I had ordered a flower combo on 10 Oct but still it's not delivered till yet .I have registered so many queries on flaberry site but still it's not resolved .

I had ordered flower bouquet from flaberry.com on October 6 2020 as i didn’t receive any kinda confirmation message and product also not received to the address But my amount had been deducted and still not refunded .order number:[protected]. please solve this issue.

I ordered a couple of things from Flaberry for a friend but the most costliest item on the list which was a plant didn’t get delivered despite this I received an email telling the order was delivered. Since then they haven’t replied to any of my emails or WhatsApp messages or the tickets I have raised. It’s extremely unprofessional.

Placed order 8 days before so that it can be delivered on day it needs to be. That is yesterday 4 aug and hopeless site fails to deliver, hopeless customer support fails to respond. You have no courtesy to even understand the embarrassment that we go through because of you. Its my mistake that i placed order from this site. I want my refund back immediately. This site and your service is fraud. Fraud!!!

Atleast some professional ethics’s should be shown by an organisation. Order #[protected]

Earlier i ordered roses on rose day which was not delivered.. I requested so many times to refund in my account but in vain. It was refunded as flaberry cash.. So i ordered again a month ago to utilise that cash adding some extra amount.. But that order too was not delivered. No refund has been provided yet.. Customer care is not responding.. I want my refund in my bank account

I ordered flowers with Flaberry.com for delivery order number [protected] for Rs. 1499/-. On the day of delivery dated 29/07/2020 they emailed saying that they will not be able to deliver the flowers because of "Flowers shipment is not available". In response I had asked for a full refund in the original method of payment i.e bank account. After this request they have stopped replying to any of my emails/online support chat even after multiple request. The company doesn't have a phone listed anywhere for engaging with customers directly and their online chat has completely been non-responsive.

On further enquiry I have that many other customers have been defrauded by this company in similar manner and this their usual method of scamming innocent customers. Also evident for 196 similar complains registered on this forum. They have used the following emails to communicate:

The website is https://www.flaberry.com/ and Razorpay was the facilitator for payment as payment gateway.

There is no way i can check the order status. Nobody is even responding. I am unable to connect with anyone to understand what's happening. Worst customer service i have ever had. I have been struggling since last 2 days. When order is supposed to be delivered on the same day but there is no way i can know the status. And also website/ app are not at all helpful. Either they should provide a clear information on what is happening with the order or give full refund. I have written some 10 mails to them, and raised tickets for complaints but yet no response from their side.

I ordered a cake and a bouquet of roses on[protected] through this site called flaberry with amount of 1997 /-, it was supposed to be delivered on[protected] between 10a. M to 10 p. M on[protected] i messaged enquiring regarding the expected time of delivery they said that it would be delivered before 7 p. M.
At 5p. M i received a email stating that they won't be able to deliver it, they will deliver it next day. I requested to cancel this order and refund the amount. They cancelled the order and told that money will be refunded within 24 hours. Today i messaged them a several times regarding the refund. There is no reply. Kindly do the needful. Make the company seal.
Worst service ever. No extra amount is credited in the below said flaberry wallet. The page can't be found.

I Paid Flaberry Around 3000 Rs, 2 Months Back To Deliver Flowers And Sweets. When Nothing Happened For 2 Weeks, I Tried To Raise Complaint. No Customer Care Number, Just A Ticket Portal Which Was Not Working. After Several Attempts Logged A Ticket And A Person Avinash Pandey Replied After 2 Weeks Saying They Will Act In A Couple Of Weeks. It's Been More 2 Months Now, They Are Not Responding To Mails And FB Messages. A Bogus Company, Scamsters. Avoid Using It. I See They Have Cheated A Lot Of Customers In The Same Manner.

I order a bookey on 8june by mistake i cancelled the order nd then after i continuously trying to connect the call but they not responding on my call nd not even give my refund back

I have placed an order on 14th feb 2020 which was placed successfully and the payment of rupees 1, 303 was deducted at the same time. The order was never delivered and the order status was pending due to payment gateway has not confirmed the same.

I tried to connect with them for the order stats with no success. Their contact number is not working and they haven't replied on chat as well.

After 5-7 days, they have replied on chat and mentioned that the refund has been initiated and will be sent to the original source of the payment.

Later on, i have received a reply from them on the email which i have raised to their customer portal. They mentioned that they will refund the amount in the flaberry wallet only. I tried to connect with them again as i requested the refund in my original source of the payment but not receiving any update from them.

I also connected with their payment partner "rozarpay" however, they have mentioned that they cannot do anything as the payment was successful from their end.

Their executive mentioned that they are not able to resolve this issue and i need to connect with my bank for the dispute.

I had placed an order on flaberry, however, due to them not being able to deliver it from the same merchant, i had requested for a cancellation and refund. I had paid for the order using my bank account and i was told that the refund would be processed in 5-7 business days. However, i now receive an email stating that they've refunded the amount to my flaberry wallet.

How is this even possible?? I need a refund to my bank account onlyy!!!

The customer care team does not bother to reply or do anything about it.

Moreover, considering this was my 1st order and 1st ever bitter experience, i will never consider placing an order from their website

I have ordered twice from them but they didn't delivered my order once and now i am asking for refund they are not responding and blocked my number.
First order was on 13feb for rs 897.
They failed and didn't even replied to emails. These people don't have any contact number to talk. Then again on 20 feb i ordered after their email in which they promised to deliver my order. But they are so insensitive that again they didn't delivered my order. Now it has been a week me asking them for my refund. But they aren't responding. Yesterday i found they have a fraud number+[protected]. On calling some girl said yes she will refund and send me email. But today they have blocked my number and there is no such email. I wonder how they are fearless and ditch so many money from all the corners of country. Please don't ever use this site. It's a request to all. Their delivery charges are so high. This is a fraud site.

I ordered on 14th feb and product (Gift) was to be delivered on the same date but they did not deliver. After so many mails they replied so late and apologised but stopped responding when asked for refund. To add to the misery they asked the recepient of the gift to come and pick up the gift as they could not deliver to the place. Now they dont respond.

I have ordered one bouque for my mom n dad's anniversery on 18 feb 2020, it was supposed to be delivered on 19 feb 2020 till 1 pm (According to selected slot time). But till 9.00 pm the order was not delivered and even today on 20 feb 2020 the team is not replying to any mails and messages. Even the customer care number is switched off.
Hoe irresponsible the team is to rply to nay messsages and mails

I have issued a order no:[protected] on 13th february and did not received any delivery i have paid them 919rs they had been cheated me and they didn't deliver any thing to my address and cheated me without refunding any amount to me... They are fraud people looting all peoples amount and not delivering anything and not refunding the amount alsooo... Plzz take action on them and make my amount to be refunded.. Payment has been deducted but product not delivered and now when im asking for refund they dont respond, but just send automated emails for complaint receipt. Status shows that amount refunded to flaberry case but i want the money back to my bank account from where i paid and not in their website account.

Hi. I made an order# [protected] for rs. 399, for my sister in mumbai, on feb. 13th, 2020 (To deliver on 14 feb) but it is not yet delivered. They do not reply on chat and customer care number doesn’t work. Someone called from ‭+91 [protected]‬ and said they will deliver on 15th but not delivered again. Such a fraud they are. Not picking calls as well

I had ordered a delivery of 1000rupees on 12th deb which was supposed to get delivered on 14th feb. There has been no response nor update regarding the delivery. Since there us no contact number i [protected]@d complained 100times yet no response. I needbthevrefund or some update regarding the delivery. Such cheaters. Chee. Shame on you people. Your company will be sued

I have ordered flowers worth rs1923 to be delivered on 14feb2020 but there is no response and no way of communication.
Customer care support numbers are down, chat support disabled, whatsap chat support also not responded. Flawberry and anurag srivastava is doing total fraud and playing with emotion of the people.

I want my money to be refunded asap.
