I have been charged 41, 875 INR as taxes of the shipment from US.The sender has paid the taxes amount but yet they fail to confirm and delivery delayed.I am going back to my home town and told them to deliver today itself but the customer care team in Fedex is not usefull so far.

My status is still the same and no call received from the fedex.I was always a big fan of fedex but i have not thought that it will engage me in such a pathetic situation.I ll be leaving for

    I wonder why my FedEx shipment[protected]; a replacement for my warrantied, malfunctioned product has been levied customs duty of Rs. 1200? [Informed by ur Srinagar JK, Office] I haven't spent even a penny to buy this product. Check the screenshot! Isn't the replacement TAG there?

    Also, check the email that you have sent me. It clearly states this is a replacement which simply means; not even a single penny has been spent to buy this product. Hence doesn't warrant any customs duty! I[censored] haven't seen it, at the time of clearance; that's not my fault. I want the product without customs duty because it was your negligence that has authorized Delhi customs to levy duty on it.

    The shipment has already reached FedEx Srinagar Delivery centre & you are already 5 days late for its scheduled delivery. Take off the customs duty & inform the same to your Srinagar Office because they are continuously saying i[censored] don't want this product we will send it back.

      I got my fedex express international express package on wed, mar 14, 09:38 am with damaged box and missing contents. I filled a compain to fedex usa but they said i will have to contact the shipper in india. When i sent my pictures of damaged package, shipper said its not possible. Fedex cannot do this. I sent the picture right after i got the package and they didn't want to do anything.

            This is literally disgusting to say i didn't got the parcel from fedex i even submitted the documents and pan card details to fedex but keeping my tracking details as clearance delayed my tracking details are[protected]
            Please anybody want to do a shipping business with fedex don't go through it my parcel is not delivered i will go through the consumer court

              Have made courier on (21-mar-18), parcel was supposed to be delivered to pune on saturday (24-mar-18) but it didn't on monday

              When i called customer care for help haven't got enough support from them. Now when am tracking my parcel i could see they have

              Updated as "recipient location security delay" still now am confused there is no security guard available to the address i have

              Mentioned. How come fedex pune courier guys are lying. And if they are facing issue during delivery or getting address why are they

              Not calling to sender or recipient mobile number.

              Initially thought fedex service was really good and fast, but now pune fedex guys are creating questions in my mind.

              Fedex team please help me on this.

                The tracking number[protected] status not updated in the system for past 2 days, the last update was on 22nd at 16.50 hrs and when i contacted customer care centre for 3 times, there was no proper response from them. The consignment is still not delivered and no body knows the correct status of this. The customer care rep says they dont know why it is not been updated in their system.

                  On 27/02/2018 i got email from fedex.com stating in order to clear your shipment "[protected]" without delays, we request you to submit the kyc form and consignee authorization and i replied to it on 27/02/2018 with all the required documents and the then they asked me to send the hard copies via post which i did on 1/03/2018.
                  Now it's been two weeks but there has been no improvement in the shipment it's still in clearance delay.
                  I contacted the customer care they told that they did not recieve any documents.

                    My package reached delhi in october and i got an email from fedex to provide kyc documents, which i immediately did. After i got another email saying kyc documents updated. A week later they sent me another email saying provide kyc documents, and i sent them all the documents again, which they again updated. But i still haven’t recieved my package and when i call customer care they are so frustrating to talk to and give no proper response. It’s been 6 months and that was a birthday gift, but fedex doesn’t care and they are so irresponsible and i am so baffled as to how careless they can be. Despite repeated emails i have got no response from them. Horrible service.

                      We had sent a cargo parcel of 30 kgs from ahmedabad to andhra pradesh on 23rd feb with tracking number[protected]. It reached hyderabad on 26th. Since then it's stuck there only. There is no movement. We contacted fedex cc and it's been 2 days but no update from them. They are saying again and again that we have forwarded the issue to concerned department. Their resolution time is 24 hours.

                      Fedex was asking us for the pics of parcel. We have provided them with the same. Still no update at all from them.

                      It seems like they have misplaced the parcel. How careless can a company get...?

                      I am the sender, receiver from andhra pradesh also have lodged a complaint but she is also getting the same replies. She had complained on 1st march. It's been a week after her complaint.

                      Please help us resolve this issue.

                        Suppose to get deliver by 2days, the item was not yet delivered to me till now it’s been 5days,
                        Bloody customer care
                        “Sir it is showing it’s in bangalore only”
                        “Sir sure tomorrow you will get”
                        “Sir truck got stuck in traffic”
                        “Sir truck got repaired “
                        “Sir truck driver went to luuuu”

                        This is the reasons,
                        FEDEX, If you have capabilities do properly Else do some foot path business

                        I have rights to speak nonsense, bcz this is not my first time in your Fedex=you people are acting same as earlier

                          I booked for a food product from us to india, chennai, prepaid the product bill & courier bill. But now once the product reaches the mumbai office fedex asked me to provide kyc documents like aadhar once i did that they hold the product into their water house as my name mismatches in aadhar card & the product label, rest all same like address etc. That is i booked with short name magesh. B. M whereas in aadhar it is uma mageshwaran b. M... Now they are asking me to pay 60 rs each day for holding the product in warehouse.

                            I have ordered from a seller in kolkatta. The package was shipped on 22/2/2018. It reached chennai on 23/02/2018, reached my city salem on 24/02/2018. There after the status shows "at scan" up to 26/02/2018. Then the status showed as out for delivery, then again the status changed as "future delivery requested" and the delivery date changed to 28/02/2018. No one contacted me from fed ex, i never requested for future delivery. I tried calling the salem fed ex office @[protected] around 30 times, they are not picking the call at all. Then i contacted the toll free number, they said a complaint has been lodged and the delivery person contact you soon. But no one has called me, and i am unable to get my valuable package.

                              I've ordered a product from a seller in bhubaneshwar. He sent the product to local courier 2 days back and provided me with tracking id. But till now the package status is showing that "label created" and there is no transmition yet. Are the people lazy? Should we use fedex again? What is this! Totally dissapointed.                                 I shipped a package from seattle to madras, india on 10th feb.
                                Tracking nujmber[protected].
                                It's a personal gift parcel. The package was supposed to be delivered on 14th feb and it did reach banglore on 13th evening. But has been stuck in "clearance in progress" stage ever since. When i called fedex india customer service, all they say is that it's in customs process we will update when cleared. No reason is given as to why it's taking so long. I want that package to be delivered as soon as possible but the customer service never has any substantial response or action they can take.

                                I have received some free samples from an US company and it's laying down for customs clearance in Bangalore about a week.

                                  Hi, our office address is c-152 mayapuri ind. Area phase 2. New delhi 110064. This is to bring your notice that there is main sever blockage serial wise in our street and likly 4 to 5 sever is blocked in a series resulting our toilet fully water lodge and water start to fill in our office. Request you to pls arrange to clear the sever blocking imed. As same is happend from last 10 and now the flow of water logement is high.

                                    We have faced a very bad and harrowing experience due to the fedex delivery person. The details are below:

                                    Absolutely unprofessional and horrible service on 23-february-2018. I have lost more than two hours of my working day just trying to resolve

                                    The fedex pune, india customer service team is absolutely unprofessional, unhelpful, and continues to repeat the lies told by the delivery person.

                                    Their pune, india delivery person, vinod told many lies just to avoid making a delivery. He simply refused to take the calls which i made to his mobile later.

                                    Later, their toll free number/call centre [protected] (Khadki call centre, pune, india).in the afternoon shift ie. 3.30pm india time, the call centre agent was least interested in helping.

                                    And the supervisor, ranjit, at 4.10pm india time had the audacity to lie and to back-off from helping. He even had the audacity to say that he will not help and we can escalate the matter to whoever we choose.

                                    I had called another supervisor, his name is shubham, and he staunchly continued to repeat lies lies that my security person refused to let the delivery person, vinod, to come upstairs to my apartment.

                                    Fyi we have documentary proofs that all other courier delivery + other delivery guys have delivered shipments to my doorstep. So this is an outright lie by fedex khadki pune that my security person did not allow vinod to come upstairs to the second floor.

                                    Basically, fedex pune is controlled by incompetent, unprofessional delivery guys who tell many lies just to avoid making deliveries.

                                    Fedex pune, india does not have the professionalism nor the will-power to take action against such low quality delivery service.

                                    The two call centre supervisors, ranjit and shubham, and this delivery person, vinod should be sacked from their jobs with immediate effect for repeatedly telling so many lies

                                      Hi,

                                      I'm writing this after a very pathetic experience faced with FedEx, my shipment was supposed to be delivered on Feb 2 is not delivered yet and suddenly in their website it's showing like "DELIVERED(Signed for by: co seal sing)" on 6th Feb, I don't know whom their bloody staff delivered it and they don't have commonsense that they have to call the receiver while attempting the delivery. it's okay mistakes happens but they are not serious in resolving the issue, when called customer care last week someone says it's in Mysore by mistake and mysore office not picking up the phone, and he registered a complaint "[protected]" and said will be resolved. today says it's delivered and if asked for POD, they are not able to provide. I finally registered a complaint with the shipper and suggested them to change their courier partner. I think these kind of bloody courier companies are nowhere in front of our "INDIA POST". if you have some sense please resolve this immediately

                                        Dear sir

                                        My shipment was cleared by wrong gstin despite already notifying you and there was also gstin mentioned on invoice of this shipment.

                                        I have already placed request on email to get me revised bill of entry for the awb[protected]. It has been more than 2months now since i sent query to your fedex email, yet i didn't receive revised boe from your executive involved in this query.

                                        Kindly hasten the process as i also have to file gst return for same.
