The consignment NO- A991B2721979 was booked by my wife Dr. Ashwini on 30th Sep for EMCON 2016 at first flight courier near clock tower secundrabad, Telangana office (Tel No. [protected], [protected]), to be sent to Institute of Emergency Medicine, Meenakshi Mission Hospital & Research Centre, Lake Area, Madurai- 625107 that had DD needed as payment for the conference and till date the tracking is showing as arrived at destination as below without any date of Delivery and receiver signature and when personally enquired they tell me it is stuck at Salem office until 14th Oct 2016 and on 14th Oct 2016 they confirm it to be delivered at the address with a company seal without any name of the person and phone number. On enquiry with the EMCON 2016 manager they state and confirmed that they have not received any such consignment and I am marking them as well to this Email... I tried calling your No.[protected],[protected] &[protected], [protected], [protected] but no one is lifting the call for last 10 days.. my wife has booked her flight tickets to attend the EMCON 2016-Conference Dr.'s Conference and it would be a great loss for her if the same is not reached at the destination which has payment by way of DD in the consignment..We use the such courier services paying huge cost to get fast, better and reliable services and such acts of delay in service, Non-responsive customer service, gross negligence, carelessness, reckless, irresponsibility, deficiency in customer services, deficiency in administrative processes and unfair business/trade practice is not unacceptable as a customer.
Please send me the exact receipt details and picture of the Delivery confirmation and acknowledgement.
The customer service representative from Hyderabad Telangana, Shabana @[protected] tells me that she cannot help as her emails are not woking and Izak number [protected] is not working???? and that they are shifting their office...Further the customer service representative from Hyderabad Telangana, Shabana @[protected] has directed me to call chennai @ [protected] and I still dont get any response to this number as well ???? Still not able to get an answer.. there is no direct contact for customer service and the numbers existing do not work ??? where do we stand as a custoimer and what kind of company is it and why is it allowed to do so????Till date the consignment has not been received !!! but First Flight Claims to have delivered the consignment on 14th without any name and phone number just stating it as delivered to for company seal at destination address. NO one gives us details and no picture of the delivery confirmation is provided
It is most important and I am going file a consumer complaint for the delay in service, irreparable loss, gross negligence, carelessness, reckless, irresponsible, deficiency in customer services, deficiency in administrative processes and for unfair business/trade practice, Non-responsive customer service, damages, sufferance, stress, damages, sufferance, trauma, Breach of trust, strain, Harassment and Inconvenience. you will be held responsible for all the costs and consequences arising thereof.
