Dear concern,
This is regarding my pan no. pan ack no. [protected], my pan card has been booked by nsdl on 16/09/2016 by awb b903q0453279 through first flight courier, but my pan card still not received to me. when i try to find out of this issue and made a call to first flight dealer and asked him to dispatch the pan card he said me, collect the pan card from my office we will not dispatch the pan card, when i asked the reason to deny he was unable to give any satisfactory answer.

First flight couriers ltd, situated regional office in cochin kerala is not at all remitting the Esi contribution and provident fund contribution from April 2016 on wards to the authorities in time. Which will effect the loss of insurance calims and benefits to the employees. As Esi contribution period is april to sept, the company not paid many months contribution to the authorities, and also the pf contribution is pending from april 2016 on wards. As per them they do not have money for remittance.

The item was despatched from chennai (docket noc991t0017694) on 19/9. as per tracking, the item arrived in hyderabad on 21/9. delivery boy called on24/6 and informed that the item which was booked on cod basis has come and i have to pay rs450/-. i hold him to come. two times he called up and asked whether i am available. but till this time, i have not received the item.
After that i tried several times to contact him, but he never lifted the phone. i tried to contact the hyd office but as usual i could not get their no.

I used this firstflight couriers to send my treadmill which I sold it in eBay to assam on 22nd December 2015.I kept on tracking the details BT I couldn't. After few days I gave a written complaint regarding the missing package. And from that day Im keep on calling the area manager as well as other staffs but they can't event pick my call and answer. It is waste courier service. Plz don't use dis. ...no proper tracking details.no responsibility nothing..and the staffs utter waste ...I lost my money I lost my parcel .I lost my reputed seller name from eBay. .

From past 1 month one of your delivery boy had not delivered my document posted through new delhi...i have checked online and on 6/09/2016 its showing dat arrived in RT nagar Branch and on 09/09/2016 its out of delivery and i called to your delivery boy, he is giving many silly reasons and promising me to deliver on next day and he is calling me to pick my parcel from your office...if we need to pick from your office means then why you keep delivery boys...
still i didnt got my package.and when i went to your RT nagar branch they gave me the same silly reasons and gave me the delivery boy number and that number is switched off..Please send my package as soon.its very urgent.

My courier got delivered to the wrong person.This kind of service is not something that i expected from this company.I want my product returned back to me.My consignment number is -C991B2025741.And I also want to know where it got delivered.I want to know the person who got it.Completely disappointed with their services.Please do the needful to deliver the product correctly.

This consignment was booked by me in Nagpur on 13 July 2016 with a promise to deliver the shipment in two days to New Delhi.
The box had 9 sarees and the copy of purchase receipt was enclosed with the shipment.
The shipment had to be picked from your location by us on 18th July ( today evening). Upon opening the box, it was found by receiver that one saree is missing.
I have picture of all 9 sarees which were sent and also the pictures of 8 saress received in Delhi.
I expect two actions from first flight:
1) Return my shipping charges of INR 2287.00 on account of much delayed delivery (We had to pick it up, it was NOT really DELIVERED)

2) Find me the missing Saree or else Pay me the cost of the saree plus expenses.

I have called many times the customer service no. but no answer.
Also have sent many emails to [protected]@firstflight.net. Again No response.

ICICI Bank Ltd booked a consignment for me from Indore vide consignment No. P991Q0346462 dated 15/09/2016 . The consignment reached the destination on 17/09/2016 by 10 AM. The consignment was out for delivery on 20/09/2016 by courier company. I do not understand why the courier company local office had kept the consignment for 3 days with them .I was at my home till 13.45 hours of 19/09/2016. The courier company had returned the consignment to sender on 22/09/2016 instead delivering it to me from 17th sept to 19 th sept, 2016. This is a sheer negligence on the part of courier company which caused lot of inconvinience to me.

My pan card was dispatched on 10 sep 2016 by first flight couriers and it was mentioned that it would reach latest by 19 sep 2016. But till now i haven't received it. Moreover, the tracking details show that it has reached patna hub on 11 sep 2016 itself. But till now it hasn't reached my home.

The above mentioned consignment no has been despatched from Mjd BunderBBC on 07/09/2016 not received by me till date, in this connection i tried the castomer care no 39444444 mumbai office but no response and the man posted there was delibratily avoiding to response which agitated and frusted me much please look to it and take stern action against the staff working there otherwise the reputation will go-down this is very serious issue more ever please find where is my consignment and inform me accordingly with proper reply.

My Consignment no is "B[protected]" and i haven't received it yet. The consignment was dispatched on 20th Aug and its been 1 month i haven't received it yet. I don't know what these guys are upto, their customer care number doesn't work and sometime it rings and they wont take the call. I am calling them since maydays and no haven't got any reply from them. I can only see it as "out for delivery" since 20 days. They are least bothered about the deliver. I have seen so many complaints on them and i dont know why consumer form is not taking any action on them.

The Pancard in the name of Rupesh Agrawal was sent on 16/06/2016. I live in adilabad but the pancard status shows Nizamabad.. What is this non sense.. Track my no B[protected] and call me [protected] and Deliver my pancard orelse i will take a strict action against you

I was socked to know that what he did. Our company send a document from Mumbai on 09.09.2016, but due to poor delivery arrangements for the past two to three shipments we haven't received the courier yet.
