I didn't receive the flowers i paid rs 599/- for dated 26 jul.
Inspite of repeated mailers and calling them over phone to refund my money back, even after 14 days, i am yet to get my refund in my bank account.
When asked for refund they are just saying it has been credited to my flaberry account. Why the hell i need to maintain flaberry account. I dont need any.
I want the money to be credited back to my bank account with immediate effect. Please let me know whom to reach /escalate to get my refund in bank account.

Hi i placed a order with falberry and the order i'd is[protected], due to some reason i called them to cancel this and the customer service people were so rude i asked them for a refund after cancellation and they said the money will go the falberry account not to bank account. Will place use flaberry again and not will recommend anyone howevers startup is this dude u will never be successful if this kind of attitude remains.

I have placed a order on 3 july 2017 for rs 599 /- and they have accepted the order for that pin code. The order was supposed to be deliver next morning and till evening of next day they were saying order is under process and than they say they can't deliver on that pin code. I asked for money to be refunded back to my bank account and there customer executive said it will be done within 2 days and today is 17 july 2017, i have not got my money back. I have contacted them numerous times through emails and calling their customer care number but there is no clear response. Companies like this with so many complaints should be dealt strictly and there registration should be cancelled. They are professional cheaters.

Highly unprofessional. No timely delivery. Pathetic customer care. I had placed order no. [protected], 2 days prior to delivery. Time slot given was 8 am to 12 pm. Upon calling customer care at 11.30 am, they say that being remote location, order delivery time cannot be confirmed

What is the point of getting flower delivery in the evening or night.

Worst service is this the wat you treat customers id you do this who order from your site i need my money if it disnt happen i vl complain and spoil ur fame and name. By taking this issue to social bet wroking site. Kindly return my money [protected]. How ridiculous what is the use of doing shopping on ur site when you dont give trust to the customers! Stop this cheating business! Return my amount. I am taking this very seriously..

I have booked cake after taking confirmation from customer care about the delivery location vide order no [protected] but as usual they have not delivered and when asked about refund they did not initiate refund also even after talking to customer care more then 5 times. They have not refund the money back.

They always say we will call you shortly about payment. But that shortly never happened.

I ordered flowers from this site on fathers day worth rupees 624. The order should deliver in morning slot but after sending multiple mails to customer care i did not get any response nor the item delivered. Now the status is showing as money refunded but it not came in my account. I am feeling like cheated by this site. Customer service is worst i have ever seen. If they can not deliver they should say that. They are not responsive at all. I just want my money back in my account. It is really disappointing for me to chose this site. My order no. I had ordered cake and greeting card to be delivered on 18 june 2017. Till now they have not delivered anything. When i connected to their customer team, they said sorry order can't be delivered as the location is far away. Then why did they take my order. Customer care representative was not responding properly, he is saying for refund finance team will call in 48-72 hours. Cheaters, why did they take order if it can't be delivered and why can't they process refund within 24 hours.

I never knew iam being cheated when i ordered mixed rose bouquet for my parents on their wedding anniversary. They didn't call me to initiate a delivery, instead they cooked up a story telling somebody attented the call and was not willing to pay the delivery charges. Calling their their customer care the next day on may 17th, they told me it will be delivered on 17th by 4pm stating mine was a remote location. Point to be noted is that AMAZON, FERNS N PETALS Have delivered pridoucts to my door step which these cheaters flabbery team state as a remote location.
They offered me their gift coupon as refund, which ism not interested. I want my money to be refunded to my account i have told, but still no response From Flabbery till 3rd june 2017.

I have ordered chocolate bouquet on 27th may 2017 for my wife's bday which was on 28th may 2017. I chose the timing 8am to 12.30pm slot on 28th for delivery. But on 28th at 12.15pm i received a phone call from flaberry saying that the product which i have ordered is not available with them so she gave me option to replace order and told me the product details which she is replacing with old one. 1. Red roses bouquet with 10 to 15 flowers. 2. Chocolate bouquet with 10 to 15 big size dairy milk chocolates. 3. Celebration chocolate pack. So i said yes and told her to go ahead with replacement. Now problem is they delivered only one bouquet few flowers and few chocolates. When i called customer care asked an explanation they hanged my phone after that they didnt even receive my calls keep disconnecting the calls. Flaberry is cheating customers and doing fraud. Dont buy anything from this website guys it will ruin your surprise.

Hi this was my order no[protected] placed on 15th May. Falberry did not deliver the cake. Moreover, when contacted you guys for refund i had been told that would be getting the call from flaberry with in 48 hrs which did not happen. Its 10 days now, if i do not get my refund with in next 24 hours i will am taking action against you guys for cheating customers. This is high time.
CS team drafts response that the token has been created. That is forcing to buy from you guys. The order was not delivered from your end. i need the amount refunded.

There is this some kind of fake site to loot people?
I am trying to reach them from last 2 days. I have ordered flowers for my mother on mothers day which never got delivered and customer care picked my phone once disconnected and then never picks again.
I have paid 400 for the order.
I am going to report this site in cyber crimes as well and will make sure strict actions are taken against them.

Ordered a bouquet on mother's day for delivery in ranchi, they claim to deliver the same day. Their customer care is very poor, i called about a 100 times and no one answered.
Then the next day they say they delivered it, i did not get any delivery. They probably sent it out to some other address and when i am asking for the signature and phone number proof they are saying they have delivered it and end the chat.
This is a very messed up and unorganised website, they are not even refunding people's hard earned money.

I am kavya from bangalore ordered a cake online through flaberry.com website, delhi on ocassion of mother's day to rohini, new delhi order id bearing number[protected]. I had selected an order slot of 8am to 12 pm delivery slot. I was waiting for my mom to call me that she has been received the order, but no!!! I kept calling these people they never picked the calls, meantime when they picked they convinced me as it was a big ocassion we have several orders to deliver all over the city it would take some time and assured that order is out for delivery and will get delivered withing 8pm!!! But again a no... It was a disaster that day. I am staying so far from my home and thought to make my mom happy but these people have played with my feelings and cheated me for inr399. They are so disgusting. I also cross checked using track order wherein i found my order was still processing it was never shipped at all!!! They kept lieing all over that order is out of delivery. So called manager of this company should be kicked or beaten black and blue as he doesn't care for customer's happiness. Then what sort of business he is doing!!! Its no use if they convince now to deliver on the random day other than the ocassion. I need my money refunded back to my account asap. I kindly request consumer forum guys to track these stupid people who are cheaters!!! The owner himself would have celebrated mother's day with the same money which he ate from several customers like me!!! I wonder.

I had ordered for a bouquet of flowers for mother's day but it still has not been delivered. They don't have a direct contact number.how does one contact them. They better refund by money. They have a order status number but every time u call them it says your order is being processed right now. The whole day passed and there is no other response from them.

I ordered bookey and chocolates through flaberry.com on 10th may 2017, which was supposed to be delivered on 14th may.My order no. is[protected]. Its very upseting to know that oder was never delivered and costumer care never answers calls. After 6hrs of continuos trial my call got connected and only answer i got was it was under process. The realilty is that they themselves don't know the status of the order. Its very unfair to cheat people like this. I want my money back. I will never refer people to book any gifts from flaberry.com as it SPOILS the whole occasion. If you are really ashamed please refund my money back.

I have place order to deliver on 10th may'17, but it was delivered on 11th may'17.

I have planned my anniversary occasion on 10th mid night as surprise gift. And i place the order on 10th may around 12:00pm.

Flabeery is ready to deliver on same day itself.

Based on their confirmation i placed order and i waited for complete night but nothing was delivery to me.

No call /no mailing regarding not deliver. Next day i was called customer service then team was saing cake was not prepared.

Then next day later 2 pm they called we dont have any parterns due that we couldnt delivery your order they said,

Ince i dont understand how flaberry teams are playing with customer emotions.

Even money is not credit on immedialy, they said will take 10 day of time to return money that too on flabeery account not on any bank. This is indirect way of influencing customer to use their flaberry services with crediting money into flaberry account.

Then ur customer care executive call me for and told me that if i want to resend flowers... Then i give 150/- he told me that he will send me a link to pay this extra money. He didn't send me link. When receiver going to ur office for taking flowers sender not giving him flowers and told that the order was cancelled... Really very dissapointed moment for me... I don't expected to ur company... Plz refund my money...

Request everyone not to order anything from this website. I had called them before placing an order to confirm whether they can deliver the cake for a birthday. After i got the confirmation i placed an order[protected] and on the date of delivery, i get a call saying it's not possible to deliver the cake.

I requested to raise the complaint (Ref no. 169540) and within 15 mins of complaint registered the order status got updated as amount refunded. It's been a week and till today no news of refund. I reached out to customer care and i came to know that they haven't even raised the request for the refund.

I would say don't waste your time, money and effort to place an order as it will spoil your special occasion.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers, a teddy and chocolates ( order no:[protected] from flaberry on 29 March. The delivery was due on 30 March in the morning slot 9 am to 12 noon). I got a call at 11am to pay Rs 150 extra as the location is far away. I paid that extra amount also. The order was delivered at 4 pm. Moreover the order was not the one I ordered. Instead of exotic chocolates as written in the details, there were some local chocolates and flowers were also not of same color
