    I have booked one courier through first flight bhadohi office to Kolkata on 7.5.2018 and today my client asked for the courier that he has not received then i enquired for the same in first flight first of all all the number given on their website does not exist.

    I tried many times but finally i came to know that the courier is coming back and they told me the reason that there is trike in kolkata.

    i dont know that why these guys book courier when they already know that they cant deliver it.

      My pan card sent by nsdl via first flight couriers pvt. Ltd. Vide airway bill no. B903z3854780 which was expected to be delivered on 15-april-2018 to my address (Pin-796001) has not yet been delivered (11-may-2018). I had submitted complaint on 04-may-2018 and received a call from first flight courier aizawl branch, they ask me to collect my item from their office stating that my address was incomplete. So i requested them to recite my address as written in the package, the address is correct and complete.
      I again requested to deliver my item to my address as soon as possible. I have also tried to contact the first flight courier, aizawl branch office to deliver but they did not pick up my call.
      I now do not know what to do with it anymore but pan card is a very important document.

        Consignment - j991m7173956

        Consignment yet not delivered despite of so many days, customer care aren't receiving calls, doesn't reply on mails, not doing anything. A emergency medical kit is in my consignment yet you people are delaying this and giving no information regarding this. Courier reached to kolkata on 8 may but not delivered yet, kolkata customer care not receiving calls, no further info from first flight available. This is not what i expecting from a mnc like you. Utter disregard, ridiculous attitude towards customer service

          Consignment no - u[protected] which booked on 7/5/18 from jamshedpur to kharagpur. Stander delivery time was within 2 days but till now not received the material. We contact with first flight office but they replied that now material is available in kolkata warehouse. Also they informed due to some vehicle problem need more 2-3days for delivery the material. But we have already delayed, we cannot wait more 2-3 days. We request please arrange to delivery the material immediately.

              I have sent the parcel to moradabad uttar pradesh on 04.05.2018 yet the parcel have not been delivered, there is no status on the website and every day branch manager of poonam nagar branch says, it will delivered today, 6 days passed yet then i mailed them, yet they havent provided me the status of my parcel. This is the second time its happening. I want my courier back with charges i had paid. They are charging sooo much and not providing the proper service. All the numbers given on the website are changed, we cant even contact them over the phone. Please help in resolving my issue

                My company person had send some very important documents from lucknow to agra on 5th may 18 but till today 10th may it is not delivered & when i check online it show reaons that address is insufficient.
                Then i visited to first flight office they misbehave me & told that delivery person suffering with joundice so he couldn't go for delivery.
                I want to know how they can say that address is insufficient to save their faults.
                It's very cheapest & pathetic service by first flight courier.

                  My brother had courier from lucknow to faridabad. He had booked the same as on 3rd, may, 18 but still the same is not delivered.
                  Consignment number is j[protected].
                  When i asked about the same in faridabad by calling at [protected] the concern person was very rude and told me that i will receive the same in 2 hrs further more for delay he told me to contact the lucknow office for the same, i haev been in customer servide but no way we can talk like this.
                  So i ask you to please let me know the reason for the delay of my consignment

                    Sir i am komal carpenter my pan card application no. N-[protected], dt. 10 april 2018 and when see by me pan card application status shown dt. 20 april 2018 delevered by first flight couriers dewas, but till today (Dt.9 may 2018) i am not received my pan card by first flight couriers dewas, and couriers manager say me, come my office and take your pan card, we are not service in your area.
                    So please inquiry, why not provide service, and timely delivered my pan card, i am facing low of problam. So please highly inquiry and decision against first flight couriers dewas,.

                    We are facing problem as the documents not yet received. Doct no-B903Z5528133. the documents is for PAN CARD and due to non receipt of pan card no other is done yet.

                      I sent a parcel on 30/04/2018 from gurgaon to bangalore with 7-8 items and when delivered it had only 3. What kind of employees first flight couriers have.
                      It was delivered on 04/04/2018.

                      I would like to know who did it and i want those items back, these were imported items and are very important.

                      I use this courier regularly, i am disappointed.

                        I booked a courier having consignment no. E[protected] for gurgaon on 28.04.2018 which contained 6 nos. Boxes and 3 nos. Packets but when delivered on 08.05.2018 only 4 nos. Box and 3 nos. Packets were inside the parcel.

                        It is to be noted that 2 nos. Boxes worth rs. 2000/- were missing from the parcel.

                        Please look into the matter and resolve the issue by locating the missing items at the earliest.

                          Hi,

                          I has been applied for new pan card on 10-apr-2018. I recieved my soft copy on my email id, but when i checked status of card online, it has mentioned delivery date of 25-apr-2018, but still i didn't got my courier. I called so many times on courier company's customer care no.[protected] but no one picking the phone. It always has busy tone or not pick up the phone.
                          I also mailed to company's email id ([protected]@firstflight.net), but still no reply i got.
                          Company name is - first flight courier pvt. Ltd. And airway bill no. Is
                          B903z5848292.

                          I am already facing so many problems in govt. Sector without pan card just because of irresponsibility and ignorance towards customer of that company.
                          So it is request to you kindly help me in this regard asap to avoid any unnecessary trouble in future

                              My self Sanjay. My pan card dispatched by NSDL on dated 15/04/18. But still I haven't received. I called at all the customer care centers of the first flight given in their "Contact Us" page., but no one picked up the phone. There is no sense to display customer care number If your executive have not picked the calls. Really I haven't seen this kind of worst service ever.

                              Kindly do the needful otherwise. I will go to file a legal case against first flight.

                                I am pradip kumar das residing at s. S. Road, po & dist : hailakandi, pin : 788151, assam. I have applied pan card on 27th march 2018 (Acknowledgement number: n[protected]).in course of tracking the shipment status online i come to know that it has arrived its destination on 21st april 2018 at guwahati. But till today it can not be connected to its actual destination at hailakandi, where it is originally booked for. I tried to contact over mobile no.[protected] for several times which had no reply. Have tried to track my application status. But it shows like pan in transaction. My awb no b[protected]. I need to register this complaint. Please do needful favour as soon as possible.

                                  A document consignment was booked from Kolkata to Bangalore on 21st April 2018, not delivered after more than 2 weeks. Online tracking only shows pick-up but no movement details. Called repeatedly and sent out emails too, no useful updates. No confirmation whether my documents have been lost forever.

                                    My courier is delivered to a someone as i see the status as delivered.
                                    First flight courier branch is not sure where the parcel is delivered.
                                    I spoke with the branch people for more than 2 weeks and they are not able to figure our where it is delivered. The person who took the courier has only signed and phone number is not written in courier copy.

                                        My pan card was dispatched on 20.04.2018 in mumbai for delivery to delhi bt still status is shown as "in transit". Plz tell the actual status and why i have not received my pan card.
                                        When i contacted delhi branch they informed me that they also have not received my pan card consignment and online status is still same as it was on 20.04.2018. plz do needful
