Dear sir

This shipment is custom cleared through wrong gstin awb#[protected] despite the original gstin already mentioned on invoice, i have already raised a query for the amendment but till now i didn't receive any response, the query no. Is ctrl [protected].

Also i have other shipment awb#[protected]. I get the shipment but not any of its documents yet neither its bill of entry nor any invoice. The gstin is also same in this shipment.

Kindly check and give me details.

    @fedexindia[protected] shipment had to come monday. I'm was home when all 3 times when their so called imaginary attempts were tried. Not a single time did they knock the door or try calling. But i got a message saying delivery attempted.

    Raised complaint​ 4 times. Poor customer service. They said that in 74hrs your problem will be solved. They will also not share the contact number when it's out for delivery on request

    They always put their customer last and their interest first every time i tried calling the customer service it was very evident that they don't want to do business in a good manner.

      I have booked my shipment on 6th december to receive mattresses from bangalore to varanasi. It's told to have it received in 4-5 days eventhough shown 14th december as scheduled delivery date.

      From that time onwards, i was following up regularly with a hope to receive shipment ahead of schedule. After one day lost in bangalore itself, it reached gurgaon where it's put to rest for 2 days citing backlogs.

      Then after further followups, its dispatched to kanpur where it enjoyed 3 full days sleep. Reasons given by customer service agents were the container not full or vehicle move out time passed etc..

      After the delays confirming that it wouldn't even reach as per schedule, shipment moved from kanpur to allahabad at 10kmph speed covering 200kms in approximately 19hours of transit. I wondered whether the time log entry is manipulated or they have such a poor fleet.

      Now today morning they confirmed that it will be shipped out in the evening to varanasi for some rest to the package on sunday before delivering it on monday.

      The kind of sluggishness and lack of commitment and seriousness in the way they handle the shipments only speaks out how much fedex domestic is spoiling their international reputation.

      I have requested more than 3 times to get the shipment out from allahabad and deliver to varanasi which is just 120kms away, that normally takes couple of hours if fedex is serious.

      I am writing this so that atleast there can be a saviour who can help to get my shipment dekivered today.

      For the rest, please don't do business with fedex domestic. They are worser than any other local logistics providers.

        I have submitted all kyc documents on 6th dec 2017.

        When i call to kyc department, they say that my kyc documents are uploaded and forwarded.

        And when i call customer care on my consignment delivery, they say to cal back to kyc department. They don't even know where my consignment is and unable to give delivery schedule also. All the customer care executives are rude and dont answer anything correctly.

        Even after several calls and emails to them. There is no response on as to whrn they will deliver the consginment.

          Certificates shipped by university in canada. Took just 48 hours to reach delhi and now for more than a week location is delhi. No updates. Called customer care many times, but nobody gave satisfactory answer. Once they told me it is already in destination city and should be delivered the same day but that did not happen. I called next and they told me it is still in delhi. This is ridiculous, they even don't know the location of this package. Fedex india is the worst.

            I paid extra for a phone to shipped to me by 10:30 am. When it did not arrive, i checked the website and it said 12:00p. M. It is now after 12:00 and i still have no package nor can i receive a refund. Now the website has no specific time for shipment. I was told it had to do with airplane shipments, but my shipment had been on a delivery truck 20 minutes down the road since 8:29 am so airplane issues are irrelevant. This is unacceptable. Why offer faster service that has to be paid for if it is still not faster service and there is no guarantee behind your service?

              My package arrived at bangalore customs clearance on 5th of november and got stalled for more documents. No one from fedex contacted me for any document information. Since i did not receive the package on time i checked the website for status. I immediately called customer care. I was told that i'm required to provide kyc documents soft copy and a declaration letter that the package has no commercial value and it is per personal use only. I sent all the documents on 10th nov. Post that i got no response from fedex so i called again on 13th nov for further updates and requested to be provided with status by eod. However, on the 14th night, i got a mail that the attachments in the mail are missing and that i'm required to send them again. This was not true. Still, i sent all the documents again on nov 14th. However, the status of the package remained the same. I contacted the customer care again on 15th and told the history and asked for checking the attachment right away with me on the call. She confirmed that she can see the attachments and has escalated it to the right department. Post that i got a confirmation mail that documents have been received by the kyc team on nov 16th and for the process to complete i'm required to send self-attested kyc documents hard copies to the delhi office and share the courier number. I did that on nov 18th. However, the status (Awaiting customs clearance) did not change until nov 20th. I called customer care again and i was told that it is expedited, however, i insisted that somebody call me and inform what's the delay is for. I got a call in night 8:30 pm on nov 20th that i'm now required to fill commercial invoice stating the commercial value of my package (Which is nothing but old car registration card issued by karnataka rto (Plastic). I immediately did that and sent the signed detailed form on nov 22nd. However, the status of the package did not change till nov 27th when it became "in transit" (Under clearance tab). Post that i have dropped three emails to chandran with no response and have called customer care thrice with the same response that it has been expedited and it is waiting for fedex to get the gate pass issued. At this moment i don't know who can get the work done as the status is still "in transit" (Under clearance tab).

                Dear sir,

                Our germany based supplier booked material through fedex. We informed our supplier to send material in courier mode, as in same mode we have received earlier material from other suppliers.

                This material has reached mumbai airport on 29th vide awb[protected]. I submitted all required documents on 28th itself, but till date shipment has not been cleared from customs. We were informed that on 30th custom december 2017 custom was closed due to bank holiday.

                'today late evening (@6:22 pm) i am informed by clearing agent of fedex that this shipment is in cargo clearing mode and fedex asked them to do so.
                When our instruction was for courier mode why it is transferred in "cargo mode" without consulting us? All new documentation for "cargo clearing" may take 2/3 days delay, penalty and additional charges unnecessary which is not at all acceptable to us.

                More ever due to this delay, we will have to pay ld (Late delivery) charges to our customer.

                We request your to take immediate necessary action and clear this shipment immediately by transferring in courier mode.

                        In aug this year, i decided to send a parcel to guyaquil in ecuador to my daughter. Her birthday was approaching and i wanted to send her gifts, cards and food as she was away from home for the first time.

                        Since this was my first experience with international courier, i researched rates, and settled for fedex. My husband who is and i are currently reside in navsari, gujarat. I found a fedex agent and started to find out the kind of items i could send to her. I was told that food was a banned item so i decided to leave that out. I eventually got my items together after consultation and took it all to him, to be put together by him in a predetermined carton, as is the process.

                        I consulted the person for every item i wanted to put in the parcel. I asked about custom duty as well. These were the things i was told:
                        -all clothes.. Personal and gifts are allowed
                        - there would be no customs duty whatsoever
                        - the final invoice and rate of items in the parcel will be decided in mumbai
                        - even though food is not allowed, a packed box of son papdi would be fine (He persuaded me to add a box to utilise the weight that i was paying for, to its fullest)
                        - there is no need to count exact items, just an approximation will do (He actually stopped me from counting and said everything will get finalised in mumbai).

                        I was tracking the parcel as it reached guyaquil but didn't get delivered. My daughter called a number there, and was told that it will be released only after customs duty was paid. There was a food box inside that was banned and she has to allow them to remove it. She sent a mail agreeing the food box (Half kg son papdi) be removed, and asked why customs duty and how much. She was replied in broken english that that is something the customs officials determined but the amount was never told to her.
                        I took over from india, wrote online, and sent the agent in guyaquil a mail demanding to know the amount, and that since most of the things were birthday cards, gifts and her personal clothes and new clothes, why customs duty. I even wrote to fedex agent in mumbai and navsari raising my concerns.

                        The fedex agent there said that personal used clothes were a banned item and sent it again to the customs agent to reopen the parcel. They removed a vintage saree that belonged to my grandmother that i had sent to her to wear for an indian dance that she was choreographing for her school kids, that i cant just put a price on; gift bags that had been missed in the invoice; they told my daughter to change the amount of the rates on the invoice for the items that the agent in mumbai had not included at all: and instructed her to change the rates on other items as well. She did it after translating since everything was in spanish and how do you put a price on birthday cards sent by a huge amount of family and friends.

                        I continued to write online expressing my concerns. I was told that they will put me on to the person in charge.

                        Finally the fedex agent in mumbai said that the ecuador agent had sent him a mail that my daughter should pay an x amount of customs duty, a y amount as penalty for wrong invoice immediately or the parcel would be destroyed within 24 hours. Desperate for her birthday cards, she paid the amount and took the parcel.

                        She is a volunteer there teaching english to public school children. She had to borrow the money from around and pay them and then i transferred the money to her. The amount of customs duty was never told to her inspite of both o[censored]s repeatedly asking so that she could arrange the money there in a strange country where she had barely arrived a month back. The customs duty and penalty was far above the total amount of the items, except for my grandmother's saree that was anyway removed.

                        Nobody from fedex got back to me except to say, we are looking into it. After more than a month of collecting the parcel, i get a mail saying it's not our fault, please take it up with the forwarder. This is the first time i had heard the word forwarder.

                        The forwarder in navsari said, there is a line in the invoice that says he is not accountable. Navsari forwarder says he was trying to help me. Mumbai agent said we put rates to help our customers and of course customs duty has to be paid.

                        I have a few issues:
                        -a forwarder is also representing fedex even if he is not your employee. Him giving me erroneous information is tantamount to fedex giving me misinformation. I wish i could have made an informed choice. Misinformation was of no help at all and cost me money, loss of time, loss of precious goods, and a whole lot of mental stress and trauma.
                        - items were missed in the invoice and i was told that it will be finalised in mumbai. I landed up paying g a penalty for it.
                        - the agent in mumbai put the rates on items that my daughter was asked to modify by the agent in ecuador.
                        - people took longer than a month to respond and refuse to take responsibility. They still co time to respond with generalise statements once a month, status g, sorry for the inconvenience caused, but refusing to do a thing about it.

                        It was mental harassment and torture to lose a precious item, to miss the important date of the birthday, and to have to shell out approx usd 280.

                        All i had wanted was a formal apology, a reimbursement of the money we had to shell out, and a token o[censored]sd 1 for the item taken out.

                        Now i feel really aggrieved with the lack of response and accountability. I feel the need to escalate it and take it further.

                          My awb is[protected], my shipment reached bangalore on 27th october, from 27th daily i'm calling fedex team 3 to 5 times regarding the documents submitting, i have submitted all the documents but daily i will get a incomplete submitting mail, finally 4 days ago they called me and told that declaration letter is not in proper format replace the dear "sir/madam" with "to,
                          The deputy commissioner of customs courier cell,
                          Delhi.", i got literally frustration on this, why can't they say it in beginning? After that i did necessary changes and sent to them, latter today they told that i need to pay 2400 rs for warehouse charges, now i got to understand that why that much delay, felt cheap about myself shipping through fedex. Please don't waste time of the customer like this, really feeling cheap about myself for choosing fedex, hope i don't do that mistake again.

                          I had ordered aquarium plants from BUNNYCART.com . Bunnycart dispatched the same on 11 Nov but still fedex could not able to deliver the same .

                            My head office in boston, usa has shipped me a parcel on september 28, 2017 and as of today november 16, 2017, we have still not received it.

                            All the paperwork was submitted within a couple days and they are not giving any concrete update. First it was navratri holiday, followed by custom issue, then diwali and now they have asked us not to call and to keep asking for an update!

                            The staff is unprofessional and rude. Even the service "complaint to the top" has not resulted in any results. The top management must not even be seeing the email as someone form the executive desk writes as equally ambiguous and vague email - obviously a template pre-written for them!

                            I would suggest that don't send your parcels with fedex ever!

                              I received my consignment #[protected] from china to chennai on 1/10/2017 to bangalore. It took only 2 days to reach bangalore. From then on, until today i haven't received my consignment. Bangalore fedex team is so irresponsible and they never convey the correct information. I have been calling & mailing fedex daily, still, they didn't take necessary action. I mailed to executives, managers zero action from them. I learned a lesson from this experience & strongly recommend that don't use fedex logistics.

                              I have mailed to @bhagyashree nayakar and @ a sreenivasan. Very poor response from them and the overall team also.

                                  It is every time same reply is coming from 3 months but there is no conclusion came.
                                  Please do the needfull, because response is not from your side from 3 months, every time the same answer and acknowledgement.

                                  We still not recieved the boe in original hardcopy so tthe bank can effect the transfer payment to the shipper.

                                  Please do the needful. We are small firms and having the loss of 60, 000 rs is not normal. It was delay from your side.
                                  I would like to apply for return from customs, i need that apologies note and declaration so customs can return back our penalty money.

                                  Attached find the duty challan and also a screenshot with transaction id.
                                  There is one request with you, there are many small businesses running and trying to achieve something good, want to serve the nation to the best, i personally have a feedback, this fine/penalty which has been came to us, fedex is resposible for that, somehow we are in loss here but i also have a query, did you really helped us, i dont think so.

                                  I personaly emailed and phoned on 26th may 2017 to submit the papers, i did get the response on 29th may evening, so who is responsible for this 4 day delay. And in explaination you are also clarifying that one more delay was because, we did not send the ad bank copy, is that customs require this. Even we did try our best and submitted you on the next day... But it was really bad experience.

                                  We dont got the shipping every month se we did not get the fed ex account anyhow but please do not repeat with other customer, its really not good feeling on such activities happen and you are blaming us on why we did not submit the doccument in advance. When you are not responding to our email on 26th may 2017, the day consignment reached to customs and responding on 29th may 2017 evening. When after calling so many times, only yesterday we had a talk after emailing like 10 times in a day. Do you think you could really has been helped in advance... I am really sorry but nothing works in this way. Please help the peoples. Thankyou very much for your very good support. My appreciations.

                                    My friend recently sent me a lg phone from usa. Its stucked in customs saying value discrepancy its been 1 month. I have already completed kyc. They asked me for phone price i asked my friend he sent me his phone order email i forwarded it to fedex but they did not accepted it. I do not have any other invoice its just a phone my friend sent to me as a gift.

                                        We have notified by fedex as we have one consignment from the china arrived at bangalore vide fedex under airwaybill no:[protected] and received at bangalore on 02-10-17. Later we have submitted kyc and all documents as asked by fedex. After a prolong conversation by mail and through toll free none of them clarified the shipment status still now. From the booking date almost more than a month has been passed but no single improvement in clearance. The worst customer service in the world. They always repeat the word "it is under examination" for the past one month. When we ask with toll free they also using the same word. We never see such like poor services over with our experience in courier dealings.
