Dear sir,
I want to remind you that on oct 25th, 2016 i sent a mail to you about the status of my courier and still i don't get the answer from your side. Every time when i track down the courier its showing pending and moving from destination to origin and vice versa. If you can't deliver to the address please return it to me.
When i couriered the package they said it will reach in 4-5 days. But now there are more than 20 days passed and package is not delivered to the address. From last week i trying to contact customer care but line is engaged and also contacted to corporate office number, but no one is picking the phone.
I want to request you please response to my mail or call otherwise return the package to origin. You are wasting my days because if this package not reach the address before nov 3rd, 2016, they will not refund me for the item. Again i want to remind you that please response to me.
