my self. But how your people irresponsible that they waste my 2 days time which i was going village for holidays and not respected people sentiment that people new things in dasara... Now they updated that they are going to delivery 9th of this month which is after festival... I hope this message help me to get delivered... Let me hope the best

                    Can i have the possible update for this shipment? Please treat this mail as the highest priority. Airway no: [protected] - china to bangalore.

                    I was waiting for the call from the concerned person but no response ye till now. May i know the reason for it.

                    @senior officers / management: i would like to bring the delay issues happened till now infornt of you people as the process is not heading to solutions anywhere.

                    As approached by the fedex team last wednesday 25.09.2019, they asked me to update the iec and gst for verification to [protected]@fedex.com, i have provided the documents on the same day.

                    Thursday (26.09.2019): no followups from the fedex team to customer regards to the status. friday (27.09.2019): myself called for the status, a representative named glen dias informed there was an error in gst/iec mapping, advised me to update the gst & iec on the gst portal and update the arn number. I have provided the arn (Aa[protected]n) to the customer care executive over the call. saturday & sunday (28.09.2019 - 29.09.2019): no updates from the fedex team. monday (30.09.2019): i have called the customer support, they informed the there is still the same status maintained no communications moved to customs team as far as i believed. tuesday (01.10.2019): myself escalated the case, the executive over the call said they will prioritize the issue and they will assign the concerned person for this consignment and wait for 1 business working day. wednesday (02.10.2019): holiday and no updates. Thursday (03.10.2019): in the morning i got an update as concerned executive named shabareesh nair is assigned for the case he will update the status and call me back for the same.
                    Result: nothing happened till the end of the day, where i keep tracking the status every 2 hours. Nearly 6:30 pm, i called them last time to the customer care agent, i asked the call to a senior officer, raveena representing fedex as the senior officer told, there is no updates from shabareesh and not able to reach him. Also, she promised me that she will be taking this case in personally and she will track the status with customs and push forward all the necessary actions at the priority level escalations and asked me to wait till 12:00 pm next day and advising me that she will call me to provide the status and not myself to followup anymore, asked the apologies in behalf of fedex as this how fedex won't operate. Also, she clearly stated if there are any demeration charges applicable, fedex will absorb the bills.
                    Lately, after her call, a mail received from shabareesh nair that, he was waiting for the updates.
                    Friday (04.10.2019): i was waiting for the call from raveena (Senior officer), but never happened. I called the customer care back again. Ninendra jathan answered the call and he said he will be responsible for the case, he will escalate the case once again the already escalated case. He looped [protected]@fedex.com for the same. Rishabh chhabra comes forward and said the same has been forwarded to the concerned team.
                    Till evening i have no updates. The evening after i followed up they said agent: john has been appointed for the case and he will provide the results within one business day. Again the call got transferred to the so-called senior officer, he told me i have to wait till one business working day. Also if i won't get any update from the fedex team from monday 1st half (07.10.2019) as overall, i can claim the courier shipping charges with penalty fees for the late issues from fedex.
                    Saturday (05.10.2019): morning i have followed up, no updates people told. Today evening i followed and the customer care agent told, there is no agent name called john is assigned. And asked me to wait till monday to get an update.

                    Questions to fedex:

                    I would like to ask few questions to the whole team.
                    1. After all multiple follow to the customer care team only you people escalate the case? Also escalating the case, why you're re-escalating the case, again and again, every single day. 2. What is the problem in updating the status of the consignment to the customer directly when the case is in escalation? Like the way shabareesh nair? Or the way raveena promised she will handle the case as promised? 3. Why after i provided the arn number is provided last friday (27.09.2019) the case is not followed until i step back for escalation? Even after escalating there is no proper response. 4. Why bluffing that, one person say bangalore people will check, another person says there is no person assigned in bangalore or such? 5. How long yet another business days of 24 hours i need to wait.? 6. How many representatives going to work for this case as it keeps changing? Who is the final person going to take this case and solve it effectively? 7. When is my case got an effective solution? Is this the way that fedex works @raveena (Senior officer).

                    Finally my humble request to fedex senior associates / management: please involve the right authoritive persons to the team who can work effectively to solve these issues and get my package clearance from the customs. I have no other options to move this further to fulfill this assignment successfully. I request the whole management to clear this package asap without any delay. (If there is any information needed to this process, to my best level i have given all the necessary documents and best efforts to the fedex).

                    As mentioned by one of your senior officers from fedex on friday that if i haven't got any updates till coming monday, please initiate the refund of my courier shipping charges along with the late penalty including the clearance of the package. (I have choosed the priority express delivery shipping from fedex from other courier providers for the reasons as it's fast, works neatly with the great standards and maintains a great reputation in the international delivery market). also based on the quality of work fedex does and the reputation it has overall years, we have promised our customers the same, let's us not bring this in vein for my business and for my customers.

                    Kindly understand my concern and act as fast as possible from now not like the previous officers and agents involved to move this delivery very lethargic and in their own comfort zone.

                      Currently my tracking status it showing as no schedule delivery is showing at this time. As per tracking status my consignment has arrived at delhi airport on friday 27th september, 2019 and schedule delivery was 30th september, 2019, till i have not received this consignment. On reaching so call customer care, this are only assuring me that we are updating your status to concern team and will request them clear your goods soon. On further inquiry they told me that my goods are subject to regulatory review and they don't know how much day it will take. I requested my supplier to book fedex because that i will receive my consignment soon, but was not knowing fedex will delay your consignment purposely which i saw in fedex review and their to same reason they had quoted i. E. "goods are subject to regulatory review.". I paid rs.17, 000 for this service and now it seem your service is not worth more than government postal service. Fedex had trained your customer executive to give standard reason to customer.

                        We have booked one shipment from fedex on 12th september 2019, tracking number is[protected], as per tracking number shipment reached us but after month now got mail still shipment not uplifted still in bangalore only, i have called many times fedex customer care they have also said shipment reached us they don't have any proper information. And we are not getting updates,

                        This is high valuable shipment. Because of fedex team indifference or neglect we are losing business with our customer who will going to bare the this cost of delay and our loses.

                        Going forward how we need to believe for fedex services with our business.

                          I'm hoping to get some information on a package sent to me from china with a delivery date of 9th september 2019. It is now 15th september and the package still has not made it past customs.
                          I have been calling fedex every day hoping to get an update but seems like they can only read whats on the fedex tracking site and repeat it back to me. I know what the tracking says. What i need is for someone to find out where exactly this package is and when can i expect it to be delivered. Its very frustrating dealing with the fedex staff that doesn't seem to care enough to get some answers for its customers. If i have to pay any customs duty then please collect the same from me but please get it delivered.

                          I have paid 75$ for the shipping which is almost 50% value of the package itself and the response i am getting from fedex for the amount i paid, is not good.

                          I would like to know whats going on with my package, is it even going to make it to person?

                              I had a shipment from usa to india. The shipment number is[protected] and my phone number is [protected]. It was a priority shipment through fedex. Although extra amount was charged, no priority services were given and the delivery was delayed. There were no consistent replies from the customer centre.
                              To top it all, fedex charged me an amount of rs 1000 over and above the duty charged by the customs department and i was forced to pay the extra amount to release my shipment. This is simply torturing customers and looting their hard earned money. Fedex never told me about these charges, had i known i would have paid the charges to customs myself.

                                We are the shippers using shiprocket software to ship our orders. However Rats are frequently damaging our products, which are handled by FedEx. When contacted they are saying that these are related to food products (Millet grains).

                                They are refused to pay refund the transport cost and invoice amount.
                                They never provide satisfactory and reasonable responses. How do they allow rats in their vehicles?
                                If they can't transport the millet rice then why should they accept the consignment and charge the shipment expenses?

                                Please take proper action as our products are damaged twice within 15 days.

                                  I had shipment from us to india which was sent through fedex priority so that it can be delivered in time. Delhi customs department wanted to examine the shipment and fedex delayed the delivery by over 2 weeks blaming everything on delhi customs. I have still not received the package and fedex says it will take another 5-6 days, which is not definite amd may extend. This pathetic service from fedex for shipments with priority tag. Their staff simply blames everything on customs and refuses to expedite the process.

                                  Moreover, Fedex has now charged me Rs1000 over and above the duty charges that were charged by the customs. This is pathetic service. I would never recommend to use fedex again.

                                    Below is what am seeing when i tracked my parcel and i have tried to reach some one from fedex so that the parcel will get to the destination on the 6th of september which was the day i was told is will get there and today is 7th, yet my parcel has not been delivered. It's said really, plus i also sent a mail to your support on your site yesterday and as at this moment i have not gotten any response and my parcel is still showing the below statement.

                                    A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient. Recommended action: please call fedex customer service.

                                        I have a shipment from china to delhi stuck in fedex for over a month.
                                        It did arrived in india quite in time (As mentioned by fedex, upon which i really can't trust now).
                                        After a lot of mails and calls they took 2 weeks to mention the document needed for custom clearance, when i provided the documents they even stopped replying the mails.
                                        Their clearance administrators are real pain in the a*. Neither that person replies on time nor picks up the call and most of the time he is on leave (He took more than a week for replying a single mail).
                                        Again after a lot of mails and calls to customer care, now i am being told that there is a backlog in delhi customs for past week, they are telling the same # for last whole week that there is backlog (One can really smell the fake excuses of theirs).

                                        This is by far the worst experience of international shipping.

                                        I was meant to get a package delivered on the 3/9 was not left i have tried to track says tracking number not found i left a note on my door to say where to leave ino details when being delivered it is a outside wall light
