Description:
I have ordered the flowers on the occasion of Valentine day and chosen same day delivery option. They have confirmed the order and delivery time was 6 AM to 10 PM. But product was not delivered yet. I tried connecting to the customer care via helpline or generating a request via Write to Us option available in Flaberry portal.
Nothing was working even I tried to reach them via Twitter. I am not getting response over their as well.

I am not able to connect to single person from the Flaberry. I need your help to get my amount back since I didn't get the product yet. Please help me in this matter. I am attaching all the available document.

Today is 18th, We have ordered on 14th and they charged 200 rs extra for the special day. However, they are delivering it now but day has passed so I don't want this delivery now. I want refund.

Please process the refund.

The day is almost over and my delivery still hasn't happened. What's the point of providing a service if you can't keep your promise. NO callbacks, no status updates, nothing!!! Horrible service!

I has ordered a cake and flower worth rs.1502 for my fiance. but she didnt received the gift.

I gave complete delivery address while placing an order. On the day of delivery, on website it was just updated deliveredbut it wasnt. no chat support no customer support dont know whom to contact..worst o line experience ever faced.
I have ordered rose bouquet, chocolate and teddy worth 1897rs. But flaberry did not delivered this on delivery date. In evening, a call received from flaberry saying that delivery not possible today so we are cancelling your order and will refund your amount. After it, flaberry cash shown . Totally disappointed.

    I placed an order with flaberry.com (Order # [protected]) for delivery on 14th feb and as mentioned by the others in the forum, even i received an email at 8.19pm on 14th feb that they would not be able to fulfill my order due to large number of orders. Please note the following: -

    - this company does not have a human interface at all. There is no contact number where consumers can call or reach them.
    - the only option is to use the chat window but event that has been disabled since yesterday.
    - there is zero accountability to any commitment made. I have not received any call or email about what happens to my payment and the order!
    - i made a mistake and placed this order on flaberry.com based on some of the positive reviews that were posted about them. All i have to say is those guys have been plain lucky!

    This company is either a thoroughly unprofessional one or a plain cheat/fraudster! At the moment, i do not know which. Am still awaiting some human interaction to be initiated from their end.

      I had placed an order on 14th feb 2019 for a bouquet of flowers and some chocolates on flaberry.com to my wife.

      I am highly disappointed by their service. Forget being late.. They failed to even deliver the products i ordered & inform me on 09:36 pm on that day. They took the whole amount in advance because there is no other option but to pay first. Infact i had to pay extra 33.33% for same day & special day delivery.

      I tried to track my order multiple times throughout the day but i couldn't get any response from flaberry.com.

      They send a sorry mail & ask refunded amount in flabbery wallet but no use of it. Because, i'm not using one more time that type of bad & irresponsible service. And i'm not admit their sorry & their giving option also.

      Worst service and customer support, i have encountered.

        Their checked the status of my order on their website and it showed it's been received and the order is processing. But there was no sign of how long it will take. One thing they promised was it will get delivered on the same day.

        They have a chat option in their website to which they didn't respond throughout the day. I mailed them but i got only an auto-generated reply. I requested a call back but didn't even get that. I tried calling on their customer service but only ivr attended the call and there was no response.

        After all this i finally received a mail from flaberry.com at 8:00 in the night saying we cannot deliver your order. I mean this is called heights of being unprofessional. They will take your money. Add delivery charges. But forget being late... They won't even deliver your stuff.

        And now i can't even cancel my order... The only option i have is to revert my money to flaberry cash.
        What a nice way to loot people.

        I fell for their trap i request anyone who reads this to not order from their website. They are dozens of other sites... They might charge more but at least they will deliver. Flabbery.com will take your money, charge you extra and won't even deliver your products. Please don't order from there and spread this message.

          Today i ordered, my order contains 12 red roses, 2 chocolates and pay the amount 848 rs from my pnb account through debit card. But after some time i received the message we are extremely sorry about this. Something went wrong and your payment for scheduled order was unsuccessful. Amount payble 748 rs...

          Neither did they refund nor order place.

          They are fraud & fake site.

            I ordered order for 9 feb 2019, my order contains 12 red roses, half kg black forest cake, and card (Paid exclusively).

            Cost for the order was:- 1069.5 (After 5% discount)

            Not received items on 9feb:-
            12 roses and card, i already mailed to customer care but no one is replying.
            Now to whom should i claim for my issue

            Received items:-
            Half kg black forest cake even they did not mention anywhere it is eggless or with egg. So nobody ate that cake because all were vegetarian. It should be expected to mention with egg or without egg

            The main flaw of this company is that we cannot talk with customer care if needed urgently. I never have seen this kind of services without customer care number. Even they did not message the courier boy number so that we can track the courier where it is.

            Now it seems that i am not receiving any reply from flabbery and i paid 1069.5 rs for this order. It is really pathetic that this company customer care is automated using faq so i did not get any reply as of now for my emails and my surprise got spoiled because of partial order received.

            I request this company to refund my money back because whatever i ordered, i did not receive.

              Hi,

              My husband has ordered a gift worth rs.1897 for my birthday. I haven't received the gift.

              He had inquired them before placing an order and gave complete delivery address while placing an order. On the day of delivery, they just emailed that they are not able to deliver the gift to the location.

              They refunded amount in flabbery wallet but no use of it. So he requested them to refund rupees in his bank account but no response. Customer care support through chat is giving no proper response now.

              Worst online shopping site. I am giving zero stars for this site. I think they are doing a big scam in india.

                  unable to cancel my order and customer care not responding

                  I got an email saying that the flowers which i ordered are not available and they will deliver care in the same amount.I replied back to the email saying not to send cake and cancel the order and initiate the refund.

                  Unfortunately i did not get any reply.I do not want any alternate gift to be send except flowers .Also, the customer...

                  I had placed an order with flaberry today morning 19.12.2018 for a bouquet and cake to be delivered to falakata west bengal, they have taken payment from me but no reponse from customer care as well as no product being delivered. I have been cheated . Order id for the same is[protected], payment made for the same and nobody answers on the customer care number .

                    I placed an order on 23rd nov for a bouquet to be delivered on 25th nov on my friend’s wedding. However, the site kept on showing errors and the date mistakenly got changed. I tried to call the customer support to change the date or cancel the order but the voice recording said they’d send an sms with a link. Every time i opened the link and filled in all the details, it showed an error and i could not submit the form. I just want to cancel the order now and i want a refund. There is no proper platform to address customer issues. I’m never ordering from flaberry anymore.

                      I have ordered for bunch of flowers in the domain flaberry.com, it is mentioned in their web site that they cover the area which I have opted. Now that while tracking it is in the primitive stage. They haven't started to do the shipment process or packing till now for the delivery. I have called the customer care dept for an enquiry but not responding. They send some message as to guide us. I replied to the message asking the current status and delivery to pin-code. They haven't replied back. Anyway I have paid so the ball in their court. I shall wait till tomorrow. Fellow people please don't order in this site.

                        My order id is[protected] I booked order 10/9/2018 and time slot is 4pm to 10 pm than after I changed the schedule 11/9/18 but there is no timing show af my delevery and than after I dnt get any call from Flaberry’s and I create many times ticket to delevery of my product but nothing heppen to this no call and text I get it from flaberry and I tryd many times customer support but nothing happen now I want to cancell my order and refund my money

                          Worst service and customer support, i have encountered. My first order (Order no.[protected], amount rs 1049) was to be delivered on 5th august. I got a mail from customer service that the order can't be delivered, because of geographical location even though i had confirmed the location through pin verification in their portal. When i asked for refund, i got the reply that full amount can't be refunded and part of it will go into flaberry cash and they said if i order chocolate instead of flowers, it will be delivered on time. So i ordered chocolates (Order no.[protected] on 9th august and provided them sufficient time to deliver on 15th august and paid extra rs 299 for delivery. I didn't get any communication from them and my order status was in process. After delivery time on 15th august, i got a mail from customer support that your order can't be delivered, because of geographical location.
                          I just want my money refunded and warn others about flaberry.

                            Worst experience ever from the customer support team. Asked for a refund because they didn’t deliver my order on time. To my surprise they said the bought flowers weren’t available with them and they had mailed me regarding this. I didn’t receive any mail of that sort. When I requested for refund, I had to request them for continuous 5 days without anyone from the CustomerSupport team replying back. Still haven’t got my refund. Thinking of filing a consumer complaint against these cheats.

                              Hi,
                              I have ordered flowers to be delivered on 14-Feb-2018 but they didnt delivered the order stating that there was heavy rush and they couldnt complete the delivery. Then they said they will credit the amount to my Flaberry credits, but till now neither they have refunded back the amount nor they have credited my Flaberry account. The order ID is [protected]. From last 4-5 months I am struggling to get my amount back, but I havent received any update on this. Please help me getting my refund back to my account ASAP.

                                Order number[protected] placed with flaberry with an advance payment of inr 1099 to deliver flowers to a family member on his 89th birthday.
                                Not only has flaberry failed to deliver the order for a very important occasion but has also been unresponsive to my emails, calls and chats seeking an update.
                                I understand that the company is a fraud and none of the numbers or email ids can be reached.
                                I will next lodge a police complaint for this.

                                      I ordered flowers online for my mother on jun 9 with a delivery date of jun 10 and a specific time slot for which i was charged extra. The total cost was 1449 rupees.
                                      I tried submitting a complaint through the flaubert website, but it generated an error every time. I tried calling the number they provided in an email but an automated voice always directed me back to their website. I emailed them about my complaint but there has been no response. There is no way to ask for a refund. When i try to check the order status on the site, it states that there is no such order. It does not even recognise the email address i used to order the flowers. However, i did receive an email confirming the order.
                                      I read the online reviews after flaberry failed to deliver. This is the first time i had been cheated by an online website.
                                      This company needs to be blacklisted. My bank account has been charged too.
                                      My dad used to give lillies to my mom on their anniversary. My dad passed away last year and we ordered flowers to deliver to my mom. And they were never delivered. After i read the online reviews, we went to a local store and bought lillies for my mom.
                                      Action needs to be taken against whoever runs this company. They charge customers with an amazing looking site and do not provide any service.

                                      I have made an advance purchase on 6th july to deliver flowers to my home as anniversary gift, but these people fake website i think did not deliver the order and secondly they customer service also not connecting on call, seriously how to trust this website.
