Not pick up the phone, not delivering the cover, irresponsible behaviour, complete waste of money, lazy attitude, not deserve to survive in such a competitive environment, employees talk rudely with customers, all the call centre nos are continously busy, no response for email, can't register complaint on website, it says server error, worthless, unfit to run courier company, will soon get ruined if they continue this kind of service.

If you will not reply and give me the contact number I will fill go for human rights in the court because I have a big problem du to this consignment.

When I track it on line its show that the consignment have been delivered but I don't know the person to whom they delivered and I send the so many email regarding the same asking the contact number of the person to whom your delivery boy delivered my consignment or the number of the delivery person or the number of Saharanpur office. which number is shown on the online for Saharanpur its not working.

Please consider this mater urgently and give me the contact number of anyone.

Hello sir,
This is rajesh from kanchipuram, i have parcel from first flight courier serivce, they have taken my order to redeliver at my home, but last day they call me and said to come to their office to receive my parcel, i have paid delivery amount too. I don't know why this is happening. Please help to check my query and make a positive result. This is not the first time.

Never use first flight couriers service. Only its name is 'first flight' but you don't know when you will actual receive your courier.

Courier that should be delivered to me on 27th dec, 2017, not yet delivered and today is 3rd jan, 2018.

I called him so many times and they are just saying 'ladka gaya hua hai aapka courier leker' sometimes they said '2 bar aapke ghar gaya hai, aap ghar per hi nahi the', very strange.

That is very urgent and important document and i said the same thing on call. But i guess they don't know the meaning o[censored]rgency.

No status of our courier on tracking so far booked on 29.12.2017 and also their office at udaipur 313001 are not able to tell the truth.
Kolkata regional office no [protected] told proabbly it has not dispatceh from udaipur we are going to have information to their office as no body is picking not even ready to talk on phone on our person went refused to talk

A courier was sent from dumka, jharkhand to kolkata, west bengal on 27.12.2017. The courier has reached the destination on 03.01.2017. Kindly explain the reason for getting the courier delivered in 08 days, but the promised time was maximum 2 days by the agent. The charges are high because of the quality of service and the document being very urgent i trusted the company. But now since the document has not reached the destination within time i am bearing a huge loss.

Your tracker showing the packet delivered on 27-12-17 at 13.35 pm and duly signed. The packet has not come to us. On calling first flight courier, chowk lucknow office at [protected] some mr. Vivek informed that some other customer has signed the sheet wrongly opposite our docket. Today is 28th 6.15 pm from 27.12 till now your entire office is sleeping and updated wrong information. We are regularly following up with the sender. This is ridiculous and shameful. We have taken the screen shot and can move to the courts of law also. But we are giving you a chance to take it up at your end, if we donot hear from you by tomorrow, we will take leggal. Action

There was one document under awb number b903z3191813. Which is showing it is delivered and signed by some "arshad" we dont have any one at home called arshad and nietehr we have recived the shipment.
Even i have emailed them on mentioned id but no response from their side.

Hi,

I have applied pan card online and the pan card is shipped using delivery partner "first flight courier". The current status of the shipment is delivered [on 23rd december 2017] but i haven't received the item. The delivery status is updated today [27th december 2017].

I called the fist flight couriers delivery center, aminjikarai - chennai. They are not confirm if the item is delivered and they said that they will check with the respective delivery person and confirm me by eod.

The status of the same item is different if viewed in first flight couriers official tracking website and in the mobile courier tracking application.

Poor service offered by first flight couriers.

I am dr. Asmita indurkar. I was supposed to recieve a parcel from wardha on 21/12/17 (Tracking number - m991b6565079) the delivery person called me and didn't come for delivery that day. I spoke to your customer service person who was clueless about my parcel. I tried calling your regional office in mumbai but there was no response. I am very much disappointed by such an unprofessional service from a brand like yours.
I request you to kindly deliver the parcel as soon as possible.

Delay in delivery and abusing behaviour of your employee regarding customer. And also threaten to not deliver your documents. I have recording coversation in my phone. If you need i will hand over to you.
My awb no. B903z2388659 and the delivery dead end date was 21/12/2017 till now courier is not received. And when i called in bhiwandi branch of ffcl courier centrethen there employee using abusing language and threaten me to not deliver the courier.

I have a package to be delivered from talcher, odisha to bangalore. The package was submitted at first flight courier office on 13th december, 2017 and it was delivered to me on 22nd december, 2017.
When i received the package it was covered with first flight poly bag which generally doesn't happen. Taking out package from that poly bag, i found first flight sellotapes applied at one of its side as its was destroyed by rat. Checking the items inside, it was destroyed and unusable.

Covering the parcel with a poly bag or applying of sellotapes at damaged places will not help to delivery of parcel securely. Its an act of shame that they tried to hideout their negligence and irresponsibility which is totally not expected.

Generally, a courier package must be delivered within 4 days but i got it on 9th day which is again an act of irresponsible.

Request to look at this on a high priority.

Kindly provide me the details where these courier no. O991b4431930 & o991b4431849 have reached. It has been despatched on 16th dec from faridabad and arrived patna two days earlier i. E. On 19th dec but till date the consignment has not been delivered to the destination.

I have booked an order from magarpatta city, hadapsar, pune 411028 to rewa madhya pradesh 486001. Now its completed overall 10 days but still status is showing as "booked at pue magarpatta" also product not reached at destination. When i was contact with respective person they told that my product reached at indore (Mp).

First flight courier service also not provided any complaint no in there receipts.

We r from mahabubnagar dist telangana. Where we geet more parcels from all over india through ur corer.
But we r facing very bad problem with fast flight corer local office. Who are not yet responding to our phone calls. Sometimes they r also cutting phone call when we r speaking. We r getting our parcel by self traveling 16 km from home.
Its very bad on ur part plz keep good persons in ur circle.

With very painfully i would like to inform you we are not satisfied with your service last 6 month.
Every time guwahati regional office were not delivered our material time to time. They also delivered wrong address also not pick up the phone.
For example this docket no:[protected] (Dated 6.12.2017) from tinsukia to guwahati were still not delivered.
The first flight tinsukia team work is good but guwahati not delivered the material time to time

So i request that kindly take a legal action against guwahati office.

My consignment no. I991b1196108 was booked for ludhiana to mumbai (Kalyan) on 06.12.2017. This has not reached on mumbai till date. Status enquiry system on line says the pending deferred delivery consignment on 11.12.2017. I tried to contact their ho mumbai no. But no one answers that phone finally i call ludhiana office he said i will try deliver today but end of the day not deliver. The mumbai no is out of order. Even i could not reach them on so many nos given in this site. Even most of their local mumbai/ludhiana booking offices do not attend telephones.
