      Consignment no.: m991b6178847
      Courier is from pune to ranchi which was promised to be delivered by 10th of october. From the tracking and also by confirming with the customer care on 10th, the courier has already reached ranchi on 10th. Its been 2 days and its not delivered yet.
      The couriers are done for fast delivery and if the courier has reached its destination by 10th whats the reason for not delivering it in the next two days.

      Kindly deliver the courier to the derised destination asap as its urgent.

        I am following your tracking details but there is no updation. Day forst to till date showing as dispatched from cbd belapur. But where is the parcel.

        your 'koikhali' branch is useless. kolkata'hub received one urgent parcel from delhi' in favour of 'kausik ganguly' in new town, kolkata. but not yet delivered with lame excuses.to day my last date. take necessary action immediately to avoid any thing wrong.

          Hello, sir mam,
          I couriered an package on date 10.07.2017 from chittorgarh to orissa, mr. Avinash from your office at chittorgarh give me slip of shree maruti courier, and he sended my package by first flight courier, i faced a lot of problem to track my package. And in between time of two months he never called me about my package, my package is still not delivered in two months on its registered address. Whenever i called him e told me that he can call me after sometime and tell me status of my package, i paid fair amount for my package. And still i was facing problem. Who is responsible for this delay. Please resolve my problem or i have to take legal action against your company.

                I have ordered 4 packets of cashewnuts (500 gm each). But when the product was delivered, i only received 3 packets. The packet was laminated with a plain polyethene was paytm sellers never do. I am sure of this as i have ordered almost 50-55 products from paytm and all were packed in box with paytm seal cello tape wrapped on them.

                  I have couriered one consignment on 8th september doc no - o991b4200220 with firstflighr, the package has not been delivered yet. The package was supposed to be delivered within 3 days. Now, its been more than a month that i have been following up with the first flight courier service provider customer care and others but not getting any update.... I don't know if i will get back the item from 'first flight. I have been trying to reach the owner or ceo of firstflight but i have no way therefore i am here to lodge complaint against it. I am also thinking of going further and start social campaign against firstflight so that people should be aware of the quality of first flight courier services. I have been asking first flight people to just let me know if it has been misplaced but they are not replying anything of this sort. After so multiple emails, calls they are unable to provide me any information's. I want to know how to proceed with legal attempt in case i do not get any update from first flight courier service??? Can consumercomplaints.in forum help me here?

                        Dear sir...शाहजहाँ मर्दन नाका दरी मोहाल जिला-बाँदा (उ०.प्र०) के नाम से first flight के माध्यम से nsdl द्वारा पार्सल भेजा गया था, जिसका airway bill number - b903q5451853 है जिसके संबंध में कहना चाहता हूँ कि online status में ये[protected] को delievered दिखा रहा है, लेकिन सम्बंधित व्यक्ति को अभी तक प्राप्त नहीं हुआ है |
                        इसके बारे में हमने first flight में email किये, calls किये लेकिन कोई भी responce नहीं मिला| सर ये पार्सल व्यक्ति की पहचान से सम्बंधित है जिसका गलत इस्तेमाल नहीं हो पाए| आपसे अनुरोध है कि उचित कार्यवाही करते हुए जल्द से जल्द पार्सल को निश्चित रूप से delievered कराये|

                          My doc ref no is "b903z1528956" from nsdl mumbai.in web tracking it shows delivered, but actually i didn't receive the doc. The local branch person says it was delivered. See am a office goer. I have enquired my house neighbours nobody received the doc. I need know where is my doc delivered. The doc is nothing else my pan card. Courier person should have contacted me before delivery.

                              Courier sent on 28th september 2017 to telangana, it's more than 10 days till the time it's not received by the person in telangana.
                              Your customer service executive do not call back.
                              I want status of the courier, as well as compensation on delay caused by your company.
                              I want explanation on delay in writing from the company as promised delivery time is 2 working days only.

                              Company must pay back compensation amount by negotiation with me. Or consumer court will decide the compensation.

                                My courier has started from lucknow on 22nd sep and reached jamshedpur on 26th sep. This is the same status being shown in your website tracking.

                                Can someone please check and update why the courier has not been delivered yet. It can't take 12 days to deliver from sakchi to ghorabandha!

                                I have posted the message in twitter as well, but no response since last 3 days. I am out of country and can only do online follow ups, unfortunately!

                                    Hi gents,

                                    I am just shocked by thinking that what kind of services you are providing to us!!! You guys are supposed to provide the parcel within 1 days but its seems 2 days i did not get the parcel yet. If you guys are unable to provide the parcel within the convenient then why you people are saying that it will be deliver within 1 day period of time. You people should shame on yourself. It’s been 2 days i am suffering for getting the parcel which i supposed to get by 5th october and you people has updated in the tracking website that the parcel was refused at security gate at my office. What the hell!! I did not get any call from the delivery boy and why the delivery boy will go security gates at my office?? Don’t you have educated enough your people about how to deliver a parcel to the pepper person or you guys does not have the knowledge how to deliver it??

                                    Please let us know so that everybody should be aware of it so that they will think 10 times before choosing your service and one more thing why guys have provide the contact numbers of the sholinganallur, chennai branches in the website as those contact numbers are not at all working.

                                      I had given some papers of an envelope to deliver from b'lore rajasthan. The very first day the tracking bar showing transit and second day it was all vanished. There was nothing to see. Then i tried customer help line where first number was invalid and second was very busy which i tried it around 2 to 3 hours to reach, i tried other number of bangalore branch and this also too busy with one invalid number. Over all i suggest everyone that don't approach this courier company. Worser than worse.
