We have faced a very bad and harrowing experience due to the fedex delivery person. The details are below:
Absolutely unprofessional and horrible service on 23-february-2018. I have lost more than two hours of my working day just trying to resolve
The fedex pune, india customer service team is absolutely unprofessional, unhelpful, and continues to repeat the lies told by the delivery person.

Their pune, india delivery person, vinod told many lies just to avoid making a delivery. He simply refused to take the calls which i made to his mobile later.
Later, their toll free number/call centre [protected] (Khadki call centre, pune, india).in the afternoon shift ie. 3.30pm india time, the call centre agent was least interested in helping.
And the supervisor, ranjit, at 4.10pm india time had the audacity to lie and to back-off from helping. He even had the audacity to say that he will not help and we can escalate the matter to whoever we choose.
I had called another supervisor, his name is shubham, and he staunchly continued to repeat lies lies that my security person refused to let the delivery person, vinod, to come upstairs to my apartment.
Fyi we have documentary proofs that all other courier delivery + other delivery guys have delivered shipments to my doorstep. So this is an outright lie by fedex khadki pune that my security person did not allow vinod to come upstairs to the second floor.
Basically, fedex pune is controlled by incompetent, unprofessional delivery guys who tell many lies just to avoid making deliveries.
Fedex pune, india does not have the professionalism nor the will-power to take action against such low quality delivery service.
The two call centre supervisors, ranjit and shubham, and this delivery person, vinod should be sacked from their jobs with immediate effect for repeatedly telling so many lies
FedEx customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
