I have placed an order ref order id od[protected] on 09/12/2017 for eleven distinct items (Mia1 mobile phone, jockey vest, jockey briefs, cat's food etc.), after that flipkart cancelled my order after 02 days from placing my order. I have asked flipkart about the reason then they said that seller can only fulfill orders for a limited quantity of this item to make sure that all customers have an equal opportunity to buy the item on flipkart.
In this regard, i have informed to flipkart that i have placed the order
Of 11 (Eleven) distinct items with only one number of quantity each. One
Item having 11 (Eleven) quantity and 11 (Eleven) items having one quantity
Each, both are not same. On examination of their email it seems that either
Flipkart doesn't know the difference between them or flipkart is making
Fool to their valuable customers.
It is clearly that flipkart is violating their terms and conditions and cheating their valuable customers.
Further, if flipkart thinks that all the said 11 (Eleven) distinct items
Are same (Which is a foolish statement, because mia1 mobile phone, jockey
Brief and vest and cat's food never be same) then flipkart must had to
Cancel only 10 items but they have cancelled all the 11 (Eleven) items.
So, it is requested to resolve my issue at the earliest and reprocess
My order with the same deal.
It is also informed that the poor services from flipkart caused me mental harassment and i demand compensation.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We had informed customer that orders are cancelled under bulk order cancellation as he was placing order for the products in one category hence, closing the complaint.

Updated by ranjitbis I have received the reply from Flipkart which is totally baseless.
The first reason given by Flipkart for cancelling my Order Id OD[protected] is totally baseless because in one side Flipkart says that buy the products worth more than 3000 then you will get extra discount of 15 % but when somebody go for this deal then they says that you have purchased so many items therefore your order has been cancelled. I understand that Flipkart people are confused within their own terms and conditions because some other customer support people gave some other reasons in their email for cancellation of my order.
Regarding other reason that i am ordering same category products from long time, can Flipkart tell me that if i further order the same category products then will it be processed or not. If not, means any one can never buy same category of products if they have bought earlier and if yes, then it will be a joke.
Please also provide the terms and conditions where it is written that if somebody have bought some kind of product earlier then they can never buy such product in future.
