Updated by piyushthakur My order ([protected]) was supposed to be delivered by 20:00 on 9-2-17,
but still at 20:19 on 10-2-17 it has not been delivered,
at 20:40 on 9-2-17 i was informed that my order can not be delivered on time e.i. by 20:00 on 9-2=17,
and they asked if they can deliver it by 20:00 on 10-2-17,
and when i asked for cancellation of my order, i was informed that they would only transfer my money in form of store credit, instead of refunding my amount.
now after this worst service, the store credits are useless for me, as i am never going to shop on this website ever,
so,
I gave them clear instructions to deliver my order by 16:00 on 10-2-17,
they assured me to keep this matter in priority, and will try to make it possible by 16:00 on 10-2-17,
but it still has not been delivered.
there is no response from website or customer care,
even the chat box has been removed from the website,
i can not find another way to communicate with them,
and now that, the day has gone and it was a gift, the order has no meaning anymore, so I want to request full refund of my purchase.
