courier stuck in customs. bad service in spite of submitting required documents

Hello,
Its dr fazal
My shipment with awb no:[protected] is stuck in customs without any reason.

With all proper documentation submitting on time, this is far unacceptable. Delay from fedex side in uploading kyc with their registry was 4 days (Normally it takes less tham 1 day).
And then asked for value proof, so i sent my credit card statement showing the transacted amount and screenshot of the payment...

charging outrageous custom fee for re-importing laptop

Hi,
I had bought a laptop on january 28, 2017 from amazon.com, it was imported by amazon llc and all the custom duty fee etc.. Was paid. After using the laptop for almost 6 months, it broke it wouldn't start up. So, i shipped the laptop for repair in the usa and it was accepted and repaired, then i used myus service to ship back the laptop to india. Myus used fedex to ship my laptop, when the laptop arrived here in fedex's warehouse....

didn't receive delivery with delay of over a month

My package has been arrived bangalore on 27th dec 2017, yet it hasn't been delivered to my door step, plus i kept following up with customer care the also said same thing it will be delivered in 1-2 days, till today its become almost 1 month of delay as today's date is 26th jan 2018.
Their customer care is really bad, they don't even care to find out correctly if there is an issue with the delivery they always say it's fine and don't...

Now its stuck at Bangalore for custom clearance.

delay in clearing and nor updates

Please see the screen shot attached. The material has reached india on 12th jan 2018 night. It is the 19th jan 2018 today and i have no idea when this is getting cleared. Firstly no one calls to inform about sending kyc to fedex. I call the customer service and then upload the required documents. After that, i am again supposed to courier the same? I did it anyway, and i have still received no response yet apart from an email that says the documents have been verified.
Now my question is when the delivery will happen!

The documents were submitted on Jan 2 and for the last 8 days there is no update on the fedex tracking number[protected].

Every time I call the customercare, they give the standard answer of it it being processed and they don’t give a ETA.

This was a time critical item and any help to resolve the issue would be greatly appreciated.

shipment is kept in "clearance in progress" status for long time

Fedex totally disappointed.

Shipment[protected] shipped on 27th dec from hong-kong to hyderabad
Arrived bangalore and its status being shown as "clearance in progress" form 29th dec till date.
Even today same status.
Customer care is helpless.
Emails - no response for long time, and every reply is just a template pasted like "we will look into it on priority" thats it.
Calls - they doesn't...

non receipt of my order

@fedexindia[protected] shipment had to come monday. I'm was home when all 3 times when their so called imaginary attempts were tried. Not a single time did they knock the door or try calling. But i got a message saying delivery attempted.

11122138 ~ poor service with indefinite delays

I have booked my shipment on 6th december to receive mattresses from bangalore to varanasi. It's told to have it received in 4-5 days eventhough shown 14th december as scheduled delivery date.
