Fedex is refusing to provide any information about my import shipment[protected]. After repeated phone calls and emails, i do not have any evidence of where my shipment is and when it will be delivered even though it was released from customs on 20 april 2019.

The case reference number assigned ref no - [protected], however, only update i am getting from the team is to wait as they communicate with their counterparts and no clarity is being provided to me about my shipment or expected delivery date. I have no one to contact and the person who is assigned to my case, soundari is not responding to my emails.

    A package has been sent from zimbabwe to india and fedex asked for many documents, kyc, invoice, passport, pan card and other documents which i gave them but its been a week and my parcel has not yet been received. Each time i call the customer care, am asked the same things over and over. I need to do visa renewal and this is pending.

    This is a nightmare and i regret fedex services

      Case regarding awb :[protected]

      We already submitted required kyc and shipper side amendment and revised invoice before 14 days from today. Till today customer care representative only reply everyday that we are waiting from custom.

      We already called fedex customer care everyday in last 14 days for follow up and also complain higher authority also, we are fed up of this matter now, also not getting proper answer and process from your side.

      We raised complain with cargo custom commissioner, delhi also yesterday and also talked with this shipment.

      Kindly give us proper clearance report and release shipment as soon as possible from your end.

        I have been buying materials from various online sites and recently when i wasn't in town one of the consignments was handed over to my mother-in-law and rs.1490/- was collected from her towards the cost of the same, when i came back i was really surprised as well as shocked since i haven't ordered anything against cash on delivery option and i have checked all my emails and couldn't find any order being placed by me, i request you to kindly let me know the full delivery address along with their bank account details since you only have collected payment and you will either give it as cash or will be depositing the same in their account. When my staff went to your guindy office in chennai they were given a cold response and i am forced to inform you that if i don't get a proper reply i have no option but to lodge a police complaint, which i don't want to happen,
        Awaiting your favourable response in this regard, or you take back the material from me and arrange for my refund!

          Hi,

          On 09-apr-2019, my shipment status says that "package available for clearance" and on 10th apr, status says that clearance delay - import and i immediately called fedex customer care and submitted my documents. I was not getting proper updates from fedex team and status is not updated on their online tracking application. I have called customer care every 4 hours and the issue is every day their team is saying that i need to wait for another 24-48 hours.

          No body is giving any correct update nor clearing my shipment and not sure what kind of game they are playing with their customers

          As of 13th apr 2019 end of day, still there is no update.

          When I spoke to customer care and their in-house clearance department, again same issue. I am getting false updates saying that it will take another 48 hours to get the status. They are not aware of the exact status and they are trying to convince me with their bluffing updates. This is frustrating to listen to all the stupid details by FedEx team. Seems they lack of coordination among their teams.

          I would request FedEx team to expedite the clearance process with Customs. I dont see any point in paying extra to FedEx for priority delivery if they are treating priority shipments as well with standard shipment to push them for clearance.

          FedEx customer support confirmed that my package will be cleared by customs on Monday 15th Apr19. When I spoke to customer support today now they are saying that they can say any time line now. They are saying that its not in their hands and they need to depend on Customs. I don't understand how these guys are doing business with these many false promises and giving incorrect updates to the customers. I have contacted them through email as well today but NO RESPONSE from them till now.

          Request their team to verify and expedite the process getting customs clearance. This is really intolerable.

          Still there is no update from FedEx customer care. When I called their customer care and trying to get the updates, they are putting my call on hold without reverting back. This is fully cheating their customers..

          Any update on my shipment? It's been more than 10 days.. Your iditic customer care is simply bluffing. And this case was assigned to one lady and no update from her as well..
          My oder placed 5 th april but it has not deliverd to 15 th april

            I placed an order with Panchhi Petha for a box of petha to be delivered from Agra to New Delhi (Dwarka). The item was shipped via Standard Overnight on Monday, 1 April 2019. I received a message from Fedex with a tracking link, and on Tuesday I was messaged that the item would be delivered on Tuesday 02.04.19 by 20:00. It was not delivered. I got a message on Wednesday that it would be delivered on Wednesday 03.04.19 by 20:00. I called customer service to confirm that it would be delivered on Wednesday, and raised a complaint that since it was delivery of perishable items, there should not be any more delay. They assured me that they would inform the delivery agent. I called customer service twice again, once more after 20:00 when my package had not been delivered. They told me that the package was back at the facility, and that delivery would only be attempted the next day. I told them that I had flagged a complaint and despite that they could not deliver a perishable item on time. They said they could not do anything about it. Today, Thursday, I received another message saying delivery would be attempted. The delivery agent contacted me in the morning. Since my phone was going to be out of commission the entire day, I gave the delivery agent clear instructions on how to make the delivery, both on call and over whatsapp. I called customer service around 18:00 when I realised delivery hadn't yet been made. The customer service executive told me that they delivery agent would attempt the delivery today itself, but if not, they would try tomorrow. However, he couldn't guarantee that delivery would be made by tomorrow. This was after I repeatedly explained to them that the delivery was for perishable food items, that it was an Indian sweet that was being transported in a delivery truck for three days in the scorching heat and would in all likelihood go bad by the time I get it.

              I had a parcel coming from Hk to India. Same consignment has been delivered by fedex just a week ago.
              and now my new consignment with tracking id[protected] is laying in new delhi customs since 21st march and status is just saying - clearance delay.
              its been 7 days already, i am calling 3 times a day and but those ### dont move their ### to actually check whats wrong.
              i called customer support, clearance support everyone and no one seems to bother. just copy past replies, we are trying our best. Trying your best to do ###? nothing is producing with your tries...
              no body has any clues why is the delay and when can i actually get it.
              Stupid company hired stupid worthless people on the job.. They love to ### customers..
              They damn had no idea how much i am in trouble because of this delay.

                  I have sent a package from the us. I have called the fedex india phone number several different times, i have had my dad call the line several different times and no one seems to picking up the phone.

                  I have called the us fedex and they have no information that they could provide me. This is super frustrating. What does the above message mean?

                  Why would the recipient know the value of the items i have sent?...

                  This shipment was supposed to be delivered by 02/28/2019 (As per the estimate provided by fedex website). As of 03/01/2019, i have received no information regarding where my shipment is. The website just says 'tendered to authorized agent for final delivery'. When contacted the customer care (Complaint id: [protected]), they are not able to provide me an estimate as to when i should expect the delivery to take place.

                  I can understand there can be logistical reasons for the delivery to get delayed. But giving an estimate is a bare minimum expectation. The only response i got was "we will escalate this issue, and if you don't get it by today eod, you can contact us again". This is again something unprofessional.

                  I am expected to endlessly wait and keep following up the next day until i get my order.

                    One of the worst experience i have ever had with fed ex .
                    I shipped my visa documents to India from Canada on 12 Feb 2019 with estimated delivery date of 16 Feb 2019 by spending 82 dollars for priority delivery through fedex
                    from 16 till 18 the Indian customer care showed no concern or respect for my 65 years old mother, every time she called she was given blunt answers like it was with delivery boy and she would receive it in few hours but in vain every time.
                    Last time she heard them giggling saying this old lady has no other work, she is continuously bugging us and they threatened that the courier would be sent back as address was not clear (if this was a case then how the hell can it travel from Canada to India Secunderabad?)
                    My mother just wanted the address of the office in Secunderabad where the courier was there, to go personally and collect it, but they refused to share the address or location. Finally after lot of effort she called the fed ex office in SP road where they gave her the details and finally she has collected it from one of the branch offices.

                    I am planning to file a complain in the consumer court against fed ex customer care India, with all the call logs and recordings in this regard as no one should suffer like me and my mother in future.
                    Please rely of Indian post office rather than these fraudulent companies..a bitter lesson for me as well..

                        So my shipment reached Bangalore yesterday, today morning they informed there is some delay in customs duty...then in afternoon I get a update in status that shipment is reaching Mumbai, but my delivery address in chennai and within 1 hour I get another update that my shipment is in bangalore.I tried calling fedex couple of time .Now I have got an update that my shipment is at ROISSY CHARLES DE GAULLE CEDEX France. I was promised that my parcel will be delivered today and now my parcel is in france. The customer support has no clue of what's happening. One of them says that the shipment is in Mumbai and other one say its under customs bangalore. After paying a premium price all i get is a ### service from fedEX.

                          I had order an item by online shopping.
                          The order was being shipped by fedex courier services.
                          The estimated delivery date was 08 feb 2019 by 8:00pm
                          However the product was out for delivery since 9:00 am on 8th february 2019.
                          But by evening the status changed on fedex tracking as the estimated delivery date is 11 feb 2019.
                          When contacted to customer service of fedex, they replied that the consignee has requested for future delivery.
                          But i never insisted for future delivery.
                          I want to get it delivered it by today (09th february) only as i will be out of station for next 15days.

                            What's up with this title "goods are subject to regulatory review"? It's been more than 3 days since i sent the kyc form which you asked just to keep my details on server in the name of customs clearance delay. Now i have this new title and the scheduled delivery date is pending, but they said it will be deliver it by 2/2/2019 (2nd feb 2019).. But now its 4/2/2019 (4th feb 2019) the shipment hasn't be delivered.. And when call fedex customer care they say the process takes upto 48 hrs but now its above 82 hrs still no feedback and update.. I am gonna file a complaint against fedex india.
                            FedEx customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            What's up with this title "goods are subject to regulatory review"? I have already uploaded my KYC and still I have to face delay. Provided there is no delivery date disclosed from FedEx. Every time I call the customer care every agent is giving me different excuses again and again. This is not acceptable.

                              I am sorry to state that the above parcel under above trak is undelivered till today. Relevant payment for rs. 2463.00 vide utr no: p[protected] dated: 21.01.2019 has been transmitted into your account no:[protected] as given. After that we are constantly contacting your local official mr. Manoj kumar, mr. Bansal ms. Bedi both over phone and mail but to no effect. This parcel is has national importance and it is to be re-exported under an important programme. The scientific value of measurement is likely to be end in the part of fedex services. May i seek customer care interfere on this topic whether it is to be delivered to us today itself please.

                                My Shipment had booked[protected] from Chinni to sarapaka and normal reached 3 days tiil now they r not giving delivery. even customer care also not responding several times call to customer care . finally taken complaint give ref no -[protected] dated 29.01.2019 and told our repressive Mr Tharun working on this .wll be deliver today. but no use.

                                today I called to the Customer Care the said that they Don't Know where is the Parcel at Present. wait for some times final improvement is service engineer name changed ( Mr.Syed Paha)..

                                They have no responsibility for us...

                                They are still 21 days and they are still unable to tell me how many days they are...

                                one more shipment booked on 19th[protected] this also not delivered .

                                  My client has sent one laptop to me for software development work. (Us to india)

                                  My package is stuck in customs from 6th january.

                                  I have requested every day that if its not possible to deliver, kindly send my package back to sender. So that we can find out any way.

                                  Many time i visited fedex cargo office but every day i get new excuses like "custom officer is on leave / in meetings" etc..

                                  I got this project after clearing many interview rounds but due to this behavior from fedex i am about to loose this client / project which will affect my career.

                                  Its my sincere request to fedex that if you cannot deliver the package than atleast check before taking package or atleast help me to send the package back to sender so that i can personally go there and collect it.

                                    fedex cogent e-services for kyc

                                    Such a bunch of # are calling me 7 times in 2 days and at least 50 sms for kyc documents for a shipment not even worth 10, 000/-. Asking for all sorts of documents and letters and noc. It is easier to import an aircraft worth crores of rupees that doing this mindless paperwork. This government talks about ease of business which is all bogus. Someone should ask modi to try to import anything and see how he pulls his hair out. Unless country...

                                    I need to register compalint about fedex and shop101 i have shipped one bag from shop101 26 december2018 and fedex gave me delivery time till 2nd jan and till 8th jan they haven’t delivered and i called them to get it delivered asap because my client has to travel still they haven’t delivered till 16th jan and now they are sending my bag back and they will charge both side shipping charges from me which is very wrong they always do this and i called to fedex they told me talk to shop101 and shop101 told me to talk to fedex means they both are making the customers fool very poor services they both are providing and on 8th jan one of the executive manpreet kaur from delhi fedex branch promised me that within 24 hours they will deliver the bag otherwise they will send it back to me without deducting any charges and now they are decling very very bad services they provide and same for shop101 company
                                    Please help me on this matter
