Dear sir/madam,
I had purchased punto evo black with a registration number tn 38 by 7783 (& vin no : mca11816e07057831hjz) from the cai dealer located in nava india, coimbatore in the year 2014 (Invoice date 17/10/2014). And i had not given my vehicle outside for any services as i am aware of warranty & guarantee & understood the terms & conditions given by the company.
To my surprise to see the issue in the first year of my purchase, i had seen the difference in the luminance level of brightness between the tail lamps. And lodged a complaint against the issue, the number of times in the service station and was not rectified till the date.
In the year between 2nd and 3rd, next issue started in my vehicle, i. E., digital (Speedometer) cluster had stopped working completely even during the time of vehicle iginition was on. And i also claimed the issue in the service station and even after the service, i had the same issue again within few months and the issue lasts till the date.
(But to claim warranty requires proof, to the information the problem occurs during the time of driving and not all the time, so i couldnt able to show the proof right now but the complaint registered at marvel fial service and rectified during the earler 2017 service - pls do check the service history).
Recent, problem facing in my car is 1. Front struts & mounting 2. Glow plugs 3. Boot door lock issue.

And now, i approached the srt fiat service station at hopes college, coimbatore. As per the terms all the problems mentioned above should be claimed under the warranty.
(My car too under warranty) but surprise to hear that all the above mentioned problems were not cover under warranty and after a weeks later i come to know only 20% will be given as a warranty claim for the mentioned issue.

Reason states by dealer :
As i didn’t give my vehicle for service in the year 2018.

My question & reply:
I am really surprised and shocked to hear the above statement by extended warranty insurance company. Why because,
I had given all the service regularly in the authorised dealer.
When authorised dealer was not available in coimbatore, i made a call to the fiat customer care and got the authorised dealer (Marvel fiat) address which is located in erode (100 kms away from coimabtore) but still i took my car to the service for the only reason that i should give my vehicle in the authorised service station.
I couldn’t able to give my vehicle for service unnecessarily without running at least a decent kms. (To the information : on total kms till the date approx., 44, 000kms)
(I am correct in giving my vehicle for services and due to some family personal issue which also plays a role for the delay in giving service in the year 2018).

So, kindly consider the above and do the needful and help us replacing the mentioned spares and digital cluster (Speedometer set) under the extended warranty, which will be of great help.

(Bought the fiat car out of struggles, passion and aim but great disappointment with service & extended warranty) pls do help us.

The reason from FIAT is really ridiculous. Due to skip of one service in the year 2018, FIAT refuses extended warranty and after a telephonic conversation, FIAT CRM come down to offer only 25% @ parts & 45% @ labour.
I attach here the extended warranty certificate for your reference and take necessary steps to get full 100% claim.

    My Fiat Linea number UP16AU1326 has extended warranty till May 2019.
    I recently travelled to Lucknow and had some pickup problems with my car and contacted the local Fiat dealer there - Classic Cars.

    He did not have details of my extended warranty and charged me 2700 INR for the repairs which should have free of cost as per terms of extended support.

    Request you to please look into this and get this cost reimbursed to me.

      Respected sir.

      I, as a managing trustee, maniben p. Solanki, on behalf of savaiyanath bal education vikas mandir charitable trust, ahmedabad, had purchased a new fiat linea classic (Diesel variant) car, rto registration no. Gj-27-ah-5452, in march 2015, from bhaskar fiat, near gujarat college, ahmedabad.

      Our charitable trust, purchased this diesel car, as we were of the impression that fiat is a good brand and has patent of diesel car engine and even supplies diesel car engines to other car companies. All in vain on the contrary we as a customer are totally dissatisfied with this fiat linea classic car and blame it as a complete high maintenance car, and will never recommend any other person / organisation to purchase such faulty fiat car. We came to such conclusions based on below shared experiences.

      Before listing other points, we tell about our recent complain of our fiat car,

      In april 2018, for a 3rd year end routine service, we got our fiat car serviced at surat, to have something better satisfaction then previous services done at ahmedabad. It was in vain, as satisfaction was poor and any major issue in the our car, if any was not communicated to us and verbally everything is fine was assured to us. (Nothing was cautioned).

      Then on 25th june 2018, when our car was travelling from ahmedabad to surat, near karjan (32 kms from baroda service centre, a signal of engine oil pressure insufficient, turn off the engine, displayed, so driver called fiat customer service number of baroda. They told driver to bring it to nearest service centre. So driver towed it to baroda fiat service centre at dasrath village, as the towing vehicle echo car had to go on express high way, then the fiat linea car was driven 10 kms to baroda service centre at dasrath village. Fiat rsa service was not used as rs. 5000/- charge was told to driver for 32 kms towing only (Karjan to dasrath).

      At fiat service centre, they replaced some part costing (Rs. 5183.64), and delivered me vehicle second day with smiling face (May be cunning smile) costing me total rs. 11199/-, at around 6.30 pm in evening. From baroda our fiat car was driven towards bharuch, but travelling just 30 kms from baroda, signal of engine oil pressure insufficient, turn off the engine, displayed again so driver stopped engine and called customer care number of baroda, so fiat person said now service centre is closed and phone is with me and, as previous oil might have hardened in engine so need not worry and you may proceed to your destination. So car was driven to bharuch. During first week of july every 15-20 kms, same signal of engine oil pressure insufficient, turn off the engine, displayed and disappeared as engine was stopped during in bharuch city tour. Fiat company person had said that as previous hardened oil will surface so sometimes such signal may come, so don’t worry about it, and bring vehicle back after 500 kms drive for changing oil later. During 2nd july weekend driver dropped again the our fiat linea classic car at same baroda service centre on friday evening. And second time got delivery on next monday with same smile (Cunning smile) from service person (Mr. Mustafa) that everything is ok for same problem. No charges were taken. During this second visit of our fiat car they (Service centre) had said that car was checked on computer system for any problem. Nothing was found. Also trail run was done and during it signal didnt came. No charge was taken, we have bills and slips for same.

      Please note for same problem of a signal of engine oil pressure insufficient, turn off the engine, displayed in our car, so our fiat car came again (Second time) to same baroda service centre and yet problem continued.

      After taking the delivery second time on 16 th july for same issue, our fiat car was driven towards bharuch. Nearly 10 kms before bharuch, near asuriya village on national highway, same signal of engine oil pressure insufficient, turn off the engine, displayed. So driver stopped the engine. After 15 minutes when driver put the key in ignition to start the car, no light/ signal came as if battery discharged. And car also didn’t started. Driver called same fiat company baroda service centre persons (Mr. Mustafa & mr. Akshay) and fiat rsa simultaneously. Therafter our car was towed by fiat rsa towards same baroda service centre third time for the same problem signal of engine oil pressure insufficient, turn off the engine, displayed.

      So as fiat company in 20 days, if a fiat car has to come again and again at fiat service centre for same problem “engine oil pressure insufficient, turn off the engine”, it is a shame on company service centre.

      Fiat making diesel engine, if cannot identify a issue for its own manufactured company engine for same problem “engine oil pressure insufficient, turn off the engine”, it is pathetic.

      Also it seems that fiat don’t recruit experts for fiat service centres, who act on their own whims and fancies and go on trial basis experiencing with customer's cars and not solving problems in company made engines.

      To continue our complain, therafter, on second day 26 th july, driver got a call from akshay bhai, form fiat baroda centre and driver was give an estimate of rs. 14000/- further for the car repair for same problem signal of engine oil pressure insufficient, turn off the engine, displayed.

      (Already rs.11999/- we had paid for same problem “engine oil pressure insufficient, turn off the engine” at first smiling delivery of car to us).

      Driver told him to to mr. Akshay to proceed with said new estimate of rs. 14000/-

      Thereafter on fourth day, mr. Akshay called us and said us to visit service centre as new estimate was given for nearly rs. 96000/- for same problem “engine oil pressure insufficient, turn off the engine”

      As a company why such fluctuations happen in estimating by your so called fiat experts.

      When we communicated with mr. Akshay that such huge estimate for same problem signal of engine oil pressure insufficient, turn off the engine, displayed, we cannot bear the expenses, when our fiat car had came 3 rd time for same issue. (We are are charitable trust non profit organisation) mr. Akshay blamed us for all problems and tried to make excuses that it was not responsibility of fiat company rudely. Then why company did not identify the same problem solution in two visits of car for same issue signal of engine oil pressure insufficient, turn off the engine, displayed, therafter mr. Akshay assured the driver that he will bring it to notice of fiat company management there and get some discounts. By which prima facia we felt of mr. Akshay having malifide intentions or cheating us.in short time he reverted to us and gave 20 % discount on the estimate of rs. 96000/- which further asserted our suspicion.

      Neverthless without further going into nitty gritties, if company gets our fiat car repaired for the same problem “engine oil pressure insufficient, turn off the engine”, and assure us warranty of non repetition, with negotiable amount around “ 50 % “ discount on 96000/- estimate we may look into it.

      If things are not solved by your management positively we as a charitable trust will go for all possible legal recourse (May be consumer dispute resolution forum, other judicial courts and also with ministry of consumer affairs). And we may even use social media platform twitter, telegram, hike, other car companies blogspots, facebook, whatsapp, pm portal, cm portal to write our experience against your fiat company service and full maintenance requiring fiat linea classic car.

      Other points of our years long continuing dissatisfaction with our owned fiat linea classic car are as below :

      (1) during initial years company provided battery, used to get discharged in just 10 days, very frequently. Checks were made by fiat company service center, ahmadabad, but problem continued. No replacement within tenure was assured. Finally in one year we had to change the battery. (Rs. 8000/- new exide battery costed us)

      (2) all districts of gujarat dont have a fiat service center, so service center options were limited and due to it fiat service center staff was enjoying monopoly in their rude behaviour and one sided communication with us. (As a customer you have to tolerate and tolerate only). Also available service centers are in outer skirts of proper cities.

      Eg. At sanathal in ahmedabad (40 kms from our ahmedabad office)

      Eg. At dasrath in baroda. (15 kms from national express highway)

      In bharuch no service centre.

      (3) in our fiat car, company provided apollo tyres had to be replaced in just 27000 kms of car journey. Now we went for continental company tyres. (20000/- new tyres cost. Total 4 replaced)

      (4) during first year of our fiat car driving, for a minor accident repair, company bill was more than rs. 1.50 lacs, but as insurance option was available it did’nt costed us much. (See the estimations for small jobs at your service centers)

      (6) during third year of our fiat car, glow plugs, which provide ignition heat for starting the car, went out of order. For which company said, as glow plugs are quite hardly fitted, engine had to be opened to get it replaced. So right now only 2 of 4 glow plugs are working in our fiat car. Each glow plug cost is just rs. 1200/- per piece, but opening engine will cost us quite high. (Opening engine for such trivial issue, shame on your expertise)

      (7) at just 28000 kms of our car journey both front jumpers for front tyres were out of order and were to be replaced, for which company estimate was provided rs. 27000/- in total. (Its unbelievable in a new car in these much kms drive only)

      Other complains to exist but, its endless to debate and discuss like fiat car re sale value in market, etc.. Etc..

      To sum up we want our problem solve at the earliest with minimum costing to our charitable trust. Expecting a positive response as a customer from a reputed car player.

        Hi, i have fiat avventura tn02bb5294 orange colour, when i give it to for one side car is low problem. But when i received from service center they gave me with two problem. Now my car is jumping while ride. This is thread to me and my family. Not safe to us, i have complaining about this problem from laste year. Fiat complaint number 1-[protected]

        I had engine alert warning and engine noise in car, i have spend 1 year to spend to solve the problem with fiat.

        But i have raised for one side of my car driver side is lower than the passasnger side in front.in december 2017. But till now they are not solved the problem. And same i have spend money and changed the front two suspension in fiat service center and the problem is not solved.

        When i took delivery last month, they gave me with another problem which is car is jumping one side. I told ramkay fiat center, car is jumping now. But when i give it to service center there is no problem. But how this happened suddenly. So serviced again and spend money, but again same with car is jumping extra. I have spend lot of money for this car, and i faced so many problems. This car is thread to my family and me. And i loose my control due to this. So am going to rise complaint in consumer court.

        Hi,
        i would like to raise complaint on Ramkar Fiat Chennai Perungudi Service center . i gave my car for driver side is lower than the passanger side problem . and the problem raised in Dec 2018 and they responded in May 2018 .

        And the same they picked my vehicle Fiat avventura and changed the Front Schock absorbers . While i pick up the car, the problem i have mentioned is not solved and the same they have created new problem. Car is jumping while riding. in front side . i couldn't drive car and informed while test drive. So they kept my car again two days and give it to me, but both problem not solved. i have raised my complaint in Fiat Customer care. Fiat Customer asked me to again give the car to ramkay Fiat. Again i submitted and they kept car nearly 5 days and the problem not solved, again they produced me without solving the problem.

        Now my car is jumping more and this is life threat to me and my family. and overall frustrated from last one and half year with Fiat Service. now my car is not in good running condition due to Fiat worst handling.and my car is very less used, due to this Fiat am loosing all my money and time and frustrating.
        Respond from fiat and service center is very bad and servicing technical quality nil.

        hi, is there any update . am not getting any update.
        Dashboard LCD screen is blank in 2010 model fiat linea.
        When I asked the service center, they are claiming that this is quite normal. I don’t understand how in the world, the display is not working is quite normal? We have 13-15 year old other brand cars with no display issues.

        I have raised complaint for my car leaning one side but they are gave with another one problem - Comment #3329794 - Image #0

          The fiat service centre in kerala is a monopoly market. They choose replacing parts than repairing in order to charge more and do not have capable technicians cos of which most of the repair is not done. The miniminum cost of servicing is very high compared to other automobile brands and further they also charge atrocious costs for providing various basic services.

            Hi friends,

            This is the second time with in 2 years i have to raise a complaint for the vehicle that i no longer wish to own (Last time was a brake failure when driving), fiat avventura. However, this time it is not only the vehicle, it the so called service center who treat a customer like piece of [censored].

            Note: the following issue was dealt by two of the service centers for ramkay, thoraipakkam and kattupakkam branch.

            Please find the synopsis of the issue:

            Received a call for service due and since i work for night shifts asked to arrange a pickup for vehichle.

            Vehichle was picked the next day by driver from kattupakkam branch and the following issues were reported:

            general oil and filter change
            wheel alignment & balancing
            waterwash
            door lock tight and hard to unlock the vehicle
            car key battery change
            abs & airbag error (Started a week before and vehicle was never used since had brake failure in the past)
            mild rattling noise in the right suspernsion when turning the vehicle at slow speeds (Say 10km - 20km)

            The service advisor called me explained him the issue and said that all the issues are fixed except there is a problem with the suspension connecting rod and had to be replaced.
            The total service bill was 7000 inr for parts and 6000 inr for labor.
            Mentioned him that this was an issue in the past and was supposed to be replaced in this serice as promised in previous service.

            What happened in the past?

            The suspension stud was repalced once and i reported the same issue when i had a minor accident and took the vehicle to sevice center to get my windshield replaced.
            The service advisor mentioned that "i do not have the parts available now and will make sure you get it replaced in the next service."
            Since this is a very minor issue, i did not bother much.

            Continuation:

            The service advisor from kattupakkam branch said that they have worked on the issue and you can operated the vehicle with no issues.
            I got the vehicle delivered on march 23, 2018 at my office in dlf.
            After shift was over, i picked 4 of my friends dropped at home and car was parked at home for 5 days.
            My parents took the car to a marriage fuction and was driven by my sister husband who is an employee of nissan.
            He said that there seem to be major issue with the suspension and will full load there is no problem. However, if you drive the vehicle with 1 or two passengers there is a huge noise from both the suspension unit.
            I informed that this was a know issue and was suppose to be rectified and did not bother much.

            I took the vehicle the next day to drop my wife and daughter in airport and in high ways the noise was much audible and guess what?
            The noise is not from one suspension, instead it was from both the suspension.
            I felt that the wheel will be ripped out of the vehicle, i was so scared that i drove the vehicle in 20km.
            I was so angry i called the service advisor at 7am after dropping them in airport however, no reponse.
            I sent him a message to call to discuss about the service. He called me at around 9.30 am and i was not furious, i patiently explained the situation to him and he said he will pick the car again to look in to the problem.

            He called again and i explained him that this was a know issue and i've already raised this concern in the past to the thoraipakkam branch.
            He said he checked with the thoraipakkam branch and spoken to the service manager and can confirm that they have mention that there is a problem with the suspension and it was mentioned as a recommendation in their record.
            The next day around 11:30 am a driver picked the car again from thoraipakkam branch.

            Thoraipakkam branch:

            The person said that he will check and call back again.
            He called again said that there are a lot of vehicle to be delieverd and will look in to the problem tomorrow and i said ok.
            He called the next day april 7th, 2018 and said that the problem is not with one suspension it's with both the suspension and had to be repalced.
            I said clearly that the issue was not a big concern, it was only during slow speeds in right side and now you are claiming that it is in both.
            Since your car warranty expired on february 2018, you have to replace all and pay for the parts.
            I mentioned it was very very minor issue and it was reported earlier in your branch that is the reason a pick up was arranged from your service center.
            He now says that the last servcie advisor was mahesh, he is not with the company no more and he cannot retrieve the records.

            Question to fiat:

            how come one serive center advisor said that it was under recomendation and the other cannot see that information.
            if parts were not available in the previous service and if my vehicle warrant lapsed should the customer bare the expenses.
            if it was mentioned under recommendation why was the part not replaced? It logically explains that part not available was tampered by your advisors to mention under recomendations.
            when you report a very very minor issue with one suspesnion how the hell did i end up with issues in both the suspensions.
            are your mechanics trained by fiat or you pick street mechanics just to fill in the blank.

            What next?

            I will never ever (Trust me) pick the vehicle from the service center until either my issue with the suspension is resolved or my parts replaced as promised.
            I am happy if you can restore my vehicle to the previous condition before service. I can still live with the minor rattling noise in slow speeds.
            I want fiat to provide feedback to the service advisors and your mechanics.

            After paying almost 10 lakhs now i had to commute using private cabs. I seriously didn’t understand your customer policy unsure of the maniac who designed? Would he know what is customer service is all about? If not please feel free to let me know, i will for sure take a training / coaching session on what is a true customer service is all about, please learn something from your competitors (The reason being in the past i had owned a suzuki swift & there was a very tiny problem around the wheel alignment, it was actually my mistake that i had reached the service station around 7:00 pm, the service engineer said it would least take 4-5 hours for the general service as well as few minor glitches that i had complaint about, i said i don’t think i would be able to spend such time as i’m on my way to my work, you know what would be the response from him? Which i didn’t even dream of, he said please leave the car here, we will provide you a spare vehicle which you can use to commute to work & we will have the vehicle ready the next day around 11am, i was astonished by his response & greatly impressed with the customer service.

            After i have gone through all these hell hard times, if my financial situation would’ve been right i would for sure throw this vehicle & move on with a different competitor but unfortunately, i’m not in a position to shell out anything at the moment. So i would like to hear what would be the response from fiat for this chaotic experience…

              I had got a little frightened about my car's (Fiat Linea) brakes last night as I felt they had become a little lose..kept trying "road side assistance" no.and other Customer Care nos.but all nos.were constantly busy...today morning when I finally got a call from their side, instead of asking about the car etc, first question asked was in which year u had purchased the vehicle..when I told 2009, they told "Sorry we can't help" as their policy covers vehicles purchased in the last 7 years alone and literally they kept the phone. SUCH POOR CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED WITH OTHER BRANDS IN CAR. No matter which year, but I have purchased car from you so it becomes responsibility of Fiat company to provide any alternative solution to the situation I was in. I am shocked to know about the service provided by the company.

              I own Fiat Linea Tjet. Its AC compressor failed in 21500 kms of drive. I went to dealer and they told that compressor to be replaced and cost will be Rs 45000. I contacted customer care. They are not responding. I lost trust in fiat vehicles. All the parts used inside are inferior in quality. Customer support also is very bad.

                Please consider this as a desperate attempt to get in touch with someone senior to be heard.

                I will not bore you with the details. When i gave my fiat punto for servicing at landmark, mumbai, i noticed that paint under the boot has got scraped post the servicing. I brought this to the notice of the senior engineer at the point of delivery at my residence. I showed this to the person who delivered the car and shared a photo with the senior technician. This happened around last week of february. While picking up the vehicle, the pick up boy had taken sufficient snaps of the car which can be easily compared to the snap shared by me to understand the problem. However the service center does not seem to be bothered to do this simple investigation.

                Since then i have been contacting landmark and the senior technician but there is no help here. Forwarding you certain emails that i have exchanged with the service call center. Most of the responses are highly templatized which are void of empathy and any attempt of problem resolution. Now when i call landmark, they point me to the fiat service team and when i send a mail to the fiat service team, i am told to wait till a respnse is received from the service center!!!

                Value wise it may not be much. But a complete disregard to a customer complaint should certainly not be tolerated.

                  My name is jaikumar from erode, tamil nadu.. I bought punto evo 90hp on 20th feb 2018 in srt trans cars, coimbatore, tamilnadu. Very poor sale executives. No response from them aft sales.. They made a huge mistake in form 20 of my car. It results in wrong bhp, sedan instead of hatchback, wrong hypothecation bank name. Every thing wrong in my rc book coz o[censored]seless fellows carless. I spoke to agm and sales executives but no response from them, not attending my phone calls... Plzzzz don't give dealerships to these kind of nonsense it ill spoil ur reputation... I ill never go for fiat in my life again dis is the last one... Learn from maruti suzuki see how they handle their customer aft sales and service... But u people treating us like a dog. Aft getting full amount no response from u..

                    On 10 august 2017 i made 3rd service of my fiat punto evo car in hyson fiet service, kochi. At that time i asked for replacement of my car bumper, since it hit on a dog and crahed near right foglamp. I asked for cashless claim. The body shop technician/ manager checked car insurance and offered me cashless claim even it was taken from a non tie-up insurance brach of oriantal insurance. He said some foglamp are shortage and so they need to order it, which will take 10 days to arrive. So i agreed to come back for replacement once those shortage parts arrived; they also informed me that they will call me. But no one called me from the service center. 45 days later i called again to hyson service, but no one knows about it. So i booked a service and bring my car to the service center. I asked about the above offering and cashless claim. But they simply rejected it and asked me to pay full repair and replacement amount. I think that i was talked and got cashless repair offer from the body shop service manager (I forgot his name).

                    So i want clarification about the following questions.

                    1. Why they forget to call me after 10 day or arriving ordered parts?
                    2. Why they gave me false cashless offers if they can't provide if it was taken from different insurance branch? (Note: i showed insurance papers to him when they given me the offer)

                      Fiat car known for best quality is not at all true.

                      I am using this car for last 5 years, spent 1.5 lakh + on service.!!! Same parts changed multiple times.

                      Not at all happy.

                      Today gain given for service... Dont know how much will be charges.

                      Surprisingly they dont have free pick up and drop, they charge 350 bugs

                      Dont buy fiat cars in india...

When i asked them to replace the upholsery they told me to bear the 50% of the loss, the loss which was caused by them. Hyson fiat is a fraud company

                          I met accident on 2nd aug-17. I have given my punto car to fiat service centre (Sanghi brothers indore pvt. Ltd.) in indore. My car met accident on 2nd august-2017. I have given car the same day to the service center indore. They have told me that right side rear door will be changed along with many items. I have contacted on (19/08/017) to fiat service center to know the status of my car. They told me that rear door is not available at pune center. I have also registered complaint on fiat complaint service department regarding availability of parts. Constantly, i have contacted through customer care service but no body is able to provide the required answer. I am fed up with these kind of attitude during service period.

                            My car met a accident last month in July' 17, i have drooped down it to DRS Fiat, Gurgaon, Haryana on 03rd August.

                            Both RH side doors should be replaced, workshop ordered on 06/082017.

                            I do the follow up and registered a complaint on FCA customer care on 18/08/2017 regarding the same. After regular follow up of 10 days still i don't know when the my problem will be resolved.

                            It is almost a month passed away but still i don't know when my vehicle will be delivered. it is a regular part and you can solve this within a week. Ultimately i am suffering

                              Spare parts are costlier and not readily available compared to tata and maruti.
                              Poor service network across country.
                              Lots of spare availability centers like maruti genuine accessories should be opened. Spare parts should be readily available at cheaper cost without compromising the quality and also the same for body painting and maintenance costs incurring.

                                Bangalore, india - my family and i had a narrow escape after my fiat linea t-jet, i was driving, was engulfed in smoke (The other day). The incident happened around 11:30am on 12th august'2017. I was stuck in a traffic jam at hosur, tamilandu and was on my way to chennai (From bangalore).

                                The moment i reached a crossing in hosur, i brought my car to a halt and switched off the engine as we noticed smoke was coming out of bonnet and also inside the car. Sensing trouble, we immediately got out of the car, which was soon engulfed in smoke. We were scared that the vehicle could catch fire and hence disembarked immediately. We called up the local residents for help. A few people helped us out and mentioned that it could be because of some wiring issue or some relay thing. One local mechanic even changed the relay and asked us to continue with the journey. Because of the heavy smoke, we decided to drop the plan of long drive. We stood there for approximately 2 hours so that engine would be cooled down and then returned back to bangalore.

                                We visited our fiat dealer vecto motors who assured us to check the same. I got a call on 17th august from vecto motors that clutch plate of the vehicle was burnt off and needed to be replaced. I argued that vehicle is just 12000km/approx 1.4 year old then how could this happen. They were repeating only one thing that i would have to pay rs 24, 000 for the same. Not even fca customer care helped me with the same but one lady mentioned that it would fall under warranty. I lodged a complaint on fca website and also wrote an email. The biggest surprise of my life; fca closed the case withing 1 hour. Again i contacted fca customer care and somehow got in touch with fca crm karnataka mr. Abdul. He agreed to help me and conferenced the call with vecto motors. He promised that after removing the clutch plate they would check if the issue would be covered under warranty or not. And, if it is not then the fca crm team/mr. Abdul will try to do something. But, vecto motors were kept on repeating that i would have to pay. If i have to pay then what is the role of fca crm? Since from the begining they are mentioning that clutch plate was burnt off and i have to pay that means they will not check for the warranty and obviously fca crm will not look into the matter as they promised for the same. If vecto motor is right then fca crm is telling lies or if fca crm is right then vecto motors is telling lies. Vecto motors even indirectly mentioned that it was because of my driving style and it could happen with anybody. I even told them this is the 2nd car and the first one is hyundai i10. Same driver different car and it happened only with the least selling car of india and i dare to say zero trust company. My hyundai i10 is running like a champ; with zero issue. I even mentioned that clutch plate would have burnt off but that is not the issue. The issue is fca gave me a low grade clutch plate. And if i go by their logic then for 1 lakh km run, i would have to change clutch plate 8 times. Because, it is normal and my driving style will remain the same. And guess what nothing will happen with hyundai i10 only fiat line t-jet.

                                Nobody is addressing my issue and mr. Abdul is also not coming on the line and replying to the mail.

                                Fca - fiat india - please look into the matter and don't mention that i will have to write to some email id as i already wrote and nothing happened.

                                Lost trust in you but want to see if you are going to stand by your words.

                                Anyhow, the trending tweet for you is #fraudfiat. If you back-off from your words then i will make sure that it will be a box-office hit.

                                I am also facing a similar problem with my TJET at the service center here in Vijayawada Turbo Fiat, all they talk about is replace and dont come up with an realistic reason to why ? when the so called Fiat cars a so reliable why replace at such short intervals and blaming the owner for neglect. There is no trusting these guys as they charged me for something that they said they did but did not do and are bold enough to confront the customer if we raise an objection. Fiat please do something for the limited people who choose to go with your cars even after all the red flagon the way.

                                  As per the request, i have paid my vehicle amount. Also you have tried to steal and enjoyed my

                                  Money 70, 000 rupees for more than three months. No luck for marvel (Fraud showroom)

                                  Still i didn't receive the valid invoice and services from your showroom (Local workshop).

                                  I don't know what to do with you... How many months completed???

                                  I'm not interested to fight with you guys. But you show service manager pull my legs and gave the suggestion.

                                  So i'm return back to you.

                                  List of request addressed to service manager

                                  - three different invoices with different dates (Attached for your ref,...)

                                  - my new car parts has been fixed to some other old cars

                                  - marvel try to steal 70k bugs from me (My friends find out that,...)

                                  - service manager advised to take wheel alignment and balancing for first 500 km (I'm wondering about service manager greed)

                                  - second service marked as third service

                                  - incorrectly marked service as did incorrectly (Break shoe not cleaned, wheel alignment not did, no water service (Machine repair), etc.,)

                                  - marvel is purely working for money not for fiat or customer (This won't help to anyone, marvel better do some other _ jobs for money)

                                  - others old car parts are fixed into my brand new fiat punto evo car. (Vinai vithaithavan vinay arupan)

                                    I have parchase the Ac filter which have 234 rupees only but balaji autoworld fiat service center of thane first give me bill of 300 rupees ...also they taken high labour charges from me...only ABS wire attached with regular tape and taken 1200 rupees ...taken 1800 for break cleaning and bleeding..hows its taking high rates...all are minded rates taken from this service center plz do for needfull to us...tx

                                      As i intimated with customer support team, i am amar verma user of my car ‘fiat punto evo’ owned by my organization named berger paints india limited, new delhi, which has been purchased on 10th january, 2015 has often some trouble. This time my car’s ignition got off in speed while returning back from office on 9th june, 2017 evening. I tried my level best failed and car couldn’t started. I contacted your toll free number for road side assistance no response, whole night elapsed trying and trying. On 10th morning i contacted the kashyap fiat, noida as per suggestion the car was brought to service center.

                                      We are in touch with service center for past 5 days whereas we have one answers

                                      A. The problem is not been detected by kashyap service team and lodge complaint with fiat team on 12th june, 2017
                                      B. Today fiat engineers have inspected the car but their report is awaited on 13th june, 2017
                                      C. The inspection report is still awaited from fiat engineers, once received then only next course of action will be decided
                                      D. Service center is mentioning they have one brand new car with same trouble for past 16-17 day and fiat hasn’t yet suggested any solution how to start the car

                                      I am clueless what to do in this situation, since service center kashyap fiat doesn’t have to do anything and fiat local team is so casual to understand the seriousness.

                                      The car is being sent bearing registration number – dl 1cs 8320 to their respective service center at c-18, phase – ii, noida-201305 (Up), phone no.[protected]/2462605 to concern person mr jeevan.

                                      Further, it’s requested to take up with your local team and esteemed dealer to provide us the vehicle without trouble as soon as possible, if a new car has so much hassle who else will dare to own it. My daily travel is approx. 100 km and i have suffered heart attack in recent past and find mysel[censored]nable to have a trip of respected service center on daily basis. Even not able to catch public transport to commute to my work place.

                                      Kindly consider my situation and alien your team and associates as one shouldn’t have painful experiences while owing fiat.

                                        Name: R.Anandan. I have booked fiat Urban cross vehicle on 10.03.2017 with Rs.25000/- on Marvel fiat motors, Trichy, Tamilnadu, they assured delivery in ten days. But after a month they said vehicle not available. So after that I gave them a letter to refund the booking amount but it's been two months passed they have not returned the booking amount. Lot of time I called them and visited the office but poor response.
