My pan card was made by income tax department and dispatched on 19 April 18 with airway bill No. B903Z5836201 through first flight courier but it is not received to me till today. Kindly check and deliver my pancard..please... Contact if needed, otherwise i case againts you.

I booked my consingment from moradabad for ambala on 30-4-18.
According to comittment my consingment should reach in24hrs.
Double of the courrier charge was taken.
But even after 4days i have not received my parcel.
My consingment number is j[protected].
There is no online update after30-4-18.
Please look into the matter and resolve as early as possible.
This is the worst experience with courier i ever had.

B903z6336236, it show that my address is insufficient, but i provided my full address with my pin code. Please do something. I need my pan card.

The first flight couriers ltd., patna office is not delivering my parcel although the parcel has reached their office on april 27, 2018. The docket number is r991t0024364. The parcel was shipped by rajasthan arts and crafts cottage industries. They have even mailed at [protected]@firstflight.net and talked to courier offce, patna ([protected]) and head office no. [protected] (Which kept ringing) to deliver the parcel, however they are not delivering the same. I had even visited their office but they did not hand over the parcel to me saying that they did not receive any mail from their head office to deliver the parcel which does not make any sense. The payment for the parcel has already been made online. I even have a copy of the mail sent by the rajasthan arts and crafts to first flight courier to deliver the parcel. But they are making silly reasons and not delivering my parcel harassing me for no reason. I really do not know if i will receive my parcel.

I am certainly not satisfied with the courier service you guys are offering and inspite of constant follow ups and calls at your noida centre number i hear the guy has left for thw field. The lady who attends the call is an utter useless ones doesnt listen and disconnect the calls. I dont know why such people are even engaged in such kind of job where time is money.

Anyways i was suppose to receive a courier from lucknow which has been received in noida on 27th april as per the consignment tracking done by me. Courier no j1991m7080439

I am afraid to say firstflight has the most pathetic service and moreover the most pathetic staff.

Very pathetic service from firstflight... I had sent important consignment (G991b1362528) from baroda, gujarat on 21st april 2018. It reached near to delivery address on 23rd april and still lying there. Very pathetic service...!!
The pathetic staff has updated it as pending due to insufficient address though the address is perfect. I even spoke with the staff & they acknowledged the mistake, however denied the delivery by saying that thy do not have direct service to the mentioned address. Now, the worst part is that vadodara branch people claims the service at delivery address and the branch who is responsible for delivery denies it...!!!

I am not able to track my consignment with tracking code b903z4476370 which which was dispatched on 12april 2018
I email my problem to email id [protected]@firstflight.net and courrier service gave me this number [protected].
But this number never responded and never received my call. I again mail the problem to respective email and now they are not responding.
I want my consignment and please tell me from where i can get it

I have not received my pan card yet but its status is showing delivered. The airway bill is B903Z2318004. My pan acknowledgement no. is [protected]. The pan status is showing the pan has been delivered in august 7, 2017 but it hasn't. Pan is a really important document. Please see to my complaint.

I have applied for PAN Card. And My PAN Card has been alloted. They were dispatched thru First Flight Courier. Following is the msg from Income Tax Website. My Pan Card Application No. [protected].

"our PAN card has been dispatched on 15-Apr-2018 by First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B903Z3850961 at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The PAN card is expected to be delivered by 25-Apr-2018"

But till date my courier is not received.

It showing msg Goods in Transit.

It is very much urgent for me.

Till what time i will get my courier.

The courier containing document (Pan Card) in respect of my wife Smt Saraswati Devi dispatched from Mumbai on 07 Apr 18 vide airway bill No B903Z5552049 but the same has not been delivered to receipant so far. However, as per track record the same is being shown delivered to addressee on 10 Apr 18.

My PAN was dispatched through this service since April 2, 2018. Yet this has not been received. The tracking says it is lying in Mumbai since they received and no action has been taken.

I tried calling their New Delhi office and Gurgaon office on the numbers given in their "Contact Us" page. But the number is never ever picked up. There is no point in displaying the contact details if no one ever picks up the cal.

THey never reply to your emails too.

I am going to file a legal case against them. I will file an FIR against this service as they are not supposed to hold onto any legal document.

I sent a parcel on 23rd from noida to gurgaon but it's been 7 days not reached to reciever, consignment no w991b3623844 from first flight courier service. On 25 th, i have tracking its status its online, its showing “out for delivery”. The parcel not been delivered till date 30st april still showing same status.

I have tried to call all the call centre nos are continuously busy or no one is picking up the call. On 27th april, i emailed to [protected]@firstflight.net and they have inform that your consignment is forwarded on high priority basis. Also they have given numbers to coordinate with but no one is picking up the call. After that they have stopped replying me on the email now.

I’m still don’t know, how long they will take to deliver the product from noida to gurgaon less then 60kms. They are providing really poor service and support. This service is very pathetic, so don’t prefer this courier service. It is fully waste.

Mera pan card abhi tak deilver nahi karwaya hai first flight courire company ne..8-10 se apne pass hi lekar baithe hue hai..phone karne per bolte hai ki hamare pass bahut pan card hai distribute karne ko...2-3 din lagenge..but 1 week ho chuka hai..abhi tak nahi diya lakar..hum unke office shahdra delhi bhi gaye the aur aadhar card address proof mein dikhaya aur register mobile number bhi dikhaya jo pan card per tha..but nahi diya..bolte hai id lao..ye lao..wo lao..ye kis type ki service hai enki..jo logo ko pareshan kar rahe hai..pan card ke bina kam ruka hua hai..aur ye lakar nahi de rahe hai..agar man power nahi hai to..kam q kar rahe hai ye log..mr sachin [protected] hai jo deal kar rahe hai..ekdum third class service hai enki..enke regional customer care number[protected] per phone karo to phone nahi pick karte hai..kai bar kar chuke hai aaj

sir aapse request hai..aise compnay ke against action hona chahiye jo apna kam time ke andar nahi karti aur goverment se pura paisa leti hai..meri detail neecche hai..

I have send a documents last 8days ago from Solapur to Kolkata(Pin-721603). But it was still not reached at Kolkata Regional head office(I have inquired by telephone). Many times I called Regional & Solapur office of Maharastra but no solutions was came. Online tracking report was not get any information for this docket copy.
Then today I was personally visit at Solapur where documents was booked but they didn't get any information. After that I was called them for the status but they answered like a crazy that " This courier was booked the documents from First flight courier to other courier center like Maruti at Pune Regional office''.
The documents was too importance(All documents are original & most importance) that my brother will be not attending his importance exam & my relatives are moving 2/3 times at your local first flight office at near my home. Docket no is M[protected].
We are suffering very big problem for that. For the first time I have facing a lot of problem from your service. I have actually fad up for this blinding services.
Now advice me how can i receive my original documents at proper time & proper way.
Please look into the matter on priority basis.

I have not received my pan card due to wrong delivered by First Flight Courier boy. He has not checked ID before delivered my packet. How he can give my parcel to anybody without asking any ID proof or relation with me. I am trying to contact First flight Courier customer care and also trying to searching local office contact number but nothing is available on internet, some numbers are available but not in working condition.

Please check my AWB and provide me solution as soon as possible
