I am sharath kumar, i had given a two orders in flipkart on december 5 -2017. At the time of first order i paid through debit card after the payment is completed the order details are not showing in flipkart my account but the money has debited from my bank. At second time same as first order process has done payment has completed but the order details are not showing in my account. Two times money has debited in my bank account. I had maken a phone call to flipkart customer care they said "in 8 business days your money will refund". I had waited for that time of days but money is not refunded. Then i had called again i asked him about money refund process but he said your order is not conformed. So i decided to complain about. From december 5 till now they not responding to this refund process. So please resolve my problem. I have proof of transaction id of two order payments.

      Hi team,
      I purchased moto c plus order id : od[protected] on oct 2017 for talking and some general work. But while using for 3 month i had been facing network issue in every sim i inserted and when there was some urgency it's get stuck or get poor signal and camera is not good as well, and battery drain so quickly (8-11hrs) without any operation. And take 4 hours to fully charged.
      I had been great experience while shopping with you (Flipkart) and had always option to buy great product with genuine quality.
      This was the first time i am disappointed with the quality of product.
      What should i do? To get my issue resolve.
      So it's my humble request to you could it be possible to get my moto c plus set replace with some other things or get my money back.
      Because this set (Moto c plus) is good for nothing.
      Please kindly do the needful as soon as possible

        On 21 september, i placed an order of mi 4a mobiles quantity 2, and mamy poko pants diaper qty 2 with order id od[protected]. As soon as i placed the order, my order got cancelled saying that seller has cancelled your order because of bulk order. The order amount was 13465.. Then i waited for my money to be credited in my account for 7-10 days. When i didn't get credit, i started communicating to flipkart customer care, after 5 months till date i didn't got my money back. Flipkart customer care reply was our seller had not claimed money from your sbi bank, so you talk to sbi.. Sbi is saying they had claimed the money, if they had not claimed they want a letter from the merchant stating that they have not received the amount. Upon contacting to flipkart customer care, they are saying they provided they provided me an email. But in that email they have mentioned wrong amount 13465 was the actual amount and they have mentioned 13415 and wrong transaction date.. Transaction settlement date is 25 september 2017. Bank is asking the email with right transaction amount and write transaction date then only they will solve. My contact number is [protected] [protected]

          I shopped with your company and felt your company is making fool of customers.i ordered
          for kingdom 2 in 1 steamer but received normal steamer another product.the i logged
          return and again i received same product which i have not ordered.i needed the steamer
          for my child in winters but with wait process of two weeks i have not yet received my
          ordered product.i want to ask why you people are making fool of customers who trust and
          shop with you.now again i asked your team members to deliver my product which i oredered
          and they say they can refund amount but cannot deliver the real product.if you people are
          to not deliver the product y have you put the product on sale and why are you making fool
          of customers.i will never shop with you but will really complain against your company to
          PMO office as well as higher authorities.

            I ordered myra pink floral bellies on 15 jan 2018. After somedays i got a message from flipkart that your order with id no fmpc[protected] will be delivered today by ekart service partner but he is not delivering my parcel at my right adress. He said that recieve your pacel from patti but this city is very far from my home. He is not giving his duty well. So i want to say you that please take strict action against this. I shall be very thankful for thai kind of act.

              Hi. I ordered a mobile, which supposed to deliver 19 jan 18. On the day itself I got email that. My product is returned because of misrouted. As it was misrouted to 5 km distance, it is not big deal to reroute the product, but Flipkart didn't bothered it.

              Very bad service, disturbing service, betrayed service. Taking money, getting interest on my money for 12 days
              You people are so disgusting. That customer care support also has no manners to talk and they didn't even respect and next level senior are not solving the problem. disgusting website and customer care support

              I will have to give consumer complaint/FIR on this.

                      I had order Nikon camera on 16th evening.
                      And i was supposed to receive it on 18th.

                      The item was received at my nearest hub on 17th morning itself.
                      But i'm yet to receive the product on 19th.

                      If i call them they are saying you will get it before 23rd.
                      This is so unprofessional.

                        Received a product with more defects I'm completely distressed with the product. I feel shock while charging the phone not only charging problem Iam having phone heating problem when I am using phone, headset port is defective while using headset im getting noises, camera quality is not good.completely dissatisfied with this phone and want refund immediately.                             This is unacceptable. Please help me resolve this issue at the earliest.

                            I had ordered redmi note 4 from flipkart. On receiving it, i did not open it for the initial few days. When i opened it, i found out that its slot 2 was not working. However the 10 day return period had passed.

                            Now that i want to get the issue resolved, flipkart is neither responding to my requests nor answering the customer queries on their app etc.

                            This is totally unprofessional and extremely saddening to see such a pathetic service.

                            I hope this platform helps me reach out to the right professional in flipkart who can solve this problem. Kindly respond to this, and resolve the issue asap.

                              Samsung galaxy on nxt (Gold, 64 gb) was purchased online from flipkart.com vide order id-od[protected]. The product was covered under 10 days replacement warranty. Within 5 days of delivery, the product started malfunctioning and therefore i had created replacement request with the flipkart.com. Subsequently, technician visit was conducted and replacement order was approved by flipkart on sat, 30 dec 17. The product was shipped through ekart logistics with tracking id fmpp[protected]. The delivery was attempted on 02 jan 2018 but it could not be successful due to my relocation. The delivery agent was informed new address but he did not deliver the product at my new address and had returned the same to consignor on 05 jan 2018. Since then i have taken up with flipkart for delivery of product at my new address and got no response. Every time i have been informed that a call from flipkart would be received on specified date (S) but, no such call has so far been received. I am greatly disappointed with such behavior of mega online giant, flipkart.com. Till writing my product has not been delivered at my new address which is as below:

                              Flipkart has not responded till writing i.e. 21.01.2018.
                              Normally they claim to resolve the issue within 24 working hours.
                              But, I am still waiting for the delivery of product at my new address.

                              It is very disgusting that my replacement product has not been shipped by Flipkart to my present address nor there is any response to my emails. The product which flipkart has sold to me is defective and replacement request was created well within the replacement warranty period. But, Flipkart is not responding now. Through this forum I once again request to resolve the issue.

                                Hi,

                                I got delivery on 30th Dec 2017 and Demo given by vendor on 10th Jan, 2018. I raised complaint in flipkart on 2 days after giving a demo & installation ..after that as per them Vendor person came for repair for 3 times in 7 days but still same problem persist ..

                                today i again told to flipkart customer care for the same issue because vendor doing try & try and in this period 10days of piece replacement time also expired.

                                Due to issue of vendor, why customer suffer ..pls suggest for further procedure because i can't go with this peice in which from first day problem occurred.

                                pls suggest me for next step to get replacement, otherwise i have to complaint next level, which i know very well.

I will tryng so many time approx 5 to 6 times to genually purchase sale product like redmi 5 a 32 gb mobile phone but all time at reaching last movement cancel my order cz of fake reason is out of stock products.                                       This is to inform you that we have ordered an inext in 801st2 steam iron blue on 11/01/2018 via order id : od[protected], invoice no: faab[protected]. We are very sorry to say that it is not working satisfactorily.
                                      When we used it today for the first time, it's soleplate was sticking to the clothes, even on low heat. Due to this defect it has damaged our cloth.
                                      We request you to immediately refund the entire amount. Anticipating an effective and quick response.

                                        Entered the code successfully.
                                        After that it was asking please set a new password.

                                        Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

                                        That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.
