1. refer consignment no k[protected] booked on 02 sep 2016 from shimla by paying a sum of rs 150/-.

2. consignee, mr kanuj dhawan, flat no 4, hawa mahal, dr charat singh colony, chakal, andheri east, near dragonfly hotel, mumai - 400069 (contact no [protected]) has not received the delivery till date.

3. there is an urgent bank document in the packet. therefore it was sent by courier for early delivery. but after passing six days, the same has not delivered to the consignee.

4. you are requested to refund the booking amount ie rs 150/- as the company failed to deliver the item in due time.

B[protected]. Shows that pan card received at local office on 13 aug. Till date item not delivered. No response from local office. Not only mine, but also several pan cards were lying in first flight courier office undelivered. My friend was forced to collect as their reply is short of delivery boys. More n more people are suffering by this attitude n tendency of staff over there in visakhapatnam.

Updated by Negibhupen Dear Sir, can you guys plz update me on my post regarding courier insurance paper in my new address vide dokt no B[protected]. I am still waiting for reply from your side. None of them bother to call me regarding same matter. Request you to plz dispatch my insurance papers on this address ; SF-1, IInd Floor, Plot No-17, Nyay Khand-1, Indirapuram-201010, Ghaziabad. On 31 aug 2016, i have sented a courier from chittoor (Ap) to the destination surat
When i checked the status, it shows arrived at destination,
But i have not yet received the courier, please resolve the problem soon, because i have sented a book, and the exams are near by,
How could be possible like this??? I mean not yet received the courier but status showing arrived... Very pissed off

Mine complaint is that if you have taken the consignment of a mentioned address then why it can't be delivered to that address, i have received call from jalandhar branch that take your consignment from office, we cant deliver this consignment in your address.

Secondly company employee in office named sarawan kumar, talked very badly when asked for clarification that why you receive consignment when you are not able to deliver on mentioned address and you should tell the sender same time and should not charge money from them, and if you are charging and receiveing the consignment then it becomes your liability to deliver the same on address.

Thirdly i have not sign receiving voucher, as i didn't received it on my address and if you receive that sign means that sign is fake.

I have track the consignment & shown on tracking page, delivered successfully on dated 02 September 2016 at 19:30 hrs. But I have not received yet. I am tried to connected first flight courier customer care several time but not connected.
I have completely puzzled of such situation.

The document with id U991B0142469 was despatched from Telco Colony Azad market, Jamshedpur to be despatched to Kolkata on 29th Aug'16.
I have not received the document till date and the franchise people are behaving rudely with us. They are harrassing me and saying that they have delivered the document frm sky king dockit no.47012629.
I am surprised tha the services were availed from first flight how can another company deliver. Utter disgusting. Till now there is no trace of my documents. I have incurred huge financial loss because of this negligence.

My elder sister put courier on[protected] which contained rakhi. It was to reach within 2-3 days as per the company. But the courier didn't reach until[protected] i.e. till the day of rakhi). When contacted with one of the person of the company before rakhi, the response by them was very horrible and unimaginable. They said they only take booking but responsibility of delivery is not theirs at all. Besides that, they behaved in very wrong way with my elder sister when she contacted with them.They said never even call again and also said that they will delay the delivery of courier. And the worst part is that they also used abusive words to my sister. Also the courier has not reached till date but while tracked online it says the courier is reached. The consignment numbers are F991B1689160, F991B1689161.

I got a document couriered from from first flight Kota, Rajasthan for Vadodara, Gujarat on 29/8/16. I have not received till today i.e. 2/9/16. Earlier on tracking it indicated "out for delivery" but nothing comes now. All the telephones taken from web for Vadodara offices are "out of service temporarily" No customer care number is displayed on first flight web site.

Your PAN card has been dispatched on 11-Aug-2016 by First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B[protected], at the address for communication* indicated by you in the application. The PAN card is expected to be delivered by 21-Aug-2016.

They didnt even delivered my PAN Card till now. and it reached hyderabad by[protected].

I have sent my courier that was my cpu which was in working condition when i couriered it.But after receiving when i opened it every part inside it was misplaced, even the processor slot was also broken in motherboard. Hardisk was also misplaced .all the wires were dislocated.Graphic cards fan was also not at its actual position.so i request u to take action against it as soon as possible.

I am expecting a package with tracking number D[protected] from Delhi. The tracking details say it has reached Chennai on the 29 Aug 2016, but to my surprise I have still not got it delivered. I've been calling them for the past 3 days and all get is a standard Reply as "we will check. It will be delivered soon". Today 1st Sept I called their Chennai office twice and manage to register my complaint. Their executive named Ms. PADMA even managed to say they need time to check when it can b delivered and asked me to wait for 2 more days.

There is an important document i applied for my VISA purpose, and without it i can not do anything to process my VISA. Unfortunately, they have sent through this blunt courier services. Am waiting for the courier from past 4days. It says out for delivery from past 4days and i still not received the courier. They do not have customer care, the phone numbers mentioned in the website are either not working or switched off. I was appalled to see, there are 1000+ complaints which is not solved and why this company is still working?!!!

If anybody is thinking to send some courier, i would suggest you to go with any normal courier services other than this useless courier service.

I had sent one of my important consignment (D991Z5476026) on dated 22.08.2016 through First Flight Courier Service from nehru place delhi to the following address:-

Chief General Manager (RE),
Assam Power Distribution Company Ltd.,
Bijulee Bhawan, Annexe Building Paltanbazar,
Guwahati-781001

When it was not reached at the above address i track my consignment and status of this was " Address Insufficient". However, address is correct and other service provider are sending their couriers successfully.

Further, i am sending my consignments through first flight service from last 4-5 month and neither any one of them received to recipients and nor returned to me.

Sir, consignments was very important to me kindly look in to the matter please.

First flight is a worst f..in service in the world. Please do not go for this service any more. They fu..in frauds, they steel you products. They are thieves and customer care is real worse.

My sincere suggestion is not to go for it.
