This is me Priya..I hav placed a order on 25 May 18 but I didn’t get the order..so I tried to contact the customer care through mobile but I failed..but finally I talked to ur executive regarding my order I’d[protected]... then he told ur money was deducted but order did not delivered due to some problem..so finally he told i wil arrange a call from our refund team n your money wil b refunded back in your account..but till the date I didn’t received any call from any side...this is so frustrating..disgusting...this is simply a cheating from ur side..my request to you guys pls refund my money n pls don’t allow me to do something else..this is my last request otherwise I wil file a complaint against ur company/website flaberry.com...

I ve ordered a cake and a bunch of flowers (Order no:[protected] for my friend’s birthday yesterday... They did’nt deliver it and moreover did’nt show the responsibility to inform about it!!! The most fake online site i’ve ever seen!!! Tried to contact the customer care but had no response!!! Atlast they sent me a mail at night saying that they can’t deliver to that area and instead they will sent a pack of chocolates via courrier within 5-7 working days!!! Who needs a surprise after 7 days of birthday!!! And so i need the money back instead... Refund me!!!

They promptly hang up on u and tell u to report the issue through a link. Want an immediate refund... And i don't mean one where u say refund is in process and u take more than a week to get that job done too... I can see from google reviews that u guys have cheated many more customers of their money and if at all this is not resolved. I will do my very best to report u to cyber cell and make sure your fake website which works only at the money payment portal is taken down and the concerned people will be answerable.

Order about to deliver on 13th may 2018 for my mom (Mothers day) and i am raising this concern on 15th may 2018 11:02 am.
Order status is still showing in progress and not able to reach customer support handy. Please refund the amount or you will have to face the consequence.

I had placed an order to deliver flowers to my husband for valentines day but the given slot went by, no response from customer care, i am quite sure its a fake no., tried contacting their chat on site, the man went round and round but did not tell me when the flowers would be delivered... A few days later, they refunded the amount in a form of flaberry cash and promised that the next time this wont happen. I thought o[censored]sing the same for mothers day, again the time slot has gone past and i cannot get in touch with them.
They have no value of occasions/emotions associated. If they cant handle it, why do they take orders.
The worse is there is no response from them.

So as i have read other reviews as well... Mine is pretty same. My order was cancelled by them and they confirm to refund my money but surprise to my knowledge when i called the customer care i came to knw that they are total fraudsters... When u call them an automatic reply came that they have to some automation process for resolving customer queries promptly...#!!! They are jst befooling client... We cant talk to them there is no fb acc or mob app or even we cant put reviews on there website... M sure this z a fake site and i m fail to understand if ppl are so much complaining regarding this site why it is still not banned... A month is passed n i have not recieved my money back... After all the emails when i researched abt them and came to knw that this is a fake site... Mr anurag shrivastav founder of this company cant he be caught by police or media or consumer protection forums???

I ordered[protected] a cake rs.1299/- for my 14th anniversary. After payment they said delivery is not possible in that area. They said they'll send chocolates but nothing came. I asked them for refund till now i've not got any response. Pls call back and let me know what's happening.. I'm in financial fix. I need the money back. Pls don't do like this to public..

I had ordered from here. But they didn't deliver my order to my destination saying that due to geographical condition it can't be delivered. Ok, fine. Order got cancelled and i mailed several times for refund of my money but they didn't return my money even after two months passed. They don't even bother to respond. Very very bad services. I advice not to purchase from here. They are robbers. They are fraudster.

I ordered flower on 14th feb'18 for same day delivery for jamalpur bihar. It was not delivered and hence i canceled the order and asked the team to refund the amount in my bank account. When i am tracking the order it says refunded but i don't know where amount been credited. There is no customer care representative whom we can talk. After writing multiple mails also we are not getting the response. I want my money back - its rs. 2400+

'hopeless' florist shop service. I ordered a boquet online to be delivered on a specific location but to my surprise it was never delivered and nor my money was credited back to my account but instead they credited the amount to flaberry account which is of no use cause i am unable to use that credit and i am so disappointed. I feel cheated and all i want is this fraud company to shut down their business.

I ordered flowers and cakes on 28th feb 2018 to deliver it on the same day in nabinagar, aurangabad, bihar. Based on my choice of flowers and location the price was inr 1268 which i paid online.

But neither i got the delivery nor any call or contact

I contacted customer care several times. I mailed to customer care

I went with online chat... But nothing happened.

I have ordered cake, flower and greeting card prepaid.I have clearly mentioned same to be delivered before 1 PM next day whereas as per normal delivery it should have delivered by 8 PM evening.Order was placed and showing in process till evening which is showing refunded [protected]@10 PM.

I tried all means to connect to customer care, even write a complain to them, mailed them, also mentioned I will sue complaint against you all in court.No response even after that.

I want my refund asap.And alleged company for fraudulent activity.Severe action should be taken against such cheater company.

I am not going to stop here.

I had placed an order and paid for it using debit card for a bouquet to be delivered on 14th february to iit bihta patna. It wasn't delivered and on 15th i got a mail that flower delivery is not possible to that location. Now my order is prepaid and hasn't been delivered. The support has stopped responding to my queries. I need a response! I have the receipt in my mail if it is required. The order number is[protected]

I hadn’t placed an order on 15th february 2018. The cake had to be delivered that day at midnight. Thr order was bot delivered. When i checked the status on 16th february 2018, it showed cancelled and refunded. Flaberry had cancelled my order, even without letting me know. Its been 4 days, i have still not got my refund. I have been creating complain tickets on their website, have called them, but i have till date got no reply.
This was my first order with flaberry, and i will make sure none of the 400+ people at the ongc colony at nazira makes an order from you.

I'm really disappointed from your service. I request mid night delivery for order no.[protected] on 18.2.2018. They are making us fool by appling extra charges for midnight delivery. But they did not deliver it on time. Delivery after time is useless for me. So i want refund.
I paid 300 more for this mid night delivery. But we still did nor get this. So i want to cancel this order and want my money back.

On 14 th feb2018, i placed the order which said -1) heart shaped basket with flowers on it (Containing 15 roses and some white) (699 rs) 2) cadburry choclate worth (225)
They took surcharge of 250. Total 1073 approx

Then also i dint get satisfactory product, it wasnt heart shaped basket, 10 roses and few white having bad condition 2) and choclate wasnt cadbury it was twix worth 100.

I got product which was different from what i have ordered. Its worth of 300 rs

I gave them refund request on that time only but no reply and they r not picking my call too

Anurag srivastava, the founder of this fraud company named flaberry.
They are complete fraud just opened a website to cheat innocent peoples and their emotions.
They will take money but will not deliver the product to the destination.
The customer service is worst. They never respond to the messages, mails and the calls.
The products shown in the website, and the product which you chose to delivered will never get delivered and even if it gets delivered they will not deliver the same product and the quality of the product will also be very bad.
They are not even refunding the money, neither they are responding.
Fraud website and their services.
I will not recommend anyone to even see their product.
If they want the happiness of their loved one and want to surprise them with good stuffs.. Then avoid flaberry.
They don't even deserve a single star.

I have to canceled my order they were asking extra charge on the day they has to deliver the parcel... So i asked them to cancel my order and refund me the amount, which they said it will be credited to my flaberry account... Which i can't see till today... It's been 3days. Very very bad service... Seems like they robbing people in the name of flower delivery.

I have ordered a birthday cake and a buke of rose in this website and paid the amount. My order I\’d was[protected]. I ordered on 26th January 2018 and the products has to be delivered on 1st February. But on 31st jan they called me saying that they cant deliver due to shortage of employee and hence I asked them to refund my money. The amount was 1548.00. After that they have never replied, I sent two mails asking the status, but never got reply. The reference Id of my mails are 200074 and 201169. I don't know what to do. Plz suggest.

This is in reference to my order no. [protected] of an amount of Rs. 548.10 (PAYTM payment screenshot attached for reference). The order was for a bouquet of roses that was supposed to be delivered on 14.02.2018. No order was delivered on 14.02.2018. So I tried contacting their customer care number which does not allow to connect with any of Flaberry's executives. I registered multiple request via their website with request IDs as 215448, 215325 but no action was taken. I also tried contacting Flaberry through Facebook.com. Someone replied from their end stating they'll revert after checking the status (screenshot of chat also attached). But no one replied there after. Since then I have been trying to contact them so that at least I get me money as a refund. I have also raised a request ID 215767 on their website for the same but no response yet. This is completely unacceptable as a customer. At least I should get my money back. That's least one can expect.
