I ordered yesterday flowers n chocolate of rs 798... I had to even pay valentine surge fee... I made delivery request for 14 feb till 9pm... I contacted customer care no response was given they don't reply... We can't call them... My order was not delivered... I want my refund kindly look into this matter... Plz refund my money... I m highly disappointed...

Yesterday, 14 feb.2020 i did place an order on flaberry which they accepted and i paid for it but right after placing order the website stopped allowing me to visit and still my order has not been delivered and no response i have got yet from their side. My order details

This company is a fraud. I bought roses through flaberry for valentines day and money wa deducted from my account through razorpay, but they never delivered or called, and they cannot be contacted. I raised several tickets but there was no response. This company is entirely fraud and needs to be reported. It would be great if this can be reported so that other people are not duped.

Order no [protected] is not delivered or refunded they have promised to deliver it on 14th feb 2020 but failed to deliver it and my amount is not refunded also.. They are not responding to my message also they are just looting the people money and it's a fraud company. So plzz resolve it and make my money refunded by them and let them stop their fake promises provided by them

I have never seen such a fraud company. No response from customer care. My order number was [protected]. I don't think they are going to return the money. I tried calling them several times, but they asked me to send a message. Whenever i send the message i get the same reply. I don't know what to do. I hope consumer complaints could help me, because last time it saved me from another fraud company.

I gandhi have ordered for cake and roses for valentines day. Time slot was 10 to 1 pm but till now nobody showed up and no response from customer service. Then again i placed another order for roses and chocolates with the time slot 2 to 6pm. Same condition with the second order also..

I have order for one who is so special n my special day was spoiled n highly disappointed..

My day will not come back.. Don't repeat this with any one.. Transfer my amount immediately

They provide a time slot they will charge surcharges taxes and all but do not deliver the product at all and there is no possible way to contact them they are cheating people and moreover they are not even responding for a number of complaints too this company must be taken into the notice of cybercrime people they are reckless and taking innocent peoples money and hurting their emotions

Seeing the many complaints i don't think my order will be delivered. I have placed order for special occasion to surprise my wife but now all the plans have been ruined by these cheaters.

How can you reimburse the emotion associated with the gift if you cannot deliver as committed. Such a fraud company cheating customers on day to day basis. Need a take strict action on them. Anyone interested can join me in, i will sure pursue this legally being from a law family.

Ordered cake, teddy and chocolates combo for rs.2360. Monday feb 10/2020 7pm-10pm was the delivery slot. I have also paid extra changes for this time slot selection. Order has not been delivered until now (Feb 11/2020 11am) customer support speaks about refunding in the call but does not send any confirmation mails as promised. Order status is still in process on their website. Recently got to know there are more than 1k complaints about not delivering products on their complaint site.

My name is yamuna... I have been cheated by flaberry... I have ordered cake in flaberry on 2nd february for my loved one... But they didn't delivered the product... And no money was refunded into my bank account... And now they are not responding to me... Its really fake site playing with people's emotions and money... Sooo government should take action against them... Please make sure that my money refund back...

I was booked a serprise gift in 1149 Rs. for my wife on 8 Feb 2020, and company promise with a text line, which was showing on the webpage during the booking that they will deliver gift at midnight. Also after booking, they email me on my e-mail id that is showing, my booking is confirmed with reference no.632262.

Sir please take a legal action against this fraud or scam trap company, which will help others.

I tried to contact their team lot of time but couldn’t get through the call. Raised tickets using their help section also but nothing worked. Instead they changed the status to : delivery attempted.

Which never happened.

I seek help and support in terms of order delivery or my full money refund.

I placed an order for cake and flower on 10th october, 2019 with order no.[protected]. The order couldnt be delivered even after several follow ups and thereafter my refund request of rs 1347 has not been processed till date even after several follow up.

The only way to contact customer care is through chat with their customer care representatives who always promise you to contact you in 48-72 hours and they never contact you.
Rediculous service. This is a fake website.

I placed order on 4th nov for the delivery of flowers on 5th nov (Order # [protected]). They promised to deliver it by 1pm, then said there is a delay and the order will be delivered by 3pm. But till 8.30pm, it was not delivered. On inquiring from the helpdesk, they have only one response, we apologize but have no idea why there is a delay. And they are not doing anything for it. They are also not refunding the amount. This is cheating from the company.

I need the refund for this.

But it is not delivered, and while contacting the customer service, they refused to cancel the order or initiating the refund, simply by saying we are still working on it, and will be delivered shortly.

Also they way they respond to the customers is highly unprofessional.

I ordered a cake on 9 august with order id[protected] that was not delivered to me. So many times i complaint about it but they stopped replying back to me. They are saying they will refund in flaberry account but i dont want to use this company service. So i need my refund in original mode. Kindly refund my money back in original mode. I will be very thankful to you.

I ordered a birthday gift. The order is not yet delivered. Order id :[protected]. I lost my money and trust. Very disappointed and cheated. Flaberry is accepting all the pincodes and at the last minute they will ask for the surcharge amount. We will be trapped at the end. If you can't deliver then why are you commiting. Fake people. Fake app. Dont trust this. Now at least give my money back. The chat support people are giving false promises. Dont do this kind # business.

I'm Ordered a beautiful cake with flower for birth day occasion to deliver on 25th Aug Item received on 25th . Totally spoiled the birth day event. I did not get the cake what i ordered and no flowers. i got some cheap cake worst packing. Without my knowledge and permission they changed the items and delivered. Still i did not receive my refund amount after sending so many mail and complaints. I request every one not to use flaberry.

i had a bitter experience from flaberry.com . I have ordered a combo pack of cake, bouquet and chocolate box for my friends birthday.
The team were quick enough to make us to do the payments. On the day of my friends birthday i came to know that the product is not delivered by the time they had given. then i contacted through their online chat. the worst situation is that these people are not available to contact through calls. When i got the reply, i came to know that their team were not able to get the cake, so i asked them to cancel and initiate refund. They agreed to do so and i arranged a different cake form different place. Later i got a message saying that they got the cake and it is complimentary. i was waiting for the refund for all these days and now they are saying that the money is transferred in my flaberry.com wallet so that i can use it for next time. since the experience was really bad that not with only refund and the bouquet delivered was different from what i ordered. Now they are saying that they cannot transfer my money to bank now and in future if same problem repeats they will transfer it to my bank account itseems.
Please do the needful and extend your help to get the refund in my bank and stop these kind o[censored]ntruthful and fake websites. I am hereby attaching my order number
