The parcel was dispatched from jaipur on 13 march 2018. That is the last status visible on the firstflight website. No updates in status ever since. The landline numbers mentioned on their website are all either busy, not in service, or incorrect. I was informed that the product will be delivered in 5 working days. Now, 7 working days have passed, still no updates.
Visiting the local firstflight office in my city balasore, is worthless as they claim:
1. That they do not have internet connection so cannot track my status.
2. The state headoffice do not respond to their calls, so they cannot check through them also.
3. Ever since all processes became online they do not maintain any register to check the status of my parcel whether it is already received at their office or not.
4. They admitted that even if they had internet, they will not be able to track the parcel because the online tracking will show them the same result as it is showing me.
5. They put the blame on jaipur firstflight office for the delay. They do not have contact details of jaipur office. I searched online and those numbers are again all useless.
My problem: where does the customer go? Despite paying so much, i have not received the product and to make things worst, i have no idea when i will get my parcel.
I would like a refund for my parcel courier charges due to their highly incompetent local offices in both the cities. Why should the customer suffer for their incompetent staff.
