We booked a parcel to proflora gmbh, 96, beckerfelder strasse, 47269, duisburg, germany on 1.10.2018 through your franchise sky connectors, coimbatore and the fedex tracking number is[protected]. The above parcel is not yet delivered to the consignee, whereas online tracking status shows as delivered but no signature proof available. Please do trace out the parcel and deliver to the consignee at the earliest....

4 Boxes of Dry Fruits were booked for me from Chandigarh at 17.35PM for Delhi vide Consignment Note No.[protected] dated 12.11.2018. This was as FedEx Priority Overnight & scheduled to be delivered around 9.00PM on 13.11.2018.But so far this Consignment has not been delivered so far after 50 Hours where in the agreed TAT was for 24 Hours.

They requested to provide kyc form and consignee authorization and i have already replied with all the required documents. I even received an email stating that the kyc is complete and i may not have to call or email them anymore, instead just check...

I ordered shoes from on-running.com and it is supposed to be shipped to my parents address in india, but its been on customs delay and no one is able to address it, this is the second time this has happened, very bad service and causing more inconvenience than being helpful, will never consider them or international shipment, well for any shipment for that matter. Hi sent certificate from bahrain to chennai india which was picked up on 29 sep 2018 from bahrain.
