Certificates shipped by university in canada. Took just 48 hours to reach delhi and now for more than a week location is delhi. No updates. Called customer care many times, but nobody gave satisfactory answer. Once they told me it is already in destination city and should be delivered the same day but that did not happen. I called next and they told me it is still in delhi. This is ridiculous, they even don't know the location of this package....

iphone package delivery

I paid extra for a phone to shipped to me by 10:30 am. When it did not arrive, i checked the website and it said 12:00p. M. It is now after 12:00 and i still have no package nor can i receive a refund. Now the website has no specific time for shipment. I was told it had to do with airplane shipments, but my shipment had been on a delivery truck 20 minutes down the road since 8:29 am so airplane issues are irrelevant. This is unacceptable....

Since i did not receive the package on time i checked the website for status. I immediately called customer care. I was told that i'm required to provide kyc documents soft copy and a declaration letter that the package has no commercial value and it is per personal use only....

fedex has misplaced the package contains high value items

With reference to the tracking no.[protected], the package contains the electronic boards worth rs.175000 (One lakh seventy five thousand), fedex picked-up the package from koramangala office & the delivery address is sarjapur outer ring road, but later the package is misplaced by fedex team, after giving sufficient time to fedex failed to traced the missing package.
