[protected] is my tracking id this is my first time import items through fedex, but it doesn't satisfying, my packege at bangalore now and show s items at regulatory review, it doesn't contain any kind of violent items, to be at review for two days. It's also show s that delivery date is also not available this time, but it should be delivered today it's has been 8 days since the shipment made.

It does not seem to move forward, it's has been a long time, as said the parcel must reach with in 10 days but it's not, I need solution and I need my parcel soon, I can't waiting all year long to get one parcel . If it's not reach soon I'll be the one who bare the loss

I don't know when it's gonna deliver, no one called now or responding to my complaint, the FedEx customer service is very worst, it's has been 5 days, it's still at Bangalore, no response no solution.
My shipment status is 1. A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient.
What does this mean?

It is coming from KOWL OON HK. i need to give documents for the clearence. Let me know if i have to do something

    This is a complaint in reference to fedex shipment id:[protected]. It was a priority overnight parcel meant to be delivered from delhi to hyderabad as soon as possible, but the local fedex facility at hyderabad transferred the delivery job to some negligent third party courier company named "ship delight". The delivery person of the third party courier was extremely rude in his behaviour as he refused to deliver the parcel at my door and asked me to come to a location of his convenience to take the parcel. This is a very unprofessional and rude behaviour. Please raise this issue with the concerned authorities of fedex so that they refrain from handing over the delivery jobs to negligent and unprofessional third party courier companies like "ship delight".

      I have booked a cargo via (Aipex worldwide (Opc) pvt ltd.-mumbai) on 24/10/2018 (3 parcels (2 long parcel=1 (32kg big box) paid advance of 9347 (Double the charges of normal cargo).

      2) 2 parcel has reached, but the big box, which is of higher value has been lost in transit (32kgs)

      3) i spoke to fedexp customer service team, their answer was
      A) over sight mistake ts delivered to another client, their representative wil colect it back & wil deliver to my client
      B) after two days, they said lost in transit, u can go with money back guarantee

      Today i got email from their agent (They can pay only 5000 rupee, were the total invoice vakue is 60, 000 (Totally incl freight charges)

      Pls support me to get back either
      A) my cargo (Without damage condition)
      B) or my total invoice value + freight

        I send couier to gurgao to jabalpur by fedex couier, i book couier on 12 nov and my couier was reach destination on 19/11/2018 today i call jabalpur office why you delay in delvery, so she told me "yeh sala bakwaas kr rha h or call kat diya ". It means customer apse yeh nhi puch sakta k 19 tarik se apne abhi tk delverd kyu nhi kiya jabki apka office se delvery adress sirf 2.5 km hi h. Fedex ki miss bindu, and deepak inki compalin hum ab consumer court and police station me bhi krge fedex ne agar action nhi liya or yeh maafi nhi mage to fedex ko court tk leke jayege, mera couier number h[protected], 24 inch led tv h, jabalpur office[protected], dinesh jai singh [protected]

              4 Boxes of Dry Fruits were booked for me from Chandigarh at 17.35PM for Delhi vide Consignment Note No.[protected] dated 12.11.2018. This was as FedEx Priority Overnight & scheduled to be delivered around 9.00PM on 13.11.2018.But so far this Consignment has not been delivered so far after 50 Hours where in the agreed TAT was for 24 Hours.
              In order to find out the status of my shipment, I got in touch with Customer Care Toll Free No. [protected] at 9.10AM today & informed me by Agent that all the deliveries of Fedex will happen only after 2.00PM & assured me that this will be delivered around 2.00PM & also told me that complaint has been registered & team will call. At 1.30PM, I got a call regarding the delivery of my Consignment by Arpita Biswas(Telephone No.[protected]. Since I was in the Office, I told her that I have no idea about the delivery of Consignment. After reaching home at 7.45PM, I came to know that the consignment has not been delivered to me.I tried to find out the status by dialling Telephone No.[protected] around 8.00PM & informed that this will be delivered tomorrow & your agent was very rude & to my utter surprise, instead of accepting delay, your agent has simply disconnected the call. Again I called on the same No, your agent Kapil has before completing the conversation, disconnected the call. Then I dialled Toll free No but the treatment is the same.
              As of now the status is No scheduled delivery date available at this time.(at 9.00PM on your web site)
              It is totally unprofessional attitude of FedEx & they should not hire people with rude & pathetic which is spoiling the image of FedEx. It is very frustrating & painful to interact with FedEx. In case if Fedex is taking 72.hours for delivering(which may deliver)for a distance of 270 KM(Chandigarh to Delhi), they should wind up India operations. We also work for global company but we have positive attitude to solve the Customer problems where in FedEx has totally failed.
              Very frustrating experience.

                Shipment not handed over: yesterday (31/oct), fedex delivery person had come with my shipment after more than 90 days of long waiting. The shipment was not delivered to me because i am not willing to pay the warehouse charges that was levied on me.
                I called on your direct number, reception number, manish tomer’s number but as always there is no reply. Thereafter i called by on toll free number and spoke to shruti explaining her my grievance and she informed me to pay the balance amount which i agreed to. I did speak on speaker phone so that the delivery person can also listen to the conversation. But he did not deliver the shipment saying that he will be taken to task if he receives short payment, to which i agreed.
                My shipment has been miss handled by fedex team from the very beginning and i have been miss communicated time and time again owing to which my shipment got delayed and i ended up paying excess customs duty.

                Warehouse charges: an amount of 1989.00 towards warehouse charged is levied on me which i will not pay. On 23/aug vide my mail itself i have made it clear that i will not be paying any holding charges as the delayed is being caused by unprofessional handling of my shipment by fedex team.

                Shipment delivery: i will pay the customs duty amount and no other amount. If my shipment is not delivered to me, i will be forced to go to consumer court with the fast and correspondence that i have with your team.

                Grievance redressal: if my grievance is not redressed, i will escalate it mr. Philip cheng, vp ground operation, india before taking my next step.

                I will under no circumstance be a prat to any wrong doing of fedex.

                    Hi,

                    I got an email from fedex.com stating in order to clear your shipment "[protected]" without delays, we request you to submit the following at the earliest.

                    They requested to provide kyc form and consignee authorization and i have already replied with all the required documents. I even received an email stating that the kyc is complete and i may not have to call or email them anymore, instead just check the tracking status in fedex website. Which is still not updated.

                    They took 6 to 7 months to understand the issue and each time we got connected to different people and got a response saying they will study the case and revert back,, which was never done and we again have to track back and the same process continued. Lagging it this way from their side and now they are asking me to pay a penalty of a certain huge amount for holding the package over their this long.

                    I don't understand when it's your team who took time to understand the issue this long and expecting us to pay the penalty? What's the logic in it?

                    Nobody is giving any correct update nor clearing my shipment and not sure what kind of game they are playing with their customers. Worst services ever.

                    Note: i have recordings of all conversation to show it how every time they have given wrong information.

                      I ordered shoes from on-running.com and it is supposed to be shipped to my parents address in india, but its been on customs delay and no one is able to address it, this is the second time this has happened, very bad service and causing more inconvenience than being helpful, will never consider them or international shipment, well for any shipment for that matter. Highly disappointed, returning it to the sender so that they can choose some other service to send.

                        And [protected]@fedex.com. I have already sent it and below is the response i got from kyc:

                          From starting we have faced tremendous problem during clearing of our consignment awb[protected]. First the behaviour of mrsantanu is horrible, he always gave half hearted information and also misguided us. Mr. Kanhaiya from jeena and co. Asked for waybill from us on dated[protected] and asked for waybill dated[protected]. After asking for waybill we submitted it within 10 min but they did not submitted it on time and harassed us with lack of information.
                          On 15th oct we went to clear our goods after their failure and we saw that the cartoons were tempted and we find 19 pcs short on counting. These pcs were stolen from your centre and also for your delay we had to pay warehouse charges.

                            I'm very much disappointed about the fedex services. They are not having a good delivery service. Fedex is only for name as international but the local companies are so much better for better service since they will call whenever we get percel but fedex delivery boys simply
                            Submit the package at wrong address without verifying customer information.

                            Coming to my actual experience about fedex is i was expecting delivery under fedex shipment[protected] but that was delivered at wrong address. How poor service at wrong address?

                            I'm totally disappointed about service and called up fedex customer care. Let me see whether i will get my package or not.

                            I don't recommend this fedex for any shipment.

                              My track id =[protected] schedule date is on 23rd october, but there is an exception on deliver and extends the scheduled date to 27th october. That package is very important for me but you people due to negligence shipment done very late, i dont know whether my package is lost or not, if my package was lost i will spread bad reviews on your company on social media, i want that package before 26th october, otherwise i will suffer because of your negligence.. But still it is present in vizag only friday over, saturday over, and now monday, it is still on vizag only, and destination of delivery is kotthavalasa vizianagaram district.                                 My tracking number[protected] from fedex. The parcel have not started traveling yet, its more than 10 days now. This issue i'm facing for second time now. Fedex is a fraud company. They never reply and i don't want to loose my precious money. Strict action need to be taken on fedex or shut down their company. Pls help me to get my parcel asap.                                   My fedex shipment tracking no:[protected] and is held up in customs in new delhi customs just because the shippers mistakenly named the shipment “ west bengal “ instead of my name. I have submitted all kyc registration documents in my name and self declaration. From the shippers side documents have been submitted. Yet the new delhi customs are holding my personal shipment hostage just because it’s coming from china and it has been named wrong. For how long will they continue to do so. It’s a medicine and i need it, how can explain this to them,

                                    Hi sent certificate from bahrain to chennai india which was picked up on 29 sep 2018 from bahrain. Since 3rd oct i have been told that my shipment which contains only a piece of paper is stuck for cutom delay. Kyc form. Filled and all documents by receipient were emailed to kyc team in india 4 days back but today is 11oct and still online status says pending regulatory review etc and no date of delivery is given. This is the most pathetic courier service i have faced. It was my first time with fedex which looks like a fraud company with lazy employees my track no is[protected].

                                      Hi

                                      On 09/10/2018 i got email from fedex.com stating in order to clear your shipment "[protected]" without delays, we request you to submit the following at the earliest. Shipment is supposed to be delivered on 10th oct 2018.

                                      They requested to provide kyc form and consignee authorization and i already replied on 09/10/2018 with all the required documents.

                                      No body is giving any correct update nor clearing my shipment and not sure what kind of game they are playing with their customers.

                                      It's a potential life changing package for me and if that does not get delivered it is a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge loss for me. Fedex clearly does not understand the gravity of the situation.

                                      Note: i have recordings of all conversation to show it how every time they have given wrong/fake information

                                      P. S: i have another shipment with tracking no.[protected] scheduled to be delivered on 13th oct 2018. God knows what will happen to that.
