I ordered a laptop for 35000 when it came it had a user name already assigned in the system. I have used new laptop and there is never a user name set up when it is delivered. They told me they will replace it with a new one. Bit how do i know that what i get is going to be new... Flipkart has to rename their company to second sales market and stop advertising as new products.. If you cannot validate and ensure your sellers are authetic then shut shop

      I had booked multiple things during the diwali sale. One of the order was a total of 4700 rs that included bedsheets, pillow covers & a mixer.

      I booked on 6th, order got cancelled on its own. When i wrote a mail, i ws asked to call cust care. There i ws told that since one seller of the multiple sellers (As i had booked multiple things) had cancelled due to some issue at his end, my entire order got cancelled. I ws told to place a new order at the new rates.

      They had no empathy for the total embarassment & mental harassment that i had to go through as these were gifts i had ordered for people close to me. Nor did they provide any escalation matrix or system. The cust exec shubhada disconnected, then when i called again, another cust exec transferred to abhishek from the escalation team who refused to be of any help... All the while i was kept on long holds

      Abhishek said that he is the last point for escalation, when asked for his boss.. He refused to give any info, not even a mail id of that person to contact inspite of me telling that i do not want the product but it is a matter of principle... Why should a customer suffer for all the orders placed just because one seller has backed out? What is the logic of cancelling the whole order if one seller backs out?

          Hi my email id is [protected]@gmail.com, i unable to login to from 15 days flipkart i call customer care they said thai you will get email about that and you need to reply that email, i get email from flipkart that you reselling item, but its totally i not resell single item i was bought for my relatives who don't have knowledge about ecommerse thats why i bought for them. I reply same day to flipkart but till about 15 days to go but no answer from flipkart.

            On 9th october i booked a refrigerator for 14490 rupees at 6months no cost emi and one prestige cooking set for 1349 (On 1 october). It was big billion day sale from 10th october till 14th october 2018.

            After that i tried to book a mobile cover for redmi 4a on those sale days because it was available at 49 rupees which is cheaper than expectation. I tried to order it but it was getting cancelled again and again without any reason. It got cancelled 4 times. Moreover i tried to book that on two addressed coz the cover was for my friend. One on my address and his address. But same cancellation issue persisted on either address.

            And suddenly i am unable to login to my account since 21st october. Now even though i want to payoff my emi's i am unable to pay it which is rediculous.

            I complained the matter to flipkart customer care, the executive said i can't help you as you account is blacklisted. On a reply i asked for a solution because i want to pay my emi's but if i can't login i can't pay it off. So i requested to give me some alternative way to pay off my dues on time.

            On which he said raised a complaint and the answer i got in 24 hours is that my account has been blacklisted for unusual number of cancelled products and i will not be able to login to my flipkart account ever now. But no resolution received for the payment.

            Since then i called on flipkart customer care 8 times, and each time they raise a complaint and request me to wait for 24 hours and no resolution of my issue comes.

            Even though i asked that i don't want my account but atleast provide me some alternative link to pay my dues on time because i had no idea that why the product is getting cancelled and i had no idea that it may lead to my account getting blacklisted.

            Now i am getting calls, messages and mail reminder to pay my dues but i am unable to do anything.

            Got a link to pay off first installment. Paid it on the same day, no response yet for the way to pay further installments. The executive promised to revert back at 48 hours although no further follow up yet. It's been 3 days.

            I DONT WANT MY ACCOUNT BACK.

            I JUST WANT FURTHER LINKS TO PAY OFF MY EMI. AS DISCUSSED AND PROMISED IN TELEPHONIC COMMUNICATION.

            I know that very well that you guys can't open the account back and I don't want it.. and I don't want my account.. so please stop mailing same thing again and again. god knows why u people keep sending one single thing 10 times . Without seeing the whole problem and just copy pasting the same thing.

            Later u will will keep reminding me for payment of my EMI. Although in telephonic communication we talked that will get to know how will I pay my further dues. But no one called back after that. Such an irresponsible behaviour from such a company is pathetic and unexpected.

              I have ordered nokia 6.1 plus (Black 64 gb) on sunday 14th october 2018 and i got confirmation of delivery by 20th october 2018.
              On that day product not deliverd then i call customer care no. And they replied that order will be delivered soon. After that i check my order status on flipkart then it shows that order will be delivered by 30th oct 2018.
              But on 30th oct my order was not delivered then i call costumer care next day then they replied that order has to be shipped from bengaluru and there is some logistic problem and not assured me order delivering time. I further check my order status then it show that order will be delivered by 3rd november.
              On 3rd november i again check status yhen it shows order will be deliverd by 8th nov.
              Again on 8th nov it shows order will be delivered by 12th nov.
              Again on 12th nov it shows that order will be delivered by 16 nov.
              Now on 16th nov it is showing that order will be deliverd by 20th nov.
              My order id : od[protected].
              Such a worst experience with flipkart and they have no control over their logistics.

                We have ordered redimi note 5 pro - 6 gb and by mistake first time delivered as 4 gb ram. Od[protected]

                We return it back and you promise to replace it with 6 gb phone

                Again the same mistake done at your end and they delivered 4 gb phone on 16/11/18.

                We want 6 gb phone as we ordered and some customer care representative ask for money back but we do not want our money back and we want our 6 gb phone as we requested

                I request you to kindly expedite it as soon as possible bec now almost 3 weeks over since i order the phone and i have not expected it from flipkart

                      Have been in indian army since last 10 years as a commissioned officer.
                      My address also keeps changing.
                      It is only at one place that the problem have persisted for two to three times and at all moments i have returned whatever item your seller have sent in lieu of my item.

                      This time i purchased many items and only one item is missing. I booked nikon camera and seller has cancelled the item stating wrong address and non availability of item but if you go to the history you will find the item was shipped and was sent back from my nearest hub. If seller did not had item, what did he shipped that day.

                      Again next day i had to order vide a different order id. Again same seller sent the item and only bag was delivered to me and not the camera.
                      How come seller has shipped the item without him having the item. It means seller is lying.
                      Till date no body has interacted with me for the clarification of the issue. This is just a one sided view that you all have seen.

                      Plz see that either i get my camera or money back. As this seller has fraudulently sent item, which was not as described. Why this happens prominently during sales period.

                      Without getting any clarification from my side you have closed my access to login into flipkart account. This has hampered in writing all details about my order. This has also caused harrassment to a indian army officer as i am also not able to view the status of my current item. Or able to refund/ return my item which i bought recently.

                      Please see that either my item nikon camera is delivered to me or money is refunded to me.

                        I did make a purchase of honor 9n from flipkart on 11th october for 11999/- the promised delivery date was 22nd october. The product had no tracking id. By 22nd october when i contacted flipkart they informed that there is some technical issue the product will be delivered by 26th october. By 26th morning i received a text stating the product is delivered. Neither flipkart nor the courier service dtdc could track the product till date. By 4th of november i requested for a refund. Today is almost 17th i haven't received the product nor the refund. Help me through the process.

                          I have order for mi tv last month by paying online transaction but after you guys confirmed. Reference order number od[protected] but response from your logistic end is very pathetic they are not ready deliver the product to my place saying that they are providing service. My question is that if you dont deliver why have accepted the order. I dont stay somewhere in island ur deliver executive says we dont deliver cancel the programme.                             Delivery date schedule for 16th nov. I called flipkart and asked for early delivery as i am flipkart plus member they confirm me that will try for faster delivery but nothing happened and product packed and shipping date was 13th nov but nothing happened and i asked update # in[protected]. I received a message that your product packed and shipping soon on 14th after that no update than yesterday i tweet them and get response (He seller is trying their best to have your order delivered as soon as possible. You will receive your order on or before nov 19th, 2018. - aiysha) received a message on mobile that our delivery boy out to pick up your product from seller location and after few minutes received this mail (While we were tracking your order to make sure that it reaches you on time, we see that it has been cancelled.) they tried cheap stuff again and created some rates 2000/- gift voucher to make me fool. Now same product not available on flipkart and seller website cost is higher 10000/- so they have collected money from customer to show them fake offers to increase turnover and after 20 days cancel order and you and return your money with 2000/- gift coupons. This is how they are cheating with customer but i don’t think they stand anywhere in front of amazon in service. I am a very old customer of flipkart but now end my journey with bad impression. Keep up your cheating cheatkart…

                              I want to register a complaint against flipkart fraud taking you to the fact i ordered a hometown wood study table with order number

                                I ordered a forever bright toothgel order no. Od[protected] on 06/11/2018 and rs 452 is paid from my account.
                                But a wrong product named glister toothpaste of rs 270 has come on 15/11/2018.
                                I want refund by returning this item becasuse of wrong product.

                                I requested for return this item on 15/11/2018. But the e-kart wish master (Call [protected], pin 136) did not pick up. I am harrased by several time and my valuable time has been wasted.

                                  Lg tv arrived on 11th nov. 2018 then on 15th nov. Installation guy form lg open the package and the screen and display was severely damaged. He and i talked to the flipkart customer services and they ask us to put a replacement request from last 3 days i cant get to put a replacement request because it is showing some technical issues which are only showing on my flipkart id while others can return their product as easily as ever. After 10-15 calls with flipkart still no replacement request is done.

                                  You are not approving my return request since 8 days what the hell is happening with Flipkart even after I make conference call with Flipkart customer care representative and authorised LG service centre in my district level but still they don't have idea who and when will confirm my return approval.Flipkart it's such a shame for customers and on the name of e-commerce sellers.

                                    Big billion day offers is huge scam filpkart sends defective / refurnished phone same incident happen last year with 2 samsung s7 phone had manufacturing fault luckily it was refunded.
                                    This time i was tricked again frist phone lg g7 i received it was faulty display it got replaced this phone lg g7 its a water resistance phone i can see back panel has gaps i can easily see dust in there its not properly fit. Its a manufacturing fault.
                                    My money rs. 26635 is wasted with faulty phone.
                                    I have requested for refund or replacement
                                    It was rejected twice.

                                      I was about to order an aks women's self design flared kurta that was sold by the seller retailnet. It showed that there was only one piece left and i hurried to buy it but i couldn't as it showed that the product is out of stock for my address pincode and told me to try another address. I live in chennai 600057 and i tried other pincodes which belong to some of my friends but it was of no use and again it told me that it is out of stock for the given pincode. And immediately there was a huge hike in the price of the product! And now they are able to deliver the same product to my address with so much higher price!! What kind of act is this??

                                      I think these incidences are common with online shopping sites. They have some batch jobs that run in the background and when they want to hike the prices, these batch jobs modify the internal database so that the product is shown out of stock or can not be delivered to this pin code till the new price reflects in their systems. Everyone would get the same message, it's just that since one customer does not know other we are unaware of such tactics and believe that the product is out of stock. These sites are always live and generally not taken down completely unlike a local shop who can modify his billing machine overnight when the shop is closed so that he can sell the next customer coming next day morning the same item with higher price.

                                        Issue is regarding non-delivery of product. Where i ordered a ironing press on 10th november 2018. I was assured delivery of product by 13th november 2018 under flipkart plus guarantee. On 13th november 2018 i receive notification on flipkart app and via text message that the order is rescheduled to 14th november 2018. Since 14th to 16th i received message and notification that order i out for delivery and then got not delivered in 10 minutes. On 17th i receive message the product is cancelled. I called flipkart customer care they said they cannot do anything.

                                        I looking for the same product at same discounted price. This treatment by flipkart is harassing and unethical, does not support the rights of indian customer.
