We tried calling you on your mobile number [protected] around 05:30 PM to connect the on same but we couldn't connect because call was not answered.
We feel sorry to inform you that due to local geographical conditions your order was delivered in the evening on Dec 12th, 2017.
We would also like to inform you that as checked the history of your order we found that one of our executives from customer support team share the information with you on call regarding the changes and the delay in delivery of your order and you were agreed for the same.
However, As we received your complaint, We investigated the case with the store team and found that Cadbury celebration chocolate box was not available in store, hence for the same price Dairy Milk Silk chocolates were delivered.
And, Also please note that the as per your complaint for cake it was delivered fresh but delivered in a carton box, which supposed not to be happen like that it was delivered.

However, We would also like to inform you that as discussed with the Quality team we will provide you with the store credit of Rs.400 [Rs.200(fix time charges) & Rs.200(good will gesture)] which you can use with Flaberry on your next order.
