I ordered redmi note 5 pro for rs 11700 under diwali sale and sbi credit card offer on 3rd November 2018. Soon after I got message of successful transaction. I got message on 3rd November that phone will be delivered by 4th November. On 5 November I called up flipkart executive to find out the status then he said that product is misrouted so I should cancel my order. I was not ready to cancel but he insisted for cancellation and he only cancelled while talking to me. This was my first but worst experience with flipkart. I requested flipkart executive to call up courier services because i could check in tracking Id that my phone has been received ni chandigarh but he denied. I am enclosing screenshot for the same.I want my same phone in same price. Kindly resolve as soon as possible. Regards

    Dear Sir,

    I have ordered for a Aqua Grand water filter for my mother,

    Customer name: Vivekanand Balusa
    order number OD[protected]
    Product: Aqua Grand Water Filter

    which was delivered and when they sent technician to fix it he found that its damaged product.

    We have paid installation charges to technician even though he didn't fixed it and we have requested for replacement (as the policy is for replacement within 10 days) or refund the money. But after several calls and mails, they are not processing either refund or replacement.

    Now they say replacement times is over we can do only repair, even for that we have agreed but the repair centre personnel are not doing the repairs.

    My mother is old and she can't talk other than telugu, and as NRI staying in Dubai, except sending mails and making calls.

    Please help me to resolve this issue as early as possible

      I am really annoyed by the service of flipkart this days, I had ordered a product which i prepaid and was ready to deliver but t the last moment message arrives that we cant deliver your product as it has been cancelled which i havent cancelled. I decided to call to local ekart office and enquired about my product with its tracking id at around 3 pm and they says product is here but we cant deliver at your place. I said its ok I will come to your office by tommorow and will recieve by myself and the surprising answer comes that they have cancelled my product for deliver without my concern.. it is really inproper service by flipkart

        I have cancel order on flipkart on 30.10.2018. Daily i have call to flipkart executive 2 & 3 times. But they can not resolve my problem. I am very frustrate from your services, you are provide a very bad services. Last 9 days my refund is pending, no amount reflect in my egv account.

          Hello sir,
          I purchased an IFB dishwasher on 26th on Flipkart and was delivered in time just 3 days (till here was good) on 29th
          31st an unskilled still arrogant engineer came to install it
          He only opened the delivered box etc and while installing in progress we found that on back side right down corner a lock which connect side metal panel and main chassis was broken so the side panel was loose and come out at that corner also the balancer weight (cement block down near same corner was cracked)
          He stopped installation and we packed it up again and advised me to put it for replacement
          So same day on 31st oct I put requested on app of Flipkart for return & replacement
          They gave date of 6th November with message that engineer would visit and approve the replacement of issue not fixable
          On 6th no one came, neither technician nor the replacement machine
          And found on the app message that my replacement was canceled as my issue was fixed by the technician, thus so annoying 😰
          So I called up Flipkart and IFB customer care and complaint about it
          They advised me to put request again for replacement
          I did same
          Now the date was given as 7th November tech visit and replacement
          Again same story
          No one came to check it fix it either replace too
          Again this too was canceled without any reason and without my confirmation
          Now this was too much
          Now after calling customer care they said by 11th tech will visit and will do replacement if really needed but by that time the replacement period of 10 days getting over
          And I’m scared that after they will get the reason to just ignore me
          So please look into this matter this is really big scam of Flipkart, their seller and IFB also
          I’m planning to go to court although thought to complaint here first and see for result
          I hope you may be able to solve this issue than would be really great

            I have never been satisfied from flipkart in terms of delivery. They never ever deliver their product on the expected date (atleast in my case ). But thats not the reason for my complaint. It's been two to three days, my product reached the hub closest to my destination, but every time the delivery man is making the same mistake. He goes to other destination instead of mine, though i have clearly provided all the details of my address. This mistake had not been done once, but twice . This mistake is not at all expected from such an reputed company like flipkart . I am very disappointed. I dont know when they will successfully be able to reach my address and deliver the product. i have lost all hope in flipkart.

              Flipkart's delivery boy didn't come to the delivery address or try to contact. When we tried to reach him his number was always switched off then he cancelled the order saying could not contact. Order was on a sale now the same product's price increased. Flipkart's delivery is becoming pathetic, if it couldn't delivery at that place it should not show that address.

                I ordered a mobile phone on flipkart. The actual delivery date is Nov.7th, 2018. And i got a text message that your product is Out for delivery. And they given a courier boy mobile number. So I called to that number but that number was switched off. So I mailed to the flipkart customer support and explained the details. They replied, that you ll get your product on today (nov.7th) evening by 7pm. But I didn't get. So I mailed again. But within few minutes after i mailed. A text message received from the Ekart logistics that they said, No response from customer. So not delivered today. But I don't get any call from them. Then again I mailed to the customer support, and they replied the same story and tell wait for Nov.13, 2018. But today morning (Nov.9) again i check in the Ekart tracking app, they updated today too, "No response from customer" Last 3 days no one contacted me but they r saying like this. Flipkart customer support is not good to help the customer also their twitter support. Todwy afternoon i got a call from flipkart. A lady talked and gave a mobile number and said that number is flipkart wish master's number. He will deliver your product. So I contacted that number. But that number is wrong number. Someone stranger talking and said I'm not that. How flipkart cheating their customers...This is my second time that I'm facing the problem with flipkart. Its a gift product. But the flipkart and the courier partner are punctual and genuine with their customers. I seen many many complaints about this on theri twitter page. So please take action regarding this immediately. They are spoiling customers happiness with their useless work.

                  I had orderd for two noumber of screen guard of Gionee A1 lite on 31/10/2018 with order id OD[protected]. Ireceived only one product in side the parsel on 9/11/2018.But i am very sad that i have not got another productinside the parcel.This type of activitiesis are unexpected such like a big compani.

                    As you have mentioned powerbank cable included in the package of mi powerbank during purchase but i didn't received charger cable along with powerbank which i received yesterday. This complaint is to send me the powerbank cable.                       I purchased one jacket from flipart on 12th october 2018 with order id od[protected]. I returned the product on 21 st october and flipkart approved the same. As per standered banking procedure the amount should reflect in my account within seven working days. But amount did not entered in my account. After that i contacted flipkart and the customer care executive said refund has completed from their side. They shared a arn no (74056638295829459699469) with me and asked me to go bank. When i met my bank branch manager she told me they have not received any such amount from flipkart and they cant help me with the reference no provided by flipkart. Till now filpkart is sitting idle doing nothing.
                      So my request is please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                        Did not like the purchased product, a camera, as i saw the camera in pictures. When delivered it did not have the proper size camera body and lens dimensions.                           I order mi tv on flipkart. Od[protected]. The product is come in my area but here delivery boy refuse the home delivery and ask to collect the parcel from their shop which is 25km away. Flipkart has to improve his service. Same delivery partner with amazon able to deliver my parcel in my home but with flipkart unable to deliver, is that amazon is far better than flipkart, solve my problem or i m not going to buy any product from flipkart in future.

                            I ordered a watch (Order id - od[protected]
                            From flipkart on 12th october which was supposed to be delivered on 23rd october. On 23rd, i got a call from the delivery person around 1.30 but i wasn't able to pick up the call that time. I talked to him around 2.30 and he told he is not nearby right now and would deliver the watch at around 7.30 while returning. At around 7.30, he called and told he is getting late and would come back tomorrow. He didn't turn up the next day. After some time, the watch was showing delivered.

                            I complained about the same and was told that my complain would be resolved by 29th. Then it got delayed to 30th. I didn't get a call on 30th so after waiting for 1 more day i called back on 1st nov. Then, i was asked to waiting for 24 more hours. I didn't get a call next day either. I have been contacting them almost everyday from 1st november and everytime they say we need 24 more hours. (I have the call recorded.)

                            On 6th nov, i was told that i will get the refund within 24 hours. (I have that recorded as well)

                            I talked to them an hour back (8 nov), now they are asking me to waiting till 13th nov. Looking at their behaviour, i'm pretty sure they will delay it again and this will keep on going.

                            I asked them what is the delivery person saying, they told they haven't talked to him yet. I can't understand what were they doing from last 15 days after my complain.

                            They are not helping at all. They are just delaying things.

                              I had ordered a combo gift set of eva fresh deodorant from flipkart which got delivered on 30th october. However, while making card payment to the logistic vendor the payment was taken twice. The delivery agent had told me that the first payment was not processed due to some error and took payment again.

                              I had logged in a complaint with flipkart on 31st itself informing them of the situation however, till date the complaint has been kept on hold.

                              Request your help in expediating the matter and in getting the necessary refund.

                                I ordered LG G7 ThinQ (Platinum, 64 GB) mobile with order number OD[protected], at flipkart.com as the site was showing the item in stock during Diwali Sale 2018. I made the payment of Rs. 26, 999 through credit card on November 5, 2018. I received a confirmatory e-mail and sms that order is approved and the product will be delivered by November 10, 2018. On November 6, 2018 at 12:17 pm, I received the mail and sms that item has been shipped.

                                But on November 6 2018 at 8:32 pm, I received a mail and sms that the refund amount for this order is transferred to your card and will be credited by Nov 07, 2018 as per the standard banking procedures. I was shocked to see this message and immediately called up flipkart customer care where I asked to stop the refund immediately and asked to deliver the product. Customer care representative assured me that my complaint would be escalated.

                                I checked my mailbox again and there I found this message:

                                ""Greetings from flipkart.com!
                                You made an excellent choice by deciding to purchase one of the top selling products on flipkart. However due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity to avail this great deal we had to cancel the following items in your order OD[protected]. Please note that we have cancelled following items""

                                I checked flipkart.com and found the product available for sale at higher price for Rs. 32, 990 and in stock. I never expected this from flipkart.

                                I received a mail from flipkart on Nov 6, 2018 at 10:02 pm.

                                "Dear Customer,

                                We have escalated your issue to the concerned team. We assure you that we will resolve your problem by 07 Nov, 9:00 PM.

                                Thanks,
                                Flipkart Customer Support"

                                I did not receive any reply.

                                I again called up flipkart on Nov 7, 2018 and I was told that shipment was cancelled by the seller. I was also told that the product had reached to Gurgaon from Mumbai. How can they cancel a product which was already in transit and was about to deliver?

                                On Nov 7, 2018 at 8: 38 pm, I sent a mail to customer care.

                                "I want the product at the same price at which I ordered earlier. Issue me a coupon so that I can order it again at Rs. 26, 999.

                                If this request is not fulfilled, I will never order any product from flipkart again."

                                On Nov 8, 2018 at 2:28 pm, I received a mail from customer care.

                                "Hello,

                                We're really sorry to let you know that your order has been cancelled due to an unforeseen error that has now been fixed. You may place a new order and the seller will ensure that it is delivered to you.

                                I want flipkart to deliver the product to me at same price at which I ordered during sale period. The order was cancelled by the seller and there was no fault of mine.

                                I ordered it at Rs. 26, 999. Now it is available at Rs. 32, 990.

                                I want the product at the same price at which I ordered earlier. Issue me a coupon so that I can order it again at Rs. 26, 999.

                                If this request is not fulfilled, I will not order any product from flipkart again.

                                My request to flipkart is to read my mails and this complaint properly. My complaint is not for the refund. My complaint is for the delivery of the product. I want to reorder the same product at same price at which I ordered. I received a call from flipkart's executive and he was asking about the status of refund.

                                Customer raised a complaint stating that the order delivery as same has been cancelled without customer consent. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the order was cancelled due to unforeseen reason and refund has been done. And taken feedback so we will try to provide better service in future.Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                  I ordered a Nikon DSLR camera and I received in first case lenses are missing and I replace but the second time the camera is missing but lenses are available I think that the company only sent lenses and I already have camera but it was only misunderstanding so kindly I request please unblock my account

                                    I ordered grey track pant. It was so poor quality so I request to return this item but they not responding from 15days.I called to customer care daily, they tolled like executive is came tomorrow but no one is not came.sometimes not given proper answer from flip kart care and Some executive speak improper language. Please pick up my order and give my cash back.
