I had parcelled a book for my brother's exam on 1st of march. He had his boards paper, accounts paper on 10th march, i. E. Today. Though asked repeatedly if the book will be delivered, they assured of it first.

When book wasn't delivered till 7th march, i went there for enquiry to which they had no idea about the parcel. Again, they assured me that day about the parcel being delivered by 9th. But nothing has been resolved as yet. At last i am left with nothing but complaint.

My parents PAN card Dispatched from mumbai to Patna as on 22nd february vide airway bill no. B903Z3573128 and 28th february vide airway bill no. B903Z4990219. Tracking show the above items received in patna office as on 27th feb and 7th March. But till date can not delivered by the courier company.

Your pan card has been dispatched on 05-mar-2018 by first flight couriers pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B903z5062073, at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 15-mar-2018.


My pan card has been issued and sent by your courier company, but your courier man denied to deliver it on my address, and he refused to give it to the address. Please ask the concerned person to deliver on my address or asap..

I am at recieving end of consignment number - b903z4417474, which contains my pan card. I first located the consignment in balrampur, u. P, pin - 271201 on 5/03/2018, next day when i saw it is not delivered i called balrampur branch of first flight courier and asked why it is not home delivered by that time. I astonished what irresponsible reason they provided, they were saying that there is too much pan card related consignments so we can't home deliver it and asked me to recieve it from office. I asked back that if you are being paid for home deliveries then its your responsibility to deliver it to home and in place doing their work honestly they confronted unprofessionally which i condemned.
At last i suggested them to deliver my consignment to home otherwise i will complain about your behaviour and irresponsibility.
Next day what i saw when i tracked consignment, i felt very disappointed because they have shown the pending reason as address insufficient which was a lie because a day before when he was arguing he mentioned a house which is located at a 50 meter distance from my home in my colony just to show how influential he is and now they are saying address is insufficient, how is this even possible and as a matter of fact in past consignments had been delivered to my home with lesser detailed address, however i called them and explained the address and asked them to deliver it to my home
Now i checked on today[protected] and the irresponsibility goes on they have not delivered it till today and pending reason is the same

I had booked a packet via consignment number m991b6939740 from pune but it is yet to be delivered. The tracker in web shows no update and the customer care numbers are fake as either it is not answered or switched off. The firstflight does not bother to deliver even charging too high for a small dox.
Please let me know the escalation numbers/e-mail to complaint against firstflight as they are just fooling the customers with worst service. The packet is important to be delivered but even they cannot they are not returning to the sender address.

B903Z4935545 of PAN card, not delivered within delivery period, Delivery period was 7 March 2017, this consignment is not moved from booking time of consignment from Mumbai Hub. since it was urgent to open a new bank account of my son and we are moving outstation for 3 weeks. Pl arrange to deliver before 10 Feb.

Booked consignment no u991m1188934 on 03/02/2018 at jamshedpur for kolkata. But the same consignment reached on 05th at delivery branch even though the same was not delivered on 06th feb. It seems that delivery branch is sleeping for one day. They are so incompetent that even in 24 hours delivery branch is unable to deliver.
Better to say delayed flight courier as they don't take care of time.

My courier has not yet delivered, still in transit even after 6 days, i booked courier from kundanahalli gate signal bangalore on 28th feb, before booking i asked will they able to deliver by 2nd march, after confirming i booked my courier, as it was very important to reach function on time, but now it's 6 days still no update, why did they took if thy were not sure, who ll compensate the delay?? I am fed up of tracking and calling the concern people, they tell they will look into it but no more updates.

I have received a consignment from jet airways to my residential address which is in mayurvihar ph-1 (Extn). Consignement number is f-[protected]. Delivery executive has attempted to reach me out at the address but i was not available due to my professional commitments and my children on holiday.

I received a message stating that the consignment could not be delivered due to "door is locked" and furnished a mobile number to be contacted for re-scheduling the delivery. The contact number furnished is [protected] which is not accessible or the message is "check the number dialed". I am not able to reach.

Surprisingly, the courier delivery executive did not call on my registered mobile number, but recorded that my number was ringing but i did not respond which is incorrect.

I shall be carrying my id for requirement.

1. Toady i received a sms from 'first flight courier' with reference number awb-b903z4883705, asking me to collect the pan card till monday from their address o[censored]dyog vihar, phase-3. The mobile number of sh anil baberwal was also mentioned ([protected]).
2. I tried calling sh anil baberwal but found its switched off. I contacted the mobile number from which the sms was sent ie [protected], he told me to collect the courier by monday else will revert it back to nsdl. I ask him why are you not sending it to my address? He told may be some problem of delivery, so to better take it from our office else it will sent it back. The attitude was full of arrogance and pathetic. I told him that i can come on sunday since monday is a working day and i being an army officer its not feasible for me to sent someone to collect the same but he told that he can't help. When i told him that i have to lodge complaint against this, than he told me to go ahead shamelessly.
3. Sir/madam, the attitude of the company official is not appreciable and he should be thrown out from your company else i would recommend all not to use your company services in future. Its like harassment for a customer to collect it on given time else they will revert back!!!

Advance charges are for speedy delivery right?

Will there be any refund for delay?

Then why is it in destination and not assigned to any branch office in kolkata?

As per above subject, we book consignment on 20.02.2018, consignment number: p991b1081153 is not delivered till date. And when if we enquiry against consignment, his executive abusing and not give proper response. When we call in mention customer care number its say wrong number please check.
So please request you to do the needful.

I booked an article on 24th feb 2018 from raebareli to gaya for which i was charged rs 330 as it was supposed to be delivered the next day. Bt the article has not been delivered till date i. E. 28th feb 2018. The article no is j991p0317462. It was extremely dissatisfying experience n such a worst service.. Kindly provide the reason for the delay n ensure the delivery at the earliest. I may have to take you to consumer forum as it is purely a cheating affair where i was charged a hefty amount for a single sheet of paper

A courier was sent on 17 of feb 2018 from kanpur to hyderabad. Till 26 of feb it is showing out for delivery. There is no customer support no call centre nothing. Whenver i try to call on any number it says unavailable. What kind of a service is this. This is my worst experience with a courier company. I suggest all not to use first flight for any services as uw ill be left clueless.

On date of 18th feb 2018 i had ordered a courier from first flight faridabad and till now i didnt get my package as i live in ramnagar nainital uttarakhand neither i can track my order as it showing consignment number is invalid. I tried to contact customer care to resolve my issue from past 4 days still there is no sign to reach there plz help me to get y package as its valuable for me..

An envelope was given to first flight courier kanpur on 17/02/2018 for delivery at udaipur (Rajasthan) vide receipt ref no j[protected] but not yet delivered after 7 days have been passed. Such type of bad services are not acceptable pl examine and respond. Pack to be delivered at the undernoted address

Hereby the complaint is being made in the regard of you burst service. One of my client has been sent me a courier under the pod no. D992b0388824 on 19/02/2018 which i have not received yet. I have recd. A call on my staff's no.in the regard of this courier from[protected] of your area office kirti nagar. The boy was out of office that time and he had given my no. To contact for as well as he give me the no. From which he hv recd. The call. As i contact on the above said no. They have given me another mob. No.[protected]. I have called three times on this no. But nobody pic the phone. I the meantime i have traced the packet through ur pod no. Which was showing the packet at moti nagar office as i contacted at moti nagar they denied for the packet and give me again no. Of kirti nagar. Now i have contacted at kirti nagar but they didn't trace the packet due to server problem. Pls do the needful if you can respond.

Delhi se jhansi ke liye courier (D991c[protected]/02/18 ko book kiya gaya tha. 19/02/18 ko courier jhansi pahunchne ke bad by phone maine [protected] jhansi first flight courier service par contact kiya to kaha gaya ki 21/02/18 tak mil jayega. Jab courier nahi mila to 22/02/18 ko fir se by phone [protected] par contact kiya lekin call attend nahi kiya gaya. Fir maine online courier track kiya to courier return ho gaya. Jab courier non service station tha to courier book kyo kiya gaya. Yadi non service station tha to mujhe bata dete to me courier office jakar courier recieve kar leta.

A package was couriered from etawah (U. P.) to gurgaon (Haryana) on 17th feb. 2018 and it was expected to arrive here in gurgaon on 20th feb. And today is 22nd feb and still no news from the courier service about my package. The courier was on an urgent basis, and my father asked the person there that when will it arrive in gurgaon as it's urgent, he said maximum by tuesday it will arrive.

This is heights of irresponsibility. I'm so disappointed and dissatisfied from your service. Even i'm stern that this is my last time i'm taking your courier service.
