I sent a parcel on 23rd from noida to gurgaon but it's been 7 days not reached to reciever, consignment no w991b3623844 from first flight courier service. On 25 th, i have tracking its status its online, its showing “out for delivery”. The parcel not been delivered till date 30st april still showing same status.
I have tried to call all the call centre nos are continuously busy or no one is picking up the call. On 27th april, i emailed to [protected]@firstflight.net and they have inform that your consignment is forwarded on high priority basis. Also they have given numbers to coordinate with but no one is picking up the call. After that they have stopped replying me on the email now.
I’m still don’t know, how long they will take to deliver the product from noida to gurgaon less then 60kms. They are providing really poor service and support. This service is very pathetic, so don’t prefer this courier service. It is fully waste.
First Flight Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My Pan card is coming through First Flight Courier vide Consignment no : B903Z8298150 for Rudrapur Uttarakhand Location and as per Website courier received at Rudrapur and till date not deliever and contact no of FF Courier Rudrapur office is Switch off -Mobile number is [protected], please help me to deliever my PAN Card immediately.
