I have pre-booked a copy of Digit Sept 2016 magazine, and they sent the magazine with First Flight couriers on 8th Sept 2016. On 12th Sept it showed on their website that the consignment is delivered to some person. I have not received the courier till today, and it says that it delivered to some person named "buggiana w amn". It looks like they took the courier for themselves and put up a random receiver name, since that doesn't look like a persons name.

I also tried to contact them through e-mail, but did not get any response. This kind of a service is not what we expect. First Flight is cheating its customers. Please deliver the courier back to me at the earliest.
My consignment no. given by Digit is : W991Z0718746.
Please do the needful.

Finally they delivered my courier after 1 and a half week. But Digit magazine was kind enough to dispatch another replacement copy a week before the courier was delivered to me by first flight. I won't recommend first flight to anyone since first experience is the best experience and this experience is the worst for me. How can some courier write someone's name in the delivered column even though it is not delivered. In case if this was something which was urgent then ordinary post would have been better. Very disappointed.

Respected sir, this is to informing you that i went yesterday to do courier at etawah branch whoose manager name is Mr Rajendra cont no [protected] .he has done mis behave with me, actuly i have one parcel, i have put that parcel on counter then fristly his behaviour too rude and also demanding was more than 200 rs, sir parcel wait was near about 200 gm and after discussion he has manage this in 152 rs, but actuly parcel value was 8000 rs but he was writing 5000rs just for claim. So i said to him that i will complained against you then he said to me that you can do whatever you want to do, his behaviour not just like a manager of frist flight. Mostly time i have seen his rude behaviour with your customers, Sir i am regular customer of frist flight courier .so kindly take action against him.

Hi

My PAN card has been dispatched by NSDL on 23-Aug-2016 by First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd courier vide airway bill no. B[protected], The status before 1 week was "Arrived at BAE White Field Branch on 26th August at 11.29.
The consignment hasn't reached me till now.
Since last 3-4 days their website is down, nobody picks up phone calls in customer care. Very unprofessional service from First Flight courier. Kindly look into this issue as I badly needs my PAN card.

The courier has been sent on 1st of September from Lucknow to bangalore and it has reached bangalore on 3rd. It's been 10 days after reaching to bangalore that I have not received my courier. Could you please help me in above complaint as it is urgent for me to get my courier . Send back that courier to the senders address.
And try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Courier arrived at destination(Bangalore) on 3rd September but it's not moving out from there, it's stuck at same place from last 10 days. don't know the reason why this is not getting delivered.

NSDL has dispatched it on 31st Aug from Mumbai, it reached Bangalore on 3rd Sep and it stuck there and I could not see any movement after 10days of arrival also.

tried contacting courier office, no response/contact numbers are not working.

What if it is an urgent requirement instead of PAN Card..

Good Afternoon.

we have a grievance that needs to be addressed

we were supposed to Receive courier with Below details.

Tracking ID : U991b0144171.

We used first flight service to send this courier but even after six days we have not received it yet.

The Status which was updated on 8th Sept is "Insufficient address".

The Address we have provided is completely correct and more than sufficient to reach.It will take you to the Exact Building number where we work and than you have phone number to call.

Even lets assume that the address was not complete as you believe then also you can call us to get more details which you did not do.

Its been 6 days and we have not got this courier and that parcel will be almost of no use if we wont get it immediately.

This kind of service is very unprofessional.

My name is Mohit .I booked a courier (J991M4850053)on 30 Aug which I expected to reach in 2-3 days.But after waiting for a week also I didn't get my parcel.Finally, on 9 Sept my courier was given to me by given by one named Somsekhar.On complaining he arrogantly told me not deliver next time with HIS company and all that in a very loud scream .I did not receive it as the parcel was of no use to me by then.I request the concerned authority to take strictest of action against such employees and to take cognizance of the matter. When i tracked details, it shows courier delivered on 06/09/2016, But as on today i.e 08/09/2016 i have not received any courier. I am trying to contact Corporate office, but there is no one to respond the calls.

Consignnment is shipped from satna to ahmedabad on 3rd September. Only info available is of that consigment is shipped from satna on 3rd.

Initially i called the customer service number of Ahmedabad. He was not able to tell the exact location. The site is also not telling the full info. The whole system is flawed.
I visited the vastrapur office in drive in road. He was unwilling to even listen to the complaint. Then I wen to the regional office.
There is no confirmed information available with the regional office ahmedabad as well. Talked to the manager Darshan Mistry as well. He was unable to answer the questions. Contacted mumbai customer care there the person kept my phone in engage mode. Then contacted mumbai corporate office the mam who picked the phone straight away cut off the phone.

Courier service is not concerned with the consignment.
