Delivery date schedule for 16th nov. I called flipkart and asked for early delivery as i am flipkart plus member they confirm me that will try for faster delivery but nothing happened and product packed and shipping date was 13th nov but nothing happened and i asked update # in[protected]. I received a message that your product packed and shipping soon on 14th after that no update than yesterday i tweet them and get response (He seller is trying their best to have your order delivered as soon as possible. You will receive your order on or before nov 19th, 2018. - aiysha) received a message on mobile that our delivery boy out to pick up your product from seller location and after few minutes received this mail (While we were tracking your order to make sure that it reaches you on time, we see that it has been cancelled.) they tried cheap stuff again and created some rates 2000/- gift voucher to make me fool. Now same product not available on flipkart and seller website cost is higher 10000/- so they have collected money from customer to show them fake offers to increase turnover and after 20 days cancel order and you and return your money with 2000/- gift coupons. This is how they are cheating with customer but i don’t think they stand anywhere in front of amazon in service. I am a very old customer of flipkart but now end my journey with bad impression. Keep up your cheating cheatkart…

    Dear team,
    I want to register a complaint against flipkart fraud taking you to the fact i ordered a hometown wood study table with order number
    Od[protected] on 14th october and and got this on 26th october but the installation process is still going on and i am waiting for the resolution, i called flipkart team many times also mailed them, every time i am trying to connect them they they promised me a date to resolve my issue every time they failed to fulfill their commitment, now product return option is also closed for me i don't know why, i paid them same time when i click to purchase the product my order date is 14th october received the product on 26 nov and today is 17th november 1 month 4 days has been passed i am still waiting for the installation, please help

      I ordered a forever bright toothgel order no. Od[protected] on 06/11/2018 and rs 452 is paid from my account.
      But a wrong product named glister toothpaste of rs 270 has come on 15/11/2018.
      I want refund by returning this item becasuse of wrong product.

      I requested for return this item on 15/11/2018. But the e-kart wish master (Call [protected], pin 136) did not pick up. I am harrased by several time and my valuable time has been wasted.
      It was my first order and i feel very bad situation.
      If my money is not refund, i will not buy any item from flipkart in future.

        Lg tv arrived on 11th nov. 2018 then on 15th nov. Installation guy form lg open the package and the screen and display was severely damaged. He and i talked to the flipkart customer services and they ask us to put a replacement request from last 3 days i cant get to put a replacement request because it is showing some technical issues which are only showing on my flipkart id while others can return their product as easily as ever. After 10-15 calls with flipkart still no replacement request is done.

        You are not approving my return request since 8 days what the hell is happening with Flipkart even after I make conference call with Flipkart customer care representative and authorised LG service centre in my district level but still they don't have idea who and when will confirm my return approval.Flipkart it's such a shame for customers and on the name of e-commerce sellers.

          Big billion day offers is huge scam filpkart sends defective / refurnished phone same incident happen last year with 2 samsung s7 phone had manufacturing fault luckily it was refunded.
          This time i was tricked again frist phone lg g7 i received it was faulty display it got replaced this phone lg g7 its a water resistance phone i can see back panel has gaps i can easily see dust in there its not properly fit. Its a manufacturing fault.
          My money rs. 26635 is wasted with faulty phone.
          I have requested for refund or replacement
          It was rejected twice.

            I was about to order an aks women's self design flared kurta that was sold by the seller retailnet. It showed that there was only one piece left and i hurried to buy it but i couldn't as it showed that the product is out of stock for my address pincode and told me to try another address. I live in chennai 600057 and i tried other pincodes which belong to some of my friends but it was of no use and again it told me that it is out of stock for the given pincode. And immediately there was a huge hike in the price of the product! And now they are able to deliver the same product to my address with so much higher price!! What kind of act is this??

            I think these incidences are common with online shopping sites. They have some batch jobs that run in the background and when they want to hike the prices, these batch jobs modify the internal database so that the product is shown out of stock or can not be delivered to this pin code till the new price reflects in their systems. Everyone would get the same message, it's just that since one customer does not know other we are unaware of such tactics and believe that the product is out of stock. These sites are always live and generally not taken down completely unlike a local shop who can modify his billing machine overnight when the shop is closed so that he can sell the next customer coming next day morning the same item with higher price.

              Issue is regarding non-delivery of product. Where i ordered a ironing press on 10th november 2018. I was assured delivery of product by 13th november 2018 under flipkart plus guarantee. On 13th november 2018 i receive notification on flipkart app and via text message that the order is rescheduled to 14th november 2018. Since 14th to 16th i received message and notification that order i out for delivery and then got not delivered in 10 minutes. On 17th i receive message the product is cancelled. I called flipkart customer care they said they cannot do anything.

              I looking for the same product at same discounted price. This treatment by flipkart is harassing and unethical, does not support the rights of indian customer.

                Totally waste of time.. Courier company refused for door delivery.
                They said they have only two wheeler and it wil charge extra to do door step delivery of the washing machine.
                I complained about this andthey tell me that they will surely resolve this. Then today flipkart called me that they will resolve my issueand product will be delivered to you by tomorrow. But in the night they emailed me about the cancellation of my order. Totally wastage of time. M i here to do this all the time. I called them.. They said sorry just sorry.. Put my call on hold for around 30 mins. Totally rubbish.

                  I ordered a mobile phone (Real me 2 pro) on 24th oct 2018 having the order id - od[protected]. But i cancelled this on the same night & had a message from the flipkart saying that you will get your refund till 02 nov. 2018. But i didn't get the refund till 02 nov. I complained in the flipkart care for many time for this. But they used to ignore me. Today it is 16th nov, still i have not got me refund.

                    I had oredered asus zanfone max m1 and flipkart mobile proection for rs 7598 on 5th nov 2018 (Order id od[protected] but first they declined having received any money and then later they started saying that they have received the money but the backend team would resolve the issue (But they don't) hence they would call me but even after ten days whenever i call them they extend the deadline for 2 more days and do nothing...                           To Whom It May Concern:

                          1. I had placed an order for Reebok Tr Flexweave speed, UK size 7 vide Order ID - OD[protected] on 04th November’ 2018 under the special festive discount at INR 5265/- which was originally priced at INR 8100/- on Flipkart website.

                          2. The order was shipped and delivered to me on 06th Nov’ 2018 at 1800 Hrs.

                          3. However upon wearing the shoe, I realized that there is a fitting issue and the ordered size, which is UK 7, is slightly smaller for my feet. To this I raised a return request the same evening vide return ID[protected] at 2300 Hrs so that there is no delay in the return process.

                          4. I followed up with the customer care on 09th Nov, because I did not receive any response to my query, in order to ensure that the pick up request has been generated and the process is under way. However the customer executive on the telephone line mentioned that the seller has rejected the return request because he has delivered the item as per order and will not be able to exchange for a bigger size or accept return for the original order. After long discussion, it took me 20 mins to make the executive understand that the shoe is of no use to me because of the fitment issue and I would like to return it back before the expiry of the return policy period. To this she recommended me to cancel the return request raised and raise a fresh return request.

                          5. By paying heed to her recommendation, I raised a fresh return request on 09th Nov’ 2018 under the same header which is “Fitting issue” because that is the genuine cause and also wrote an email on the same day stating if Flipkart can accept my return request or exchange it for a bigger size which is UK size 8 at the same discounted price of INR 5260.

                          6. I received a revert to my aforesaid mail and also received a fresh mail from Flipkart customer care mentioning that the seller has accepted my return request vide no OD[protected] and will be sending a wish master on 12th Nov for collection. Both the mails communicated the same message of “return being accepted”.

                          7. I followed up on 13th Nov’ 2018 at 0030 Hrs because no one had turned up at my door step to collect the shoes and the customer care executive credited my wallet with INR 200 for the mishap caused by their collection agency. The executive also mentioned that he has escalated the issue from his end and I shall soon receive a solution to my query.

                          8. On 17th Nov at 1100 Hrs I receive a call from Flipkart customer care executive mentioning that I should expect the wish master to turn up anytime before 2100 Hrs to collect the shoes.

                          9. The wish master did turn up on 17th Nov’ 2018 afternoon, (while I did not attend to him), however he rejected to take the order back because the “price tag is missing” otherwise he said the “shoe is unused”. He briefed my security guard, with whom I had left the parcel, to inform me to raise a fresh return request again.

                          10. Please note that there was no price tag attached to the shoes when I originally received the order on 06th Nov’ 2018 and did not fidget or loose any document or tag that came along with it. The original packing contained a Flip kart box along with the original bill, inside was a reebok box and shoes were wrapped in a paper however there was no price tag or any other tag. You can double check with the seller if he had provided any price tag along with the shoe and I would like to see the proof of his original packing because I clearly remember that there was no price tag inside the original packing.

                          11. Please understand this whole process is taking a lot of time for me to be following up with the customer care executive on the pick up date and track progress on the daily basis with no update whatsoever. I have been receiving SMS’s stating that my query will be resolved within few days and the date keeps getting postponed.

                          12. As communicated earlier to the customer care executive, If Flipkart is facing issues with its third party collection vendor than in that case I am willing to bear the expense of sending the shoes back by courier.

                          13. Request you to kindly intervene and seek for earliest solution in this matter.

                              I ordered one lenovo phab2 plus mobile to flipkart vide order no. Od[protected].

                              I received the lenovo phab2 plus mobile complete within box with invoice no. Fabw[protected] dt.[protected]. For rs.8999/-.

                              I charged battery full 100% at night and kept without inserting sim and in the morning i checked the mobile the battery charge was 80%. Next day i again checked the battery charge was 58% without putting sim and use. It is lying packed in the box. I surprised why battery charge is going down without using the mobile. I thoroughly checked the box and mobile.

                              In fact the manufacturig date mentioned is april2017. Almost 19 months old. I contacted customercare of flipkart on[protected] and they assure me that this mobile will be replaced on[protected]. They now sent me a message that your request is rejected.

                              The mobile is not used and kept in the box as received and request you to take the matter with flipkart as why april 2017 manufactured mobile sent to the customer with defective battery.

                                  Order number OD[protected], order was placed on 28th October 2018, promised delivery date was 10th november.
                                  Delivery date postponed to 15th november and then to 16th november, but still product not delivered till date.
                                  Several times talked to customer care, but not given correct information. Also saying that they are unable to contact us for delivery.
                                  But no calls received from any delivery boy.
                                  Unable to get my product delivered.

                                    I ordered mobile Back Cover for Panasonic Eluga Ray 600 with order ID OD[protected] on[protected] by the payment mode of debit card. It has delivered to Flipkart delivery center with tracking ID FMPP[protected] from flipkart.com on[protected].But my order is not delivered to me till today. I contacted with authorised Flipkart agent by phone. He is not respond properly.

                                      I have placed order in Flipkart for a Pendrive (COD). The Shipment reaches my delivery destination city, later the tracking messages say
                                      Misroute (Other City Misrouted) and the order is auto cancelled. This has happened twice now. I have called the Flipkart customer care and casual response from the support guy is to re order the product. Being very patience is not going to do any good for us. Never gonna order in flipkart again.

                                        I placed an order for Milton lunch box on 05th Nov 2018, with upfront payment from net banking; order id; OD[protected]. And they promised to deliver in 7 days.

                                        But to my surprise I got an notification on 10 th Nov midnight @ 12:32 stating my product delivered, within in 2 hours I contacted the helpline and informed to them the Fake update; Executive promised to resolved by 14th Nov, but till date i have not received the product delivered, in fact I received a call from them and they keep postponing the issue

                                        I have even sent am email to their CEO, with and attachment of snapshot, even i attached in this complaint as well.
