My pan card has been dispatched on 31-mar-2018 by first flight couriers pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B903z4451532, at the address for communication* indicated by me in the application. The pan card is expected to be delivered by 10-apr-2018.
And the pan has been arrived in my local address but not delivered to my address and now the post office returned the pan to the origination address and returned it back to mumbai

We are not received the consignment dispatched from gmmco ltd hospet to gmmco ltd trivandrum, consignment no: f991b3738326, but your tracking system shows the consignment delivered on 26/03/18, but we are not received the same, to enquired the local office they are not responding, then contact main office they are frequently say, “will be delivered tomorrow”. And now they are not picked our phone calls

The consignment was valuable machinery parts

Please do the needful and ask them to how undelivered item shows delivered

This packet was couriered on 16 march 2018. It is 11 april 2018, till now the packet has been not delivered to navdeep singh.
In run chart it is shown the packet is delivered, but i have not received my packet. The respective agency at kartarpur branch is not responding to my calls. I have ordered shoes online. Payment was already done. I want a return of my money as soon as possible.

I have booked a consignment on april 7th 2018 from pune bound to bangalore. Its showing invalid consignment number when i tried to track it.

Customer care numbers in bangalore and pune is not working.
Please help me to get my consignment asap.
Toll free numbers of first flight is not even reachable and my consignment can't even be tracked.. I tried customer care number of pune, mumbai, bangalore and delhi no one is picking up my call..

I have booked a courier from Chennai to Madurai (consignment number: C991B2422804) for Rs. 185, just for 500gms.

In Madurai, courier has been asked to collect from their office since the delivery guy have only cycle. After multiple requests, we have only collected the courier from their office.

It was medical report and it was needed that day very urgently for doctor appointment.

First Flight is worse one for doing couriers.

I have bill and proofs with me, planning to raise concern with Consumer court.

Rajni singh this side, i was got msg. About delivery for my packet on 24th of march 2018 with expected delivery date 2nd of april 2018, and this packed has been delivered wrong.
I have e-mail also yesterday but i havn't got any reply on that mail... I am calling continues on customer care no. But nobody receive my call.
Can anybody tell me about this.

But as per actual its not true. If you have any holding mail or detail from our consignor so provide us on revert back.
We are suffering from this poor service and in whole ahmedabad first flight office's service contact no. is not working & faithful answering us.

We are contact to your Mumbai office ([protected]) but they are not help for this issue. And now they also not give us a satisfied answer as till now.

Kindly provide us the solution of this issue and provide our consignment as soon as possible.

My pan card dispatched from mumbai on 27 march 2018. The consignment no is b903z5391014. I havent got it yet. It is showing the pending non service station. I haven't received my pan card and as i m tracking my courier it is showing that it is pending because of non service station. I need the courier beacuse i have work related to it. Can you please go with the query and solve it??

The consignment shipped on 20th march from mumbai, has reached the destination on 27th march, and due date for it's delivery was 30th march.
But has been delivered yet even on 5th day after receiving the consignment.
Also i has been noted that the service at the destination location (Gaya) is pathetic. Staff are not friendly,
My brother went twice to collect the consignment they told it will be delivered.
Hasn't been delivered till date
First - flight's telephone line is either dead or not being responded.

Kindly help me in finding a proper channel to complain about this pathetic service of firstflight.

Its a complaint against mr. Karthik cell no.[protected] has been lying for my courier delivery n also hv handed over my courier to someone else without prior information. Courier was been despatched on 30th march n is delivered today on 2nd april n he is saying that he's been calling me past 4 days regarding the same but cud not contact s my phn was switched off. His 1st lie n now i was waiting for him past half an hr for the courier at the landmark given by me but he didnt turn up n after 5 mins he again gave a missed call saying he delivered the courier to the shopkeeper near the complex 1 hr back. I dont understand y he has to say such kind of things n on top of that he's arguing for the same. I dont know y reputed services like yours hv this kind of services. If at all my courier containing important documents wud hv been misplaced then who wud hv been responsible n y did he handover to unknown ppl. Very much disappointed by ur service n henceforth i need to thinkover to continue with.

When i tracking, it is received at[protected] at aluva. Not getting in my hand till.
Any correct phone number anywhere in the net. When my parcel get? It is a very important parcel. Please help me. Aluva first flight centre service is verty very bad. So many of them complaints i know.

Product not received but tracking shows it is received on 20th march, it is a pan card which is sent by courier and dispatch date is 13th march 2018 and showed recieved in tracking on 20th march. This is my tracking number (B903z5160624)

I enroll for pan card.& pan is dispatched through the first flight courier bill no-b903z5270514 name - dnyaneshwar sakure. Courier man call on 26 march regarding address confirmation & we also give a proper address. But when i check the status online show that it is delivered & received by swapnil dabhekar.
Then i have call on received number say that it is received by your area agent. Now 4 day is going on but till date courier not received to me.
Today's when i go through nar hingna office asking regarding the courier that time the poor answer is given & say that where to make pan card.. Lot number of pan card is directly received instead of applicant to the nearest agent.

Sir this is very dangerous & critical issues.
Any courier man not asking where to make pan card. Only the matter to dispatch to proper address & respective person.

I will see the poor work in first flight courier hingna nagpur area.
Office phone is also not connect.

Pl give necessary action so that proper & accurate way for doing work.

Currently i am residing in bangalore. My brother sends me one courier from my hometown (Barauni, bihar) on 26th march 2018. The courier was supposed to reach on 28th. But today by the time i am writing on 30th i have not received it.
The worst part of your pathetic courier service is not you are not updating as a tracker. I have called your dozen of customer care number most of them are not working and those are working they are not picking my call. On receipt you people have provided one customer care number that person is not picking my call the number is :[protected]. Even i tried to message on this number i did not get any response back. I have tried tracking the shipment detail using messaging that also you people are not replying. Then my question is why you people are providing courier services if you are not able to make it on time also not giving a proper response to customer calls. And what is the point of charging the money.

SIR, I BOOKED A VERY IMPORTANT CONSIGNMENT FROM DURGAPUR TO VISKHAPATNAM, ANDRA PRADESH ON[protected] AT 10 AM AT DURGAPUR, CITY CENTRE OFFICE AT WEST BENGAL. FROM[protected] I PHONED TO ALL CONTACT NOS IN DURGAPUR, KOLKATA, VISKHAPATNAM HUM, BRANCH, CUSTOMER CARE MORE THAN 200 TIMES FOR DELIVERY THE CONSIGNMENT. E991Q2800100, DT[protected]. I tracked it and found that it reached the Kuemannpalem on[protected] at 12.01 noon and then it was laying there till[protected], 14.00 hrs. I have run from pillar to post and also ur office at Durgapur, phoned the conytacts nos at Kolkata, vizAG atleast more than 200 times from[protected]. But I am now exhausted and also contacted customer care. All are hopeless and the consignment recahed at Kurmannpalem on[protected], just 8 KM from the Destination and till 27-03-`18 it was not delivered. Is it OK. For god's sake pl take immediate action to deliver it otherwise you will be held responsible and have to pay the compensation for Rs 1 lakh. all ur contact nos are useless.

SIR, THE COURRIER IS NOT PROVIDIBG THE SERVICE AND THE CONSIGNMENT WAS UNDELIVERED FROM 22-03-18 TO[protected] DAYS). THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AND I HAVE SPENT LOT OF MONEY FOR PHONING, LOCAL TRAVELLING AND THE TENSION.
