      When I have checked the status of consignement.It is shown as out of delivery on 07-oct.But I did not receive the courier even on 13-Oct.I called Nizampet branch and they are not responding properly.Worst service.

        The consignment NO- A991B2721979 was booked by my wife Dr. Ashwini on 30th Sep for EMCON 2016 at first flight courier near clock tower secundrabad, Telangana office (Tel No. [protected], [protected]), to be sent to Institute of Emergency Medicine, Meenakshi Mission Hospital & Research Centre, Lake Area, Madurai- 625107 conference and till date the tracking is showing as arrived at destination as below without any date of Delivery and receiver signature and when personally enquired they tell me it is stuck at Salem office.. also we checked with the EMCON 2016-Conference manager and they confirmed that they have not received the consignment.. I tried calling your No.[protected],[protected] &[protected], [protected], [protected] but no one is lifting the call for last 4 to 6 days.. my wife has booked her flight tickets for as well to attend the EMCON 2016-Conference Dr.'s Conference and it would be a great loss for her if the same is not reached at the destination which has payment by way of DD in the consignment

        It is most important and I am going file a consumer complaint for the delay in service, irreparable loss, gross negligence, carelessness, reckless, irresponsible, deficiency in customer services, deficiency in administrative processes and for unfair business/trade practice, Non-responsive customer service, damages, sufferance, stress, damages, sufferance, trauma, Breach of trust, strain, Harassment and Inconvenience. you will be held responsible for all the costs and consequences arising thereof.

Still not able to get an answer.. there is no direct contact for customer service and the numbers existing do not work ??? where do we stand as a custoimer and what kind of company is it and why is it allowed to do so????

        Till date the consignment has not been received !!! but First Flight Claims to have delivered the consignment on 14th without any name and phone number just stating it as delivered to for company seal at destination address. NO one gives us details and no picture of the delivery confirmation is provided

        I have sent another Email and called Shabana @[protected] and did not wish to respond my call as her phone was busy answering other calls but did not respond my multiple calls.. later I called Gayatri - chennai @ [protected] and after 4 calls she responds me ...and tells that she is travelling and would call later

                The insurance renewal papers of my two wheeler. Insurance renewed on 30 aug 2016 by icici lombard. The insurance agency sent consignment by first flight courier ltd. Detail as under:
                Consignment no-b[protected], ref no-6086848, dt of delivery-01-sep-2016 mumbai - rewari status - returned to origin.
                The courier agency fail to deliver the consignment.
                Request the consignment be delivered at the earliest and not to accept the consignment, if not possible to deliver by your agency.

                  Please note that your courier boy (number: [protected]) which told me that my courier is available at first flight courier address: b-26, sec-64, noida, noida - 201301 and you have to pick your courier from this address. kindly note that if your service is not available at my address then why your company is taking the couriers. kindly trained your courier boys because they are using slang language with your customers. even your courier boy was talking in a disrespectful manner.

                  Worst service, bad manner and slang language courier boys, staff is using bad language on phone.

                    I had booked my article from vadodara to jaipur consignment no : g991b0689773 from first flight courier

                    But consignment was delivered in completely damaged conditions. I have informed to customer support ahmedabad facility. With photo of damaged consignment, even after sending many mails and calling many times they are not replying at all

                    First flight courier people at vadodara location and also at ahmedabad locationa are behaving in very irresponsible way.

                    Its a huge loss to me.

                        I am writing this complaint against the delivery of a product which is not yet reached the destination. i have sent the parcel from bangalore on 28.09.2016 to haripad (690511) but the parcel is not reached there. i am not getting any response from the first flight office when i contacted them. the worst service i have ever seen. i have paid extra amount for the parcel (500rs). the parcel item cost is more than 4000. if you are not able to deliver the product give the cost of the product else i will be filing a case in consumer court.

                          I sent an arrow shirt from first flight couriers ltd. poonam nagar (mumbai) branch (courier no… b991m0550900) on 29th sep to bolpur (west bengal) for my dad as a durga puja gift (sentimental value???.) it has been more than week that the courier hasn’t reached the destination.
                          On enquiry at the branch office in poonam nagar i was directed to contact customer care authorised person sonu, though his system reflected that the parcel has reached durgapur branch on 3rd october.
                          The customer care directed me to contact durgapur branch on the given phone number i. e. [protected] which is an invalid number.
                          After conducting rigorous search on the internet, i myself found a number to contact durgapur branch manager ([protected]). the durgapur branch manager verbally communicated to me that my parcel has been misplaced. the real valuation of the shirt was rs. 2400 (arrow shirt) and courier charges were rs.205. there was no information or message sent to me stating the reason for delay of neither delivery nor any formal intimation about the loss of my parcel. i kindly request you to please look into this matter and initiate the valuation amount.

                            I booked the courier on 03-oct-2016 and it was supposed to be sent to chennai aricent office.

                            The courier didn't delivered and status was updated as "party not available".

                            There were no attempts made to check if the person is in office or not.

                            Neither receptionist was asked about the person's identity so that the courier can be delivered.

                            Nothing costs more than the time which has been wasted throughout this process.

                              I am expecting an important academic certificate from this "celebrated" courier agency. since 12 july, the status shows as "out for delivery". when i tried contacting the customer care mentioned in its site[protected], nobody lifts the call. i really doubt if this number is in use by the company.

                              After googling, i found out some regional numbers and tried calling the persons on [protected] (one mr suresh), [protected] (one mr kishore). kishore mentioned that the courier is lying with their office only and asked me to come and collect. but the address given was insufficient. i could not locate the office. after some days, when i called back during august, he said he met with an accident and could not help. he said he will speak to concerned party and arrange the delivery. i waited

                              After a long 2 months wait, i again tried calling him but no response from the other end. i have got another local call center number[protected] and tried my luck. there the person simply told that the "concerned branch" was told to deliver the courier and asked me to wait. this happened on 5th october, 2016. they told me that they will call me back with a positive response. however, i waited but no response

                              Again, i tried calling back[protected] on 6th october, 2016 to try my luck. for 2 times, when they recognized my voice, they dropped the call with no response. i have simply asked the delivery boy number so that i can guide him in case he faces any problem. but they are reluctant to share that as well. i dont understand what is confidential in disclosing courier boy's number. unless they are simply bluffing me, there is no reason to hide the contact details of the courier boy.

                              I have categorically mentioned them that if i dont get a resolution over the call, i would go to consumer court. this is my first step in that process.

                              I request you to kindly forward this mail to the relevant authorities of firstflight and get the clarity on below things:
                              1. is there anything called "accountability" and "responsibility" over the customer service?
                              2. why there is no proper call center which records the calls and gives a complaint number whenever a complaint is registered? this will help the customer to track the status of the complaint instead of repeating the case right from beginning everytime he/she calls
                              3. how is the company going to compensate the loss incurred in not receiving the requisite courier on time, which includes umpteen number of calls made to the customer care, visits to the offices, etc.,

                                        Its pathetic to see that my courier # U991B0147269 is still not delivered, but the status showing as delivered on 1st Oct at 13:53: 00 hrs. At that time i was at home, still no one came and delivered.

                                        Please investigate why is it happening and more importantly where is my parcle.
