We have imported the material from italy against awb no.[protected] but shipment is pending due to kyc not updated, we have submitted the kyc documents for 3-4 times, also we have received shipment against awb no.[protected] which is imported after a week than 1st consignment.
As per the tele communication with customer care team & kyc team the kyc is updated but the shipment is not showing any process from last 1 month.

    Hello. My shipment no[protected]. I was waiting for my package since monday. The tracking shows its on fedex vehicle fr delivery for four days. Iam n need of that package very urgently. I called ur customer care people yesterday for over five times. They said it ll be delivered bedore last night. As of now nothing jas happened and no information was there from your people. Iam raising a complaint over here. Through this shipment number there has been two shipment generated. One i received on 7th august. Another one is new. Pl do the needful

      I am tired of contacting fedex and asking what more is required from me to process the package which is sitting with them for a month now! Have sent the kyc doc+authorization letter+pan+passport via email already (2-3 weeks back) but no response from them and package is still stuck somewhere. They are not even informing me what more is required from my end, when i call customer care i do not get any appropriate answer and email response has stopped since sometime now. Got a call sometime back from them for my gstin, have told them several times i am not a business to have gstin, all the docs that i could provide have already been emailed but still it's not moving! I am asking them continuously if they need the kyc etc to be couriered somewhere (If email isn't enough) but no response on any of my emails.

        Almost 2 years back, one of my shipment thru FedEx (AWB:[protected] was held in customs. I couldn't able to get clearance from customs hence decided to send the shipment back. FedEx asked me to Pay Rs. 10000 fee to customs as fine for the reverse shipment. FedEx received my DD of 10K on 19-Jun-2017. But till now the reverse shipment is not done
        .
        FedEx is not responding to my email or call.

            Hi i m manikaran singh from new delhi i have orderded a commercial parcel from usa on 12july 2017 the parcel has been picked up and arrived on 18 july 2017 in india fedex customs clearance department didnt contacted to submit the documents after my email they appointed rahul raj on 19th july 2017 onthe same day i have forward all the documents to him but of his irresponsible behavior and neglegancy hi didnt forward the documents to (Cha) jeena $ company after my emails to fedex they contacted jeena $company they replied that we didnt received your documents till 25 july 2017 they replied that now after three days of parcel arrived the bill of entry should be entered to customs if its not then daily fine 0f rs10000 has to be paid by me i have told them that there is all fault is by fedex rahul raj he has not forwarded the documents to cha now jeena and company told me to first sort out the matter of penalty of around 2lakhs with fedex then we will submit the bill of entry now fedex not replying email and no body is contacting i request you to kindly solve my problem as early as possible

              With refer to awb[protected], we have been working for weeks trying to receive our package. We have submitted poa by email as indicated in the tracking.

              In email thread, there are a lot of fedex persons but when we seek clarification and ask for guidance, no one from fedex reply. We call the hotline several times a day and each time, we are given different directions.

                This is in regard to awb[protected]. The shipment has been held by customs since 24th july 2017. I have provided all documents along with proof of purchase and invoice from company of purchase. There has been no movement and update since then. I have called the support team, escalated the issue and the only response is, it has been forwarded to the team and someone will be assigned on priority. Nothing else. I make 3 - 4 calls a day and send out 2 - 4 emails on this.in fact, i even got the company from where i bought this to send out information on item cost etc to fedex.

                I cannot believe it take 1 week to assign someone, this is horrendous service. I have even explained that this consignment is for personal use and the products have a 15 day return policy.

                Simply horrendous service.

                  The shipment with awb[protected] has been held at bangalore customs for the past one week and there is no update or call or mail from fedex regarding that. I have already sent the required documents to fedex [protected]@mail. Fedex.com on 21st july and today to [protected]@cogenteservices.in. Can you help us in tracking the same. Coz as my earlier shipment is lost, i'm really worried about this shipment too.

                    We are an exporter and receive proto type samples from our foreign customers all the time. These are free samples and not for sales, as per customs rules as given below, no duty is applicable.

                    However, for above parcel fedex no[protected] you have claimed duty which is not aceptable.

                    This is always the case with fedex and i never face any problems with ups or dhl.

                    I require the parcel to be delivered to me with out any duty charges as these are 1pc free sample below inr 5000/- clearly as listed below.,

                    Classification of goods:
                    5. For facilitating customs clearance, the goods imported by courier have been divided into three categories, viz (A) documents; (B) samples and free gifts; and (C) dutiable or commercial goods. The documents include any message, information or data recorded on paper, cards or photographs having no commercial value, and which do not attract any duty or subject to any prohibition/restriction on their import or export. Samples have been defined to mean any bonafide commercial samples and prototypes of goods supplied free of charge of a value not exceeding rs.50, 000/- for exports and rs.5000/- for imports which are not subject to any prohibition or restriction on their import or export and which does not involve transfer of foreign exchange. Free gifts means any bonafide gifts of articles for personal use of a value not exceeding rupees 25, 000/- for a consignment in case of exports and rs.5000/- for imports which are not subject to any prohibition or restriction on their import or export and which do not involve transfer of foreign exchange

                      We are a company and send regular parcels to our customers through various courier companies. We shipped 2 parcels with tracking number[protected] and[protected]. Due to some fraudulent utrs sent by the customer and the payment not received by us we informed kartrocket and fedex to stop the shipment and return them to us. Both of them confirmed that the parcels will not be delivered. Even their customer care confirmed that the parcels are held and will not be delivered to the customer and will be returned back. Still they are delivered and we have lost our money that is 37141 in total. This is a mere breach of trust from both the companies and we need them to reimburse the said amount to our following bank account within 24 hrs failing which we will also write to the national consumers forum and pmo.

                      We also have the call recording from fedex customer care where the executive confirmed that the shipment is held and will not be delivered.

                        I was to receive a package from ebay purchase. I had a tracking number and as per the status the fedex shipment was out for delivery. The whole day no one turned up. Later in the evening when i called the customer care and checked the online status it said 'incorrect address'

                        This is a very common problem with courier companies. They do not look for correct address and blindly call it incorrect.

                        Customer care told me that i they tried to contact me but call did not connect. This is further frustrating, how can it be incorrect address if customer' phone did not connect.

                        Courier delivery boys are just not committed to do their work and blindly update the status as 'door locked' incorrect address, address not found and so on.

                        Avoid fedex deliveries. You will not receive your package in time.

                          My order from snapdeal was to be delivered by fedex courier service. The awb number for tracking is[protected]. Tracking status is showing the product is delivered to me but i have not received it. Also there was no call or message to me regarding delivery of the product. I did online payment of 2960 inr and now i am helpless.. This is very frustating from fedex.

                            We have a shipment started from china to hyderabad with awb[protected] which started from china on 28/3/2017.
                            It is in bangalore customs from 5 th april.
                            I have received a mail to submit all documents and the same have been sent and i received a mail with bill of entry and informed that customs has been cleared. But i have not received the shipment till now and when i called the customer care, they said that they are not able to find the shipment and it has been custom cleared but physical retrievement is not done. Meanwhile, they have charged my fedex agent in china with the customs duty. As i generally pay the duty amount at the time of delivery, why did they charge the agent for the same, and also when it is not delivered. And i want to check how i can get my shipment. It has been 3.5months and the shipment is not found yet. Please help us on the same. Thank you

                            The shipment is not traced and its lost. How can you say that it is delivered. Please check once. Fedex customer care said it is lost.
                            I have faced the same issue with my shipment. A shipment with AWB number[protected] has arrived from UK last week to Bangalore on 12th July 2017, but it was stated that it's stuck in customs over value discrepancy in the Invoice. I have shared the proof of payment and ebay link from where the product was purchased on 15th july. I got a mail on 18th July from the team stating that the shipment is cleared but waiting for retrieval from customs custodian warehouse. The status says the same even after 6 days and even after following up daily there is no resolution till date.

                            Preface: I had another package from UPS with AWB number 1Z2X12A[protected] left UK a day after the aforementioned package. Seeing the progress of the UPS shipment which was cleared with customs within a day, I continuously followed up with FEDEX customer support on the shipment status on 13th, 14th and 5th. At least a 8 calls are made form my side on the following dates and each and every person stated that the customs in Bangalore is facing a lot of backlog, who were peddling lies wherein my UPS package was cleared by customs within a day. After stating the above scenario multiple times to the customer care correspondent over the call suddenly I receive a status saying that there is a value discrepancy in the shipment invoice and is in check with customs, and few days after submitting proof the status goes that there is a delay in retrieval of package from customs (even after 6 days), which is unlikely to happen. This insinuates towards the point that the package is clearly mishandled by FEDEX when it comes to Customs and seeing no updates for long time I doubt that it's misplaced.

                            Earlier another shipment with FEDEX with AWB number[protected] was held in customs for long, for more than a week because FEDEX had not forwarded my KYC documents and declaration to the Customs department for clearance which resulted in detainment of the package. With all this I can clearly see that FEDEX is doing bad job with handling shipment at customs.

                              Fedex account number[protected], awb no[protected], the consignment corresponding to the awb was to be picked from uk & delivered in mumbai, being a high value shipment i requested fedex to bring and land the shipment in cargo mode and to get it custom cleared by fedex, assurance from fedex was given on the same in written, assurance was given before picking up also only on that condition i agreed to give the consignment to fedex, and when the shipment was in transit every time i call they assured me that your request will definetly be honored.
                              But when it landed in mumbai it landed in courier mode instead of cargo and now they are asking us to clear the shipment from our agent with a threat that if fedex will clear, then we have to pay penalties.

                              Dear sir, you should be aware of the fact that high value shipment are not cleared in courier mode, it need to be transshipped into cargo mode for clearance and by that time, it will get transshipped customs will impose penalties and for fedex careless attitude we have to pay the penalties

                                Fedex customer support sucks and are pathetic at doing their job!

                                I had my documents shipped with expedited shipment service from india to el salvador and was given an understanding that it would take 7 business day to a maximum of 10 business days. So i plan my work on the basis of the arrival time of these documents and had it shipped on 19th jun'17 and the package still lingering around in india even by 26th jun'17. Which means i loose more than couple of thousand dollars here for missing the appointment for unavailability of the documents which fedex promise to ship to me.

                                Now, seeing no progress even by 26th jun, i ask fedex to cancel my shipment and send it back to the shipper as it is pointless and i get a response that my request was taken into consideration but no one has any idea of how to return the package. To my surprise i received the package on 3rd july and don't know what should i do with it now.. On my emails to fedex, i see no progress or even believe that they understand anything beyond the package being delivered to me now regardless of how long it took and no sense receiving it now.

                                Beautifully they write, apologies for the inconvenience and it got delayed due to operational constraints and i've been asking what does it mean to me and what should i do for the reason i just trusted fedex as an international ambassador for this job and i lost over 1000+ dollars on missing documents for the scheduled appointment and my shipment fee of 7800 inr... You guys are nuts!

                                I'd appreciate if someone from fedex is really interested in having a sensible dialogue and close the loop with me even before i go viral about this.

                                  It's been 29 days since it stuck, there is no proper update in Fedex tracking Website and no responsibility of anyone.
                                  FedEx outsourced Clearance team is not even respond your emails.

                                  We have another consignment#[protected] stuck in custom since Jun 26' 2017.

                                  FedEx customer care has 3 fixed line answer for all queries. We are working with Custom and we don't have any idea how long will it take.

My Shipment Was Returned back by the Fedex For no reason and I had raised a ticket also for the same since i had cancelled the order on ebay since the courier was returning back. I received my Shipment and the content inside it was missing and was stolen by the Fedex staff due to which I did not accept the parcel.Its been more then a month now and company is not processing my claim and giving excuses for the same

                                        On 6/30/2017 i got email from fedex.com stating In order to clear your shipment "[protected] " without delays, we request you to submit the following at the earliest.

                                        they requested to provide KYC Form and Consignee authorization and i already replied on 6/30/2017 with all the required documents

                                        now its more then 5 days but no update from Fedex, on 4th July i talked on their no[protected] and they said they have received my documents and its under process so today on 6th July i called again to get new update and i surprised to get their new statements, now they are saying that they have not receive my documents and requested me to send it again and 2nd time i have send my documents as i have no other choice

                                        No body is giving any correct update nor clearing my shipment and not sure what kind of game they are playing with their customers

                                        Note: I have recordings of all conversation to show it how every time they have given wrong/fake information

                                        I too have the same problem with shipment tracking number[protected], Calling customer service asking for different information each time I call and sending me in circles with same status waiting for clearance response for about a week now even after submitting what ever was asked. Very bad customer service.

                                        I have a similar problem with FedEx India. My tracking no is[protected]. My package it over 25 days late and is stuck at clearance Bangalore. I have been calling everyday and FedEx has no idea about my pachage. Worst customer service in the country. Never am I using FedEx again.

                                        Even after posting this complaint and after 10days FedEx has still not contacted me. What a bunch is pathetic liars. It is so disgusting the way you function. Your attitude towards customers is so bad we should blame ourselves for using your pathetic service.
                                        In my case also they're playing the same card. At every email enquiry they quote clearance expected within minimum 4-5 days. This way 20 days passed and I have submitted all documents they asked for. Now they started to reply using separate customer care associates so that no one have responsibility of mypackage. I now have lost all hopes. I don't know whether AliExpress will refund or not. They have extended 10 more days of buyers protection. Thereafter will open dispute if the package did not receive within 10 days. If anybody have any idea about finalising dispute, please share with me. Also inform how about DHL in this case.
