dear sir,
my name is madhu handa. i have a fiat palio stile multijet car. sir before two months my car suddenly faulted in the way near at chandigarh and it totaly stopped there. when i gave my car to hind motors in chandigarh. After examined the engine the service provider told me the turbo charger of your car is totaly burnt and we have to insert new turbo charger. he took two weeks for approve warranty of my car and after aprroved warranty he told me you dont need to take any tension your all work of your car will be done under warranty.After two weeks turbo charger has come and they inserted the charger. after that they said your car has been start but there is so much noise in engine so we also have to change the engine and this also done in under warranty. after one month they said your engine has been come but the company has rejected the warranty of your car because oil slump of engine was hitted from the bottom. sir i just want to say you my car never hitted from down side even anyside . plz reply as soon as recieved this massage and give me suggestion.

the company has to approve warranty because this same incident happened with my car.when i took strong action against company and also file consumer case on them then they approved the warranty of my car and i think you should also take strong action against company. They will do something.
surprise to know that Fiat is doing such a bad service :-( It's a big shame for a car maker who's making a brand like Ferrari :-) shame on u Fia Guys :-(
Same thing happened with me and two other friends I know and we have purchased the car from the same dealer. There seems to be some defect with the design of Fiat Palio Style and the guys are just putting the blame on our driving. We need to join hands and go to the consumer court and sort these guys out. They can't treat Fiat lovers this way...

    I own a Palio 1.9 D, which had already, ran 79400 Kms. I never had problems with my vehicle and it was kept near perfection by having good maintenance. Once I was travelling from hosur to Chennai, I got power steering belt problem which made me and family to stand in road for whole night to fix the problem by replacing a new belt. Next week I heard noise in the running belt and noticed the belt was torn.

    Wanted to know the Root cause for frequent belt issue:

    Took it your TAFE Service center, Mr. Shiva attended my vehicle explained the same story from hosur to Chennai and told that my new belt is torn and want to replace with better understanding potential factor which caused this problem. He answered me that everything will be well explained only after taking the car to pit stop. Promised to give the car on next evening.

    Next day, Mr. Shiva called and explained that there is a critical problem with head gasket leakage and overhauling has to done, I was not economically strong to afford everything at the same time, so asked to skip the job as I have planned to do in the month end.

    Next day, I got my car delivered to me and No bill was explained and I was forced to pay 15000 Rs since I need my car. I have no idea what kind of treatment has been given to my car. I was given with a feedback form and verbally they have informed that I need to rate it to the high scale if not Mr. Shiva job will be ruined. I rated it good and also got the information that I may receive a call from Pune to ask the feedback.

    I started my car, it got a big shake before starting which I never got in my car. The sound of the car was increased. Hope you know Palio is the car which was awarded for its brilliant interior sound proof. I heard the noise of the car even locking my doors which annoyed me at the first point. Checked the lights, One light was not working, AC duct was broken. Thought to move the car, got a big noise (Tung!!!Tung!!!Tung!!!) Everyone shouted to me to turn off the engine. Your Service advisor along with a mechanic came running to me. We noticed the belt is still torn.[AMAZING PART IS THE COMPLIANT FOR WITH I CAME TO SERVICE CENTER WAS NOT TAKEN CARE AND NOT EVEN THE BELT WAS REPLACED] it was took once again to the pit stop and took half an hour to fix something and was back to me with same answer not replaced the belt. Mr. Shiva justified that this is a common problem in Palio and told he got one customer who replaced all the pulley and still got this issue, but this belt will run at least next 10000kms. I got embarrassed on this answers since this was told by SERVICE ADVISOR.

    Good thing about your Support and Service is, when they passed me the gate pass I was advised with his business card stating if any breakdowns please call this number for HELP!!!

    I called Mr. Shiva in next few Minutes after leaving the service center and told my car is not evening pulling in Second gear and it touches the maximum of 80 Kms/hr and getting hell of noise if I fire the engine more than that and also my power steering is not power as before. he told me that palio will not go more than that and it’s normal. How pathetic competency does your advisor has. A machine with 1910 CC displacement won’t run more than 80Kms/hr. Do you think customers are fools?
    I took back on next Saturday and fought with him and got escalated to Mr.Narasimhan and they fixed my car A/C duct issue and some wiring problems and left the place, due to family medical emergency.

    [Please Mind to take a note on this, I have ran just 200 Kms after the Service]
    Next week, I took mother to hospital from guindy to porur Ramchandra. My car got breakdown.
    I got my mobile switched off and no one was there to help me and stopped a car to get a mobile for medical service and sent my mother to hospital. I called from Local booth to bring a towing service and got pulled my car to Service center and paid 2000rs for it.

    Now it’s there in your Service center. And no more time a job card has been opened for it. This time Mr.Senthil is closely working with me. One more time please don’t mess with my car.

      i have purchsed a new car Fiat Lenia from ABS Motors Gurgaon, Haryana on dated 05/02/2010.they have sold me a old repainted accendital car without telling me the true story.when i reached my place after taking dilivery ,i found the car is painted on right side .Some more difects are found. Ihave taken my car to government approved scrvic stationthey have given their report that seems it damaged and then later it repaired from rear and righthand side pannel ,both doors.from left fender it splases of paint and spots in the screw & door handles,glasses.
      When i told the whole thing to Mr.Ashok Giri(A.G.M. ABS motors) on 08/02/2010 he said leave your car to me & give me two days to make the decison. But they have not decided yet.
      So please help me out i wll be very thank full to you.

        It's been just 4 months that I purchased Fiat Punto Top end variant. Now I realized why people do not go for fiat.Theya are just sick...
        No response to emails or phone calls.Dealership network is worst and the quality of parts used is shameful.I really feel that maruti is the best...

          The front desk staff are not at all professional and don't have any courtesy to deal with their customers- over the phone.

          Sir, I live in Malegaon, Baramati Pin Code-413115. I dont know where are situated Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd. Branch near my town.Which I get my Corrier. So Please tell me about Company branch.

          ABS motors is very unprofessional towards customers and no business ethics...
          I think they don'twant to sell. I made a third vist to showroom on Sunday afternoon 4 pm ( presumably the paek time for showrooms) and as usual nobody attended me in 15 mins. Executives were sitting in corner not concerned. When asked they said they don;t know and concerned person is somewhere around. It appeared to be park where girls and boys were having fun and poking jokes at each other and not a show room. I wanted to buy Tata Car...but seeing the behaviour there I don't even dare to think about that now
          Yes fully compliant, , the lower level staff is just a bunch of crooks. One of there staff member ensured that one of my senior book for a car at there showroom, , and made very false commitment about delivery.. he not only commited but also arranged for a telephonic assurance from one of his senior.. after 4 days, , proactively when it was inquired for the chassis no etc, , abs motors started throwing surprise packaets to our side.. 1st shock was that they were not able to deliver the car in time.. and also confirmed that his colleague had told a lie. 2nd shock was that the so called senior person who had ensured over phone, , even denied of talking.. there front desk and customer care were fully protective and ensured that no communication could be established with any of responsible senior fellow.. the summary of matter is that my senior was left with no other option rather to wait... but this rude shock from unprofessional abs motors will surely vanish their image as a business unit among at least 5000 people of our on line group.
          The service is so pathetic. My new fiat linea went for its first service and within a week the coolent started leaking. It took them 6 hours to fix the pipe and the clips. Then 2 days later the car started making terrible noises and we were told that the nuts of the engine mounting system have broken or gotten loose. They didnt have the parts and therefore told us it'll take 1 more day and today its been 5 days and nobody has even bothered to call even once. My car is of no use cos its just parked.
          We've been trying to call all and sundry but no one takes ownership. I did not expect such a bad and irresponsible behavior from Tata. I would never ever buy a product from Tata.
          Why is there no system to check such bad service from entities like ABS Motors. Will somebody take action against them ?
          Dear Sir,
          I bought a new tata indigo manja from abs motors gurgaon on 30/4/010, I deposited advance payment befor passing my car loan becouse mr. Sandeep (Sales excutive) said to us that our excess payment return within 10 to 15 days, But till date mr. Sandeep and mr. Prabjoot (finance excutive) made us fool.
          Now when we said for our excess payment then they says that they are not responsible for return our money. I am very angery from there behaviour now i think that they are very flood man.
          I want to meet any senior person who solve our proble as soon as possible.

          FIAT — Pathetic service ny HIND MOTORS

          Hi , i would like to bring in your notice that i am having a serious issues of service and parts availability for my car FIAT PETRA , last friday my car went out of order , i sent the car to the nearby dealer HIND MOTORS Mohali(Pb.) , they told me valve of the engine head are bended and they are need to be replaced , it took them 5 days to get this thing done and still the car is with them and the head is still not assembled , when i bought this car i heard FIAT services are known world wide but this kind of improper management pathetic service changed my mind i was even planing to buy FIAT LINEA but now i cant even think about it . i haven't seen anywhere such a worst service , i hope top management will look into this matter seriously and take some serious steps .

          ABS Motors Fiat Dealer — BAD Service and customer handling

          Dear Sir,

          This complain is against ABS Motors, Gurgaon. They delivered me the faulty car and after that they are not ready to correct them.

          After service, ABS executive called my asked for giving good rating to Fiat in exchanges of resolving remaining issues quickly. but even after 2 months they never reverted back.

          Please cancel his registration for dealership

          FIAT — Poor Service Centres

          I had bought a Fiat Linea Emotion ,(WB 20 U 4441) around a year ago and since then I have got my Air Conditioner repaired 4 times. I have spent immense amount of money and time on this car and still it has not been repaired. On the 27th of August I has sent my car to Lexux Motors Ltd. workshop in Kolkata for AC repairs. On calling them up they say they cannot figure out what the problem is . Its been 8 days now and the amount of money I have spent on private taxi is immense. I have gone through a lot of physical and mental harassment. The reason I had bought such a luxurious car was comfort, which is far from what I recieved. Though my car is still in guarantee period, I have had to pay a lot for its repairs for which I was not responsible. Its been a dissapointment buying fiat.
          All tata dealers usually have 1 or 2 mechanics for Fiat cars and they are either too busy or not trhat trained.
          ABS Motors - Employees don't follow thier Vision & Mision -They are continously making fool of costumers.
          Never ever buy a vehicle from them .
          One exectuive name is Mr. Ravi -He is always trying to make my fool .
          never response my phone calls, always change the deals finilasied

          Dont Even think to buy a car from them

          MY CAR DIDN;T GIVE A GOOD MILLAGE. WHEN I WAS BUYING NEW CAR THEN ASPI CARS PVT. LTD. SAID US THE GIVE 21 KMPL. BUT MY CAR GIVEN ONLY 10 KMPL. I SUBMIT MY COMPLAINT ONE BY ONE TO CAR COMPANY BUT THEY DIDN'T GIVE A GOOD RESPONSE TO ME. SO KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO MY ALL FRIENDS PLEASE DON'T BUY THE CAR FROM ASPI CARS PVT. LTD.

            Fiat has a pathetic customer service located at Mumbai. They do not listen to a traumatized Customer. The Operations Manager- "Ranjit Gupta" should be sacked/ replaced- He has NO Customer Service attitude whatsoever.
            I hope someone at Fiat takes some action and do something to strengthen their Customer base- or else loose esteemed customers.

            Secondly, parts take way too long to come from Italy. They really need to pull up their socks and take control of the situation.

              Have been using FIAT Linea for the past two months. After 10 days o[censored]sage the buttons of the Music System became loose and would fall out of slots. The plastic moulding that holds the music system gave way (Its actually held by 4 plastic leads). Fortune motors at Navi Mumbai after taking 50 days to come back on replacement tells me that it is not covered under warranty and will cost 32000 (Thirty Two thousand rupees) to replace the same .. this is because fiat does not just sell the plastic moulding that holds the music system and we need to buy a complete new system, by the way the cost of a new Blaukpaunt system if fitted as a addition including speakers is 13500. Have written to all the people (Fiat CEO, Customer Service...) but am yet to recieve a response.

              I really love the FIAT Linea but sincerely hope that they do not kill this car in same way as the Palio

              We had the same experience at Concorde Motors, Bangalore, managed by Mr.Hemanth SR a most unhelpful and inaccessible manager. They have found an easy escape in blaming Fiat policies for everything (but they have nothing in written from Fiat to confirm this) and charge extra for accessories and replacements. Fiat is more at fault because they don't take any action against such dealers. I think the Tata-Fiat JV must have a clause that they will allow Fiat customers to be fleeced, or the JV is off!

                I purchased Fiat Punto car from Dada Motors Ferozpur (Ludhiana) in Oct 2009. When I Purchased this car it is already run 300 KM. Delivery time of the car is 6 P.M. After some days I saw the colour of one side of the car is faded I also saw some drops of paint in front side and windows. I complaint many times to Ferozpur and Dada Motors Ludhiana. I personally go to ludhiana with car but no body listen my complaint. Some days before call from Ludhaina Office and tell me that they paint my car from insurance comapny without any cost. But I am not satisfied. So pls give me right suggestion other wise I take strict action and also help the consumer court. After some days before I collect some information from other sources that this car is go to Abohar beofre delivery. so pls also inquiry about it. and take action against Dada Mototrs Ltd.

                Fiat Grande Punto Multijet Car — Colour faded

                I purchased car from Dada Motors Ferozpur in Oct 2009, The colour of one side faded and there are some drops of the paint in front side. so pls take my complaint and give me solution.

                do one thing. go to the showroom and directly enter the branch manager's cabin, show him a lot of anger by the tone of your voice. let them know, that you are very angry about the whole thing. if they can do something about it, its fine, else file a case in the consumer court. these people will never ever understand any damn thing, if you approach them in a polite manner.

                  I booked one linea full option diesel with KVR MOTORS KANNUR, KERALA. I have given the full amount to them and they have promised me to deliver me the vehicle within 10 days. But now they are telling that the price have changed now and i will have to bear the new price. That is i will have to pay 12000 rupees more inorder to get the vehice be delivered to me. I told them that i will not pay them the hiked price since i have paid them the fulll amount before the price being hiked.Also they are not replying to me properly regarding this issue. Everyday they are telling me that they are talking about this matter to high officials , but i dont think that they are following up this matter since they have got the full amount of the car.

                  So the KVR MOTORS KANNUR, KERALA have cheated me and i dont want this to happen to any oneelse

                  Whom should i contact to complaint about this matter.

                  FIAT LINEA EMOTION PACK — REPAIRS

                  RELACEMENT OF RIM/ALLOY LEAF OF THE WHEEL.THE CHARGES ARE BEING INFORMED BY THE MANAGER AT SERICES STATION AS Rs 2500/=. ,WHEREAS THE GARAGE POEPLE ARE SAYING SOMETHING AROUND Rs 9000/= KINDLY CLARIFY THE EXACT RATES.
                  i agree with your comments. the attitude of this firm towards customers is very poor. they only want people to buy vehicles from them.. after wards no commitment. i will never recomment any body this showroom
                  OMG!. Now only I saw this post!!!. Otherwise you would have saved me also from their cheating. I will post more on team-bhp about the incident.

                  My name is sagar.j.kamate having a car Fait Linea E-pack number MH-09-BM-8097 . 25days passed i had took place with an accident an for repair it is in Marvalous Motors Pvt Ltd. kolhapur . Every day they are saying that to repair they will take 15 days an till to day they have not touched the car an so we asked the manager they are saying the parts are not available.
                  So please let us know when Fait will avail the parts??

                    I purchased Fiat Punto Emotion Diesel on 02/January/2010 from Tafe Reach Chennai. The car broke down on 03/January/2010 at around 2:00 PM. The Car is with Tafe Reach Service now for the third day. They are not able to find what the problem is.

                    Fiat/Tata Motors cheated me with a defective car. When I asked for replacement Fiat India is not ready to even answer for that. When asked Tata Motors, they say replacement is not possible.

                    Help me in getting rid of this mess. How to tackle this issue legally.

                    You have not mentioned why the car has broken down. I also own a fiat Grande Punto Emotion pack MJ and am extremely happy with the car. Yes service / replacement spares could be better / faster but Tafe Reach is doing alright in service / Its only spares that they are not stocking enough which is a dealer problem and they need to resolve the same/
                    I need a replacement of the rear logo / emblem which was stolen but was told that it was not available and they need to procure the same/ Hope Fiat is reading this and will arrange proper spares to be stocked by dealers .
                    My suggestion is that you please get more details of the fault of the car . And if it is not resolved to your satisfaction you may then approach the consumer forum for relief.

                      Dear Sir,

                      We have booked grant Fiat Punto Active (P) on 10.11.09 from ABS Motors Gurgoan Haryana in Medium Gray colour vide LS Order No.14221 dt. 09.11.09 ( copy attached) through Mr. Rathi.They give me delivery date on 13.11.09. On 13 Nov we went showroom and asked for the delivery of booked vehicle.They said that vehicle gone for PDI and we deliver the vehicle at 1500 hrs but till 2000hrs time to time they are assuring me to deliver the vehicle.At 2000 hrs they said that there is a problem in the vehicle lock and assured me to deliver at 1100 hrs on 14.11.09.

                      Again on 14.11.09 we went to showroom and asked for the deliver and spoil full day but not get any vehicle or the fact about the said vehicle. At 1920 hrs again they assured to deliver the vehicle at 0900 hrs on15.11.09. When we reached home we received call from showroom that the booked vehicle lock behind repairable and you have to wait another 20 days or you changed your colour to BN White. We replied that this is not possible now because only after inspect the colour we can give you go head.

                      Sir first of all if there were any problem in the vehicle than why they have booked my Gray colour and why to hide the fact and make us fool.

                      Again on 15.11.09 we reached the showroom and agree to take BN White colour & asked the delivery. They said that your file lost and you have booked vehicle again. when the file completion going on in between Mr Sager said you will not get the scheme benefit. After a huge discussions Mr. Sager Shaker ABS Sales Manager agree to deliver vehicle and assured to gives scheme benefits and call us on 16.11.09 to collect insurance paper, invoice Form no 21 & 22 etc.But we received document on 19.11.09 after calling Mr Sager at several time per day (mail copy attached).

                      Sir during the time of delivery Mr. Sager demand Rs. 7439/- ( 2650 for Ty registration, no plate & storage etc and Rs 4789/- towards the difference in payment of vehicle (copy attached). But during booking Mr. Rathi told us the price of vehicle Rs. 361272/- and for the same amount CSD Ambala made the purchase order (copy attached). We told whole story to Mr. Sager and he try to contact to Mr. Rathi but Rathi mobile was switched off. Mr Sager assured us that if it so let Mr. Rathi to come back than you received your Rs. 4789/- back.

                      On 24.11.09 we informed by Mr. Rathi that you summit a refund application to our office and we will return your Rs 4789/- back by cheque but till to date nothing received by me after calling to Mr. rathi on daily basis.

                      Regarding insurance lastly on 19.11.09 they handed over cover note no A4948102 (copy attached) to me & on 06.12.09 we received the certificate of comprehensive policy from Future Generali India by courier (copy attached).

                      Again 15.12.09 we received one more courier in which they wrote that your policy no V 0507311 dt 19.11.09 cancelled due to dishonored premium cheque no 410312 on State Bank of India for amount of Rs.11095 and with the reason that payment stopped by drawer ( copy attached).

                      Regarding cancellation of policy we called Ms. Heema at ABS Motors but she was also not interested to resolve this problem.

                      Sir after going through this letter me and my full family was went in a shock that what is happening and thanks GOD that that if during this period if something happened like accident than who took the responsibility because we totally in dark & every thing happened.

                      We are very surprise that during allotting dealership what the company thought about this type of dealers who spoil the name & fame of Fiat/ Tata We also wonder that weather we have taken a foolish step to go for Punto because of this experience with your faithful dealer.

                      The attitude and behaviour of Sales Manager,Customer Service manager and delivery supervisor drastically unfaithful telling wrong scheme to like me Clint's. Lastly we are seeking help and true justice from your end and demanding core punishment to the defaulters.

                        Dear Sir/s,

                        I the bought a Grande Punto Dynamic from Jaika Motors Limited, Nagpur. But after paying the full price of the car, the staff at Jaika started revealing it's true color... They are very rude and customer service is completely non-existent. They never have any spares or accessories available with them...

                        Their cutomer service is worse than the worst...

                        Never ever buy a FIAT vehicle for the only reason that their customer service is below par and very very disappointing...

                          As a response to my previous complaint for Punto dicky problem, On 27-Nov-2009 I got
                          a call from HIM Motors , Peera Garhi , Delhi to visit them for the complaint resolution.
                          The staff at HIM motors confirmed that the Dicky parts are with them and
                          I should visit them on 28-Nov-2009 to get the problem fixed. On 28th I reached at the workshop
                          sharp at 9:30AM thinking that the problem will be fixed in max 2 hours. But I was
                          shocked to listen after an hour that there is no part available at the workshop for
                          which I went there. Then I asked why didn't you tell me y'day that part is not with you?
                          The impression I got from them was, because they had to attend the complaint because
                          of pressure from customer care deptt, and it does not matter wether the problem is
                          fixed or not! Which simply wasted my half day of work and after 4 months I am
                          still at the same situation where my dicky does not open from inside, and everytime
                          for security checks I need to switch off my engine and give the keys to security guards.

                          Since its high time now of my exprience at HIM Motors, please don't assign my
                          complaint to this workshop as I will not be visiting them in future. If you really understand
                          the problem I am facing , please assign my complaint to some other workshop.

                          Lost my all hopes from Fiat Customer Service! and regretting my decision to go with
                          Fiat. Had Maritui cars earlier and never felt like so regretted.

                          Just a brief about the Car which I bought and problems

                          1. On purchase of my vehicle, Linea-Emotion Pack Diesel- KA 51Z 923 almost 6 months back
                          a. Foud that the vehicle is delivered with out mats and mud guards against the commitment during the order.
                          b. The same was given after couple of follow ups.
                          c. The sales man was not able to pair my Blackberry to the Blue and Me system- The same was done by me after many trial and error.
                          d. The vehicle was giving a vibrating noice and it was told by the mechanic at Concord that the same is from the Tweeter of music system.
                          2. The system developed problem like –“Airbag Failure” and a crack behind the steering was visible.
                          a. The vehicle was taken for repair and after 4 days it was handed over back to me.
                          b. The problem with the noice was discussed with the mechanic but the problem continues.
                          c. I have complained of the Display showing 6.2KMPL as the average consumption.
                          3. Squeeking noices from the seats
                          a. The vehicle started giving squeeking noices from the seats.
                          b. The Drivers seat adjustment was not staying in place. It comes back to lowest position after 1 hour of driving.
                          c. The noice from the so called speakers still continues.
                          4. Vehicle was taken to service to do a small patch work on the side.
                          a. The Noice of the speaker was identified as noice from A/c and confirmed that it is fixed
                          b. The Fuel consumption on the display is fixed.
                          5. The noice continue to persisit.
                          a. ABS Failure symbol.
                          b. Driver seat is still not fixed.
                          c. A/c is not working fine.
                          6. In between I had taken the vehicle two more times to fix the engine guard, which was bent.

                          In all these times, I get a call after my veicle was serviced, and ask my satisfaction. On reverting back with the issue, Concord motor personal on phone replies “Sir, You will receive a call from TATA motors. Please do not tell these problems to them. “

                          Whether I tell these problems or not – I do not hear from Concord motors on how they are going to address the issue.


                          As you may see, a new vehicle, just 7000Kms done has to be taken to service almost in every 1000 Kms against the claim of 15000 Kms from FIAT.
                          Secondly, I am coming to the service station for the same problem, again and again.
                          Third, I do not see the commitment or the action on feedback from Concord Motors.
                          I see that the quality of the product is not in line and it surely lacks the same. My older Santro and Maruthi was much much better in quality compared to this produsct.

                          I have a LINEA Emotion Pk (petrol) MH- 04 DY 8915, bought the car just 3 months back, i am really annoyed with the kind of service the dealer is providing,

                          1)The car had nearly 15-20 problem's when we bought it which we are still getting sorted, each time the car is returned assuring us with full guarantee that the work is done at its best, however they fail each time, serviced by ( Fortune Motors Pvt. Ltd. Powai MUMBAI)

                          2) Its really up setting to go for the same problem again and again, i have visited the workshop more than 6-7 times in 4 months other than my periodic service, it seems we have not taken a car for comfort rather we are the R & D source for the company to test their car and come back to them complain. At the time of visit to the work shop there are many customers who complaint about their issues being unsolved even after repeated attempts.

                          3) We just bought the FIAT only reason TATA is providing the service, facing these problem's will never recommend any one to buy this car.

                          REALLY WISH LIKE HAVING A COMPLAINT REGISTERED IN CONSUMER COURT
                          The car I purchased (Linea Emotion Pk Petrol) had following Problem

                          1) Boot Hinges and surrounding area rusted.
                          2) Wiper not cleaning properly.
                          3) Bonnet Piping not proper
                          4) Wind wisor plastic mould broken
                          5) Wiper blade Broken.
                          6) Driver seat making funny noises when in motion.
                          7) Seat Belt lock holder making noises.
                          8) Stretching noise at braking
                          9) USB not working properly
                          10) Digital meter does not show proper reading
                          11) Stains on seat's and door side panel.
                          12) Boot flap not closing when opened it.
                          13) Bonnet not closing when we opened it
                          14) Funny Noise from right wheel when taken over speed braker.
                          15) After the service our car was sent to some different customer who stays around 50 Kms away from my residence. What Gate Pass does their security checks??

                          FIAT INDIA (PUNTO) — A/C FAIL TO WORK ON NEW CAR

                          I puchased the diseal model on 19th April and with in 8 days my car A/C fail to work.
                          I contacted in Service Help no. but they fail to help me and they promise me to get back to me today and till evening no body call me , very poor approch from call center people, i was in touch with Mr. Amit and i called three, four time but not got any positive response.
                          being the owner of new car the exprience is very bad and want to take this matter to high level.
                          I request you all not to purchase this car as i waisted my whole money.
                          i have decided to buy a swift dezire rather than punto grande 1.3diesel after reading the service problems faced with fiat.
                          Dont buy fiat not that it is bad car. Service is the biggest problem.I had very tough time. With new car I have found a lot of problems. suspension noise, sterring vibration, wind noise, engine noise etc.More over tata is not doing anything to boost fiat sales in fact the service advisors are advised to treat fiat customers badly so that they in turn spread bad word about the car and unltimately fiat is going to get a hit.

                          I bought punto GP a month back and was delivered with wobbling, sterring vibration, the horn touched the body and caused vibration all over the body surface, annoying noise on both side in the rear when car goes over bump. As if the wheels are hitting the chassis.

                          The dealer kept the car for a weak promised to resolve all the issues after a week I got the car back and they say these are normal and happens with all other cars as well like rear noise other they kind of fixed.

                          I own a Palio 1.2 NV Sports, I bought the car in Chennai on 14th November 2003, after clocking about 2000 kms i had ignition switch troubles, had to change the full ignition and lock mechaisms. Fiat charged me for the change. Tvs was servicing the cars then. Subsequently the car was having starting trouble, I was told the sensor was the culprit.
                          I shifted to Trichy in 2005 and found myself with no authorised service for fiat in Trichy.
                          After hearing that Fiat has tied up with Tata for sales and service, On 10.11.2010 I called up Fiat customer care and requested for a authorised service centre for my Fiat palio in TRICHY, The customer care executive gave me the contact details of VST motors Trichy as[protected].
                          I called up VST motors Trichy on 10.11.2010 and asked whether my car could be serviced the same day, I was told that I have to book my car for service and she asked whether 16.11.2010 Tuesday will be alright with me and asked for car model, Car No. and on whose name it is registered and what is the problem. I gave her all the details and she asked me to come on 16.11.2010 between 0800 and 0830 hrs.
                          I reached the VST service centre at 0835 hrs and my token no is 20. I was assigned Mr M Balaguru, Service advisor. My car was 4th on Mr M Balaguru's list. He came to me in about half an hours time and first thing he told me was "Sir this model is old, we service only Palio Stile and there after" and he suggested me that i Take my car to TVS all car service.

                          I asked if VST is not gonna service any models earlier to Palio stile then why make the service booking and make me wait from 10th to 16th and make me come to the service station at 0835hrs and then refuse.


                          I SINCIERELY HOPE I GET A PURPOSEFUL REPLY FROM FIAT ON THIS REGARD.

Once on the page where i have been entering the data there is no indication or highlighting where iam going wrong.
                          I tried the CEO's corner from their home page the same result.

                          I called up the customer care and registered another complaint that i couldn't register a complaint with them through their web site.
                          HIM Motors Sucks ... They Screwed my Palio hight time...

                          I agree with you MR, SANDEEP . We bought FIAT PUNTO petrol dynamic in 2010. it has been visiting workshop more than standing or using by us . O.M.G what a radiculous service from this comapny...I request all the citizens of INDIA not to buy any product of FIAT due to their service .as they dont have parts available, no softwares of the vehicle, the problems cannot be fixed soon or early . their management or service is sooooooo poor that even some members of their own staff are fed up...!

                          REALLY DETERMINED TO FILE A LEGAL CASE AGAINST THE COMPANY IN CONSUMER COURT . or TAKE THE HELP OF MEDIA CHANNELS .

                          I appreciate the product FIAT GRANDE PUNTO and company has summarised all good features but unfortunately you could not bring professionalism to match the quality of the product.Fiat India is one of the most unprofessional company as for as my knowledge goes.I purchased the car three and half years back against advice of my wellwishers and now i repent why did I purchase a FIAT PRODUCT.On very frst day Cargo Motors Local Dealer in Jalandhar had no courtesy to offer a cup of tea to its customers buying 6.5 Lakhs car and we spent more than 3 hrs in the showroom.The matter was complained to Fiat Pune but sorry state of affairs no action or apologies sought.
                          in last three months i faced some problem with car and when showed to the dealer only casual check up was done and pasting of engine lower part was not done properly hence oil leaked and car run without E oil and now standing in FIAT CARGO MOTORS, Jalandhar workshop for repair of engine rings and new turbo and total bill around Rs60, 000.00 (Rs 10, 000.00 charges in advance fo starting the repair --just see Fiat Policies to its poor customers)just after 50, 000 kms for no fault of the customer.Now car is in workshop of FIAT dealer since 24th Dec 2012 and it will be delivered may be today or tomorow after exactly one month as dealer has no access to spare parts from Pune as FIAT Enjoys leave in Jan 2013 and customers are walking around with cars impounded for want of spares.FIAT Change your self or negative PR will make you retreat from INDIA.
                          FIAT is the worst brand in India, it is being sold by their third class vendors partners who are uncivilized, unethical and all, no words to describe them. From the day i purchased Punto car i am having night mares, Prerna motors called me thief, they have third class service people, untrained and stupid. One time the service executive told me he took out a part from another Fiat car and fixed it in mine and charged me money for that, what guarantee they will not do the same with your car. Buggers are color blind, painted my black car, green and it took the monkeys 3 attempts to get the color black right. Now recently i gave my car for service with Vecto motors, they damaged my bonnet and roof with scratches. I am planning to file a case in consumer court against Fiat and their vendors. I am repenting to have purchased such a car from such third class brand.
                          Never buy a Fiat car, not sure how they sell in other parts of the world, but in india NEVER NEVER NEVER buy their products, their after sales is the worst, their service technicians are all pissed of with their management they show their anger on the cars and screw it or they are low paid unqualified persons who don't know what they are doing, on the whole Fiat sucks. I own a Fiat, after multiple issues i complained to their HO in Italy, but no use, they are least bothered, unless all the customers complain in unison they will not work towards resolving the after sales issues. Better not to buy their products and ending up in a mental hospital.

                          I am the owner of Fiat Palio SLE Reg no : JH05V1115. The car was purchased at Jamshedpur. On 16th July my car suddenly stopped with a jerk and was not starting.I towed the car to Garodia Fiat, authorized service center of Fiat in Kolkata on advise of the call center of Fiat Service. The supervisor at the service center accepted the car allowed to enter. Suddenly the owner (
                          as the person declared) appeared and shouted at his employees on the reason that why he has accepted the car. The reason given was that he will not even check the problem as it was old car. He utterly misbehaved and made me take the
                          car back. I again called the service center who assured a call back from Garodia Fiat, which never happened. Garodia Fiat is taking undue advantage of being the single service center in Kolkata and have the audacity to refuse
                          servicing car and his discretion.He even commented that "you can go and complain to Fiat and I am not bothered. Fiat can do nothing against me."Such unscrupulous activity need to be dealt with severity. If fiat is incapable of providing service they better stop selling cars in Kolkata and a car which is 7 years old should be taken back by them if they cant service. Why should I be mentally harassed for their mismanagement. I took the car from Garrage to Garrage for days. requesting to repair, but since they were not experts in fiat all of them failed. For days my car was by the roadside and every day I was towing the car to various garages. Finally on 30th July I took to Kalim Automobile ( a local Service centre) in Sector V, Salt lake who repaired my car.
                          I have had a test drive from Swift ZXI and Fiat Punto. I feel Fiat Punto is much better in suspension where as a liitle disadvantage is mileage.

                          After reading the pathetic stories of Fiat After sales, I decided to go to Maruti.

                          No matter what is your one time cost, your recurring cost can make a big hole in your pocket and that too when paying the money your problems are not fixed...

                          The things which was promised to me before the purchase of the vehicle [Fiat Linea Emotion] were not delivered to me till date. It has been well over 2 months and I haven't received my second key (Remote key) and i am just using the normal key since the time I purchased the vehicle. Every time i asked the dealer about the status of the remote key they reply that I’ll receive in 2-3 days and 2 months have passed.
                          It’s it just not the case of remote key, the dealership really had an unprofessional and laid back attitude towards its customers. In the initial days of my purchase I drove the vehicle for more than 7 days on a dealer number, then after much follow up I got the temporary number. After that it was really worse my temporary which was given to me on 5th February got expired on 3rd March and I was without any valid number for almost a week and then later i got the Permanent Number.

                          In total i have never seen such kind o[censored]n-professionalism by any dealer in my Life and surprisingly a company like Fiat doing tie ups with such company.

                          i bought linea active diesel and now i feel cheated . if you ask fiat guys they will tell you that their car has a best build in quality, i agree fiat has a strong body but you cant buy a car just for its strong build quality
                          in just one year everything seems to be faulty in my linea
                          (1)cost cutting in speakers -fiat gave me 20 w speakers, is this some kind of joke even my portable speakers are better than this junk
                          (2) i was given a 1 inch smaller spare tyre
                          (3)even service cost of linea is 15000, yes they charged me 15000 for third service and told me that this is a major service
                          (4)no one will give a damn about the customer, they are rude
                          (5) if you are not going to treat your customers well no matter you bring cars like punto evo, punto abarth you are not going to succeed
                          (6) non availability of spare parts even in their service centres
                          (7)ride quality is amazing but on highways, in city initial lag in pickup even swift drives better than linea
                          still no one beats linea when it comes to road grip and handling

                          its a good car ruined by fiat's aftersale service
                          if you dont want to spend 15000 bucks just for a normal service, than please dont go for this car
                          I don't think FIAT cares about it's customer. I am trying to resolve my suspension problem from past 4 month. I bought fiat punto in 2012 with extended warranty. This is 3rd time I faced the suspension problem. I went to Oberoi Motors in Sector-63 Noida. 1st they refused to accept the extended warranty & once they accepted it they told me they don't have parts. I have been hearing this from past 4 months now. Unfortunately I had to go to Oberioi motors as I don't have any Other Fiat dealer near me. I regret my decision of buying fiat.

                          I purchased New Linea on 29/12/15 from Kashyap, New Delhi and realized after 10 days that it's Paint on the back door had been redone. This was brought to the notice of the dealer and formal complaint lodged with Fiat, but even after 5 days no action has been taken. Simply giving false assurances. Never Ever buy Fiat.
                          I had left my Fiat Punto Emotion Pack petrol at your authorised dealers M/s. Urs Cars. I was facing some electrical problems. When I had been to Mangalore suddenly the battery went dead. So I replaced the battery and came to Mysore. To my surprise I could not start the engine and the new battery had gone dead. I contacted your service Centre and they suggested to bring the car there. So I got the battery charged and took the car to them. They did the complete service of the car and also replaced many parts and billed me Rs.23252/- The service receipt voucher No. is 3144 dated 22.02.2016. When I specifically asked them what was the problem they said everything is alright only the earthing was loose because of that I had faced the problem. After making the payment I brought back the car and parked it. Then I had to go to Bangalore. Today morning I wanted to take out my car to fill the fuel as I am planning to go to Mangalore. To my surprise the battery has again become dead and none of the electrical systems are working. I telephoned your service centre and they said that they will send their technician, but till the time I am typing this complaint, no one has come. We go to the authorised service centre with the faith that they have all the expertise and we can rely on them and have peace of mind by leaving our vehicle there. But I find that the main motto of the service centres is to replace the parts un-necessarily and bill the clients with huge amount. They are not at all bothered to attend to our actual complaint. I was happy with my car and was thinking of purchasing a new Punto Abarth. But with my this experience I have decided not to go for Fiat again nor to recommend it for any one.
                          May I hope that my complaint will be attended to immediately?
                          I purchase a car from cargo moter. Jalandhar car has fiat punto. I purchase a loan from axis bsnk . bank has made 19000 overdraft . due to busy schudule i cant contact crgo moter for my excess money
                          Now i surrender my car to bank . when i visit cargo moter jalandhar for refund my excess loan the concerened employee said they dont give me my excess amout.
                          They told give him noc from bank for refund amount . they say the loan holder is not authrized person for excess refund.
                          Bank has not give me noc for refund and cargo moter has not give me without noc.
                          Why i should provide noc for my excess money . cargo moter jslandher has cheat me they dont get me my money
                          Plz guide me how i get my money from cargo moter jalandhar
                          Now i go to consumer court for this cheating.. This is totaly harassment from cargo moter jalandhar..

                            i am having Fiat palio car. for the sevice of the car i approched goldrush tata situated at faizabad road, lucknow. I got the appointment after several requets. They were not giving the correct estimate. car was not properly serviced. And when the car was serviced, i went to take the dilivery of the car they said to come again as your advisor is in meeting . So i went again, this time they said that since you have not brought the reciept which was given during the time of service so we cant give the car. I Hva eto come back again. i really dont know what kind of service are provided by Palio

                              I am Mr. Vinay Sreenivas, purchased Fiat Palio (Diesel) on 23 Aug 2009 from Concorde Motors, Bangalore. The next day of my purchase I observed some paint defects and paint spray on my car. I took it to the dealer and happened to meet Ms. Namratha, Customer Care Manager. Ms. Namratha forwarded this issue to the technical guys. They told it was just a furnishing defect and can be resolved by polishing in the first service. As I am unaware of the issue I thought what they are telling is truth and came home back thinking my car issue will be resolved in the first service. But I happened to face the reality only after 28th September 2009 when a bike rider brushed my car and went off. There was a small scratch on the rear left hand side door. I wanted to know the estimation for the work to be done to make my car perfect. I took it to the professional painter to know the work and cost involved to rectify the same. There I was shocked to hear from him that my car has already been repainted. I got annoyed and asked him to recheck. When he confirmed it, I asked him to verify the whole car. He verified and told me that the car have been repainted in the following parts:
                              1. Left side rear door & handle.
                              2. Left & Right side of the fender.
                              3. Front End of the bonnet.
                              This has been reconfirmed by his chief painter. I was startled to find disaster happened for such highly paid car. So I took it for consultation with four other professional painters. One among them is the dealer who was unaware of the issue. I got the same opinion from all.
                              On 2nd October 2009, I contacted Ms. Namratha again regarding this issue. She put me on to Mr. Shashidhar, Branch Head- Sales, Concorde motors. I met Mr. Shashidhar on 3rd October 2009 at his office. Where we discussed regarding the issue and he asked me to send him the detailed mail regarding this complaint. A mail was shooted on 5th October 2009 to Mr. Shashidhar, Ms. Namratha, and cc to CFO and Customer care, Tata Motors.
                              For this I received a reply from Mr. Shashidhar on the same day stating that he will look into the issue and concerned department will take care to resolve it. I also received an auto reply from customer care, Tata Motors stating that the regional office, Bangalore will take care of the complaint and address the issue.
                              On 6th October 2009, CFO replied a mail stating, Mr. Madhusudan, Head-Bangalore Business Unit will revert on the complaint. After this I have been called for the meeting on 10th October 2009 by Mr. Muralidhar, service manager, Concorde motors to inspect my car at Concorde motors, dairy circle, Bangalore.
                              After inspecting the vehicle, Mr. Muralidhar offered me 3 options
                              1. Repainting the Component.
                              2. Replacing component by getting a new component and painting it.
                              3. Replacing the component from a demo car.
                              Finally at the end of that discussion, I was not happy with the offer and asked for compensating car to car or let them pay my money back. Mr. Muralidhar said that he will be reverting on this issue once they discuss with the higher authorities.
                              After that I sent a reminder mail on 13th October 2009 to the above concerned people. On 15th October 2009, CFO has mailed to Mr. Madhusudan to resolve the matter as early as possible and a cc to me.
                              On 16th October 2009, Mr. Madhusudan replied to my mail saying that the issue will be discussed with Tata Motors and FIAT concerns and a meeting have been fixed on 21st October 2009. With change in 2-3 dates finally, meeting have been fixed on 27th October 2009 at 4:30 PM at Concorde motors, dairy circle.
                              The attendees of the meeting were Mr. Shaji-GM, Mr. Thirumala-FIAT representative, Mr. Madhusudan- Head- Bangalore business unit, Mr. Selvarajan-Manager-services, Mr. Muralidhar- Service Manager, Mr. Vinay Sreenivas (Customer), Mr. Ramaprasad GB(relation to customer) and Ms. Ramya S Gowda(relation to customer).

                              The following points were discussed in the meeting:
                              1. Mr.Thirumala and Mr. Shaji examined the car and accepted that issues which customer raised. There was a paint defect proof found in many parts which includes a proof that a spray dye is found on the front end of the bonnet.
                              2. Mr. Thirumala addressed the issue with a seek of suggestion from the customer to resolve the issue.
                              3. Mr. Thirumala gave an option that they can make polish and resolve it.
                              4. Mr. Muralidhar Proposed an offer that the issue can be solved in three ways. One is repainting the part, Second, they give component to component by getting a new part and repainting it, Third, they will replace the component from a demo car.
                              5. I was not happy with the offer and asked a replacement of a new car for a car. But this was not accepted by the company people.
                              6. Mr. Muralidhar has promised he will perform task stated in point no. 3 by coming Monday i.e. 2/10/2009.
                              7. The customer has asked them to give a reply mail regarding the same which customers will take time to think on the matter.
                              Conclusion: The meeting did not conclude with expected and satisfactory result. I was very much disappointed by the way they repeated the same offer in a more official way. I replied that I am not happy with the offer and looking for the alternative one.

                                Sir,
                                its been 4 months that i purchased my car, and more then 2 months it is in concorde tata motors for repair. there is a problem in AC and they are not able to rectify it. i tryed contacting all the higher offiicial from tata and fiat india.. BUT NO ONE GIVEN ME ANY SUPPORT. i dont know what to do now. my number is [protected].

                                Fiat should go back and focus on Italy only. The tie up with Tata is not going to work anymore in India. The after sales service is simply non existent. Even for a small part, I am waiting for the last 4 months. ALso the service centers always give step behavior to Fiat owners. or Probably tata owners are used to such behavior from workshops.

                                BOUGHT A PUNTO - ENGINE IS UNMATCHABLE- NO DOUBT. BUT SERVICE IS WORST EVER HAD.

                                DON'T BUY FIAT UNLESS ITALIANS OWN THEIR OWN WORKSHOPS OR SETUP.

                                Take a example of scoda india, the car is least demanded in europe but still successfull in india. Fiat shuld follow VW, AUDI path have their own setups.
                                my fiat is on 05 and i have nothing but trouble since the day i got it, i have spoke too everyone i can thing of about this matter i will never buy a fiat again and advise everyone i know not eaither!!!

                                  I purchased a top of the line Fiat Linea Emotion Diesel from Concorde Motors Mumbai (Tata subsidiary) in April 2009. The very nex day I discovered to my shock that the Brake drum was faulty and was groaning like TRUCK every time you applied the brakes. I reported this in writing to Concorde and CEO Fiat India.

                                  IT is over 5 months, hundreds of phone calls and emails which resulted in 4 visits to the service workshop and they have still not solved the problem.

                                  What is appalling and all new LINEA buyers shoudl note is CAREA-A-DAMN attitude shoen by Concorde then Tata Motors their service workshop and ofcourse Fiat India.

                                  By the way a 2nd Linea biught by a family member conked on day of purhcase and it had to undego major repairs.

                                  I rue the day where I ignored advice by friends about service nightmares from Tata-Fiat. I think we all sufferers should file a CLASS ACTION SUIT against Tata Fiat in India.

                                  I have tried all methods of emails and calls but they dont just care. THE only way to save your hard-earned money and more so Furstrating service eapericne is DO NOT BUY A LINEA or from TATA-FIAT ever again

                                  Hi Mr. Shetty S, what you said is very true . Tata-fiat guys are not bothered about customer service. they are only concentrating sales not service. i own fiat linea diesel emotion pack with 100% dissatisfaction reagrding the service. truely speaking they lack spares.
                                  Did you try writing at the fiat website. I have had users claim that they indeed provide extremely fast service once you notify fiat of this issue.

                                  Fiat Linea Service — Pathetic display of customer service

                                  I had the most harrowing experience getting my car serviced by Rama Motors. Firstly, the person who sold the car to me, quit, and then the person who serviced it twice quit. The dearlers regularly have an attrition issue. To my horror, this time when i wengt for the service I asked the receptionist to get me to the owner's son Mr. Aditya and the lady refused saying he is busy in a meeting. I could see him in front of me in his glass room but JUST not bothered to attend his customers. Then after a lot of pleading she called the workshop manager, who kept on apologizing for not being able to take my car for servicing since he was facing absenteesim issues with his ENTIRE staff. What a way to shoo away a customer. Can someone please tell me how the entire staff vanishes everytime there is an issue with the car??? I am sure the way the treat thier customers, they would be treating staff as well, not I am not surprised to see new faces everytime. I owned a Tata Safari earlier and due to loyalty to the brand and service I got earlier i decided to buy Linea. I had the most pathetic experience everytime I have gone back for the service. At the time of delivery of the car as well I was told time of delivery three times and made to wait till 9 pm only to finally take delivery. Disgusting!! Definately my last time with your brand. Painful. If you claim to be selling luxury cars atleast tie up with dealers who beleive in your brand and service policy.

                                  looks like driving a bullock cart i hope so fiat dosent give the margin to thier dealers after 40000 kms ur dealer says that shockers dosent come in warrnty i have also extended my warrenty while they sell the vehical they say u r getting 80000 kms or 2 years of warrenty . i think u have not fitted shockers in car. stering has got to much of noise

                                  there is to much of problem in gear shiffting when i went to show this to service depratment they r saying that ur cluthe plates have gone u need to change them but there is not any problem in them they think tht we dont kwn anthing about the car . 3 to 4months back they had changed my headlights now again its the same problem 35% of glass have became brown wht sort of quality r u giving us u call fiat linea is perfect c segment car wht r u giving in it the cheap quality of spare parts i have lot of work to do in my life but purchasing this car i think i had lost to much of my time we purchase new car tht we wont face any problem but i think tht i have purchased problem hope so u will take fast action on this and will give me some relife
                                  I completely disagree the view of Mr. Girish, Firstly this car is fitted with "Independent wheel, Helical Coil Springs, Double acting Telescopic Dampers and Stabilizer Bar" These are typically observed in sports car. While driving on bumps you will get fill of "DUNG" sound from wheels, but if You ask inside passanger whether he felt a pinch on bump ? he will negate., This is actually a proof of your shock ups are functioning OK, - Don not carry apprehension from just sound - Shock Absorbs are for absorbing sudden impact and shocks, if that is what it is doing then it should be perfect.
                                  Another fantastic advantage of these absorbs is if say left side of car wheels are on Footpath and right side on road, due to telescopic dampers inside passanger will never feel inclination .
                                  You better take a teast drive of this vehicle by keeping filled water cup at rear side, you will agree to my statments.

                                  hi, i agree with above statement, even i own fiat liena 2009 i brought it from Concorde motors Cochin. am having the compliant with engine, its oil is getting burned and showing engine failure, i heard alot of complaints about liena that showing engine trouble when it reach to 60, 000 km.. So please never buy liena. i given my car to repair at the service center every time they fill oil again and return for me to check for me for another 1000km as per this many 1000 has gone. Lastly demand more 1.5lakhs for repairing it. even now my car cover warranty the company demanding such a higher price and they saying i should drive my car only through highway. So am planning to buy NEW FIAT AIR CAR. so it be much better than higher ways na. Really am feed up.. I've brought my vehicle from Jaika nagpur, the worst car I've ever seen, purchased in 2011, lot of vibration in the car, complaint many times for the same problems but never satisfied, at only 20000 km. shock ups changed, suspension overhauled, every thing done brake pads changed everything as they said, now its 35000 km still same problem again, and they want me to do again. please never go for fiat linea. Jyada nahi it's 100%dissatisfaction, if any body have the solution for this cal me [protected].
                                  I have purchased Fiet Linea T jet + beginning 2011 assuming better than other leading cars. Though the look is good the performance is horrible. From the day one fuel cap was not closing, Mileage very less. After it run 25000 kms 4 months back suddenly the vehicly stopped at road. The Battery fully dead and I have to purchase new batteries with in 2 years of purchase. Now it has run 28000 kms and done service 2 months back ensuring all necessary requirements + Break pads changed, To my shock the vehicle stopped suddenly on road today morning, No pick up, burning smell in side bonnet. The vehicle was taken on toll to service center. I stopped taking long drive based on frequent problems noticed. My suggestion to others who are planning to buy please think twice..

                                    I have a FIAT car, with following details
                                    Model Name: FIAT Adventure 1.6 Sports
                                    Bought in: Nov. 2007
                                    Reg. No: HR26-AP5504, registered in Gurgaon
                                    My Car met with an accident in Gurgaon, and I immediately send to the authorised FIAT Service center, ABS Motors in Gurgaon.
                                    After that a lot of parts were required to be replaced, which were not available at the service center. So these parts were ordered from FIAT Plant in Ranjangaon.
                                    Now this whole episode has passed, and there is no progress in repair work since more than two months.
                                    And still there is no clue given to me about, when the spares will be available and repair work will be started.
                                    I have called numerous times to FIAT, send numerous mails also, but still no progress.
                                    Every time I am just given an assurance that they are looking into this matter.

                                      I had purchased a new Fiat Palio Diesel SDX 1.3 Multijet on 1st October 2008, till now the car has run about 23200 kms approx. While getting the 4th srvice done , i had complained about problem in the Gear getting engaged, upon which Wasan Motors (Chembur, Mumbai, from where the car was purchased) diagnosed it for Clutch problem.They said that the Clutch assembly will be replaced under warranty. The car has been laying in their workshop for the last 10 days, still they have not procured the spare part. They say that they have placed an order with the Fiat Ranjangaon plant & they are not responding. I am a business man & need to move around every day.The unavailability of the car has crippled my business & also causing personal health problems.
                                      Earlier when the car was hardly 1&1/2 months old, its Powersteering pump had failed which had to be replaced under warranty & took around 12 days to do so. I have also complained about an hazy headlight which is still to be attended.With so many problems in the new car, its hard to beleive, even a second hand vehicle would have fared much better than this.
                                      Does any body in Fiat / Tatamotors take note of this???????.Its seems we have been fooled.

                                        I'm Gaurav from Lucknow(U.P.) purchased a FIAT LINEA EMOTION PK PETROL from M/s GOLD RUSH Sales & Services Pvt Ltd Lucknow only on 17.07.2009. It has been driven for 834 kms only.On 25.09.2009 evening I started the car but failed to drive as its clutch was not working at all then the car send to the Company's Workshop. On the next day i.e. 26.09.2009 despite of making number of calls to the workshop no body was in a position to explain what the problem. Then I send my representative to workshop at 02.00 pm. He asked about the fault then one of the employee of the workshop informed that the CLUTCH PUMP( Part no. [protected]) was faulty and an order no. 30367327 dated 26.09.2009 has been placed to the company and asked him to come after minimum 10 days.This is not fair at all on the part of the such a big name--FIAT.

                                        Total Km till date 5000km

                                        Registration No MH-04-DY-9888

                                        It faced 7 time Breakdown due to Clutch being unopreational
                                        it seems the clutch catches air due to which the clutch gets stuck and is unoperational
                                        this occured always in full traffic or while crossing a speed breaker.

                                        Clutch system was replaced Thrice (first two time at worli workshop) than at wasan motors Kandivali.

                                        till date the problem is not resolved.

                                        The car is faulty.

                                        now i am unable to rely on this car for driving more than 300 km at one go or in a crowded place.
                                        in fact now i have learned how to remov the air from clutch and again add clutch fluid and pump the clutch pad to restart it so that i dnt get stuck in traffic.

                                        Concord motors are saying the cant do anything about it they are only sales guys.
                                        and we need to contact fiat helpline.tried doing that but so far no positive response.

                                        i was very much happy with my maruti esteem.

                                        you are right, i too have similar problems with my linea emotion pack. i was happy with my maruthi vehicle and innova before.
                                        I have Fiat Linea Petrol Emotion pk 2009 model. My car has done about 32000 Kms till date. Now there is a problem with the suspension, though I am covered under extended warranty, the dealer has informed that the claim is rejected under extended warranty as its covered only during breakdown!! I was surprised, that I should have actually waited for the breakdown to happen before visiting for repair. When I bought the car, great tales were told about the warranty, however now that the time for claim has come, it has been rejected. The flimsy excuse given that the part is a mount of the strut suspension. However the billing is done for an Elastic Pad, and labour is chargd for Strut Assembly repair. The dealer refused to share communication with the insurance company providing extended warranty saying its internal communication. How strange, this arrangement stinks of connivance of the dealer, the agency and Fiat India. The dealer is Joshi Auto, Chandigarh and extended warranty provided by United India.
