On 3rd april 2019, i ordered a product (Milton delish 2500ml maroon thermoware casserole) for rs 620. It was delivered to me on 8/4/19. I wanted a size smaller, so i cancelled it. I had done transaction via canara bank debit card, they issued me the refund on 9/4/19 and i got the message that it will be reflected into your account by 16th april 2019 and gave me the reference id of refund.
I waited all the period, and i enquired on 19/4/19 in their customer care department of flipcart for my refund, they registered my complaint and told me to wait for 3 days. After 3 days they called me and said that your refund has already been issued by seller, consult your bank. Now i had already registered the complain on 19/4/19 with bank in online, i was told to personally visit the bank and dispute file. On 23/4/19, i visited the bank, and bank denied having any information of the transaction reference no and didnt let me file dispute.
Now i want refund back, plz dont harass me, it has already been 16 days my refund has not been issued and it has still not reflected in my account. Bank has denied, flipcart is denying where will i go? I am giving all the proof. Please take action dont harass your consumers without their fault.
Please dont falsely resolve my complain without actually solving it. Bank has no information regarding refund reference you have given. Dont do this. Solve my problem.

Updated by mr finisher today i got my refund after 17 days.So it is resolved now.

Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the refund of the order. We have interacted with the customer and confirmed that the refund amount is reflecting in customer account. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
I am able to open the game zone but the game just won't start.
It just says something's wrong here. We encourage fair play in line with our terms and conditions
And provides an option to go back to game zone.
As far as i know and i have read, i have not violated any of the terms and conditions.
How can this discrepancy be resolved?
Please help.
