I ordered the redmi note 7 pro but the transaction failed but the amount 13999 was deducted from my bank account. I want my money back or else i will go to consumer forum. I want reply from flipkart that why their refund policy is so bad. Now again i have ordered redmi note 7 pro with cash on delivery mode but i need my money which was deducted earlier

    My payment was successfully done to flipkart but i didn't get the order placement details and order was not placed successfully. I have an proof of payment details that money has been taken by the flipkart they have taken 13, 999 from my account i want an mobile phone or an refund of money ordered number should not be given but i have an trasaction details of bank to flipkart
    I given an address correct and payment are paid by using credit card and i paid and bank shows that the amount was successfully debited to the flipkart..

      I have ordered for a redme 5 pro blue colour phone, but a gold colour phone is delivered to me on 26.04.2019. I have requested for return of the same immediately on same date, but till today i have not received any positive response from the flipcart side.

        Hi,
        My guess what game is blocked by flipkart, i had played with two logins of mine and my wife when her phone is in dead. Then my game is blocked.
        Flipkart customer service are always saying to uninstall and install the game, it will take two to three days to open but game has been blocked for one month.
        Please resolve the issue.

        Hi,
        My all games are blocked by flipkart, I had played with two logins of mine and friend when her phone is complaint.
        Flipkart customer service are always saying to uninstall and install the game.Moreover, they told to login through laptop.Unfortunately, i couldn't find out the game it has been blocked for 1 week.
        Please resolve the issue.

          I had bought crystall dishwasher from flipkart twice.. Firstly i ordered small pack.. It wad of good quality... So 2nd time i ordered a big pack of 200 tablets... But they are of very poor quality.. Buying big pack doen't mean they got the chance to cheat the customer.. When i tried to return it.. Its showing its non returnable.. Very disappointed.. Never gona buy anything from this site.. N will definately suggest others not to buy anything from this site

            I am a loyal customer of flipkart since 6 yrs. Flipkart also provided me credit under its pay later/ cardless option.. Flipkart representatives are not helping. They send only one email which is
            We'd like to let you know that your recent order has been cancelled as our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are for reselling and not for personal use.
            This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your flipkart account.
            But i mailed them that i have not order those products for reselling purpose

                This issue is going on from 2 months. I had a failed online transaction towards flipkart but money was taken from my account. Though flipkart did not agree that they have received the payment, upon taking it up with the bank (Sbi) flipkart changed that stand.
                Though now flipkart agrees that the transaction was successful & flipkart had received the payment, they are not giving the money back for no reason.
                Why the hell flipkart needs such money for and what are they gaining out of it.

                Though i received various emails saying that the case is getting escalated there is progress and how long should i wait for this money.
                This is absolutely not fare, no update and fake reports of call attends.
                I need a resolution.
                Give my money back.

                  I ordered blue heaven lipstick on 18 april which is worth157 rs due to late delivery i cancelled that on same day i got a notification stating that they will refund my amount with 4 days which mean on 24 april i waited till april 27 april the amount has not been refunded i called them and asked about my issue they said that my amount has been refunded it's a issue with your bank kindly contact your bank to know more details i have seen a same type of issue faced by another person in this page so iam too raising complaint regarding this issue the amount of my order might be chilly but this could happen in high level so sir / madam please have a look and kindly resolve my issue i will be thankful to you..

We have interacted with the customer and informed that the seller has confirmed that refund has been completed on April 20, 2019.                     I bought an hp mouse from flipkart on 3rd april 2019. Upon delivery flipkart debited twice from my account amounting rs 750. Then they asked cash for the payment and told me to pay cash and the money amounting 700 will be credited back to my account within 2-3 hours. Days passed by and i contacted flipkart, for the the money. They kept asking for more time to resolve the problem. Today is 27 april. And they are still asking for time. Now 700rupees is not an small amount for me. At the the end of the month i need the money. I called the bank, they said the money was debited on 3rd and no refund has came yet. I again called flipkart and they again are asking for more time. Please do something. I need the money.

                      As i have already registered a complaint for giving my sofa at the price told and after that they said they would give me at the price told

                      And after that i booked the sofa it was delivered then they said send us a message that it was delivered and give my refund

                      So that i send a email regarding this and i am waiting still my refund is not complete

                            On 17th of april i order redmi note 7 with order id od[protected] the phone which is to be exchanged is in condition which was mentioned by the flip cart also it was checked online. But at the time of delivery the order was declined by wishmaster by saying it not good for exchange.. I contacted flip kart and sent the images of phone flipkart representatives said that phone is qualified by the back end team you can claim for exchange.
                            Then again i ordered redmi y2 in exchange of the same phone.. The wishmaster denied the phone again..
                            My complain is that why company is giving fake assurances regarding exchange

                              I ordered 55 inch Jvc LED TV. Phone number [protected] order number [protected] so got installation appointment on 26th April 2019 to 247 around who is service provider of flipkart

                              And today is 28 th April 2019 no one came yet.
                              So if any body buying any electronic product form flipkart please do not buy. I am continuously following with 247 around for installation but the response is very bad. Still waiting also call customer care got next appointment still waiting wasting my time one show up.. So do not buy no value for customer service!!!

                                I had purchased a water gyser 10ltr of candes make, through flipkart. After 2 months found leakage from water gyser tank. I contacted flipkart and registered a complaint for the same issue. Flipkart provided me vendor contact number and asked me to contact vendor to claim warranty service, as i did the same and asked the vendor to provide me warranty service. Vendor said they will provide the replacement of same product but coustomer has to bare the logistics charges. I completely disagreed with courier charges. Whereas i was asking for warranty service not for a replacement.

                                Same i had informed flipkart and told them vendor is denieing to provide warranty service. Flipkart asked me wait for days and they will contact with the vendor and update me.

                                Flipkart made me to wait for 20 days, after 20 day's waiting i got a call from flipkart, informing me that they can help in this matter.

                                When this product was sold there wasnt any term's and conditions about logistics charges for claiming warranty service. I order flipkart to disclose a term and condition details where the logistics charges written on it for claiming a warranty service.

                                    I have emailed flipkart 5 times till now. 5 times on different days... It has been 15 days still my refund has not been made.
                                    My case is that duplicate payment was made. 215 was debited twice. So please flipkart stop acting like a cavan and learn addition 215+215 = 430

                                    Stop evading my emails and giving roundabout replies.

                                    If you look closely you will see rs. 215 has been debited twice.
                                    One was refunded immediately in 3 days as promised.
                                    The other transaction which you can very well see is different by the transaction reference number is yet to be refunded.
                                    Your customer service executive was contacted almost a fortnight ago.
                                    She told me a transaction error where money is debited takes 6-7 days.
                                    It has been twice that period of time.
                                    Now i am very patient with your customer service.
                                    This is only the second time i am facing issues.
                                    Please don't refuse to acknowledge my complaint.

                                    I don't understand what the problem with you guys is .First you say we will
                                    resolve it. Then you say seller will resolve it. Then you say contact
                                    PhonePe. Then you say contact the bank. And funniest of it all you assume I
                                    have a debit card. I said netbanking. It does not necessarily require a

                                      When i click on forgot it is saying unable to process all the time i don't knw what is happening to recover the account.

But after opening the delivery box, i was wondered. The box was empty. The package was not at satisfying and was packed ina laptop charger's cover. It took more than one week to get the product delivered. You should do neccessary actions against this fraudulant people and i want a response as soon as possible...
