This is literally disgusting to say i didn't got the parcel from fedex i even submitted the documents and pan card details to fedex but keeping my tracking details as clearance delayed my tracking details are[protected]
Please anybody want to do a shipping business with fedex don't go through it my parcel is not delivered i will go through the consumer court...

consignment not delivered... pathetic service

The tracking number[protected] status not updated in the system for past 2 days, the last update was on 22nd at 16.50 hrs and when i contacted customer care centre for 3 times, there was no proper response from them. The consignment is still not delivered and no body knows the correct status of this. The customer care rep says they dont know why it is not been updated in their system....

fedex tracking no.429741439309 - clearance delay

On 27/02/2018 i got email from fedex.com stating in order to clear your shipment "[protected]" without delays, we request you to submit the kyc form and consignee authorization and i replied to it on 27/02/2018 with all the required documents and the then they asked me to send the hard copies via post which i did on 1/03/2018.
Now it's been two weeks but there has been no improvement in the shipment it's still in clearance delay.br...

package stuck at kyc

My package reached delhi in october and i got an email from fedex to provide kyc documents, which i immediately did. After i got another email saying kyc documents updated. A week later they sent me another email saying provide kyc documents, and i sent them all the documents again, which they again updated. But i still haven’t recieved my package and when i call customer care they are so frustrating to talk to and give no proper response....

We had sent a cargo parcel of 30 kgs from ahmedabad to andhra pradesh on 23rd feb with tracking number[protected]. It reached hyderabad on 26th. Since then it's stuck there only. There is no movement. We contacted fedex cc and it's been 2 days but no update from them. They are saying again and again that we have forwarded the issue to concerned department. Their resolution time is 24 hours.

Fedex was asking us for the pics...

I've ordered a product from a seller in bhubaneshwar. He sent the product to local courier 2 days back and provided me with tracking id. But till now the package status is showing that "label created" and there is no transmition yet. Are the people lazy? Should we use fedex again? What is this! Totally dissapointed.
