I had ordered flowers from flaberry.com to be delivered on 14th Feb 2014 for my parents anniversary. They also charged extra as it was a Valentines day. But they failed to deliver on time. It was delivered on the next day that too late in the evening. This was disappointing as I couldn't get the flowers delivered on the day that mattered. Flaberry.com is a gifts and flowers website for special occasions but don't understand their importance. When we contacted their online customer care, they didn't even apologize for their mistake. They didn't offer to make up for their mistake on their own and I had to ask them for a refund. It was then she suggested that they can deliver some cheap chocolates/flowers as a compensation. As the occasion had already passed, I was not interested in them. She asked us to email them our complaint. We mailed them at customerservice AT flaberry.com but haven't got a response from them even after over a week. It is really disappointing that a gifts website like flabbery.com fails to appreciate the importance of occasions and sentiments of its customers. It is not a normal online shopping website where it might be ok if your books or cameras are delivered few days later. They shouldn't operate such businesses when they can't fulfill their commitments. The least they can do is offer good customer service after such goof-ups.

    Hi All, If you want to spoil your valentine or for that matter any other precious day please choose Flabeery..My biggest mistake of this valentine and spoilt my wife mood badly!!!:(:( I had ordered Valentine bouquet of approx 600+250 extra for valentine day 14 the feb 2014... She didnt reveived it till 20th Feb After repeated follow ups they deliverd it yesterday... Go ahead with Flabeery if you want to spoil your day!!!

      It was valentines day and they charged extra amount for a basket of flowers to be delivered. To start off, they kept on moving the delivery time from 6pm to 8pm later to 10 pm. But they did not deliver it on that day. On next day they called the recipient to deliver the same. As it was the office address the recipient was not available next day. Anyways I mailed them to cancel the delivery yet they did not respond. Now they deliver it two days after the actual date of delivery. I have been trying to get in touch with them but in vain. The only reply they me was a mail stating that it was delivered and nothing else. The customer service is pathetic.They are simply trying to wiggle out money for a special occasion and not even delivering it on that occasion. The worst online experience for me and the worst valentines day for me because of this non standard service. The order no is : [protected]

        I have placed an order on 23rd of Aug 2013 through the website called flaberry the domain name is (http://www.flaberry.com/) with the order number [protected]. The order is expected to be delivered today but at the last moment, I received a mail that the order will not be executed because the delivery guy met with an accident. I am not surprised with this incident because the customer service is very poor and i am aware of that now. All I need is the money back, as it was a gift and the occasion is today. The total value of the order was 1298 and I would be very pleased if you can help me in this matter as I am not getting proper response from the customer care team.

        Money was never an issue, you guys are just not getting it! It was my sisters birthday, which comes once in a year. I find it very disappointing that no one from your team ever wrote me an apology note.

        I can only request you not to take an order if you cannot honor it!

        We conveyed the same to customer and the delivery was carried out the next day in consent with recipient

        The Customer Care Number you have given Most of the Time on Hold, Always going to the Voice Response, When i try to contact through Online Chat, They are not ready to share the Chennai Branch Customer Support Number, Also i tried with the Customer Care Number which mentioned in the Flaberry Site, they told me will check in 15 minutes and let me know but after that no response, I have raised so many request (#3864581 ), My Order suppose to deliver on 14/02/2014 but when i check in the Track Order status it is showing as Delivered, But when i check with the Shipping Address Person they havent received.
        I am really disappointed with your poor quality of delivery as well as The Response to the customer. I will update the same into all the social Network so that at least the customer will know your pathetic Services.

        This site is all sham - They have a website loaded with bugs... they are horrible with customer service & communications.

        it all started on that day I don't know why on earth only did I have to think of this pathetic site for flowers & cake delivery for my husband on Valentines day - So I placed an order for Valentines day(Flowers & a Cake) & nothing got delivered, so I called their customer service asking what happened- Their explanation - I ordered after the cut off time, hence no delivery. Fine, fair enough- but if I was ordering after the cut of time then why on earth did their site allow me to make a payment - now that the payment is made - isn't it their responsibility to contact the customer, inform & process Refund even before I asked. Either ways, I called asked for a refund, its 11th May 2015 & I still didn't get any refund. Sent multiple mails, multiple calls but still no refund. Apart from that, their excuses are lame, and they treat the customer with no respect. Absolutely No Respect. They don't understand its not bout the money, it's bout the principle and that occasion.
        The worst website, no customer care service, no refund. Looting people of their hard earned money. They should shut down if they cant fulfill orders or refund the money

        Pathetic services they offer, I have ordered flowers and chocolate for some occasion and they people they did- they just delivered the flower after so many follow ups and chocolates were never delivered. And i have already make the payment online. And the guy who was assisting me suddenly switched off his cell phone and delivered boy was so aggressive and said "It is not my business please talk to customer care" and there is no one available for chat. Moreover the number listed with the site is permanently switch off. I would really suggest to not order from this site until unless they people learn some customer dealing.

        I made an order online on 4 th november for 5 th november, my order no is [protected]. My order didn't got deliver, i made so many calls from 1 pm till 7:30 pm but still everytime i was told it is out for delivery and didn't reach out. They don't pick there calls so i tried to reach them through messages on their website, nothing works with them. I request everyone not to use this website. They will just make fool of their customers nothing else. I don't know what will they do with my refund, they are really poor and doesn't understand customers feeling and emotions behind booking online. Now at 9 pm i helpless because they didn't deliver the gift and I couldn't arrange for anything else too. Very poor experience will not suggest this site to anyone.

        Worst cake and it was not fresh. I ordered it first time and it was a bad experience for me. Delivery time and other things are fine, but the product quality was very bad. It was complete waste of money, Infact I didn't eat that cake.

        I Hope Flaberry team will provide good quality product to the customers. At the end product quality matters.

        I got a feedback call from Flaberry customer care and the executive said we will get back to you on this, but didn't get any revert yet.

        This I she most pathetic experience one could ever indulge into.. Like all other stories... Even our delivery boy had supposedly met with an accident.. On the date of delivery.. That's 13th Jan.. After the giver duration of delivery they decide on their own that they would change the order from lilies to roses.. N deliver in evening.. thereafter.. They switch of phones with fake story of accident n toll date no response from their so called reps.. That is swati.. Dolly Tushar n nitin.. Two orders for same place by us for the same date weren't delivered n neither do they respond to refund.. Only one statement that the concerned person would get back.. Which never happens.. Thankfully some proof had been kept considering their reviews which shall be utilized judiciously to sort out this money absconding business by so called FLABERRY
        With a heavy heart I am writing this mail that I am really disappointed with your services and feeling cheated by your organization. My sister has given the order for delivering a cake on 23rd Jan, 2017 from your website(flaberry.com).

        I would like to tell that before ordering the cake she has confirmed on the customer support number given on your website and also confirmed via chat on the website that weather the cake will be delivered on the pin code - 174103. She was informed that the cake will delivered 100%. But around 6:45 P.M. she received a call on which she was informed that she has to pay extra money equal to Rs. 600/- which was not at all informed prior when she said that she won't be paying extra amount as it was not being informed before. So she said to refund the amount instead of refunding the amount or telling the policy to refund back money the executive disconnected the call which was really very rude. I have not seen such an irresponsible attitude.

        I have tried multiple times calling the customer care number but no body picks the call.

        I'll request you kindly refund back my money and need an apology as it has made my impression down otherwise I have to take some legal action.

        I have placed an order on 13th of Feb 2017 through the website called flaberry.com with the order number[protected]. The order is expected to be delivered on 14th Feb 2017 but my order didn't got deliver, i made so many calls to the customer care number (which is mentioned on the website) from 14th Feb 2017 till 16th Feb and didn't reach out. They don't pick up the calls so i tried to contact them through messages/chat on their website, nothing works. Choosing Flaberry was the biggest mistake of mine. They have spoiled my special day because the order was for my fiancee.

        I request everyone not to use this website. They will just make fool of their customers nothing else. They are really poor service providers and doesn't understand customers feeling and emotions.

        I would be very pleased if you can help me in this matter as I am not getting proper response from the customer care team.

        I placed an order on Valentine day (14 Feb, 2017) for my wife which they din't deliver. No updates from them for 2 days (14th n 15th) and no customer care active on those days. Then, they agreed for refund in 3 days. On every 4-5th day when I contact them for status, they would argue for store credit (buy few flowers :D) and when I firmly disagree, they would again agree for full refund in next 2-3 days. This is happening for the past 15 days and finally they are not ready to rfund the money. They are crazy guys :D. It seems they are finding us in-valuable and playful. They are literally playing with us and having fun, seriously. Please see the conversations with them below on different dates.

        This is not the first time they are doing this to their customer. Same thing happened with me also. On 14th May i ordered flowers for my mom on mothers day. As they could deliver the flowers on time that is before 12 so i asked the for a refund. After 21 days they say refund had been processed and after again 7 days fro that they are saying they have provided me flaberry cash. Who the hell even asked for it. They are saying now i gave them a confirmation that i want falberry cash. THESE PPL CAN GO TO ANY LEVEL IF YOU ASK FOR A REFUND SPECIALLY. They harass you, mentally torture you and what not.         I had horrible experience with this site. I have placed orders for Assorted Roses and Cadbury celebration on the occasion of my parent's marriage anniversary.
        I booked time slot of 8AM-12PM.Around 10'o clock in the morning I track my order, which was in the processing stage. Around 12'0 clock chatted with a customer care request them to make the delivery on the requested time, same thing I already suggested them via placing the order. Around 1’0 clock they called and told me they are not able to process my order with mix roses (I placed an order for mix roses), they have only red roses. I asked them about Cadbury celebration quantity that is not mentioned on their site they replied 120gms.For this 120 gms Cadbury celebration, I paid them 225rs for which market price is 100rs only. When I asked the same thing from them, they replied “delivery charges are included in it”. When I placed my order there was nothing mentioned like delivery charges? While payment, shipping charge was 0 rs. How they can add surprise charges. All things they should have clearly mentioned on their site. I clearly had given instruction to them, “I want fresh flowers with nicely decorate flowers bouquet”. They told me my order will be delivered by 3PM.Around 4’0 clock again; I chatted with customer care as my order was not delivered. They told me “it is already on the way, so request you to wait for some more time”. Around 5’0 clock again, I chatted with customer care they replied same thing again and again “Your order is already out for delivery and it will get delivered in next 15-20 minutes”. Finally waiting for a long time my parents, they received the order after 9 hours of the scheduled delivery time. The bunch of roses they received are in pathetic condition, they were not fresh one and only wrapped with aluminium foil.
        I am paying full money still I am not receiving satisfied product -
        1) Received order after 9 hours from scheduled deliver time
        2) Received different variety of flowers as I ordered mix roses
        3) Price of product in the market is 100rs, but you are charging 225 rs...saying it included extra charges...nothing is mentioned on their site about extra charges...Shipping is showing free while paying
        4) At least not received satisfied product, the quality of the product was so cheap
        I had ordered flowers for Feb 14th, 2018 which was to get delivered by 12:00pm on Feb 14th. There has been no delivery till date (Feb 15th, 2018) and they have no working customer care. I have placed multiple msgs through their website but there is no revert.

        This definitely seems to be a fraud site that is looting its customers with their hard earned money.
