Flaberry is a cheating piece of ****. When I lodged a complaint against them for the order no.[protected], they did not gave me a refund. Instead they tried to avoid the refund by making the flower delivery on a wrong day(10 days after the occasion).

Late deliveries can be acceptable when we are sending a gift in form of electronic products, garments or jewelry.

Late deliveries are not acceptable for flowers or cakes.

What kind of logic was that? Delivering flowers after 10 days of occasion! Your marketing or decision manager has to so stupid to come up with this solution.

I want a refund for this order. I never demanded a late delivery for my not fulfilled order. And I certainly did not ask for 1 and half weeks late during delivery.

If I do not get a refund and an apology from your side, I will definitely lodge a emotional harassment case towards Flaberry. This is my last official warning. Next time you will get an emotional harassment case letter in your office.

And trust me, I have all the time in the world to follow up the case which I would file against you pieces of ****.

      I am Nikki, i rendered one cake from this web side order no is[protected]...but I didn't get my oder on time then I have mailed to flaberry then they replied me your payment has not received yet you check with your bank when I checked with my bank, Bank told me your payment has deducted from here I mailed again called so many time they didn't replied me once then after one month I got mail from flaberry we are crediting your money in our store credit for your use but I called to them I don't need I want my money back but they didn't listen and told me we will not refund your money we are not responsible.
      hence I request you to provide my refund ASAP.

        My order number is[protected]. I ordered the flower booket on 14th feb 2017 around 9.30 am. I closed the date of delivery as 14th feb 2017. The order was successfully placed saying that the flowers will be delivered in couple of hours.
        However the flowers were not delivered on the day, not even by the evening. I filed a complaint against them to give me back my refund.
        Instead of giving me a refund, flaberry smug people delivered the flowers 10 days later, i. E. On 23th feb 2017.
        How do these people think flower deliveries work? Do they think that there product is a garment or electronic product, that they can deliver any day or any time. And people should except that.
        How will there so called mr. Ceo feel if there daughter's bday cake is delivered after 10 days of her bday. Will he/she tell the daughter to celebrate her bday 10 days later because of some stupid people who accepted the order even though they clearly had no resources to fulfill all the orders.
        For me, getting those flowers delivered on the day which i had chosen was important. I obviously did not want to get the flowers delivered 10 days later. I would have delivered those flowers personally after 10 days myself. Why would i order them online instead? I think they have lost the sight of their existence. Cakes and flowers are to be delivered on the day of occasion (Choose by the customer), and not on the day flaberry feels comfortable to deliver. I also got some customer care call from flaberry after the delivery, i told that person that this was not acceptable. But there was no action against that complaint as well. Flaberry customer care is equally pathetic.

        That day obviously meant something special for me as well as for the person to whom the flowers were meant.

        I demand a full refund for my order.
        Also i would like to file a complaint against flaberry for emotional and mental harassment.

          Reference number 160335. I placed an order on Valentine day (14 Feb, 2017) for my wife which they din't deliver. No updates from them for 2 days (14th n 15th) and no customer care active on those days. Then, they agreed for refund in 3 days. On every 4-5th day when I contact them for status, they would argue for store credit (buy few flowers :D) and when I firmly disagree, they would again agree for full refund in next 2-3 days. This is happening for the past 15 days and finally they are not ready to refund the money. They are crazy guys :D. It seems they are finding us in-valuable and playful. They are literally playing with us and having fun, seriously. Please see the conversations with them below on different dates.

          On 17th Feb:
          (08:23:16) Sanjay: We have already initiated your payment from our side it will take 7-10 working days to credited in your bank account

          On 24th Feb:

            How much money, can a company like Flaberry make by cheating people. Is there a campaign which we can join to ban sites like these. Cheating people and making money. They will even offer half of the money back and comfortably hang up if you deny. Bad service.

            Below is my complaint

            I had ordered flowers for Valentines day on the 12th of Feb expecting it to reach the destination on Feb 14th. Inspite of the wait, neither did I get any calls or the flowers itself, until 8PM last night, from one your team member Swathi. All that she did was try to tell me that the flowers will not be delivered.

            N-number of calls were made to the numbers you provided on the order emails, none of them WORK. No body cared to call and inform

            These flowers are meant to be given to someone you love and on the special day. Your team and company messed it up and they could not even handle a flower delivery. My question is why do you advertise that you can deliver when you cannot. Your company is quick in taking money but not in providing services.

            Had one you of you called me earlier and informed, we could have made other arrangements. Do you know how much of inconvenience it causes when you dont deliver and someone on the other end is expecting things to happen.

            Below are the order numbers and the cost, please make sure you pay my card back and do let me know if you need more info.

              Flaberry Order no[protected] is not delivered to the customer..
              Refund the entire amount.
              The delivery boy called once during delivery n after that he promised to bring the same but he was not picking call since then..
              We tried calling customer care but of no use. When I tried searching for the resolution there are no chances of getting refund of money r delivery

                Hi,
                I order a flower bouqet from flaberry on 7 feb 2017 (Order number[protected]. My account was deducted with 399 rupees.
                My recipient never received the order, i didnot get refund for the same. Tried calling them several times, no response from their side.
                These are fraud people. Their online site shows status of my order as delivered, which is fake.

                Very Pathetic Services, placed an order with order ID[protected] on 16th feb 2019 for my sister which was supposed to be delivered on same day but till now same had not been delivered. These people are cheater as no services being provided by their customer care.

                  I always use to place order through ferns n petals.. but dis time i thot of trying a new online site but it was da biggest mistake .. ordered 10 choclates set for someone special on chocolate day .. they did not deliver on that particular day rather its been 8 days i have no information and when i called customer care firstly it didnt got conected n when it got the lady said i have not made payment but when i started arguing that my account got deducted and as i work in bank so i have my account details right in front of me showing account debit details, she said she will cl me back but till now no response i wasted my money and time .. i have wasted 599 .. dis is a scam company.. already they have kept products overprized .. thumps down. See if i could get my money back.

                    I had ordered a gift for Valentine's Day on 14th Feb 2017 (Same day delivery). My order No. is [protected] (Amount Rs. 973). The order was not delivered despite of me following up with their customer care through chat (Phone is either busy or nobody picks). On 15th, when I asked for refund, they refused and said Flowers being a perishable product, they can't refund (Don't know why, when the delivery was not made). The customer care agent (Dolly) asked me if the order can be delivered on 15th, out of furiousness I had to agree because I had no option. After a few hours, The status of my order changed to "DELIVERED" without the product being actually delivered. Since last 1 day, I am constantly following up with them to provide me POD, But they are not sharing anything. Each time I talk to customer are exec, they say someone from their team will call me back. Nobody has called me yet. This company is a fraud. Take money from people and don't deliver goods! Don't order anything from this site.

                      My order was never delivered by flaberry also no status was updated on website order no.[protected]. Their customer service doesn't even provide any support. I am feeling like cheated. I placed an order on 13th Feb and was promised that they would deliver it by 14th. But neither the status was updated nor the product was delivered. This is first time I thought of avaling their services and very disappointed. They also never refund the money.

                        I had asked Flaberry.com to deliver flowers and chocolates for son's marriage anniversary on 13 feb 17 by paying online an amount of Rs 1647/- . The Order No was [protected].

                        They confirmed it would be delivered on 13th but till now ie, 16 Feb 17 it is neither delivered nor are they responding to any mail/tele or mob nos. This is an act of outright fraud!

                        I request Flaberry.com be asked to respond and refund the amount with penalty.

                            I have placed an ordered flowers via Flaberry.com on 12th Feb 2017 for my parents Order reference is # [protected] and it is of amount 343 rs . This order never delivered to parents and no help from customer care as well.
                            Also sent two emails to Customer care asking the problem, till now didn't received any reply or acknowledgement. When I checked the forum, this seems to be fake site, cheating customers and taking money for nothing.

                            This website need to be banned and Money has to be refunded. Otherwise many people like us will get cheated without any resolution.This is straight away cheating and strict action should be taken against these cheaters.i really want a solution for this.

                                I had ordered a bouquet for Valentine's day (14th feb 2017). They did not deliver it all day, they did not pick up calls on customer care, there was no way to contact them.
                                Now they are forcing me to accpept bouquet on 15th feb. There is no use for it now.

                                  After repeated emails, they respond giving store credits for future re-ordering. when the first time has not got delivered without a valid reason which idiot would want to order again. and when asked for a full refund instead of silly store credits, they stopped responding again.

                                    With a heavy heart I am writing this mail that I am really disappointed with your services and feeling cheated by your organization. i have given the order on 7 feb to delivery roses on 14th feb, 2017 from your website(flaberry.com).

                                    On 14th feb nor my friend or My fiance received the same. nor i was informed that you ppl are not going to deliver.

                                    and I have tried multiple times calling the customer care number but no body picks the call, nor status is getting updated on website.

                                    i tried flaberry for the 1st time and im very disappointed and really not going to try in future nor vl suggest to my frnds.

                                      [protected] was supposed to be delivered on 14 feb 2017. Its not yet delivered. No Customer care rep is responding. I have paid the amount before delivery but now they are not responding. It has not been delivered and I was cheated.Its a fraud company who doesnt adher to any ethics and they dont deliver the items at all and they are cheating the consumers. I hope this is resolved so no one else gets cheated again.

                                        We are ordered the products classy roses - 50 red roses on[protected]. And we paid the amount through online from the credit card. Flaberry order no.[protected]. Rs.1799.00. We got confirmation from flabeery, order will delivered on 14th feb.2017, and timing will be 6am to 10 pm. But ordered item not delivered and not return our amount also. We prayed for take necessary action against this company for return back our amount with our compensation
