We have faced a very bad and harrowing experience due to the fedex delivery person. The details are below:

Absolutely unprofessional and horrible service on 23-february-2018. I have lost more than two hours of my working day just trying to resolve

The fedex pune, india customer service team is absolutely unprofessional, unhelpful, and continues to repeat the lies told by the delivery person.

Their pune, india delivery person, vinod told many lies just to avoid making a delivery. He simply refused to take the calls which i made to his mobile later.

Later, their toll free number/call centre [protected] (Khadki call centre, pune, india).in the afternoon shift ie. 3.30pm india time, the call centre agent was least interested in helping.

And the supervisor, ranjit, at 4.10pm india time had the audacity to lie and to back-off from helping. He even had the audacity to say that he will not help and we can escalate the matter to whoever we choose.

I had called another supervisor, his name is shubham, and he staunchly continued to repeat lies lies that my security person refused to let the delivery person, vinod, to come upstairs to my apartment.

Fyi we have documentary proofs that all other courier delivery + other delivery guys have delivered shipments to my doorstep. So this is an outright lie by fedex khadki pune that my security person did not allow vinod to come upstairs to the second floor.

Basically, fedex pune is controlled by incompetent, unprofessional delivery guys who tell many lies just to avoid making deliveries.

Fedex pune, india does not have the professionalism nor the will-power to take action against such low quality delivery service.

The two call centre supervisors, ranjit and shubham, and this delivery person, vinod should be sacked from their jobs with immediate effect for repeatedly telling so many lies

    Hi,

    I'm writing this after a very pathetic experience faced with FedEx, my shipment was supposed to be delivered on Feb 2 is not delivered yet and suddenly in their website it's showing like "DELIVERED(Signed for by: co seal sing)" on 6th Feb, I don't know whom their bloody staff delivered it and they don't have commonsense that they have to call the receiver while attempting the delivery. it's okay mistakes happens but they are not serious in resolving the issue, when called customer care last week someone says it's in Mysore by mistake and mysore office not picking up the phone, and he registered a complaint "[protected]" and said will be resolved. today says it's delivered and if asked for POD, they are not able to provide. I finally registered a complaint with the shipper and suggested them to change their courier partner. I think these kind of bloody courier companies are nowhere in front of our "INDIA POST". if you have some sense please resolve this immediately

      Dear sir

      My shipment was cleared by wrong gstin despite already notifying you and there was also gstin mentioned on invoice of this shipment.

      I have already placed request on email to get me revised bill of entry for the awb[protected]. It has been more than 2months now since i sent query to your fedex email, yet i didn't receive revised boe from your executive involved in this query.

      Kindly hasten the process as i also have to file gst return for same.

          My package with tracking no.[protected] was suppose to delivere on 02/02/2018 according to track record. Actually it reached local facility on 01/02/2018 and from that date it is lying there now its 04/02/2018. Its irresponsibility and less concern towards customers. Staff also did not informed about delivery status.
          I want my package to get delivered as soon as possible
          Mail was also sent to higher authorities to resolve it on immidiate basis but nothing was done, except one phone call.

            My shipment which was sent om israel on 13/11/2017 which i received on 30/1/2018. It was being delayed because fedex has irresponsible and incompetent staff. For which it has effected our business

            They do not have courtesy to call back nor reply the mail.
            They do not know what document required, even after explaining several times
            They insist for document which are not possible nor required.

            I was made to run to bank for ad code letter on bank letterhead with any details, for which bank denied, when at last i asked for details in strong voice, to my surprise i receive that it is not required. And shipment will be cleared without it.

              Hi my self subrahmanya,
              Iam facing seriously bad response from fedex.
              Recently they are unable to deliver product even after 30 days. And the team giving same reason every time that product needs to be scanned or needs to be physically inspected. But nothing is happening. It is fedex responsibility to carry out physical inspection with customs. But why this delay. It is an led light product and who will take the responsibility of my products if it gets spoiled due to moisture and other things cos it will be kept open for 30 days.
              Why fedex is doing this to me. I haven't received any products on time.

              Please help us getting my product.

              I am amazed to see why FedEx is struggling to clear this.verry bad service.

                Hello,
                Its dr fazal
                My shipment with awb no:[protected] is stuck in customs without any reason.

                With all proper documentation submitting on time, this is far unacceptable. Delay from fedex side in uploading kyc with their registry was 4 days (Normally it takes less tham 1 day).
                And then asked for value proof, so i sent my credit card statement showing the transacted amount and screenshot of the payment reciept page online. Even after that its still stuck in customs.
                There was no proper respomse from the courier whenever i tried contacting.

                Always they reply me with same mail, that "due to increased checking by customs, shipment is delayed".

                All my other couriers send by different couriers have cleared. Fedex being the supreme of all, is still stuck.
                There is a reason i have paid extra cash for a courier like fedex and that is for faster shipment. Had it been any other express, it would have been cleared by now.

                With all proper docs submitted on time, this is far unexpectable

                If fedex cant persuade customs to clear the express shipment, should i personally come to bangalore airport and request them?

                Fedex has sent me the same reply which i was getting regularly.
                I had submitted my documents showing shipment value proof on 24/1/2018. For which there is no reciept from customs side. Only reciept which is forwarded to me is the one dated on 18/1/2018. Why is there a descrepancy?

                  Hi,
                  I had bought a laptop on january 28, 2017 from amazon.com, it was imported by amazon llc and all the custom duty fee etc.. Was paid. After using the laptop for almost 6 months, it broke it wouldn't start up. So, i shipped the laptop for repair in the usa and it was accepted and repaired, then i used myus service to ship back the laptop to india. Myus used fedex to ship my laptop, when the laptop arrived here in fedex's warehouse. They gave me a call and sent an invoice, i was surprised to see such insane amount charges, it's almost double the amount of custom fee that i paid for the first time.
                  I have been emailing them, the reply i get is exact same message as they sent a month ago.

                    My package has been arrived bangalore on 27th dec 2017, yet it hasn't been delivered to my door step, plus i kept following up with customer care the also said same thing it will be delivered in 1-2 days, till today its become almost 1 month of delay as today's date is 26th jan 2018.
                    Their customer care is really bad, they don't even care to find out correctly if there is an issue with the delivery they always say it's fine and don't deliver
                    I have also visited their facility in airport 12 times where the consignment is present, there also they don't want to even listen to you and solve your problem, just they say come after 1 hr, or 2 hrs
                    My house is 55 kms from airport n still i had to take soo much pain, and they don't care.

                      Shipment was picked from Fedex US on 19th of January 2018 and Date for delivery mentioned was 22nd of January 2018.Shipment reached Bangalore on 21st of January. All the documents were given to Fedex on 19th of January 2018 itself.
                      Now its stuck at Bangalore for custom clearance.
                      I am calling Fedex everyday to follow-up for my shipment the only update they have is nothing can be done before custom clear my shipment. Today they informed me that nothing can be done until Monday 29th of January as custom office is closed and if it stays with custom for more than a month i might not get my package . I am not sure why they are sitting on my shipment when all the required document is already provide.
                      Now i am worried that because of Fedex inefficiency and lack of interest i might loose my shipment.
                      Please assist me in this regard. Let me know if you need more details from my end. It already became a nightmare for me don't make it worse.

                        My awb number is[protected], its been around one week of my expected delivery. It was expected to be delivered by 19th of january but it shows further delivery requested, i didn't even got a call from any of their delivery person then how it's possible. Next day when i called their customer care (Useless service, they are helpless don't think they are going to help you, i don't understand why even they have customer care department) they say they will deliver it by today and it keeps on going for one week and i am still waiting for that "today" according to them. They even can't give you assurance that when it will be delivered, i asked them whether they will deliver by tomorrow, maybe after a month, may be after a year they always say sorry sir we can't give you assurance. I would like to tell the people please don't ever trust fedex, don't even think about using their service. I can bet you you will regret it for sure.

                          Please see the screen shot attached. The material has reached india on 12th jan 2018 night. It is the 19th jan 2018 today and i have no idea when this is getting cleared. Would have been faster if it was air cargoed. No proper response. Pathetic service even after tweeting them standard form responses no effort to investigate and inform. Fedex is thwarting the make in india program of the govt. Of india by delaying critical spares to reach industry.

                            15/01/18 i called custmer care of fedex for know again about my delivery one girl attend my call she said within 24 hours fedex send the exact details and delivery date to my email address

                            But nothing response
                            So iam going to move legaly for a claim of 5 lack for my parcel in highcort directly

                              Hello,

                              Firstly no one calls to inform about sending kyc to fedex. I call the customer service and then upload the required documents. After that, i am again supposed to courier the same? I did it anyway, and i have still received no response yet apart from an email that says the documents have been verified.
                              Now my question is when the delivery will happen!

                              I've emailed the required documents and also have couriered the same now.
                              Let me know when the shipment will be delivered.

                              Tired of fedex and the various procedures to be followed just to get a delayed shipment anyway!

                                The documents were submitted on Jan 2 and for the last 8 days there is no update on the fedex tracking number[protected].

                                Every time I call the customercare, they give the standard answer of it it being processed and they don’t give a ETA.

                                This was a time critical item and any help to resolve the issue would be greatly appreciated.

                                  Fedex totally disappointed.

                                  Shipment[protected] shipped on 27th dec from hong-kong to hyderabad
                                  Arrived bangalore and its status being shown as "clearance in progress" form 29th dec till date.
                                  Even today same status.
                                  Customer care is helpless.
                                  Emails - no response for long time, and every reply is just a template pasted like "we will look into it on priority" thats it.
                                  Calls - they doesn't seem to have sufficient knowledge.

                                  If fedex has backlogs to clear, why should customer waste his time.

                                  It is an international priority also, which fedex claims to deliver in 2 days.

                                  Its been more than a month now, and still FedEx hasn't delivered my international priority shipment !!

                                    Total 5 pkg were sent from us tracking number [protected]
                                    Master tracking number [protected], but we have received only 1 pkg balance 4 pkg still pending from november-17, no one is able to answer properly from bangalore office, in system tracking details shows - goods are subject to regulatory review. For more then 2 months, i need my parcel very urgently. Please help me.

                                      Hello FedEx,

                                      My order no. Is[protected].
                                      It's coming from Singapore. The expected delivery date is 18th December today is 4th January it's still not get delivered.
                                      Whenever I talked to customer care they don't have satisfactory reply. Earlier they are saying it's delay in clearance, now 2 days back it's get cleared from the customs but still waiting for delivery. I need my parcel very urgently. It's an euro rail pass. Please help me. Next week I'm having travel and I need them. I contacted you guys number of times to please deliver it on priority basis, otherwise I will incurred a huge loss. What kind of services you are providing.

                                        I am tired of contacting fedex support there is no update from them and my shipment is stuck at clearance under process from daysss, everytime i call customer support says same things, they even say i will get a call back which does not happen, i am ready to provide all documents its not my first time importing things, but still at least update us on whats happening we spend lacs on importing it. I expect some sort of professionalism. Idk how much warehouse fee is piling up on this. All i ask is update and undestand its 19days lol, its not a joke.

                                        They are very worst & unprofessional they blame customs authority for the clearance shipment enrouted via Bangalore such a lie . Actually I used DHL & UPS which also enrouted via Bangalore customs came very quickly to my door step . But FedEx is waste worst careless people ever . They don't even care & just sit infront of the computer wasting the time & getting paid . All staff are well trained to fool the customer.my shipment stuck for almost a month now hopeless service
