I had dispatched the courier from 13-sep-2016 chennai to delhi but the same is not delivered to delhi address. Still first flight holding the courier in chennai. The local chennai first flight branch also not responding properly. The package contain samsung galaxy earphone. The contents of this package are being return purpose. Due to non delivered courier i am loosing 600 rs refund amount.

I had received an SMS for PAN delivery from NSDL on 20th Sep. It says that I would receive the courier on or before 27th Sep. It has not yet received. I have tracked the courier. It says consignment delivered on 21st sep at 19:25: 00 Hrs. Delivery address is my permanent address. My family lives there. None of my family members collected any such courier. I fear it was delivered to wrong address. Or it was not delivered at all. Kindly check as it is an important document.

Sent a courier on 26-SEP from chennai to Salem(junction).They said it ll be maximum delivered by 28-SEP. But it been OCT-1today and stil it don't get delivered. Called customer care more than 20 times.They are only saying as it ll delivered that day. But in the end of the day I din receive. even when we said we will file a complaint in consumer court, customer care said very rude Do whatever you can. is that how they are been trained to speak to Customer ?..And stil even they can't track where my parcel is.I got the same parcel from Salem to chennai through PROFESSIONAL COURIERS in a single day. That is the best courier . First flight is the worst courier service and worst customer care service I have even seen. Experiencing for the 2nd same.

Consignment number u[protected] is not been delivered to me and when i track the consignment it says delivered and signed. The consignment contain valuable things.. So its a request to quickly address the issue.. At the earliest. Have called multiple customer care numbers and have called many offices in bangalore but could not get a reply from them.

Once track the status and plzz inform the season behind it that i have not got my pan card yet and which had been delivered on 18/09/16 and on 22 it was out for delivery in my home town and now it is 30th of sep.
Even i have not got any call and the matter of sorrow for me is that status is not being updated now.

Mera product kbhi bhi timeline pe delivered nhi hota he...
Aur gorakhpur bank road branch pe ja k hi receive krna padta he. complaint krne pe vha k employee miss behave krte he aur kahte k jada urgent ho to khud aa kr receive kr lo.
Main branch k no. ([protected]) pe complaints bhi nhi note kiya jata he aur arguments kiya ja rha he.
O please do the best for me.

The courier is very urgent and it's been 2 weeks now.

The government of india is using first flight couriers to deliver pan cards in gurgaon and status shows returned to origin hub and i have been trying from 2 days to call their customer care in gurgaon, nobody's picking up. I went to their address mentioned on google maps and their website, but found a different building in residential area.

Don't know what to do.

I have not received the my courier from First flight which is arrived on 22nd Sep. when i tried calling them all the numbers are not in use and few numbers will not be picking up the calls at all. one guy name Aslam he is running banashankari branch and he is irresponsible. he gave one number named Kannaiah who is the culprit he said he will check the reference number but after i texted reference number he was not picking my calls i called him 50 times.
the courier is from Indian Govt but i really dont understand why our govt will use these worst courier services after having look at their performance
please solve my problem asap

Sir, my husband did a courier on 12th aug. 2016 from jabalpur to chandigarh, still is not recieved. We did the enquiry and did a complain but they respond very nonsense, they said emptyvcourier had sent to back to us.
Now, i am telling you all thes info behalf of my husband, coz he and his family afraid of complaining about the matter.

Parcel by first flight courier arrived at my residence on 27th sept 2016. The parcel was of cod in nature but the payment had already been media (Including shipping and delivery charges) to the dispatcher (Channing & bete, usa). The delivery man mr d d prasad was not able to explain the discrepancy and refused hand over that parcel and submitted to me the number of local office for further clarification. The sonari branch referred me to the bistupur branch where the customer services receptionist assured me to look into the matter. Unfortunately the matter is still not resolved, and worse the comment written by delivery man is "customer refused to accept parcel".

I expect an urgent solution to this problem since the parcel contains educational material.

Pls note we had to received a pan card through nsdl. After arrived at jalandhar, nobody (First flight) consider it urgent and mark rto without our permission and without any confirmation. We need this consignment very very urgent. As per yours organization, they arranged the delivery but no any delivery depute by them. This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. I had ordered a product in yepme.com and the product delivery was facilitated from first flight couriers. I received a text message to my personal number with the courier consignment number as "d991x0251399" in the month of august. However now it is almost end of september i haven't received the parcel till date, no satisfactory measurements taken on the part of your company to give details of the delay. I regret to say that i am literally disenchanted by the service provided by your courier service. For your information last two days back i had received a call from one of your bangalore branch asking for the confirmation of delivery, however i explained her the scenario. I was been promised by her stating this would be escalated and i would be recieving my parcel within 24 hours of tat. Now its almost more than 48 hours i tried calling that number back, there was no reply and i am litteraly pissed off with this kind of service to customer.
Please look into this mater and help us get my product at the earliest and also take necessary action on the concerned person (Neeshad - +91-80-[protected] this is the number which i received a call from). It is humble request to all o[censored] do not take service first flight.. Ek num.. Ki ghatiya service dete h.. Authorize store me person thik se baat nahi karta.. Jyada pochne pe dhamki dete... Shop open nahi karte. Mobile switch off karte h.. Mere pass dono k contact h jo galat tarike se baat kar rahe.[protected], [protected].. Ye khud directly bolte h kya ukhad lenege humara upar wale...

I had couriered a courier (J991m4781580).
My courier reached destination hub at thane on 14th sept 2016. but till date 27.09.2016.

when i call at hub they told that they have so many courier to deliever that is why they will be able to deliver after 2 days.

13 days have been passed of arrival of courier at hub but unable to deliver till now.

such a bad service first flight courier has.

your first flight dealar at nathdwara, rajasthan -313301 m/s mansi communication is not delieverd parcle on delievery address and when i go to his shop he demanded money for delivering items rather he is not handover parcle to me hence courier charges already oaid by sender.
So i requested to u to instructed to your courier partner for delivering items timely & not demanding money.
