I had placed an order which was to get delivered by feb 14th, 2018 by 12:00pm. Till today (Feb 15th, 2018 by 1:50pm), there has been no response from their end and no delivery of the order. There is no way of contacting as their customer care number or website grievance section is responding at all. I had placed mutiple complaints yesterday on their website but there has been no response and no refund of the amount as well.

    I ordered valentine day gift with order id #[protected] on 12th feb 2018 from www.flaberry.com which was supposed to be delivered on 14th feb 2018 but still has not been delivered. The current status (As of 15th feb 2018) of the order in the website order tracking portal is "shipped" and delivery date is still mentioned as 14th feb 2018.

    I would now like to cancel my order (#[protected]) and process the refund of amount along with the valentine day surcharge.

      I was trying to contact with customer service for delivery status whole day yesterday but no body responded, its worst service experience i have faces in lifetime, they people do not care about our feelings and emotions, i had ordered gift on valentine to make my valentine special but they mad at worst and they even do not feel their responsibility, they are only a cheaters.

      Now i have to fight for them to getting my money refunded i have lodged the refund request (Support reference id is: 215400) but nobody responded yet, if they people will not respond my request i will not leave this meter asap will drag them into consumer court, i will not let them to cheat people.

        Dear team,

        I ordered roses to be delivered to my husband on valentines day as a surprise to him at his work premises. Hence i ordered and initially the order id never appeared in their system though it was communicated to me through email, so i tried to contact the customer service and the queue was like i am 78th customer waiting to get responded, i even took a chance of waiting for my turn which never happened until 1pm. I somehow later found my order number available under processing status. I thought at least by evening or by night 8pm (As promised by them) the flowers would be delivered. However this never happened nor the customer care bothered to reply back. When i checked today on 15th feb 2018 i see the status as just ordered and nothing else.

        Such a fake company no response, no processing and totally looting all the public money... Government or the consumer forum has to take initiative to close such fake companies in welfare of the consumers. I was deeply hurted by their behavior and a total disappointment. I request someone to take a major action and get this issue and company closed at the nearest.

          For the first time ever, i went with an unknown company instead of ferns n petals and they conveniently ruined my valentine's. I had ordered a bouquet and a card for which they guaranteed delivery the same day. However, even after 24 hrs, the order is still under processing.

          What's amazing is that their customer care line's option of "speaking to an agent" refers you back to their site. Their atrocious customer service only supports online chat (On which no one ever responds) and sms. Wish i had known about this earlier.

          They are total frauds and i'm about to submit a credit card dispute.

            I ordered one cake from flaberry.com order no.[protected]. They deducted money from my debit card. Neither they delivered the cake nor did they refunded my money.
            It is completely a fraud.
            Also there helpline doesnot transfer call to customer care executive.
            Ordering a product seems to be a blunder.
            Is this way the digital india will work?
            These fraud website should be banned immediately.

              I ordered flowers and chocolates using flaberry.com. I received the confirmation mail stating my order is placed and will be delivered. Money got deducted from my account. But order is not delivered. When i go to track order it says no order found with this orderid and emailid. I tried contacting them and they just aren't responding anywhere. Very disappointed with them and the business model of theirs looting money off of people.

                I have ordered flowers last night for a friend as it is Valentine’s Day but unfortunately nor they are delivered and dese people are not even responding to me. I was confirmed they will be delivered today by 8pm and order is still under process. It’s a huge disappointment. I need a refund back as soon as possible for the same .

                  I have ordered a dark forest cake for my dad's birthday on 17th jan 2018 in flaberry.com. But as usual, they couldn't deliver the cake on time or even after the next day. So i requested them to refund rs. 999 which i paid using the flaberry wallet. Now the order status is showing as "refunded", but i neither received the money on my bank account nor on flaberry wallet. I have sent a couple of emails to inquire about the refund status, but no one is replying back. Looks like this website is a scam. Please stay away from this website.

                  My order no.[protected] was supposed to get delivered by 9:30AM on 7-2-2017, but no such thing happened and the status of package was being shown as "IN PROCESS" entire time. There was no response to my enquiries.

                    Ordered 10 pink gerberas in tissue wrap for rs 399 and paid rs 150 for fixed time delivery. My order number is[protected]. The item was never delivered. There was never an attempt by anyone for a delivery. This was a completely a hoax. There is no customer service support. Written to them several times but no response. They are taking advantage of customers faith in online shopping. I demand an explanation from the company for this mishap.

                    I reached out to their online chat and explained the problem, i was assured the problem will be solved. At the end of the i reached out again asking for updaten. Then i was told the item was not delivered yesterday as the delivery person met with an accident. So i asked for a delivery told which finally happened after 2 hours. Atleast they agreed that the delivery was not made yesterday... My ontime delivery charge of 150 rs is wasted.

                      I have placed the order in online, delivery place pin code 577522, after placed the order with online payment, customer care executive called, we are unable to delivery this place.

                      He said amount will refund with 48 hrs, but more than 250 hrs gone, as on date i have not received any refund, in that meantime, i send 20 mails, but nobody reply.

                      Customer care number also nobody lifting. I have enclosed below

                        On 25/12/2017, i placed an order (Flowers & chocolates) to be delivered at balachaur, nawanshahar-punjab (144521).
                        Order no.[protected]
                        Order time : 10:35:42 am ist
                        Payment mode : net banking
                        Amouunt paid : rs.699/-
                        I got confirmation mail regarding my order at 04:07 pm on the same day.
                        But after waiting till 06:30 pm, i enquired about my order and submit an enquiry on the website of flaberry.in response to which i got a call from customer support in which i was informed that we can't deliver flowers at the requested place and instead of flowers, we can deliver 1/2 kg black forest cake with an additional delivery charge of rs.250. I asked him to cancel my order and initiate the refund. Executive told me that the refund would be credited in the flaberry wallet and you can use the same for next purchases. I refused and asked to credit the amount in my account only. Then, he said the refund has been initiated and you will be contacted by refund team within 48-72 hours.
                        After waiting for more than 4 days, on 29/12/2017, i contacted customer support so as to know the status of my refund. After which, i got email from customer support asking for some more time.
                        On 02/01/2018, i requested to refund the amount and also informed that if it didn't happened i will file a complaint regarding the whole issue.
                        But i didn't get any refund in my account till date and no further correspondence from flaberry.

                          I ordered flowers and cake on my friend birthday on 26/12/2017 for rs 799.. Next day i got call from flaberry that's location can't be delivered hence money will be refunded. After that nothing happened. I tried calling and drafting emails more than 20time no response. Hence i have lounched complaint on then here in bangalore local police station and drafted cheating case on 04/1/2018.
                          Horrible experience..

                          First of all u guys doesn't have a helpline number there is no more of verbal contact
                          U guys are always late when it comes to delivery of product
                          Are we fools to pay a good price and not even getting the product on the time allotted

                            Ordered a beautiful cake with flower for birth day occasion to deliver on 12 dec early morning and made additional payment to make early morning delivery. Item received on 12 dec late night. Totally spoiled the birth day event. I did not get the cake what i ordered and no flowers. Instead i got some cheap cake and 3 chocolates with worst packing. Without my knowledge and permission they changed the items and delivered. Still i did not receive my refund amount after sending so many mail and complaints. I request every one not to use flaberry.

I used first time flaberry, i paid my payment on dated 03.12.2017 for delivery on 08.12.2017, but after several mail about my status of delivery i came to know on 08.12.2017 that it will not possible to deliver.                                 I had ordered a flower basket for my husband's birthday at 1:00 pm on 24th oct. I got a call from someone from the team at 1:15 pm saying that they don't have a square basket that i have ordered and were offering me a cheap looking round basket which i didn't like. He called again at 1:21 to confirm that they have been able to arrange the exact same flower basket that i ordered and that everything will be delivered as per my request.in the evening, when i am expecting to receive the product, i get a call again from their team saying they don't have a square basket and that they cannot deliver my order. At this point, he said he will call me back after 10 minutes with some solution to this. I waited for an hour i got no call back. After a lot of struggle with the customer care number and follow ups i finally caught hold of a guy in chat support. Now when it was already late in the day, they said the exact same thing that they cannot provide me the basket i has requested and offered me the cheap looking round basket. I had to finally cancel the order at 8:00 pm with no time left to buy flowers for the occasion. I am highly disappointed!!!

                                  I have ordered tenderness flowers with archies greeting card and my order number is[protected] for 1st oct 2017. The company have called me and said that we cannot do the delivery today because of time constrain and will be delivered with a complimentary gift tomorrow morning between 8- 10 am which was still alright for me. Today morning when i havent received the order the person from customer care (Avinash) said we will proceed with the delivery of yesterday's time slot (4-8pm) with extra charges of inr 200. He also told me we are following company's rules and regulations. When i asked him to connect me to the manager he said he cannot and following company's process. Is this the way to handle a customer and if you are following rules and regulations of the company i think you should have not charged me extra and delivered on time. I have cancelled the order and asked for a refund but still i havent received a single mail in regards to refund or cancellation. I aint going to be quite till i dont get back my refund of inr 520. I will take this to the consumer forum. I have seen lot of complaints about this company and i think it is a fraud company. Everything is unprofessional.

                                    I placed an order for 16th aug 2017 order no :[protected] which was not delivered and no refund was given. Instead of that i had to place an another order with order no [protected] in which i received totally dead flowers almost 2-3 days old that to 11 am in the morning when every thing must be fresh. On top of that customer support person was # mouth and the overall boo-key was not even close to the exact boo-key shown in the picture. They promised and apology chocolate box due to the first delivery issue that too did not received. It was pathetic and really sad experience that they ruined my 2 occasions. I just want to sue them to hell.

                                    I would say rather than sending these kind of stuff do not send to some one special.

                                      Very disappointing as order was not delivered and money not refunded to my bank account despite multiple requests simce last 10 days. Worst online ordering experience ever. Gift was not delivered. If it could not be delivered, they should hve told before taking the order. Afterwards m calling customer care over n over. No one is responding to requests of refunding my money back in my account. Bad experience.

                                        I order one chocolate delight cake & one cadbury celebrations on 30july17 with order no:[protected] to Srinagar uttarakhand which cost be 924 rupees, but nothing has been delivered up till now, they have confirmed me that they will deliver it in time to Srinagar, now when will they refund my money or they will deliver in 1 or 2 days, do I have to go to police station or consumer forum in order to get justice.
