Previously I have sent so many times to the same address through first flight courier services. previous consignment no.: U[protected]

I am Shruti & my consignment number is M991B4428144. I sent this item from Pune to Ranchi on 20/10/2016. During the process of consignment they told me that it will take at the most 3 working days and it will get delivered. Till the time it has not reached on destination, moreover this company is that irresponsible towards their customers that they are not picking up my calls at all. I have tried their number endless times in last 10 days but they are not at all bothered. My father in law is a sugar patient and the parcel is carrying sugar testing machine for him. Please look into the matter and take a sound step.

My docket no d991b7878752 who came from delhi my courier had arrived from
3-nov gandhi path vaishali nagar branch. Crown square gandhi path was to deliver them. But two days also failed to deliver.
And these people are saying take him out of office vashali nagar branch of the service has been worst

My tracking no is a991b2719587. on 17th october i have couriered my consignment from hyderabad to bangalore. it was required on priority before 21st oct, we called up and followed up, but there was pathetic response from the team and consignment reached bangalore on 22nd oct. so the receiver returned it back us. but i dont know where is the consignment till date i have not got it back. and today is 4th nov. please i need a resolution here

I just want to complain poor & pathetic service provided by hinjewadi Pune branch of first flight.
My cousin Raju Sakharam Gotmare send the necessary document from Jamnagar, Maharashtra Consignment no m[protected] to Pune on urgent basis around more than one week ago.At the time of parcel vendor promised them that consignment will reach to Pune in maX 2 DAYS.
I also track the parcel in you website on daily basis. It is around more than week consignment not delivered to Pune Address.Even i tried to call in your Pune centeras per tel no mentioned in your website but no body responded til time.Even i write down the mail several time in your customer center but till time there is no reponse from any body.I just again checked in website it is showing that consigment Arrived at Destination
My question is that if consignment arrived then why it has not been delivered to customer address.(A-19 FLAT N0 604, MEGAPOLIS SUNWAY-411057)
Now i am thinking that govt services(speed post) is much better then your services.
Please look into this matter and try to deliver my parcel on urgent basis.\
Today i again several time in you hinjewadi center but no body bothered to deliver my consignment.They are giving the excuses that they do not have men to deliver the consignment.
One of your men Patrick(they call me that he is there supervisor) today abused me and said me that he is not going to deliver the parcel do what you want to do.Even he cut my call several time.
In website you show that First Flight is mnc company
my question is that you are providing worst services to your customer.
I will never recommend any body to take your service any more in near future.
neither you customer service no is working nor any body is listening any concern to customer.
You are claiming falsely that you are putting your customer ahead all the time. Mostly of your staff is illiterate of Hinjewadi branch & do not know how to talk with customer.

I had booked a consignment through first flight (e991b1512177) on 28th oct 2016. actually the booking agent fraudulently routed it through first flight instead of blue dart saying that the service of first flight search good. my nightmare began soon after as it was a tender papers needed authorisation. the delivery was delayed beyond expectations. it was only after laying dharna at the agents office and making several phone calls and emails was the document delivered. that even after 7 days from the date of booking.
Please do not book from first flight unless you personally know mr. saboo.
It's better to send through speed post as their service is far more better.

I have send a parcel on 26 Oct and consignment no is A991B2733632 to Gwalior from hyderabad and parcel has till not reached I tried calling customer care but no one is responding today is 3 Nov still first flight is not responding make excuses first flight charges extra for urgent delivery but still not delivered first flight is the worst courier

I booked a package containing mobile from Bangalore to deoria (UP) on 22nd Oct, 2016. The first flight in charge told me that it will be delivered by 26th Oct max. He took 600 rs instead of rs 250 as the package contained cellphone. The package is not yet delivered and when I try to track the package it still shows Bangalore. I tried calling the company's customer care but no one picked. I then called the office where I booked parcel. No one picked the call. Frustrated, I called the Bangalore regional office but no one picked the phone . When I wrote mail regarding my concern to the head office, they kept on passing the responsibility on mail to one another and never gave me an answer. It's 2nd Nov and still the package is not delivered and I have no idea where it is.

Why the hell you guys are not delivering the product to werehouse of snapdeal. It's been 4 days. What the hell is like your service. Your poor service sucks. U991m0880853

This complaint is against first flight courier. on 19th i have booked some personal items to be shipped to calcutta from pune.

After a delayed shipment i received the delivery on 25th instead of 22nd and then i found almost 80% of the items are damaged.
I had stuffs made of fiber in the shipment and for which i was promised a paperboard box packing and was charged accordingly. but it was just wrapped with a gunny bag with no sort of protection.
Cost of broken items : rs.4000
Received some kitchen items also broken
I. e rice cooker, frying pan
I have sent communications to first flight to
'[protected]@firstflight.net' and '[protected]@firstflight.net' on 27th and 28th of oct 2016 and was just informed that request has been forwarded to concerned desk.
It has been more than 72hrs there after but there are no further communications.
Please look into the matter and take necessary actions.

I am waiting for a documents which was dispatched on 26th oct from hyderabad (a991b2774122) and supposed to reach on 28th oct but it is still showing in transit.
It is 31st oct but no one is able to give update on it. i am really upset this time at your service.
These are very important documents and we need to send back this documents immedaitely.

I used first flight courier services (F99102) to send a courier vis a vis job application which was undelivered and i was informed ablut this only after 20 days via call when the deadline for the job was expired.Contacting your regional office was in vain because your team was negligent in sparing any details/proof regading the cause behind the undlivered post.This has cost me my job.I request you to look into this negligent behaviour of Fist flight couriers and provide me the actual reason as to why this post was undelivered and proof that this post was actually delivered to the given address so that i can take proper action.

My courier product taken extra fee 50 rupees on pan card delivery charge or not provide home delivery service.please explain fees and delivery facility detail. When I deposited fee then also included delivery fees until extra charge taken why please tell me .

I ordered return gifts for my kid bday from returngiftwala.com on 17th, on 18th they shipped the parcel from firstflight courier with tracking id: B991Q3425728
on first flight site it is showing it is delieverd on 22nd but i didnt get any thing. it is showing some sanjay recieved that.their is no sanjay at our place.
i went to firstflight local office they said they delivered to our office( but on parcel my home address was written), they didnt inform me that they are delivering to office adress.
i call to firstflight call center, even mail them to solve this matter. but they are not giving satisfying replying..
how can they deliver the parcel to diff adress without informing me?
how can they give the parcel to anybody without asking for id?
i checked with the office persons, even they saying they didnt receive any thing(with khushboo jain name)

i need the gifts urgently..
