On 27th of this month, i send a mail to ramkay and the same marked to fiat also... next day i was lucky enough to get a reply from fiat.till today theres no response from ramkay.
yesterday(30th may 2016) morning i called your customer care at 10 and during the conversation, i was told within an hour i will get a call from fiat as well as from ramkay...but no calls...i was little bit disappointed.
again i called your customer care around 16:50 today to update the status... again i was told, i will be getting a mail from ramkay by today. no response from them...this time i was forced to think, i am being cheated.
Fiat, may i know whether i have the rights to send mails regarding my querries, doubts to any fiat service centres which is only regarding fiat(mostly about my car)????if yes, may i ask you, whether the crm or service head(to whom i send mails)have the rights to respond me which is totally officially, and not personally?????

thanks for the proper response...
at the same time, i feel bad for your usual words "Till then we request you to please bear with us"...till then, means till when???ive been hearing such words always from you...ive been waiting for a long time...but the problems never trying to end...but everyday aggravating...losing hope with fiat and the confident that im having with such a high profile organisation going down and also the gap between a better friendship getting broadened...
really its a shame for such an organisation which is known world wide for its popularity...not able to give a solution for its customer which is purely official...shame on the persons who are sitting at higher levels not able to take necessary actions against the person(s)who could not satisfy a customer atleast with a reply mail.

    Respectfully My fiat punto car have Manufacturer defect in wheels and my car in warranty but your employee tell me that I give charge for this complaint.I loose my old tyres by this mistake and my new tyres also spoil. I face many problems in this car but I coprate your company but this problem is major but your employee not in serious about this problem. I call your customer care number many time but response zero. Your email complaint is my last hope otherwise I burn my car on the road and I tell the media that what is the fiat sell ad service. So please solve my problem.

      Purchased fiat linea classic petrol in feb'14... Starting problem started from oct'14. Complained every time vehicle take for servicing.
      Every time, service center engineers assured that they have rectified.

      Now the vehicle stops on the run with clutch release or so... And then never starts till it's pushed and done self-start. This is happening very frequently for last 3 - 4 months. Now, the service center engineers say you need to replace the battery and the battery has just expired it's guarantee period.

      Need support to avoid embarrassments and challenges on road.

      Fiat Motors — Engine is cracked so petrole smells inside car has been verified on several times but no corrective action.it can catch fire at any moment

      Car history shows problem is from day of purchase, went to workshop on several occasions

        I have a fiat linea emotion pack 2012 model. Run 67, 000 kms. All the services has been done from the agency with a belief that they will take care of the car. Iam getting my car serviced from hyson fiat, tichur, kerala.
        At 67, 000 kms my car started burning oil. We took it to the service center and they had a examination and then topped up the oil and gave it back saying it is on observation. But again the same thing happened. When i dropped my car again for the same issue they said that a part replacement of the engine has to done. My car is under extended warranty (14/04/2016). When they claimed the for the warranty, it was rejected stating that the coolant was not changed on time.
        My question is, when i am giving my car for services with the agency whenever the service is due, they should have intimated or changed the coolant or what ever oil has to be changed?. They are blaming us for not changing this at the right time.

        They are going to charge 40, 0000 to 70, 000 after 20% discount, why should i bear these charges as my was under warranty .

        I want my car fully repaired under my extended warranty.

          I am facing mental harassment from fiat india & its dealers - kashyap fiat at okhla, delhi & drs fiat in faridabad (Who is currently having my car for the repairs) & bharti axa

          I submitted my car fiat linea emotion variant, bought in late 2014, for accidental repairs to kashyap fiat on 1st of january 2016 which they did not take care both on safety side as well as repair side, kashyap fiat who was supposed to followup with bharti axa (Insurance provider for my car) to get the claim process started did not proceed for 20 days around 22nd jan i myself intervened and followed up with got to know that they have not assigned the designated surveyor for the same. Bharti axa assigned the surveyor around 22nd jan`16 and demanded the estimate, which was incompletely and inappropriately submitted to bharti axa, upon bharti axa`s request kashyap fiat submitted a new estimate which after discussions between bharti axa and kashyap fiat was corrected again and bharti axa approved the same on 12th of feb 2016 which means it took 21 more days. Kashyap fiat neither informed me about the approval nor started the repair work, i got to know about this again after my intervention.

          Kashyap fiat demanded an advance money of 50000 inr as deposit even when the insurance policy of my vehicle was a zero depreciation and my contribution should not have been this much even after this i agreed to deposit 20000 inr as advance to which kashyap fiat responded on checking with the management and later again after my intervening and pushing them they denied that “kashyap fiat wont repair the vehicle as the labour cost approved by bharti axa was less than their expectations” i again on 23 rd feb 2016 i had to co-ordinate and escalate this with fiat and bharti axa and bharti axa responded that the approval of labour cost is as per the labour schedule of fiat. Now kashyap fiat denied repairing the car and asked me to move it to some other dealership on 27th feb 2016. It took 2 months for kashyap fiat to evaluate that they cannot repair the car even after all the approvals and processing were completed and fiat india could not do anything in this. On conversing with fiat india, fiat india agreed to shift vehicle to drs fiat in faridabad even after fiat india`s confirmation of moving the car themselves but kashyap fiat asked me to get it done by myself, making it clear that the car required to be towed.

          On 2nd march 2016, i requested fiat india`s md mr. Kevin flynn to help me getting proper services from fiat india and its dealership on which i had to send a reminder to get this pushed from his side on 3rd march 2016, even when i was on a business travel internationally on which he asked the head - crm & customer support of fiat india mr. Mangesh kodalkar to look into the matter. On 4th march, mr. Mangesh scheduled another inspection of the vehicle along with bharti axa`s surveyor, kashyap fiat and fiat india`s team to which the 4th estimate was submitted to bharti axa which i suppose got the approval from bharti axa and still i was asked to shift my vehicle to drs fiat in faridabad by fiat india and they also mentioned that the repair work at drs fiat dealership will not take much time as the approval for repair has already been received, so even after asking fiat india`s md mr. Kevin flynn to help i was forced to again intervene and physically visit kashyap fiat again on 9th of march to get the vehicle shifted to drs fiat in faridabad. On my visit i noticed the vehicle was kept in the open, unlocked and uncovered for this entire time without any security and it had undergone the weather may it be rains, dust storms, or other natural or man made phenomenon like tempered or stolen parts, i noticed that the bonnet was open, a lot of parts from my vehicle like speakers 4 in number are missing, the front fiat monogram has been tempered with, the chrome biding of the grill has been broken, the fuse cover was lying open in the car, the side mirror adjustment button has been broken, the windshield wiper fluid bottle cover is missing, the body of the car has started rusting and the list can go on. These are just the visible items i was able to notice, i am sure even the parts not visible directly have been changed or stolen, on mentioning this to mr. Mangesh i was forced to shift the vehicle to drs fiat which is around 22 kilometres from my home at chhattarpur delhi.

          Fiat india mentioned that kashyap fiat will take care of the missing parts but what about the parts that are not visible easily or have been changed.

          Now the vehicle is at drs fiat and they have a new estimate which is pending for approval at bharti axa`s side from 11th march, please note this is the 5th time an estimate has been submitted from fiat`s side, which is pending for approval still i am being asked to again deposit 50000 inr at drs fiat upon enquiring that what approximate part will i have to pay, they mentioned that they will have to calculate it again, as per the conversation with drsplease note that the estimate has already been submitted.

          Bringing to your notice that since 1st of january 2016 till date, fiat is only taking approvals for the repair work and are not able to come to a conclusion(80 days).

          I demanded fiat india a replacement of the vehicle as now i cannot trust the vehicle, i am not sure what all parts have been changed or stolen or have been tempered with, i was told that they cannot do this, i bought this vehicle for my need, comfort & peace of mind for long term( for which i am still paying the emi`s) and i am being harassed by fiat, its dealers kashyap fiat, drs fiat and bharti axa. I have suffered a loss of my official work as i was asked & had to visit kashyap fiat more than 10 times in these last 80 days apart from this i am required to travel by public transport & cabs (Taxi`s). Which is costing me double - paying my emi`s as well as paying for private/public transport this entire time, not only this i also had to cancel multiple personal appointments / schedules due to unavailability of my car and most of which i have lost my mental peace and undergoing a lot of trauma already, i have spent more than 100 man hours of my precious time in co-ordinating / pushing / asking / begging these companies to help in providing me the services for which i have paid (Insurance premium) & after sales service

          Request you to please help me out and get me a replacement of my vehicle, i hope my voice will not be given a deaf ear.

            Hi All,

            I have booked a car (Punto Evo-White) on last week(18-Mar-16) in Marvel Fiat Showroom, Erode, Tamilnadu. I asked for when is my car delivery. I got a response from my show room people as you car already delivered, this is your car (Demo vehicle).

            I got shocked and surprised immediately.

            List of Complaints : (I have proper evidence for below listed complaints)
            1) They are forced me to take demo vehicle. It's is having lot of scratches and dents in both inside and outside the car.
            2) Showroom sales person said all the cars are same only and we'll clean and make it as new. There is no other option you(me) should take this car.
            3) Show room manager and sales manager forced me to take the demo vehicle.
            4) At last I asked them to refund my amount, its better I'll go to another showroom or another car company. Here after I am not trusting you. Because they tried to sell the used vehicle.
            5) Hereafter we can't able to stop the process and also once the billing got done everything is over(finished)
            6) I heard the fiat is the best brand car and good name and good value in the market. But the show room peoples are did like that "How can I trust and believe, to proceed further"
            7) I got the Invoice of fiat car is look like a waste mud paper. There is no unique no in the invoice.
            8) If cross with other showroom "Marvel auto drastically reduced almost offers and privileges"
            9) At-last I got the response from showroom sales person said "Customer can't do anything, Once loan got processed and amount taken from your side"

            I got surprised. Just now only I completed all my process "How my car got dispatched in short span of time".

            I concluded that I can't able to believe them further.

            I requesting to the fiat company to stop all the process and return my full payment. Better I will go for the some thing else.

            If you are not believe my complaints, Kindly conduct mock audit, then FIAT will came to realise what is happening inside the showroom.

              I purchased the used fiat linea emotion 1.3MJD in delhi. Now moved to another state and need to register my vehicle there. As part of process RTO need the proforma invoice which the dealer(in delhi) denied to provide. Called up your call center and got and he is not ready to share the ex showroom price of the car. Then he transferred the call to some number which kept ringing and no one picked up.
              If this is the kind of after sales support you give, I am damn sure I am not going to buy any fiat vehicle whether new or used.

                AS my car given was given for a accidental repair to u r showroom but still now it as been not repaired not delivery as the date was told 15 days after the car given to you but till now i have received my car it so sad to say that after giving to service Ur people as dented the car while shifting it and also you people as no proper arrangement to repair car in showroom for accidental repair car should be shifted to 35 km far from the showroom but i am sorry to say being an international company it is shame to say this all thinks, that your one of service in charge does not receive the call and from past 15 days u people could not able to bring or manage a condenser of car, when we see your website in that u people showing so many thinks like customer satisfaction quality repair all this are bull and for only show off, that why for u r bad quality work u were removed from India and again re-established here but now also as it is really to horrible u people are not suitable to this work and i had taken car by so difficulty i cant change so i request u or its humble request to u sir pls give the delivery as soon as possible...

                  Team i buy Fiat punto from ABS Fiat Jaipur Rajasthan. First time i got registration certificate with model name mismatch so give it back to ABS Fiat for correction. Sales executive assured for correction with in a week but about 45 days passed and still not received correct Registration Certificate.
                  Sales Person Not responding on phone call.

                    I bought a Fiat Punto Evo from KHT-Fiat Koromangala showroom. That time the sales executive Anil informed that I will have the bumper to bumper insurance. The insurance amount in that was 21825, however the insurance receipt I got was of only 15060. Checking this further, I found that my insurance was not bumper to bumper. This is clean fraud. Now the manager is telling me that there is some margin that they set before paying the insurance amount. So why am I supposed to pay that amount!!! The receptionist and manager are not even responding on phone. Receptionist name is Monica and Manager name is Syed.

                      Dear sir/madam, please take this mail trail into your records the kashyap replied. Now the matter has been pending from more than 2 months. I went to kashyap motors okhla to mr op sharma and then he replied me that you go to our noida showroom there we have the paint shop over there. We don’t have it in okhla or go to drs fiat on delhi mathura road. Now 4 days back i went to the drs motors there the manager mr pradeep took all the photographs of my car where rusting was there on the whole parts of the car. He replied me that i you car is under warranty and i took all the matter and give it into tha fiat and i took your car from home on monday. Now 4 days have been passed and yesterday also i called them and today also he is blaming me that till now i havn’t got any approval from fiat. So, its my request to take immediate action towards my mail because from last 2 months i am ghoing to different diffrent showrooms of yours and do not getting the final reply that when my work is going to be done by fiat. If not i will take a action against the company because you people and your showroom managers harrased me from a long period of time.                         Hi All, This is Yogesh Suresh Jadhav from Pune and Car (Fiat Punto Evo, Magnesio Grey) Registration Number - MH 12 LJ 9264 . It’s been almost 10-11 months with Fiat India now. The thing which triggered me to write this mail is, wear and tear of my tyres condition after only 10000 kms run i.e[protected] Kms run after having first servicing. There are plenty of disappointments on my plate but somehow I was trying to digest them. But today what happened, is really just enough now!! Somewhere in 3rd quarter of 2014, I visited Fiat showroom to look for Fiat Punto Evo when it was planned to launch in September 2014 I guess (so I actually waited for 3-4 months for Evo's launch ). This complaint is not related to any personal but to only Fiat India and QC standards. Here I will start my complaint in sequential manner as and when they happened. 1. Holes on Bumper - I was told to provide original mud guard and Mats with Car, but when I went for delivery what I saw is cheap local quality Mud Guards had been screwed on all bumpers with cheap quality Mats too. Just Imagine - I will come to your parking and will make hole in your new car with drill machine. Very senior member (do not want to publish his name) told me that these are only original Mud Guards. After 1 day fight, they fitted original ones. What I left is regret for those holes in my New Machine. Attached picture of one bumper with this mail. Instead of giving cheap quality mats, I would suggest not to offer anything which will definitely make some good impression. 2. Offer not disclosed - Because of my budget after discount, I choose to buy Dynamic model and later on I gave a thought for emotion Model too but when I asked them they told me that offer is not on emotion/90HP model. But later I came to know that there was offer on all over Fiat models but they did not disclosed it. Please check your dates of offers in End of November and first two week of December. 3. Offer given was old one with lesser benefit than the latest one which was already publish in same period - I purchased a Car in December 2014, at that time the offer was published for almost 50-75K benefits but they did not disclosed it that time and what I got is no where close to that offer. I do not remember the exact offer I got otherwise I have mentioned it here, please check in you records. Now, Feeling cheated here .. 4. Premium paid for zero-depth Insurance but they registered for normal insurance - My car had big dent on left door and mirror was broken so time for Insurance claim. In offer they gave me some discount on zero-depth insurance but later on when situation arose for claim, I came to know that my insurance is not zero-depth. They were asking me to pay half of the amount of claim. What the hell is this? Fiat have taken full zero-depth insurance premium and what I got is normal insurance? insane ... 5. After fixing left Door And Mirror, left mirror Cap of body color was not available at that time so they fixed my old one which was good in condition and they told me that we will deliver you new Body Color Cap to your address. But till time I did not received that even after 2-3 reminders. See, I know that body color cap does not value much but if in case I required it in future then? I will have to buy whole new set of mirror. No point in that, rt? 6. Still that was not good fix, while fixing left door they broke Glass Packing Long Door Strip and someone tried to stick it with body instead of replacing new one. 7. Black Plastic tape on roof on driver side was always loose and asked them few times to fix it, as it looks weird for new car. My friend points me many times there and always throw tont saying - Bolatha Fiat ka mat le?? they really makes lot of my fun for my decision. 8. They have given me Pick n Drop facility commitment for servicing at the time of purchase which obviously was false commitment. I have to argue with them every time but yes, they say do it for free (till date). But still Every time ? doesn't sound annoying. Before making call i have to prepare myself to fight with them ... every-time. 9. This is another milestone in this series, After my first servicing they Forgot to put back my Stepney (Spare tyre). They said that we taken off that for cleaning but I did not see any cleaning done in rear passage of Car. 10. And today I got another reason to write whole this story because of wear and tear of my tyres condition after only 10000 kms run i.e car ran only[protected] Kms run after having first servicing and wheel alignment and balancing at around 5-6K. Practically, if they have made wheel alignment and balancing on First servicing i.e around at 5-6000 Kms then how come my tyres wear so bad in just 4-5000 Kms?? My tyres have loosed half of their life almost. Attached is picture for wear and tear of one tyre out of front tyres with this mail. Attached is picture for today's (16 Oct 2015) Wheel Alignment/Balancing Report with this mail. In my company, I have taken approval for Fiat counter to sell Fiat products with some corporate offers but after my 2-3 months of experience I never dare to ask someone to go for Fiat. And so I have not taken this thing further. I could/can not recommend fiat now other wise I could have helped you to grow your sell. You actually can check this Sell counter in Company thing with your representatives in Pune - (Again, can not mention name ..) What I Lost in this whole year is - I lost my faith over Fiat. I lost my top-end Emotion model, still I am regretting that I could have bought Emotion model which was in my budget if they would have given me correct information about offers. I had loved to get my machine in to Emotion model. I loss my interest/pleasure/faith to drive my machine now, I just don't know what happened but I am not in mood to drive it further. I do not drive this car until and unless my family does not need to. Expectations - Make or heal me/my pleasure/my mentality to drive my car back on road with full enthusiasm.                           Dear All,

                          As we are a part of Fiat Family since 2009 when we bought Fiat Grande Punto Emotion and we are very proud for that but we were facing difficulties due to many issues. I am also attaching the proofs or evidences to counter my part.

                          So, this is my suggestion to you all people if the services are going on causally basis then you definetly loose your market share as well as customer from India.

                          I had a problem in my A.C and sent my car to your THRUST MOTORS PVT. LTD. at Moti Nagar ( DELHI ) on dated 13/09/2015.
                          But today Itself my Car A.c is not working properly and also there is another problem occured that the right side ( Driver Side ) the fenter got damaged due to carelessness from the Mechanic Side. He had not tighten the fenter properly and did the casual adjustment as in the attachment shown and it got brutually damaged after some running some kilometer.

                          Who will bear this loss ???

                          Thirdly, Your labour charge as well as your Car Parts is too costly that nobody in future just think that he will purchase the Fiat Car .You see the attachment of FIAT BILL COPY that unnecessary charges charged by the THRUST Motors and they also charged 2 % extra for Credit Card as in the attachment of FIAT BILL COPY 1.

                          They charged RS 3700 ( TOTAL LABOUR PM / GR )


                          So, You are requested to reimburse the excess amount and do the needful to for Phenter arragement for free of cost and for the A.C also.

                          Can you imagine that i had spent Rs 14500 for nothing and for damaging my Car Parts ???

                          Please reply me with in 24 hours working day and also repair my car with in warranty or free of cost.

                            Hi, I have been complaining about below issue since I bought this vehicle, but I have no clue why Fiat team is not reacting/giving solution to my complaint, this is the last time I am writing here if not given proper resolution here I will escalate it too consumer court. 1. I have not received Complete invoice. 2. it’s been almost 6 months, I have not received extended warranty card. 3. Co-Driver Side sit makes noise while driving. 4. I was coming back in the mid night from Delhi last Friday and my Driver Side tire got punctured, I tried changing it on my own but could not make it because that stupid "Jack" was jammed and I could not handled it alone, I was with my family on Highway waited for someone to come and help us, I borrowed a Jack from a Taxi driver and trust me it was very embarrassing and very unsafe...what if something had happened there? who would have taken responsibility?? 5. The Paint quality is very Poor, any object touches the vehicle even a very tiny/light hit removes the paint and in few days it catches to rusk. 6. The coin box at the driver side is not fixed properly, it has moved slightly towards the right side. 7. The wiper does not clean properly. 8. the steering of the vehicle to too hard, as per other drivers as well if I am driving a fiat vehicle. 9. At the time of booking this vehicle the sales person committed me to give mut-flap and a Car body cover but the same is yet to deliver. 10. The horn at time sound unfamiliar.

                              I got my car's rear windshield broken two month back and had been visiting the local dealer for last 60 days but for no benefit. Dealer's representatives are providing excuses like the store incharge is on leave and left the job and they don't have inventory status or the owner of agency has gone abroad.

                                Latest complaint: Hj GREETINGS!!! Please go through the trailing mail, It has just gone few days only, after I received my car back from repairing, assured by them and team Fiat online that my car is checked thoroughly for all defects and all issues has been rectified, I made a payment for same, took my car back home, and see what I found, my car AC again stopped working while I was on my way to Delhi from chandigarh, it was half the way I had travelled, but I came back to chandigarh just to show Fiat chandigarh their quality work that my car AC again stopped working, as per them they don't know the exact issue, fiat chandigarh managers are useless, now their GM is telling me to change the expensive parts AC compressor and main wiring harness which are presently working fine, this clearly shows Fiat casual attitude towards customers, that they only believe in harassing customers by not getting proper maintenance work, and calling them again and again to get the expensive parts changed from their parts to get profits, if it won't I believe I would have got postive response from team Fiat after noticing my previous, well your services leads me to decide that I will never purchase or visit any Fiat services, will never recommend any one else too, well I won't go my money and precious time go like that which has been wasted by team Fiat, I m going to consumer forum for the same and surely you will find see my review in social media also as it's my and customers right to know about Fiat pathetic work. Previous complaint: Hello, This mail is in continuation to the earlier complaint. My car with registration no CH 04 K 1541 is standing at Speed Motors, Chandigarh. As i told you before, the car has been giving repeated problems despite getting them repaired every time. Last i mentioned that the car stopped again when i took it to Speed motors to get my AC checked. They said that the ECU of the car needs to be replaced without even thoroughly checking it. So, today i told them to put the ECU while i am present there. While doing so, i constantly asked them whether they have thoroughly checked it and is there any other defect? They said they have checked it and the ECU needs replacement. Now, when they were changing the ECU, they checked the wiring as well on my request. Turns out, the AC wiring is burnt and needs replacement. And they it may be possible that the ECU does not need to be changed and the old ECU is fine. They said that it will take 10 days for the wiring to arrive from the warehouse and then they will tell me whether the ECU needs to be replaced or not. This is one more instance of high level of negligence on the part of Fiat. In the past year, I have taken my car multiple times to get the AC fixed as it was not working properly. They never checked it thoroughly and instead told me that some other part needs replacement, like ECU this time. It may be possible that the battery went bad because of those burnt wires. And instead of checking it properly, they told me that ECU needs to be changed. After i insisted on checking the car properly, they found out that AC wires were bad and the ECU might not need replacement at all. And now they are telling me to wait 10 more days to find out till the wires arrive from the warehouse. This is unacceptable. My AC was not fixed for a year. The battery went bad because of it. And now the ECU, which they are not even sure needs replacement or not. I have invested substantial amount of money in the car from last year and this is the result i get. I believe that i don't need to pay any more money and i want Fiat to pay for the repair done this time as the defects this time are all the fault of Fiat technicians. I sincerely hope that Fiat will take responsibility of the situation and will take some action in this regard ASAP as i bought the car for my convenience, and not inconvenience. Also, i am ready to appeal this to consumer forum if the matter is not dealt with at the earliest.

                                  Hi Team, l am writing this to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services rendered by fiat servicing center, ie., CIA industries pvt.ltd ., fiat division(Coimbatore) in hopes that you can help remedy the situation. On April 4, 2015 we took the car( fiat linea fire dynamic- AP29AH9905) to the service center as there was an issue with Engine heating., After diagnosing the problem, CIA team said that that they have to replace the Gasket ., for which they have taken whole 3 weeks of time., Later-on when we asked to deliver the car they have come up saying - there is another issue which they are unable to sort it out and are waiting for a help from pune ., according to the later diagnosis they have advised to change the complete Cylinder head which total estimation cost upto INR 50, 000 /-( complete on road ) . when we asked if the problem could be completely resolved by changing the cylinder head they said car would be completely fine after the replacements. After the cylinder head replacements is done ., CIA team failed to update the status, intentionally left our calls unanswered, they have postponed the delivery date at least 5 times saying that they have got some more replacements and adjustments to be done ., Finally they have sent a bill ofINR 80, 000/- and delivered the car on 4th June, 2015. when we took the car for the test drive., we found that the hot air blow which were working properly before the services aren't working then., the engine couldn't start when over heated and the coolant level was raising with engines acceleration., when we have reached CIA for the same, they said that its a very usual or common thing with cars, there is a slight leakage in engine oil and a problem with Piston rings. which are replace and charged INR 3, 000 for the same. If the total repair cost has went up to 83, 000/- we would have gone for the engine replace right?? we are very much dissatisfied with the CIA team as they failed to actually diagnose the problem, talk to the customer& explain the situation, update the status, give the details regarding expected service charges, expected date of delivery. If they have actually diagnosed the problem on time., and suggested the best option, the situation wouldn't be this worst. The car had the same issue with engine on 25th July, 2015.( this was the only reason for taking the car to CIA, Coimbatore)., If the car has still the issue unsolved why is that we have spent INR 83, 000 on the repairs and replacements.? If I couldn't see any change in the car what is that the team has worked for two whole months? Car was again taken to BUTTA Service center Hyderabad. after diagnosing they said there is a problem with piston rings and gaskat are not assembled properly and it takes 42, 000 INR to render the services again. am not ready to pay the any more bills. when it is proved that it is a mistake of CIA Team. I would like to take this complaint to the higher officials., I would not compromise with the reply from Mr. Amit, who was the point of contact during the services rendered and I am completely dissatisfied and fed up with his responses. He is not at all customer centric. I want any superior above Amit to address the issue ASAP. Thanks, Pradeep

                                    Bought a Fiat linea vehicle in 2010
                                    The service provided by them always created more problems than solving one.
                                    1. The replaced windshield is leaking.
                                    went second time. sealant changed.
                                    delivered after 5 days. The windshield started leaking again in 15 days though the leak was lesser and in heavy rain.
                                    The service centre in hubli by manikbag have failed to find solution and saying it could be manufacturer defect. The top is still leaking.
                                    2. The vehicle was left for 1st service and at the delivery of vehicle after service all the windows got jammed.
                                    The service centre couldn't repair it and couldn't identify the fault so arranged an alternative vehicle for 2 days.
                                    3. gave the same vehicle for headlight replacement and once I reach home the headlight did not switch on.
                                    today I am coming again for the same leaving my busy practice but say fuse at fault.
                                    The working headlight was never shown before delivery.
                                    4. During one of the service the labour breaks sunglass panel and blame it was broken earlier.
                                    Every time the service provided is substandard and has caused loss of work, inconvenience and harassment.
                                    The water leak continues. may be the roof top is rusted. no solutions yet.
                                    The Manikbag should compensate for causing damage, harassment and mental stress, agony and disturbed my busy plastic surgery practice.

                                    The timing chain of linea broke at 50000 kms when their recommended change of chain is at 60000. This lead to breaking of 4 cylinders. The company didn’t replace iitit. I had to a huge amount for their manufacturing fault. Are fiat becoming poor?
                                    services are poorest at best.
                                    The Fiat /manikbag should compensate.

                                      I owned a fiat linea emotion in the year 2010 and i also took extended warranty for 4 years which ended on oct 31 2014. My engine got complaint so early at 60000km because of the dealers poor servicing though i had given for servicing at prescribed time periods. When i gave the car to rectify the complaint they told it need an engine replacement and they would try to cover it in extended warranty. After a week they called me up to inform me that the company has deliberately refused for warranty aince i ve given the car late for my third service approx few weeks. And they wanted me to pay 95000 rupees for the correction of engine. I tried contacting them after that but they never turned up. Silly reasons they make to cheat the customers and make money on fake promises like extended warranties which they charged wxtra while buying. Morover this car company has the worst of services and customer obligation. An engine failure at 60000 is a failure of the company. Single user of the car and never drive rashly or with bad fuel. Iam cheated by fiat india

                                        Im dr subair from thrissur dist kerala. I bought fiat linea emotion in 2010
                                        And since then i had to gace lot of indisciplined and irresponsible
                                        Behaviour from the service provider hyson motors at thrissur at several
                                        Different occasions. Last time it was on sept2014 when i visited there to
                                        Rectify the problem of insufficient engine oil pressure and the team told
                                        That they will find the reason and if it was of engine problem they will
                                        Fix it for free since i already extended warranty. After two weeks they
                                        Called me saying that the engine is having problem and needs replacement
                                        For which they need 95000 rupees. Extended warranty was denied for silly
                                        Reason of a delay in 3rd service of few weeks. So for what hell is this
                                        Extended warranty and the money i spent extra while buying your car and
                                        Since i already bought this headache why the hell are you making your
                                        Customers suffer like this hell. I have had this engine problem in 60000km
                                        And what explanation are u going to give for that. . Like i dint drive as
                                        Per your prescribed way or i dint service it at time. . I know it was oil
                                        Problem and i ve replaced it only from your service provider and that too
                                        In time. Two of my colleagues in my hospital were about to book linea but
                                        My timely intervention prevented them from buying linea. I don want them get
                                        Cheated nor i dont want anyone buy this car. Lot of bad reviews from
                                        Around the country i see daily about this car and i feel so disgusted to
                                        Get into this very trouble. This company car is having the least resale
                                        Value and that also puts me into trouble because nobody is willing to buy
                                        This even for the lowest price. . Shame on you fiat team. U cheated me and
                                        A lot.
