With reference to the tracking no.[protected], the package contains the electronic boards worth rs.175000 (One lakh seventy five thousand), fedex picked-up the package from koramangala office & the delivery address is sarjapur outer ring road, but later the package is misplaced by fedex team, after giving sufficient time to fedex failed to traced the missing package.

Pls let me know how fedex will compensate the loss.

    Hi

    On 10/26/2017 i got email from fedex.com stating in reference to your fedex express import shipment awb #[protected] which has been held for formal clearance from your good self.
    They requested to provide kyc form and consignee authorization and i already sent on 10/26/2017 with all the required documents via maruti courier and next day they said they have received my documents and its under process. (I have all the evidence of courier receipt, email and phone calls).
    Now its more then 10 to 12 days but no proper reply or update from fedex. Also first five days trackng status shows "clearance delay" and now every day it shows "clearance in progress" and when i called fedex customer care[protected] they only book my complaint not solved my problem.
    Nobody is giving any correct update nor clearing my shipment. They are provide worst service to their customers.

      My order with tracking id:[protected]
      Not delivered. My standard delivery date is 1nov, but it is still not delivered. I contacted fedex customer service many times. But my problem not solved. It is reached to my near by city hyderabad, but it is still there only since last 4days and there is no tracking update from fedex.
      Please take this issue seriously and solve it immediately.
      I am sending many mails to fedex. But no response.

      Iam very disappointed with fedex service
      My order not delivered. And 9days completed.
      I contacted fedex service for many times.
      But nobody cleared this issue.
      My product is already reached to hyderabad before 4days. It should be reach to siddipet which is nearly 90km from hyderabad. But fedex not delivering my product and there is no tracking update from last 4days. It is left at hyderabad only.
      Please take immediate action and solve it as soon as possible.
      You are wasting my valuable time.
      Try to delivery it by monday or 6nov.

        Dispatched from bangalore on oct 28th and send on priority for standard overnight delivery. Estimated delivery date is 1st nov to siddipet, telangana.

        Package reached to hyderabad but it is left there only from last 3 days.

            Hi,
            Please not the tracking id as[protected].
            Product shipped to delhi on 3 rs october and fedex commited delivery date by 13 the october.
            But fedex has failed to deliver my product. And evey time i call them they are telling that the product is with delhi clearance.
            And they are not giving me the reason for delay also. I am under huge loss.
            If fedex would have told we can't commit the delivery date then i wouldn't have been opted.
            Verry bad service.
            I am really helpless situation that, i don have any controle over my products and my hard earned money.
            Can some one help me to resolve.

              I must say these people maintain a very poor service. I kept calling to them regarding my package. They failed to deliver the package within the city and kept it for more than 10days and no information about when the package will be delivered. Fedex executived speak something and their vendors speak something. No coordination between fedex and their vendors. Simply wastin g time. Worst service.

                Hi, this is the worst service i ever had about any courier service, i had booked a pickup of the product on 7th of oct from gurgaon to deliver in jharkhand (Ranchi). The product was delivered to the ranchi on 11th oct. And its has been lying there in thier fascility since 9 days now. Everyday thew will commit wait for 2 days and again when you enquire after 2 days, you have to listen the same excuse. They have been playing with the customer everyday. The kolkatta team calls and says it will be delivered today when you get the call but still never got delivered. Have been calling everyday but same story.

                  First of all i am a regular fedex user. From one good experience have been emphasizing on shipping through fedex only to all my suppliers.

                  Now there are two issues:

                  1. This require urgent attention and resolution.
                  A shipment with tracking number[protected] was imported and
                  Received yesterday night. First i had to go personally collect it.
                  This had already invoice sent from my supplier with all details
                  Clearly mentioned.
                  Yesterday with shipment i was not given bill of entry. Upon asking
                  They had issued one. When checked in detail the bill of entry this
                  Serious error was marked by us.in the bill of entry it is "some one
                  Else's gst number on which shipment was cleared." also "it is
                  Different hsn code than the one mentioned in invoice as well."

                  So it is completely wrong clearance. I was continuously tracking shipment and called your call center asking continuously whether you require any documents or not. I was said if required they will contact.
                  For all shipments fedex always calls me in advance.

                  This is a serious issue, — a loss of input tax credit to me,
                  — i may face scrutiny for this shipment — i won't be able
                  To bill this material further with actual hsn code. — even if
                  Somehow i bill, when scrutiny comes might have to pay
                  Fine for this.


                  Fyi: have put a stop payment request on cheque given to your people for duty payment until issue is resolved. So don't deposit the cheque number 272307 given to your person.

                  Attaching documents for your reference as a proof.

                  2. Denied door delivery.
                  I had to call the call center twice to ask for the delivery until 6pm
                  In the evening. Your person denies to deliver on the delivery
                  Address mentioned on the invoice as it was far for him. Because
                  It was urgent, i had to go to fedex office at night 10 o clock and
                  Personally collect the shipment.
                  I was not even called in advance for information on duty amount
                  Before they deliver which usually happens.

                  Request you to check in to the issue 1 urgently and give me a solution.

                    My brother sent a book to me on the 05/10/2017 via canada post from toronto to delhi using the priority service, meaning the company had promised the item would be delivered within 2-3 business days (By 10/10/2017). Today is the 19th october, my book has still not been delivered. On the website tracking, the last update i have is the package being received in memphis and has been sitting there ever since.
                    I have raised multiple investigations with them and i have been calling them every single day since the 11th and every day they have the same response saying that we have no update yet and that we will raise an investigation and let you know. I have been transferred over to multiple executives, some of them at senior positions and no one is able to find out what happened to my book. The shipment had a custom clearance given to it on the 10/10/2017, so i know its not the customs that is delaying my package. So the real question is what is going on? Am i ever going to get an honest answer?

                    My honest opinion about using fedex and canada post is that dont do it ever. They dont honour any time commitments whether it is about the delivery of the shipment itself or if its about a returning a call back to the customer with the results of the investigation.

                      Hello @fedexindia,

                      This is raju, my shipper booked a shipping from china to kakinada, ap, india on 7th oct. Today date is 19th oct 2017.

                      The shipment was arrived in india on 10 oct my package delivering was on 16th oct 2017 and today it is 19th oct 2017 and my package yet to arrive at my door steps.

                      Whenever i am looking fedex on their helpline number they are replying by saying i need to submit my kyc documents. I have submitted on 11th oct.
                      I send a mail [protected]@fedex.com. But i havent received any acknowledgement from fedex.

                      When i contacted fedex regrading acknowledgement, they said that tomorrow i will get a acknowledgement,
                      I don't know what they mean by tomorrow morning, it is unprofessional stuff by fedex. They use third-party company like transactglobal for kyc verification instead of their own team. They don't even have their own caller center they use thirdparty call centers. These guys doesn't even know what they are dealing with. They are dealing for second biggest shipper in fedex but they service is so unprofessional.

                      On 17th oct i received a mail from fedex team saying they have received my kyc on 17th which i sent on 11th.

                      Same goes with social media platform after taking our tracking number. Their social media guys just disappear and don't even reply us.

                      If you guys don't want to run service then government should take action and close this company services in india till they don't become service for their clients.

                      Which showing clearance in progress since 10th oct 2017.

                      These guys took 7 days just to give me information regrading acknowledgement. I wonder how much time they will take for delivering my package.
                      This is worst experience with fedex

                      I want to hear something good news that my package is arriving on so and so date.! Rather blaming indian custom officers as "there is a backlog of 10 to 12 days" this song is becoming very old to be honest. Every other guy says something customer support team

                        Fedex office location: g86, ibi house, andheri east. Mumbai

                        I had pre-booked two shipping packages on 10/17 evening for my higher education to be sent to canada under the student offer with the discount rate of 1190 and drop date was pre-selected for 10/18.
                        Today when visited store to drop the package, your store staff is not ready to honor the package quotes and are asking me to do shipping package process all over again as the rates have changed suddenly overnight.
                        By no means it is my mistake that you allowed me to pre-book with old rates and if shipping labels are created you should honor them as they are ready to be shipped with old rates. The staff member is saying he cannot help me with this and i have to go home and do the entire application all over again and bring him new shipping labels and book for pick up.
                        Pain doesnt stop here, we had to wait for 30 mins for your staff to attend us because they were busy with festive season and photoshoots of them in ethnic wear. As if its only festive season for them and not for customers.
                        When requested to assist in reviewing and providing revised quote for the service, your staff is saying only after i book the service they can tell me the new quote.
                        Also they lied for store hours which is displayed over the door and online as 8:00 pm and staff person said it is available to drop till 11:00 pm claiming it is my fault that i didnt drop the packages at night after booking them before the rates have changed.
                        Still customer service pain doesnt stop here, after that my wife was made to wait for someone to attend her but staff member had audacity to tell her to come after 3 pm as they are busy in their fun events because its festive season (Asking for wait time of 1 hour 30 mins)
                        When requested to share contact number or details for manager or supervisor, they simply deny and ask to call customer care as they cant do anything.

                        So to summarize, your staff is totally unprofessional, unworthy of business, lying on face of customer and not helpful to customer.

                          I never knew delivery time to send a package takes more than 15 days and more. When i checked its showed shipped on 26th of september and till now i haven't got my package. Last scheduled delivery as on ebay was 3rd-4th of october, then it showed 6th of october and now scheduled delivery is pending. Another update i got that is "tendered to authorized agent for final delivery" on 10th of october. Now i am wondering when will i receive my package. Will it take 20-30 days?

                          I sent a fedex express envelope to India on oct 3. it was scheduled to be delivered to on oct 6. Tracking says it was tendered to authorized agent for final delivery since 5 days. I have been calling Fedex internaional number every day. They are not giving any information. It is waste of money using Fedex.

                          I sent a package from Ontario, Canada to West Bengal, India. When i booked my courier from Staples it showed me that it will be delivered within 4 days on International Priority. Now 7 days happening, the Delivery didnot happen. And i paid the highest fees $160 for delivery as it is urgent. Now the status is showing tendered to authorized agent for final delivery. I mean, someone or there should be atleast an update or a second tracking number. I dont know what is happening and Fedex customer care has no clues.

                            I would like to complaint against fedex courier company for my tracking no.[protected]. They claim that my courier has been delivered which i had booked through book my show. But i haven't received any courier and they are not doing anything on this. I had called customer care number for many times but no feedback from their side. It was my important courier. This is not expect ed from a international company like fedex.
                            Please help me in this. Horrible treatment given by fedex and would like to get the issue on social media

                              I'm actual disappointed with your service i was.. I have paid a lot of money for my delivery to be delivered on time but instead they've been sending everywhere and coming up with excuses that they tried to call me yes did try to call me once they didn't bother to try again"poor service" my parcel is been stuck from the 30 i spoke to pamela.. Pamela was suppose to refer me to someone in friday i did not get any email or calls from fedex again i called waisting my airtime i was told someone is going to contact me.. This is ridiculous they need to fix this as they are doing international business because they are going to lose lots of clients as i'm looking to find another delivery service..

                                Hi,

                                I used fedex as a courrier service to promptly deliver my package on time from mumbai to bangalore. Instead, its been delayed for longer than 24hours. When i called them 5 times between yesterday and today since the consignment is important to me, they have no answer except excuses such as it was raining or i have to wait as its on the way etc... Being an international company they should take their services more seriously and act promptly to customers who pay a premium or do not charge the premium!

                                This to me is abuse/fleecing the public and i thought that i should bring it up. Such companies would not get away in the usa or europe so easily so why should we let them get away so easily in india!

                                Fedex tracking no[protected].

                                The last customer care personal i spoke to in fedex was pranay.

                                Any advice/action would be much appreciated.

                                  This fedex company is usless i have to receive the parcel from my frnd from jamshidpur, he shifted on 25th sep 2017. & today is 5th oct 2017. They are keep on scheduling the delivery, when i called customer care even they are taking it lightly & just keep on telling you'll get today.                                     My fedex package with awb no is stuck in delhi for customs clearance.
                                    Although i have filled and submitted all the kyc documents. People from fedex have been asking some kind of declaration letter. (Even submitted that also)

                                    I spoke to fedex customer support and it turns out that the shipper has mentioned the type of package i. E contest prize in the shipping address. (By mistake)

                                    Now people at fedex and customs are asking for address proof and declaration letter for the company "contest prize"

                                    I tried to explain each and every one of them that the term "contest prize" in the shipping documents does not refer to any company or organization it simply refers to the type of the parcel.

                                    So, anyone trying to resolve this issue. Explain to them that the package is not for any "mr. Contest prize" or any company named "contest prize"
                                    The package is in the name of an individual and is a prize from an online contest held in the us.

                                    The story does not end here, i even received an email stating that warehouse charges are going to be applicable on my package.

                                    Please try to resolve the issue asap.

                                      I'm writing here to get my item which is shipped by fedex with tracking number[protected]. Now it is in agartala tripura. My item not delivered even after one month. This is very unprofessional. Customer care is truly waste, every time i call even after waiting for 30 minutes call cannot be connected to a representative. So finally here to get my item. I will wait for one week, if my item not delivered i will spread this to my family, friends, and colleagues.

                                        We have notified by fedex as we have two sample consignment from the netherlands arrived at bangalore vide fedex under airwaybill no:[protected] and[protected] and received at bangalore on 19.07.2017. Later we have submitted kyc and all documents as asked by fedex. By our management one person also appeared at bangalore customs after struggling two days with fedex people in bangalore and met with customs officer explained all details about the product. After a prolong conversation by mail and through toll free none of them clarified the shipment status still now. From the booking date almost three months has been passed but no single improvement in clearance. The worst customer service in the world. They always repeat the word "it is under assessment" for the past three months. When we ask withe toll free they also using the same word. We never see such like poor services over with our experience of 17 years in courier dealings.
