I imported the item from china. My seller sent the parcel as "2 parcel"
Parcel 1:[protected]Master)
Parcel 2:[protected]

Both are same consignment. All documents submitted and the new delhi in customs also released parcel 1.

Since both parcel are one consignment, both parcel must be released but my 2nd parcel held in bangalore customs for over 20 days..

For 20 days fedex customer server tele support telling that the item will be sent tomorrow, tomorrow, tomorrow... Etc...

Till date parcel 1 came to chennai, but the 2nd one in bangalore..

daily i will call this [protected] for 2 times, before noon and after noon. so totally 60+ times i called and talked with me..

Daily for 60+ time they will tell "sure, your parcel will be delivered by tomorrow. Your item was marked as Priority " But till date[protected] nothing happened..

    I contacted the shipper and the Fedex location in China through the shipper and the item was NOT shipped in cargo mode but in courier mode. The item was specifically sent to an individual address and there is no mention of any courier or Cargo mode, either on the waybill or the declaration form.

    It appears to be a mistake at your end to send the package through cargo channel.

      My tracking number is[protected]. I had odered a package from US. But since the day package arrived in India i am facing issues that i have never faced with any courier company in past.

      I am calling daily to your customer support so that the delivery could be made on time, since my effort got wated because of carelessness from fedex side. First it got delayed die to kyc formality then form 39 and now The package was to be delivered to my okhla office by today, but now that i got to know that because of some confusion the package has been resend back to mayapuri hub. Inspite of the fact that i called up today morning to your customer support and told them its very important for me to get this package today and also told her to get me a revert call from sant nagar hub, but as usual i never recieved any intimation call or any infor. It is me again who called back your customer support around 1:30PM and he told me that nothing can be done because the package is now sent back to mayapuri hub.

      Seriously, this is why do you have customer support???

        This company is total fake i an working from past three years . There business wY is to just earn by taking parcel and returning it back to you. I am done with this company just irresponsible and unprofessional. There delivery boy save one rs. And dont call customer. And make fake scan of refuse. We have proof .             Do not trust Fedex courier service. It is a private courier service and they give false promises and this happened to us. Please go ahead with government post they will give you a lot of information and their service is too good.

            Sorry friends I have to tell my true story so i have to make it a brief.

            Me and my husband live in Germany. Since i was pregnant my mother in law wanted to send a lot of stuffs for me to eat. Actually, they wanted to send me only 2 kg and when they asked him wether there will be any problem in sending. He assured that no problem will be there instead of telling their clear rules. but the person in this courier insisted that it will be less price if you send 10 kg and cheated them, since they were not aware of the things going around they agreed. My in laws are really old and trying to cheat is the service of Fedex. So finally they sent 11 kg with speed delivery option which costed more than Rs. 20, 000 and it was scheduled to arrive yesterday. When my in laws asked the concerned person why the packet have not arrived yet he lied to them it has reached their place. Its all because they dont know to track and when we tracked it was clear in the status that it is in clearance for more than 2 days. WHAT A LIER ARE THESE FEDEX SERVICE GUYS. They think that we are fools. Today I called him from Germany and asked him what is happening and why is it like this he is saying the same story to me that it reached and he really misbehaved to me. If FEDEX service is really true to their customers they should take proper action against him. The details of this idiotic fellow are below.

              I was expecting a package on 21 March 2017.
              I talked to the FedEx Customer Support at 7:00 PM (21 March) and he said that the shipment was not out for delivery and could not be delivered that day (21 March) and it will be delivered the next day on 22 March.

              I checked the status online at 10:00 PM (21 March) and it was showing 'At Local FedEx Facility'.
              When I checked it today (22 March) morning around 7 AM it was showing 'Delivered' and that too on 21 March at 18:00 hrs. (one hour before I talked to your executive).

              The shipment has not been delivered to the address and still it is showing delivered on the portal.
              Also it says 'Delivered with stamp'. No body has come to deliver the package and nobody put a stamp on anything.

              The shipment was supposed to be delivered on the office address and neither the Front Desk nor anyone else has received the package (as no one has the authority)

              The copy of DRS provides the above mentioned details as the stamp on the DRS is of Teamlease Services not of British School of Language.

              The delivery was made to a location which is about 7 KM away from the original address of the delivery and does not even fall under the Pin code or locality of the delivery address.

              The delivery executive did not know where he was delivering a prepaid shipment which is worth a substantial amount of money. This is a clear case of negligence.

              I am hoping for a satisfactory response and quick resolution of the problem keeping in mind the reputation of Fedex. The package was delivered to the wrong address on 21 March 2017, and it is 24 March 2017, the package was dispatched on 17 March 2017. it has been a long time and the package has not reached the desired destination. The package is important and worth a significant amount of money.

              The package contains a Mobile phone worth 12000/- INR
              The package or the cost of the package should be paid.

              The package was retrieved by the company and delivered to the correct address on the same day it was retrieved. The customer support staff has been helpful and updated me on the complaint regularly. But I would advise the company to avoid using third party vendors as they might be harmful to the name of the brand.

              Outer packaging was opened but inner package was intact.

                Product not delivered and harassing with lies

                However falsely updates the status as incorrect address or customer not reachable

                A month ago i sent 3 boxes from Mumbai to France with Fedex. i was promised 7 days maximum delivery. It's been a month and not one has arrived.
                First they waited two weeks to tell me that something was wrong with my address. It's not. After this they try to ask me for 2000rps more for each box to be delivered at my (not wrong anymore) address, wich i denied because the terms were clear.
                Finnaly one box came to france and they gave me a tracking number, it says delivered the 02/03/2017 at my house and it was not. The courier called my friend to deliver it(i was still in India) and at the moment he was not home so they arranged themselves to another day and nothing more, no news, no calls and no parcel delivered. Except in fedex site, there it has been delivered.
                I keep calling, messaging, etc etc, and all i get is "your parcel will be monday afternoon at your address" today's tuesday and still no parcels. Now they ask me again to wait until friday but i have enough.

                Also, in the parcel from wich i have the tracking number it says 14kg. the less heavy box weighted 17, 800kgs. You want to see that on top of everything they are theeves too? unbelievable...

                I'm contacting a lawyer to see the actions to take, but i'm loosing money and i want it back, i want a full refund, this is only fair in case of contract not beeing fullfilled. My avocate is taking the necessary measures but i want a record of this.

                It's really patetic all this. i understand now why the bankrupcy and all the thousands of complaints i see over the net.

                    I have booked a mobile in Mi and i have paid for the mobile. Mi has shipped the package on 28th Feb to FedEx (Tracking Number[protected]. For 7 Days it is with FedEx and not delivered and on 8th Day (March 8) the status of the shipment has been updated to Delivered. And i called the customer care immediately and they said that the package has been delivered to receptionist. But i haven't received any call from FedEx. Also the package has not been delivered to receptionist. I need to know what happened to my package and i need either my package or the cost of my mobile. This is the worst experience i ever had in life with Packaging services

                    In online shopping the Courier partners often doing the same as described above. Most of the Courier facilities are have a time frame to deliver the courier from their clients. If the consignment not delivered within time frame means they would penalized for the same. so that they update the status as delivered before delivery and very next day they deliver the same. But in you case they are telling that courier delivered to Receptionist. Just ask for the POD copy for the same from FEDEX to know whom had signed at the time of delivery. After getting POD you may ask the receptionist whether u signed in that or not. If not Just make a complaint to MI Customer care against this with supporting document. They will do needful.

                        Hello my package tracking number is[protected]. I have a package from U.S.A to Visakhapatnam but from last 8 days it is clearance in progress.i have been calling FedEx every day but of no use.They are telling that examination has been done and assessment is to be done from 4 days.b it till now there is no update daily I call them and they tell the same story.i don't know what is wrong with my package.please help me resolve this issue.am posting this in consumer complaints forum because the issue is not being resolved when am talking with costumer care.i t is not my intention to complain about FedEx.but I want them to take this seriously.

                          Fedex was once a very good name in the courier industry but today it is the worst. This is by my 3rd bad experience with this company. Imagine something that is sent on Fedex Overnight, reaching to you after a week. Items sent via regular Fedex express is also reaching after a week which is like snail mail! No help from customer support as well.. Pathetic!

                            We are regular importers and we import atleast 2-3 shipments per month. With Fedex only. but this time this experience with fedex turned terrible.
                            Our Shipment with awb no.[protected],[protected] is showing clearance delay since past 3 days for no reason. We called fedex atleat 5-6 times (2 times a day) but no body knows. We called clearance support team and they said we dont know anything about it..

Rest, customer service is just useless.. they never tried to do anything but giving same copy paste replies..such as we are passing this to dedicated team.. but then nothing happens.. its like dead wait..

                            Its been 2 days now since we posted this but no buddy turned out to be giving any solid response.. I thought posting on this consumer forums would make them little ashamed to do something but nope.. They seems dont care.. I doubt anybody at fedex do care about their customers..
                            I call customer service atleast 2-3 times a day but all i got is just same copy paste responses (we are opening communication with responsible people, who are they?!! if i ask for contact they say sorry!!!)

                            Fedex India is really worst of a kind. i would prefer DHL much more over this.. Whenever i talk with any Fedex guy, they seem not interested in doing anything or any work all the time..

                            I wish there would be some authority where i could file a real complaint against this mental torture..

                            Package was sent from Karnal Haryana India to Ulm Germany.
                            12 pairs of shoes and sandals were there.
                            I received the box today.

                              Hello,

                              I purchased a TV from PAYTM, whxih was delivered by FedEx. As I received a defective product I requested for return, which was accepted and picked up by the same team of FedEx. But it wasn't delivered back to my merchant.

                              It's been over 7 months that I'm enquiring with both PAYTM & FEDEX, for which none helped me in resolving the issue.

                              I have the product bill and the reciept for return pickup with me.

                                  My Name is Manoj Sharma & I am from Jaipur, Rajasthan.

                                  In 2016 I took franchise in which I invested 15 lakhs as security deposit and I was supposed to get return in 2 years.
                                  After this I took franchise on 20th jan 2016 and office gave me Agreement and asked me to open one office, after office got opened company provided me number of staffs who were suppose to develop franchisee for them under my supervision, For this I started getting 5-6 lakhs per month profit amount as an income.
                                  This process continued for 13 months and after all sudden company shut down the operation and employee stopped working too. Whenever I visit the Head Office complaining about the issue every time they answer its closed due to some issues & will get started within few days .
                                  From back 3 months I am paying my offices rent with no return and I am getting no response from the company. I am in loss now. And whichever courier companies avail in the market are being operated from same origin, parcels are delivered from the same vehicle and they transfer parcel through same
                                  co-loader either its roadways or Airways.
                                  With all these information’s I would like to inform all the readers that not to get trapped by these kind of companies .I am not disclosing detail information ‘s about company as am scared of losing my investment amount doing so.

                                  This company is a fraud company, please beware of this company. They are into courier and cargo logistics service provider. This company is regularly giving in the leading and leading for their franchise network on pan India basis for last few days back. The company is charging the huge amounts to appoint state franchisee, district franchisee, block franchisee, and small counters. After taking the booking amount like 10000 from there franchisees the locking period is 3, month for which they promise to develop the franchisee’s surrounding defined area by making the block franchisee and counters under the state and district franchisee. Also they committed for an assured return of investment within the three months so that the each and every franchisee will start earning handsome amount. Also the company promised there franchisee’s to fetch the courier business from local market and the corporate clients with the help of there business manager and team. But the company fails to keep any of its promises and commitments. The company is only interested in collecting the booking amount from its franchisees. The company is not providing the courier service to any of franchisee business partners, in starting they did but later on the company start neglecting their franchisees. Also the company (DHL india courier ) is not reliable to its employees.                                     I ordered mi mobile - redmi 3s and they couriered through fed ex courier, and they are committing wrong commitment. Courier 2 din se company k godown me padha hai lekin delivery karne koi aata hi nahi hai, call karte hai to batate hai ki aaj dophar take ho jayega, sham ko 6 baje tak koi delivery karta nahi hai, aur call karte hai to kehte hai ki sorry sir aaj delivery nahi hoga, do din k baad hoga.

                                    Worst service from fed ex courier & from xiaomi service centre also.

                                    Aise courier company walo ko hire karni hi nahi chahiye.
