I would like to first highlight here that this so called florist "Flaberry" should be renamed as "Robbery". They are selling flowers but after placing an order, they do not have any way to track your order. Their delivery time is upto 8pm. Somebody ask these, who would be sitting in the office until 8 pm to receive a surprise delivery. After contacting them multiple times, I got different replies from different customer care representatives. Sometime they put you on hold infinitely. Sometimes they would say the delivery will be done before 5:30 pm, sometimes 8:00 pm and so on. All I can say is, these are stupid dukaan walas kind of people trying to deal with professionals. Please it is my humble request keep away from this fraud so called florist company "Flabbery". They will ruin your day and you will just keep on following up for your delivery.

    My order no is [protected]. I paid the amount in advance but the receiver did not get the product at all. No response from the customer care. Nobody is picking up the phone. I want my money back.
    Cheaters. Take money but don't deliver anything.

    Customer care is not responding

    I Have placed an order 4 days before and when the day of the delivery comes, i tried calling to the customer care to check the status of the order.No one is picking up the call, neither replying to the mail

      I ordered a bouquet a week back but they didnt deliver it.without any prior notice they cancelled it and now they are not refunding my money. Not even a single mail or message has been sent as refund status.

        Hi All,

        I have ordered 3 bouquet today with ordered number [protected] at 5.25 PM.

        After confirming my order, I have tried customer care number multiple time but they have not picked my call and no call from delivery person till now. This is very disappointing for me to celebrate a day with cheers.

        Even i have dropped email to customer care, they have not responded.

        If my order will not be delivered today from Flaberry.com .Kindly cancel it and refund my money back Tomorrow.

        The website talks of first order free delivery but after paying and booking, I got a call to pay 150 extra for delivery.

          I ordered flowers(order id: [protected]) and told the customer care people to add a message as there was no option of adding a message on their new android app, their customer care people said they'll add, just to make it sure i contacted them again to verify if it has been added or not and their answer was yes, still it dint get delivered, whats the sense of sending something without a name, . My money got wasted and when contacted the customer support they said we wont do anything. People i request you not to buy anything from flaberry.com Please else you have go through same circumstances and problems.
          The worst company ever, worst customer care ever.
          Dont buy anything from this website, they cheat people and make us fool.

            Ordered a bouquet of flowers online through www.flaberry.com. Online payment was made Nov 1, 2015. The order was never delivered, no delivery person ever called the recipient. Order no [protected] as per their records. I can provide the transaction number of the online payment, if required. Attaching the 2 images of mail conversation, they also accepted the delivery failure over phone call. Resolution wanted: Refund the amount of order made + cost of international calls made to the support team (Rs.300 + Rs.200 = Rs.500).

            This website is looting the people. This is a fraud company. Their customer support is pathetic. They just keep telling lies on mails and phone calls. 2-3 weeks back, they informed me 2 times over call that refund is initiated. Such a fraud company, I don't know how they are surviving in market.

              I have placed an order, and in the day of delivery when i callled to know the status .they said that the gift which i have choosed is not available for the delivered city. then i changed my order.but its not delivered. now they are not refunding my money as well as when am calling then there is noresponse from customer support.

                    I had ordered flowers for mothers day Order No : [protected] . The customer service team kept promising that the delivery would happen the same day of Mothers Day. But when i checked again in the evening they gave a lame excuse saying that i had ordered late and so the delivery would be next day. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund; i received an email from their customer service saying that my refund would be in my bank account within 10-15 days...now after 17 days when i check with them Guess What ?? - Lame excuse again - "Due to technical issues my refund was not initiated and would be done shortly" One of the worst services i have ever faced . You can say flaberry.com is a measure against which worst service can be measured. Bottomline : Screwed my mother's day experience and now screwed with my money as well. The hell with you guys...I believe this is the only way you guys can earn your daily bread - by cheating...

                      Order number # [protected] This site is all sham - They have a website loaded with bugs... they are horrible with customer service &communications. it all started on that day I don't know why on earth only did I have to think of this pathetic site for flowers & cake delivery for my husband on Valentines day - So I placed an order for Valentines day(Flowers & a Cake) & nothing got delivered, so I called their customer service asking what happened- Their explanation - I ordered after the cut off time, hence no delivery. Fine, fair enough- but if I was ordering after the cut of time then why on earth did their site allow me to make a payment - now that the payment is made - isn't it their responsibility to contact the customer, inform & process Refund even before I asked. Either ways, I called asked for a refund, its 11th May 2015 & I still didn't get any refund. Sent multiple mails, multiple calls but still no refund and no RESPONSE. Apart from that, their excuses are lame, and they treat the customer with no respect. Absolutely No Respect. They don't understand its not bout the money, it's bout the principle and that occasion.

                        Booking was done against order no [protected] (placed on April 19, 2015 1:08:45 PM IST) . Surprisingly tracked the order over phone 5 times . But till 7.15 pm today goods not delivered and there call center has no specific reasons . Want to get back my money . Also thanks a lot to all concerned for spoiling the celebration . It may be a company associated with such fradulent activities. Kindly refund back my money .

                          I placed this order on http://www.flaberry.com/ on 4th March for what they describe on their website as `Love Compassion' & `Pink Beauty' & paid Rs.3, 398.30 for my wife's birthday today. When I saw what was delivered was absolutely not as per the quality description on the website, I immediately called up customer service & complained & send them a mail regarding the same. In response they gave me a lame excuse that the flowers delivered were fresh & that their supplier was inundated with women's day rush orders & hence supplied whatever they could find. I had asked them to take back the flowers as soon as they were delivered & refund my money as the attached pics will prove that this is nothing less than outright cheating. Anil

                              Guys just want to share my worst online shopping experience ever from www.Flaberry.com, I placed order three days before on this site, I got order confirmation too, But last minute when I called them for status they said we cant deliver for this address and your order has been cancelled, But I have checked at the time of placing order, delivery for this address was available, They cancel order without even informing me, If I not called then I could even not get information that my order is cancelled and top of that when I said why this thing is not informed before then I got pathetic answer ever, ‘Its up to us when we want to cancel order we can’. Please be aware from this kind of site, They will definitely ruin you all surprise at last minute. And please help me with share this so that people can know what kind of fraud is going on. AND TOP OF ABOVE NO REFUND HAS MADE !!!

                                Hi, I am Saranya .I ordered a cake worth 700/- to be delivered on November 2, 2014.I was told that the order will be delivered before 6 PM.When I reached out to the customer care I was told that I can expect deliver by 6.30 PM.But even after that it was not delivered, when I called them one last time to check to my shock the customer care executive told there are unable to be in touch with the local delivery center I waited until 7.30 PM and cancelled the order.So all these time I was being cheated that it will be delivered on time. MOral of the story: 1.Birthday was never celebrated 2.My entire special is spoiled waiting for the cake to be delivered. 3.I was cheated literally all the time when i called by the customer care executives 4.I have paid for the order. 5.The executives of customer care said they will reach in another 20 mins before 2 hours . Can someone from Flaberry please address my concern and atleast refund my money?

                                  I placed an order on[protected] for a flower bouquet to be delivered by midnight of[protected]. I made the payment and received an email confirming the receipt and delivery of the order. I was charged extra Rs. 300 for their midnight delivery. But the item was not delivered and Flaberry.com breached the trust leaving me feeling harassed and cheated. There is no contact information during midnight hours to track the delivery of the item. I believe that the website is a fraudulent one and many consumers could be trapped in their seemingly fake online services.

                                    I had placed an order for a cake to be delivered for my friend's birthday on flaberry.com (Order Number: [protected]). There is an option to get the delivery by midnight if we pay an additional Rs.300/-. I selected the option and paid the amount through net banking. Immediately I received an email confirming my order in which the midnight delivery was clearly mentioned. We were waiting for the delivery and it not happen. The customer care no. will respond only during the day so I had no way of knowing if the delivery was late or not being processed. The next day I tried to contact them after 10.00 AM but could not connect even after several attempts. Later I logged on to their website and found a Live chat option. When I raised the query, I was told that since I placed the order after 8.00 PM, they could not deliver. What I don't understand is why you accepted the payment and sent me a confirmation mail. Even then if you could not deliver, it was your responsibility to let me know before hand rather than leaving us high and dry.

                                    After posted the above complaint, I immediately received a call from this number +91 [protected], The person on the other side introduced himself as a representative of Flipkart/Flaberry and instructed me to log on this website http://www.bankingdivision.net/ and if i wanted my refund I have to fill in my net banking id, password and transaction password.

                                    Some how felt this is not the procedure. When i questioned him he just cut the call. People please be aware do not enter tour details. Read form another post that they have deducted 25k and now not traceable
                                    Same experience, people do not get trapped in such fraud sites which asks for details like CVV, Password and One Time Password too.

                                      I wanted to order a cake for my 6 years old son who is currently in Indore and decided to use http://www.flaberry.com/ for the same. My mistake was that I chose http://www.flaberry.com/ for this. I ordered a cake to be delivered to my son on 26th May 2014 with Order #[protected] (placed on May 26, 2014 3:05:00 PM IST). I got a mail from flaberry.com on 27th May mentioning that cake has been delivered to my son. I checked with my son and he told me that cake has not been delivered. So I sent a mail to customer care of flaberry asking for the confirmation. Later in the day they called and told me that my son refused to take the delivery of cake. I asked them how a 6 year old who is waiting for the cake can refuse the delivery. They had no answer to it. I then asked them if cake was not delivered, why did they sent a delivery confirmation mail to me? They had no answer for that also. I asked them to provide me all the details like who refused to accept the delivery, what was the time delivery was planned etc. but they had no answers to any of these questions. They told me on 27th that they'll get back to me with all the answers in a hours time. It has been 3 days now and they have not even bothered to call me. I am sorry to say but they really disappointed me and my kid who was waiting for the cake. I had told him on phone that he'll receive the cake and he was eagerly waiting for it. More than the money that I spend, I feel bad to hurt his emotions. flaberry.com took the money also and never delivered on their promise. I guess their plan is make money like this only. So please be careful while ordering from flaberry.com. I really think that they never planned the delivery and just made excuses.

                                        This is in reference to the order I placed yesterday for a bouquet to be delivered on 12th March 2014 (Order No.[protected]) to my wife on our anniversary. I am highly disappointed with the service and the quality of flowers provided by you. Firstly I placed the order at 12:13 PM under regular delivery. I understand there is no committed time under regular delivery, however the bouquet reached the destination after 6:30 PM and that too after numerous calls to your call centre. Since 12:30, the only information your executives had was that the order is out for delivery. It is rather astonishing that for a company of your fame, a local Gurgaon delivery takes 6 hours!!! Already half of my anniversary was spoilt because of this delay as I persuaded my wife to stay back in office so that she is able to receive it, and to top it all when the bouquet arrived, it was a complete shock I ordered for Smile on the Face Bouquet listed in your website (image attached with the email i have sent to '[protected]@floshowers.com') which clearly states that it consists of 14 roses. Going by the image, I selected this one for my wife. However the bouquet I received was not even 10% close to what you have depicted in the website. Below are my reasons of saying so: · Only 12 flowers were there instead of the 14 mentioned in your website The packaging was done in a cheap cellophane paper with an untidy wrinkled yellow bow, which again is not even .5% close to the image mentioned in the image you have depicted The yellow roses were dried up and had brown patches all over it. Moreover the fillers were all dried up – again not even comparable to the image you have mentioned I understand the product can differ from the image mentioned in the website – however there is a limit of difference one can tolerate. I could have got a better bouquet made form a roadside florist. I would strongly like to communicate that I need a complete refund as not only my anniversary was spoilt because of your poor quality bouquet, I have been cheated as the bouquet I have received does not match to the image you have mentioned in your website (this includes no. of flowers, quality of flowers as well as the packaging displayed).
