I had ordered the materials from arrow from usa expected date of delivery is 23 but still not at delivered. I kept calling fedex customer service every day and they say its issue from bangalore customs due to customs server down and kyc not updated. Its 15 days and i have been waiting for my package. Fedex customer service rep will give kyc contact number kyc team says cleared from there side, all the necessary document submited and also sent physical copy also.. Finally what is the exact status we don't have idea.

Dont believe any reasons they saying when your Package in Bangalore Customs.
FedEx dont have individual lane for Customs Clearance. They using General Lane.FedEx collecting fees for us and using free lane for clearance in Bangalore.Only Indian Postal service using general lane.Bangalore customs receiving more than 16000 parcels per day, they cant give clearance for all parcels within 24hrs.FedEx collecting fees for Premium service.But they are not giving Premium Service to the Customers .They wont reveal this truth to their Customers. They always Blame Customs officials when you ask the reason for Delay.Fedex will say, " your package detained, query raised by customs, value not accepted by customs.".There are not real reason for the delay. Only One Real Reason is, "They Put your parcel in General Clearance Area in Bangalore".

If You Check their Customer Care Replies Then You will understand above statement is true. Dont Choose fedex in Future.Indian Postal service is Better compared to Fedex.India Postal using the General lane.But they dont charge too much like Fedex.

    I had ordered 2 e-readers from china excepted delivery date was on 24th aug and i submited kyc on 23rd aug. I kept calling fedex customer service every day and they say its issue from bangalore customs due to customs server down. Its 12days and i have been waiting for my package. Fedex customer service rep says they don't know when i will be receiving my package. Tracking number[protected]. I read reviews here almost all fedex customers having same issue of there package not moving from fedex airport hub. There is no manger available to take my call, there is no one in fedex who knows when i will receive my package.

      Fedex awb no.[protected] my parcel is stuck at verna fedex office for more than 5 days. Many people are facing this same problem. I checked all negative reviews on google. They are playing and cheating with consumers. Pls take strict on them so that people don't miss their important parcels on time. Very bad service. Third class. Shame on fedex. They are not even bothered to contact us and tell their difficulty. This means they are very lazy staff.

        Shipped this shipment through fedex international priority to hyderabad, ts, india on aug 20th 2018 (Pst)
        The content is a laptop bag and a hand bag with 2 small chocolate powder bottle.

        The shipment has been stuck in bangalore for more than 2 days now.

        The recipient has already contacted fedex and submitted required documents (Kyc form) and also got a confirmation email of the documents received by fedex on aug 23rd 2018 (Ist), but the package hasn't still cleared.

        I spent close to $450 to ship this as an international priority to india only to find it is stuck in clearance for 2 days (With all docs submitted from recipient side).

        Fedex Bangalore team always doing like this. I[censored] contact customer care they wil tell the same replies every time.mostly they say customs officer busy/officer inspecting ur parcel/they need clarification ...etc.

        You know all are lies.The Bangalore fedex people are the worst team.mostly they try steal goods in the parcels.i am waiting for some details to file a case in consumer court. They put all balmes on customs officials bcos we wont fight with officials know. My parcel still in customs from the last 23 days. Everyday they saying same replies.

          I ordered baby rocker on 31st July 2018 via snapdeal that was supposed to be delivered in 10 days through FedEx courier. Checked with tracking details, it's being held in FedEx, Vellore branch for more than 10 days and it's 22 days since I ordered the product which didn't reach me yet. FedEx asked 24 hours to deliver the product, but it crossed deadline. And am the one who couldn't cancel the order since Snapdeal has only option to return product and refund. Unless and until I receive my product I will not be able to return and get refund. My Rs.2964 amount is at stake. Snapdeal don't have any customer executive to speak, other than mails. FedEx say they will deliver in 24 hours but I didn't get my money or the product. There is no solution too. I need either the product or the money back. Need proper assistance and solution in this regard.

            No delivery attempt made but shows in the tracking status that I am not home, that's not the case
            I was home from past 5 days since my car is in the dealership for major repairs.
            The local delivery boy has contacted me on 17th August asking me to pick up the shipment form the office, I requested him to deliver it to mu5 home since I don't have a vehicle to go to FedEx office.
            I also call FedEx for assistance they filed a complaint but still no response.

              I came on vacation to us and had to stay here for more because of personnel reason. My company wanted me to work remotely from india for few day so they sent me a hardware module (Small electronics box). I mentioned address as a c/o of nearby textile store. The consignee name was me. Fedex kyc is harassing me so much that they are asking to submit that textile documents even after the shipment clearly mentioned my name and c/o address as the clothing store. I call them 5 times and been sending email for more than 10 times. This is literally a harassment to a customer and i would not recommend fedex for international service.

                Request for a consignment pick no: maape63 dated 11 aug 2018.
                Request was placed at 11:15 hrs and we were confirmed that the pick would arrive between 14:00 hrs to 17:00 hrs. But the pick up did not arrive upto now. We had contacted the customer care thrice in-between these time, but we did not the contact number of the agent for pick but we were told that they will arrive by 17:00 hrs. The matter may please be looked into as to not loose valuable customers

                  Hi, we have submitted all the kyc and supporting docs for the shipment with tracking no:[protected]. Fedex acknowledged the complete document submission, we waited for 4 days after the courier has reached the destination, we didn't receive any update from them. Very disappointing to see such a poor service from fedex even for premium express shipping.

                    When the parcel was booked, fedex informed that they will deliver on 1st august. When i checked the tracking number in fedex website it said it will be delivered on 2nd august and the website even said it is out for delivery. But, in the night delivery status was changed to "customer not available or business closed". However, the delivery person never called and our office has 24 x 7 office that collects the documents/parcels. So it cannot be true that they tried to deliver, "customer not available" is a cheap lie all the courier companies use, when they do not deliver on time. It is august 3rd still waiting for the delivery.

                    Will never use fedex, not a professionally managed company.

                      Tracking number displays message-goods are subject to regulatory review
                      I called fedex and they say there are 3 clearance centres in india located respectively in delhi, mumbai and banglore. My shipment is to arrive in mumbai and this is the second time the tracking shows the shipment arrives in delhi and they change the delivery status. Something is not proper in managing shipment. If this the way it always happens then who will pay for the losses incurred due to delay. I ordered some products to be launched for exhibition in mumbai and if it does not reaches in time will fedex pay me for my mental harassment and financial loss i will have due to unknown delay. I am posting my complaint number given by your support team [protected]. I know i am an # to complaint here but what about you fedex when will your mumbai shipments will stop going to delhi. Please check there is internally something not good for your reputation

                        Fedex india is most irresponsible/unprofessional/stubborn/cheater type of company... They do what they wish irrespective of customer`s instructions and in due course the customer bears mental harassment/monetary loss... I am having an ongoing issue with fedx india for one of my import shipment in which the mishandling/irresponsible behavior by fedex cause me mental harassment + money loss... So i request all of you fellow citizens to directly complain about this company on our government portals and specially our prime minister`s office portal.. I have already initiated this process and you all too directly report this company to central government.. Then only this company will learn a lesson... They are taking the citizens of india for granted...
                        Please report your issues with fedex to pmo and other central government agencies directly... Please speed up this campaign...

                          Hi,

                          This Ravi, I have booked a courier to USA on last saturday 14th July, the booking ID is NDCA312. It was booked under priority as this packet was very very important to reach there for a meeting.

                          Now no body caleed us to intimate that the pick up have been cancelled, on 16th July when we called FEdex to have the Airway bill details we got to know that the packet have not been picked because of - Heavy Rain fall issue. But on saturday 14th July there was no rain.

                          Need to know the exact reason and what you are going to do about this so that in future these kind of incidence should not happen?

                            I have a delivery from Fedex schdeduled to be arriving today. Just now, I got a call from the delivery boy from a number:[protected], apparently this same delivery boy had made an erroneous delivery to my house around 1.5 months ago.
                            He suddenly realized this mistake. On the call, he said he wants me to pay the pay the liability of 300 odd rupees. I told him very clearly the mistake is not ours. I had kept the consignment ready as it was for a month, waiting for it to be picked up but it never was, hence I disposed it.
                            He threatened me now saying that my shipment will never be delivered by him again as I have been blacklisted.
                            Is this the way a courier person is supposed to behave. This is not correct or expected of a company like Fedex. Do you expect the customer to reimburse for the mistakes committed by the delivery personnel.
                            Please let me know if I need to approach the Police, since I fear for my safety.

                              I would like to express my grievance on how bad Fedex Delivery Service is, over domestic deliverables..One of my Order (Tracking No.[protected] reached Kolkata hub on Monday Morning (Pics Attached) at 10:30 am but still delivery hasn't been made till date..This is extremely poor even they missed their
                              Scheduled Delivery deadline of 10th July 2018 (Pics Attached) and no one is accountable for that...After repeated calling to their worthless Customer Care, they only give false assurance. It is merely a waste of time.
                              I request you to kindly intervene and make it happen immediately...Thanks

                                  My order from alibaba on september 2017 has not been delivered till today. The order was handed over to fedex courrier and when i tracked it, my order reached delhi and they did not ship any further. Then, i called fedex courrier, they told me that they would send the products. Even after several calls, my order was still placed in delhi. I had spent a large amount of money for it and i do not want my money to go to waste. So, i'll be thankful if you can fix my issue.

                                    I have shipped one package against tracking number[protected] dated on 27th june, when i called fedex customer care for rto they told me to email them on [protected]@fedex.com so i emailed them on 28th june and they reply

So i called fedex customer care and told them when i emailed you not to deliver the package then why you have delivered they reply if you want the rto then why u have shipped and also they told me that i have to pay for pick up now

                                      My shipment number[protected] is been held in custom due to misconceptions of it been business parcel not an individual parcel.

                                      On 25/6 i contacted them they said i need to fill kyc document and authorisation letter, i fill them and send it back.

                                      Later i got mail that authorisation letter needs to be in company letter head because my delivery address was my company address where i work.

                                      I told them that i have given my company address so that i can pick my parcel from here as no one would be there to pick from my home.

                                      By sending numerous mail to [protected]@cogenteservices.in i have not got any proper response.

                                      How can i provide my company letter head where i work?? I don’t owned the company?

                                        I had shipment[protected] coming from hong kong to bangalore. It was shipped on June 1st and from June 7th it is under "Clearance delay - Import". "Shipment is under open examination by customs". Every time i call customer care this is the status given to me and i am asked to wait and there is no timeline in which it will be cleared.

                                        This is clearly delay in getting customs cleared by fedex and as shipment is 3 large cartons, Fedex will charge huge amount of warehouse charge which I don't see any reason to pay for same.

                                        There is no proper update from Local office as they don't bother to answer calls as well. after dialing 7-8 times, they will pick calls.
