This is a matter of great regret and surprise to inform you that ,i bought a fiat punto emotion from IS MOTORS ROORKI, billed on 31st Dec,2010,delivered on 4th jan,2011,i got the offer of free insurance and registration from the agency,and it was the responsibility of the agency to get the REGISTRATION and INSURANCE of the car done, unfortunately car got damaged on 6th jan,and same was reported to the agency, sales manager said bring the car to the agency for repair work,but i didnt have the registration,without which the insurance claim cant be made as per the sales manager and workshop manager,i requested them to get the registration done as soon as possible,they said to me no need to worry registration will come within 2-3days and then the claim can be made,but next day work shop manager got the survey done ,i inquired to him how will we be able to claim for insurance,he said you wont get cashless,but since we will receive ur registration within 2-3 days,so you can get the claim later,now because of the negligence o[censored]r staff the registration got delayed,in fact extremely delayed and got done on 1feb,and i was kept in dark that i will, get the claim soon,now i got a call from sales manager after waiting for last 3.5 months that the claim is rejected,its the matter of Rs.22000/- , now unfortunately ,I got my fiat punto emotion (UK3423) damaged again on 26 may 2011,i took my car to nearest TATA -FIAT service centre,ABS MOTORS,GURGAON,they said it is gona take 15 days to get the car repaired and but its still not ready and now they are saying it will take another 4-5 days or may be more,i am facing lot of troubles as i need my car for day to day use,and they are not bothered to repair the car soon,so there are many problems im facing because of extremely poor fiat service.now guide me what to do,otherwise i have to think about legal and other aspects to resolve this issue .
Fiat punto — Faulty Car
This is regards to our purchase of fiat punto.We are very dissapointed to know that ts a defective vehicle delivered to us.On our first free service it has taken more than 7 days and no response from the dealer nor from the company.The vehicle was given on 15/nov/2010 till date we have not received our car nor we have got any intimation regards the same.This is forcing us to take a legal step against company and dealer.We have purchased this vehicle from Bharati Automobiles Pvt Ltd.Mumbai India.Problems faced in the car are very poor pick-up,A/C problem,mileage problem and when you drive on steep roads A/c needs to be turned off to cover the speed.
I WANT TO MAKE A CLAIM FOR ALL THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED TO ME AND WANT EITHER A REPLACEMENT OF THE CAR OR A COMPLETE REFUND. I DO NOT WISH TO HAVE ANY FURTHER ASSOCIATION WITH FIAT OR THEIR SERVICE MEN WHICH I SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN LIABLE TO DO ANYWAYS. I HAVE BOUGHT AN INCONVENIENCE WORTH 6.5 LAKHS AND I WANT TO GIVE IT BACK.
Need urgent attention and action on the same.
