Hi team,

My awb no. Is b903z3836055. This shipment is there at bae sarjapur branch since 19th april 2018. Today its 25th 10pm in the night but it has never been tried for delivery yet. I called at their customer care service centre but no one picks up always number busy or invalid. Even then the delivery has not been done not even tried. When i emailed their customer care service multiple times, they assured me that it will get delivered on 25th april, but its 10pm now i am writing this complaint, still no delivery happened.
I have written several emails to [protected]@panind.com, [protected]@gmail.com,
[protected]@firstflight.net, baecsd but they are not getting proper attention.

Its a pan card delivery and a sensitive government document which is being mistreated by all parties involved above. I think the home ministry and prime minister should be informed about such scams happening in the name of critical documents and action taken against all parties involved to not repeat such incidents.

Please look into this matter asap.

I have booked a courier on 19th April 2018 and consignment number is
"A991B3878086". I can see the status still in Transit from last 3days. i have tried to reach the local guys but they are not responding and i am worried about my courier.

Can you please help on how to proceed on this.

This is really annoying to chase for out courier and wasting a time. My shipment has been sent from borda to my address on friday and supposed to reach at my address by next day, but this is yet to received. I have personally visited their office but they are mentioning they will search for the courier and will take 2-3 days more. It seems, they have lost the courier which is very important document for me.

Such a unreliable courier service see so far. I wont be preferring this courier service again.

Can anyone do needful in this regards.

I was expecting my parcel to arrive max by 14th of april but now it is 4th week from the date of dispatch and no communication on it. I had written multiple times on [protected]@firstflight.net (Which company insist people to write for any issues and will be responded with in 24 hours) but no response except at one instance when mr sagar (Operation executive) from corporate office responded that the issue would be looked into and marked as high priority now. I received this email from him on 18th april but he didn't get back nor he responded to my follow up emails their after. They claim to have many contact numbers where people can reach out, i tried all possible numbers from their head office to the office they have at destination (To the address dispatch was made) but no one ever answers the calls.
I am quite frustrated, to think how the services are provided to the citizen of this nation. And would appeal from this forum that this kind of irresponsible service should be tracked down and these companies should be given ultimatum.

I have uploaded the screen shot of the status tracker got from their website, seems like parcel has reached the destination office on 9th april itself but from then it is showing no progress.

Hi,
The courier with bill no. B903z5573370 belongs to pan delivery of my mother.
This is not delivered by first flight courier even though the address and the mobile# is correctly mentioned in the pan application. I visited myself the first flight kuvempunagar office saw the address and no. Correctly mentioned in first flight courier office's desktop application.
They have not made any calls to the mobile# given in the pan which is correct. Had he called us we could have guided him to correct address for delivering the courier with pan. And also, the first flight courier office / delivery team have not made checks and have returned the courier with pan mentioning in their system as insufficient address.
This is highly disgusting where you have all the information but still the product is not delivered.
How can this happen, when both address and mobile are valid, they have rejected straight away the courier without delivering. I have been long waiting for this pan courier so that i can get a savings bank account created, but it has not returned as expected which is disgusting service from the first flight courier.

Courier done on 22nd mar.2018 from dharuhera (Haryana) to pali (Rajasthan). Consignment no. R[protected]. Courier reached the destination on 24th mar. 2018 in badly damaged (Non-operational) condition due to which we didn't accepted it & returned back at the same time to the same courier boy.
After inquiry on the origin office (Dharuhera) of first flight they denied to take any responsibility of damage during transportation.
The product is still laying at dharuhera first flight office. (Contact person at dharuhera first flight office: neeraj kumar, mob: [protected], office address: first flight couriers ltd., branch office, rewari-bhiwadi road, near indian gas agency, dharuhera. Ph.: [protected],[protected]
I want proper solution (Repair or product money return along with courier amount) for this issue.

Docket No J[protected] dt 17/04/2018 booked from BHEL IP, Jagdishpur for GVPR Engineers Ltd, Hyderabad is not delivered till date. It is requested to expedite the delivery as matter is most urgent. This is very disgusting. Document is very important. Delivery address is JUbilee Hills Hyderabad. Matter is being taken up with Jagdishpur First Flight Office but consignment could not be delivered upto 26/04/2018 after 10 days of booking of consignment.

My Pan card has been dispatch from Nsdl by 12.04.2018 to you but its still not delives to me, even i am requisting 5 time between 16 April to 21April on your customer care number, but thete is no improvement in shiping, there is in tracking status is still showing 22 April .its seems my request is worthless

I want to complaint about Shipment no. D991C092073. This is have important documents as credit card which send by PNB Bank. This shipment is not receive to me till now. Consingmen pending shows Merrut hub from 18/04/2018 your tracking sight. No updation since 18/04/2018 till now dated 23/04/2018. Your early response higly appreciate by us

My bhabhi smt sushma ranii's pancard has been dispatched on 17-feb-2018 by first flight couriers pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B903z4404522, at the address for communication* indicated by me in the application (House no-01, ward no.-01, village - sarsana (14), distt - hisar haryana). First flight courier tracking details shows that pan card has been delivered on 22-feb-2018 and received by ishu (Tracking details given below). But i did not receive my pan card yet and i do not know the person ishu. Please resolve my problem soon.

I am supposed to receive my document from icici lombard and i got tracking number b903q9701148. Tuesday i got call from 17 april 2018 and i explained the address which is very near to their center (2kms). Again on 18th april 2018 i called them that i have not received but not delivered. Today in their tracking system showing document not delivered due to insufficient address which is absolute lie. This company is not at all interested to provide service.

I had applied for change of name in pan card no bzfpk5577d. I got sms from ffcl that card has been send ref no, awb b903z5581497, saying that it will be del by 17/4/18. On 19 apr i checked on site, it says item returned view insufficient address. They had my mob no but never contacted me.
For enquiry i have tried 10 numbers of ludhiana n 2 of mimbai. No one is responding.

A courrier with ref. No. "a[protected]" was booked at gajuwaka, visakhapatnam 14.04.2018 to hyderabad addressing saran pulavarthi. Till now it was not delivered to the addressee. Since 16april2018 till date it is showing at hyderabad branch for despatch. Since it is urgent please expedite the delivery at the earliest.

Sir/ madam this is a complaint against first flight courier service for their irresponsibility in sending the documents.in the name they are saying first flight service. Actually we send a document from delhi to ferozepur (Punjab) on 11/04/18. But till now we didn't received the documents here. When we call in delhi office they are not responding. How pathetic there courier services are

Confidential Courier was dispatched from Gurgaon on 9th April and till today i.e. 16th April courier has not been delivered. No one is responding or sharing the status. Complaint numbers are also not working. I ah trying to contact their customer service but all numbers are wrong. Their courier office guys are also not giving any answer. It was a very important & urgent document.

This is to inform you that i had submitted a document to "first flight courier" on 11/4/18. I am a resident of nagpur & my delivery address of the consignment was also nagpur only.

My consignment number : m991b7170309

Till today, it has not been delivered. Moreover, in the tracking details, the reason for pending is written as "hold as advised by consignor".

This is totally a bogus & a thorough lie. I have not told anybody to hold this consignment.
This consignment was a job application and due to the negligence of the courier company, the application will be rejected due to late delivery after due date.
I want to sue this courier company for financial reimbursement due to their irresponsible service.
Please let me know the procedure for filing a case on first flight courier.
