I have online order wiht flaberry for birthday gift.
And received below message but i have not received order on scheduled date and that was only one item now they are sying that plant delivery time is 5 to 7 working day and remaing amount will refund. This is cheating with use and they promised delivery time bit not delivered on time.

I had booked an anniversary cake that was supposed to be delivered by 6:00 pm on 16th June. At 8:30pm it is still not delivered. Possibly they want Anniversary cake to be cut, post dinner.

Though committed to deliver before 6, it didn't happen even after several follow-ups. I started following up from 3:35 pm

I placed an order (#[protected] on may 5, 2019 via flaberry.com for a bouquet of flowers and some chocolates to be delivered to a location in vyara, gujarat. I had also paid extra for fixed-time delivery. The order wasn't fulfilled that day and after one day, i got a false confirmation on e-mail that my product has been delivered but in reality, the product was not delivered at all. Upon enquiry, they told that the delivery was unsuccessful. I demanded a refund to my paypal account which was originally used for payment. Since then, it's been nearly 2 weeks and the refund hasn't been even initiated. When i ask the customer care over online chat, i am told the exact same thing every day that my refund will be processed within 24 hours. I believe that the online chat is handled by a bot and they are playing around with my time and money for nearly 2 weeks. I request a refund to my paypal account as soon as possible with any possible compensation for the time wasted on my part speaking to their useless customer care team.

My order id is[protected] and my delivery date and time is 15-may-2019 (8am-12 pm) and it is a worst service that they haven't delivered the order saying some frustrating reason and they said that order was cancelled but no acknowledgement. Don't buy or even see this website for anything. Very very disappointed. Please file a case against this service.

I had ordered an item vide order no [protected], i had paid all the amount that is required, now at the last moment they are insisting for additional payment, and the order is still not deivered, this cannot be acceptable, they are not even responding to my mail

My order number[protected] has not been delivered since may 12th. Order was placed on may 11 and there was no communication on any kind of delivery challenge. Since then i have been following up over emails as they do not have phone numbers to contact. They have stopped replying since may 12th night after promising deliver by may 13th.
I do not know what are they doing with the order with no response, my 399 rs have been wasted and i dont even know if it will be delivered or will i get a refund.

Updated by Harsh Antani They sent an email on May 13 late evening that they cant deliver flowers and will deliver cake.. I sent an email asking for cake details, delivery date etc.. They simply did not respond and delivered a cake without my approval.. The cake was of cheap quality from a bad bakery. It did not have any thing written on it and did not have the note with my wishes.. This is complete FRAUD.. I want my money back for this.. I am still not getting any replies on email or tiecket I raised or chat window.. I had asked for a call back multiple times but nobody contacted me..

COMPLETE FRAUD and REFUND IS MUST. ELSE WE SHALL MEET IN COURT>

As per the company policies my stuff was to be delivered on or before 12 noon and I paid for that delivery and the order is not delivered till 3:0OPM and when I ask to cancel my order your executive intentionally didn't cancel Order No.#[protected].. I am going to file a complaint against your company in consumer forum for cheating me

Issue : Cheated me with - Order [protected]

I still have an issue to be addressed.
What you website imagine promised was all PINK flowers ...
20pink roses and 5 pink tulips

What I received were MAROON roses an white lilys ( lily you told me but at least send pink lily)

I feel horribly cheated... I paid 2, 700/- rupees for bloody maroon roses, white lily and a broken vase...

What kind of horrible service is this?

Only because we can't reach that city I trusted your site an ordered... At least match the image you'll display.

We buy flowers on a regular basis in Bangalore and helplessly we had to rely on your service... But you'll cheated us

I do not know what you'll do I want a refund... For your service and unsatisfactory delivery of flowers that were not even close to what was promised.

You'll were supposed to send PINK roses you'll send MAROON... You'll were supposed to send 5 PINK tulips but you'll send 3 WHITE lilys...

At least you'll could have sent pink roses and 5 pink lilys... I wouldn't have felt this cheat...

In you app it still mentions "Processing" When it should be saying delivered.

This was a surprise for my brother but you people surprised me only

I'll wait for your response but I want a 75% or full refund for this service.

You'll can't take your customer's trust and belief in you'll for granted and cheat them like this.

Please process the refund as soon as possible. It was a huge sun of money... Even if I have bought in Bangalore I would have hot it for 400/- (for 20lilybuds) + 350/- (for 20 maroon roses) = total of 750/- for flowers... But what you'll charged me was 2748/- for absolutely nothing.

I have ordered a flower bouqey on[protected] with order id [protected] to be delivered at 513499 on[protected] by 11 am. Before placing the order i confirmed the accuracy of delivery by[protected] since it is very important for me, i was assured delivery by your support team hemant. So i placed order, but when i enquired abt the order on[protected] at 09:10 am, i was told by megha that order has been shipped and it will be delivered by 11 am for sure. But at 11 : 30 am when i asked megha she said she contacted her team and told that they are on the way. But at 13:00 i contacted megha again for the delivery of my order, she redirected me to hemanth. He said order will be delivered by 14:00hrs. But at 17:00pm when i enquired he said merchant is not lifting the call.
This is very bad experience for me as i have a very memorable event and flowers are supposed to reach them. This is not expected from a website like you.
I have payed rs 3249 for this order. This is mere waste of time, money and energy for me. My mental agony should be compensated. I have been following up continusly since 09:00 am ti 17:30 hours with your team. All i received was vague answers.

I would never recommend this site to anyone to order or gifting, you spoiled whole excitement of surprising the loved one🤦‍♀️. I ordered pineapple cake with ferrero rochers but people changed ferrero to dairy milk chocolate WOW! pay for rochers and get dairy milk. Then to compensate, you send cheap quality amrilus lilies and roses AWESOME! and finally comes the cake which had become HALWA from cake by the time it was delivered. And on that 500 delivery charges. I got all this for 2500 which no one would even buy for 500. Please if you can't keep up to what you promise then notify the customer in the first step itself so that they themselves opt for something else. Don't get orders confirmed, and take the payment and then make changes in the order according to your convenience. Pathetic site for ordering flowers, cake or chocolate.

I ordered flowers from flabbry that were supposed to deliver on 14-feb-2019. But flabbry didn't deliver anything and cancelled the order due to non fulfillment of their service committment.

They have kept the money with them under flabbry cash and not giving that back to my bank account. I have tried contacting them time & again but they don't bother to reply even once. They are doing fraud on a huge level as millions of customers have been cheated the same was i was.

It's a fake business. Check their website (It's fake), they don't even have a customer care phone number. They don't keep their promises and don't have the basic decency to refund the money. I lost my money and valuable time.

My order number was [protected]. I order it for feb 14 in kottayam, kerala. They spoiled my day as well as money. Requested many times for a refund. Every time they are teasing me and wasting my time.

This has been the worst online buying experience for me so far. You cant even track your order, you dont have portal for refund claiming. I feel being cheated by the company.

So they asked a confirmation to deliver to the next day 19th february. I asked for refund and it's been five days since then... No reply to chats or mail, can't call them either. I have attached mail that i have sent to them in regard to this

I placed an order for flowers the night before valentine's. The whole day there was no update about the product and then late evening their team sends a 'sorry mail', promising to refund the money.
A complete lie! Because not only did they not deliver they failed to refund the money even though it is stated in their refund policy that they'll refund within 24 hrs.
And on top of that they shamelessly mail saying they'll provide flaberry cash instead of refunding the amount back into the bank account!
After writing tons of emails, i got a mail saying they'll initiate a refund within 24-48 working hours.. But much to my disappointment, it's been 4 days and no reply from their side.
Anyone know a way to sue or report/block such fradulent websites??

On 7th March the amount 498/- Rs has been refunded to my bank account as I wanted.3 weeks later the amount is refunded.The team had notified regarding the same. Flaberry team did not scam and or disappoint, the late replies and miscommunications such as their team sending a mail saying they'll provide with flaberry cash instead of refunding the amount lead me to believe otherwise.But in the end the matter is resolved.Thank you

Updated by beware of fraudsss Today, 7th March my bank account has been reimbursed with the said 498/- amount...So flaberry did refund the amount 3 weeks later.

I am writing this feedback with full of disappointment with flaberry's service. I ordered my bouquet on feb 7th 2019. It supposed to deliver feb 14 th morning 5.30 to 6 am. But it was delivered around 12.30 pm. I am totally disappointed with this. I tried to reach them for the past 2 days (Feb 12th and 13th) because they said they cant give assurance to deliver my order on time when i checked priorly. So i thought of cancel my order but there is no provision to cancel my order in flaberry site (One of the worst online site). Hence i tried to reach them through phone call, chat, email but no response from them. I tried almost 48 hours and then i quit. Also the bouquet which i ordered not exactly as expected. Its just 10% what i have seen as a image. Everything was worst with respect to product, service, tracking, time, etc. Not even 1% was good. If someone ask me about this flaberry i would strongly recommend not to go with this service. I am giving 1 star rating out of 5 or 10. But i am looking if there is any minus rating. Unfortunately i know i cant give minus rating and all. That is what i am giving 1 star rating. Before i ordered, my friend also faced the same issue. I dont think how these flaberry service are running. This service provider not fit for any online service. Usually i wont give any negative rating. But this time i got frustrated like anything and they only pushed me to write this. All because of their worst service. Please dont go with this flaberry site for any online order. This is the worst site and service i have ever seen in my life.

I ordered my product on 14th of feb 2019 at around 11 am and the delivery date was also the same which was 14th feb 2019. But the order is not delivered. I raised a lot of tickets regarding this but human interaction, even no reply to the emails at all. I totally frustrated right now as my hard earned money is getting wasted. Seems like somebody did a fraud and stole my money.
More importantly, this company ruined my valentine as the gift is not delivered to the expected person.
I need my money back as well as i want compensation for my relational issues.
