Up till now, nothing is done. What reenal jatania, trace agent doing? No call & e-mail?? Not taking calls. Just taking the excuse that i did not get clarification from delhi team. She is not doing rocket science investigation, all facts & information are available online. The reality is that it's due to your negligence custom charged the penalty on a/c of delay in clearing the documents from the department.

You are the worst service provider.

We are very much regretted to know that the department has charged the penalty on a/c of delay in clearing the documents from the department. This is due to your negligence because we had submitted all the documents in time via email as well as courier service (Receipt copy & delivery copy report enclosed) even you can cross-check via the website of trackon courier, so you must bear these charges. You have included this penalty in your in your bill due which we have refused to take the delivery because this is not justified & we are not faulted.

Thanks for writing a mail, from a busy schedule but i would like to draw your attention that fedex backend support is worst like not picking up telephone calls & no auto confirmation mail about document received or not received & web status is always confusion & not informing the correct information in the proper way etc.

Overall not handling the common customers and giving preferences to big clients

I am sorry to say that in service driven economy your company fedex is not up to the mark & in my opinion being a common customer i have right to ask for service for which i'm paying the charges to your firm & i'm supposed to know the business proceeding details in a transparent manner. But i'm really disappointed to say that every time i call your toll free numbers/live chat support service, your staff is neither able to give the satisfactory reply to my queries nor they pass on call to the knowledgeable person.

Great inconvenience is caused to me due to this unpleasant experience with your backend team & this is the second time i am facing problem & i will not give you third chance, next time we will hire other services like dhl may be they are little dear disha chaturvedi,

FEDEX IS DOING NOTHING KINDLY SOS PLS AS WE ARE FACING PRESSURE FROM OTHER SIDE TO RELEASE MATERIAL. CHARGING 10, 000.00 MORE WHICH NO FAULT O[censored]S. ALL DOCUMENTS GIVEN IN TIME. FOR GOD SACK NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN. STRONGLY ADVICE TO OTHERS NEVER USE FEDEX. I[censored]SING FEDEX NEVER GAVE THEM ADVANCE PAYMENT. BEST USE DHL OR UPS SERVICES.
Package has been scheduled to deliver on Tuesday, June 27th In India, But so far it didn't deliver, I paid extra charges for fast delivery.

    We have purchased battery in ebay.in on 19-o6-2017 and online shopping ebay is sent to fedex courier:[protected] on my required address on the same day.. We are tracking the courier by the given tracking id,, it is almost reached my nearest location to delivered.. Suddenly the online tracking stopped to move the locations... We have called to fedex courier office ([protected]) they said this courier is already out for delivery.. From 4 days we are waiting for delivery but not yet, today we called again to check they are speaking inproperdlywords.. Wenever ever seaned this much bad services, kindly help us to get my parcel from fedex... It is very important to me.

        Fedex india (Chennai) - rude customer service

        I really cannot believe can delivery executives be this rude during the time of delivery. Very bad and pathetic service.

        The delivery agent was at a wrong location (Some 100meters away from the exact location). So i guided him through my phone to the location. (However he missed the place and went across me without stopping at place where i was waiting)...

        Now he again called me and spoke at very rude tone "where are you. I cannot find you"... I replied to him "no you missed the place, you have to come back, only some 4-5 houses back"..

        He hesitated (I know how difficult it will be for delivery persons to deliver products all day)... So i asked him the office address.. So i told him that i will collect it personally at the office

        Then he started to say things like "if you can collect at the office why did you asked me wait... He told this in a very rude manner"

        (Whenever i am not available to receive the delivery, mostly i will ask them deliver some time or at some other day... However if they tell me sir! I have to come tomorrow again for this delivery i will tell them that i will collect the product at the office... Such that i don't give trouble again from my side to come again some other day for delivery... And with that intention i told him the same... But his response was very bad, pathetic)

        Then he started to reply ("you have wasted my 15 minutes etc., etc., but the entire conversation was only 10 minutes). Also i have recorded the call for verification purpose (If anyone is need of the recordings i can mail you)

        Dear fedex, though you have a global presence and a well established multi national company... That doesn't mean that you can customers very bad like the above situation... Value your customers... Don't degrade them... If it continues the time is not too far

            I would like to post regarding my package in social media. My package no[protected] was subjected to deliver today. Fedx took extra amount to make sure the package reaches today. Their was no warning given to us you will be taking dubai route to reach doha anybody in the world will know there will be a delay if fedx takes this route. Totally unfair how you cheat yout customers by not warning them. A 3 day delivery is now subjected to deliver on 4th july. I could hv posted this under indian gov. This is was a very important document and beacuse of you lying to customers i have issues here. I just want my amount back cause i paid for a reason here and you hid from ur customers the truth.

                    My shipment was made on 23 red may, and product is also reach my home town guwahati on 25/26 may but from 26 th till today i haven't got my product. When i track the delivery status, it said sometimes 'incorrect address' or 'unable to collect payment'. But i haven't receive any call from fedex till today. So pathetic service, i even contacted the local fedex facility but they never receive any call.

                      Hi Team,

                      I have contacted FedEx many time regarding my package. Which is stuck in customs clearance for more than 10 days now. Whenever I get in touch with customer service or so called custom officer from FedEx they always say it's yet to clear the customs. The customs officer name from FedEx is Jijo thomas whose behaviour is unprofessional and rude. He never responds to my calls .Just wanted to check if I am going to get my package or not. If I am going to get it when will I get it? My other packages are already delivered by DHL and Aramex which has to go through the same customs. We will never deal with FedEx again.

                        Shipped a package from USA to my friend in Kolkata. Tracking #[protected]. It has been 7 days since package was shipped and 48 hrs since KYC documents provided, the package is simply stagnant sitting at some Delhi local facility. How the package moved from Kolkata (final destination) on 7th May 11 pm to Delhi now is in itself a big mystery. Port of entry and processing for package from USA destined for Kolkata should stay and be processed in Kolkata itself. I have sent multiple emails to FedEx India help desk, zero response and movement in package.

                          My friend from usa a personal user is sending a package from us to india in kolkata to me who also is a personal user. Tracking number[protected]. Fedex asked me for kyc form and self declaration. It was submited on time. Now the package is sitting in delhi for 2 days without any further progress when it was supposed to be sent to kolkata. West bengal.

                          I was worried so i contacted fedex today. Note they did not contact me nor said anything. After contacting them today they suddenly tell me i need to give them vat form 50 inter state transit form,

                          So i looked up the form and the rules apparently thats applicable for domestic shipments only. For international shipments custom duty is applicable not a form 50. The value of the goods and items are mentioned on the package it has food in it and 1 electronic item. I even sent them the form 50 (Blank non filled) which has spots in them for address of the sender and which state he is from because form 50 only applies for domestic shipments not international.

                          Now the package is stuck in delhi with no update at all and they gave me a deadline till 16th may after which package probably goes back or something. Even if i wanted to fill up the form 50 i cant because everything in there is state based including vat and cst and tin which i do not own and the person that is sending it from usa does not have.

                          I told them that i have gotten fedex shipments like last month from outside india and i did not need form 50 because form 50 is only applicable for domestic shipments and not international

                          Am experiencing exact same issue with a package shipped to my friend in Kolkata. Tracking #[protected]. It has been 7 days since package was shipped and 48 hrs since KYC documents provided, the package is simply stagnant sitting at some Delhi local facility. How the package moved from Kolkata (final destination) on 7th May 11 pm to Delhi now is in itself a big mystery. Port of entry and processing for package from USA destined for Kolkata should stay and be processed in Kolkata itself. I have sent multiple emails to FedEx India help desk, zero response and movement in package.

                            I am writing this mail with regards to my shipment which was supposed to be delivered last month..

                            I ordered a machine from Belgium which the shipper sends it through two different consignments to India. 1st consignment number - [protected] was delivered to me on 29th Apr and the 2nd consignment number[protected] was to supposed to be delivered by 2nd May as per your website records..When I checked on 2nd May to see the status, I was shocked to see that the status read as "delivered" on 29th Apr.

                            From that day, I am following upon your team who looks to have no interest in tracing my consignment. I even had to visit my nearest FedEx local courier office on Thanisandra Main road more than a couple of times..Even they are unaware of this consignment. They were mentioning chances are there that it must not be cleared from the customs.. When I checked with your customs clearance team, they are saying it was out from the customs clearance and may be it is on Gateway..

                            I am totally struck now as I am unable to use the 1st consignment without the remaining parts from the 2nd consignment...The total value of the 2nd shipment alone is around INR 2 lakhs..It is not that I can re-order again or forget about it..Please do the needful at the earliest..

                                This is regarding complaint against FedEx who cheated me from last 60 days. We have Imported 3 parcels from China to Hyderabad. We received only 2 of them and another one they are saying that parcel is missing. But from last 60 days they continue lying parcel is in customs warehouse. Even they have taken the duty amount also.                                   Its been 4days since arrival of shipment. Shipment got delayed due to incorrect address. This is not the first time i am facing this problem. The delivery guy could have called if the address was wrong. Tried calling mulund hub at 6.30. They did not receive my call. All the fedex people are liar.                                     My order from Amazon tracking ID[protected] was due on delivery on 24th April. Since there was no attempt till 29th April, I myself went to pick up the order from FedEx office at Jodhpur.
                                    An employee with FedEx Emp name: Parvat Singh and Employee Id:5127110 answered very rudely on being asked about the delay in delivery. He went on to say that it's not his job to do it. On being asked to place the parcel( a Voltas ac) in the car, he refused. Moreover, what was unacceptable was the usage of abusive language and Audacity to say "Jo karna hai karle"
                                    Such cheap behaviour was not accepted from FedEx. Not only was there a delay in delivery with the parcel being available in Jodhpur since 26th April but a completely unpleasant experience on visiting your facility to do the job that should have ideally been done by your employees.
                                    I would like to be appraised on the action taken on the employee, lest I'll take legal action against the concerned person for unruly and intimidating behavior with a lady.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      This is for your information that I had scheduled a pick up of my transcripts under the Fedex student scheme on 25/04/2017. I was allotted a pick up time between 7PM to 8PM on 25/04/2017. However, no one turns up in the meanwhile and I had to call the customer care number[protected].

                                      The customer care representative Ms. Samriksha keeps me on hold for almost 10 mins and informs me that the pick up person is on the way and will have the package collected. After 5 mins, I get a call from a Fedex warehouse manager in Kompally (outskirts of Hyderabad) saying that the pickup van has broken down near Bachupally (also outskirts of Hyderabad). I had to myself drive about 10 kilometers in the night to handover the package that late night keeping in view the package should not get delayed.

                                      My package was originally to be delivered on Thursday 27/04/2017 by 10:30 AM local time in Raleigh, USA. However, due to the trained experts Fedex has, my package shows a delivery time of Friday 28/04/2017 by 10:30 AM. Who is to blame for this delay of 24 hours? I need to take this up with the higher authorities at Fedex since this can jeopardize my chances at a US university. Looking for your prompt action and hoping to hear from you soon.

                                      Update: My current package tracking in Fedex website shows a delivery scheduled at 10:30 AM local time at Raleigh on Monday 01May 2017. What is this, a joke? Fedex better learn to respect customers timely delivery commitment. We have paid for it, not getting service for free. Bloody suckers at Fedex. I better go with UPS next time.
