Respected sir/madam,
It's about order id od[protected] billed as vikrant tonde with emaild tonde. [protected]@gmail.com i placed order on 3 january, 2018 and received on 5 january 2018
Actually i ordered it (Mobile) for my father as he was getting reimbursement from his department (Lic). But didn't considered that there should be my father name in billing address. And made this mistake... Placed order with my name and got it too : (. When i got my mistake, i tried to customer representative but all in vain as they said me to buy a new phone for new invoice with my father name.
Please i just need to replace vikrant tonde with popat bhimrao tonde in invoice.
If it's not possible to change that info in same invoice please approve my return request and perhaps there are two ways to solve it :-
1. Replace my return with same product and send me invoice with my father name popat bhimrao tonde
2. Refund my money in flipkart wallet after pickup the product. So i can place same order or you place the order in my account and send the invoice with my father name.
And it will be more trustable from both sides that you send me the same device which i will return. Or it's your choice i[censored] want to send another new device as i haven't inserted sim cards in mobile until now.
If you have better solution please let me know. I will try my best.

    Mumbai400080 they have sent me mini instaed of regular size which i had ordered i recieved the product this evening 7.1.18
    Pl advise them to send me regular size and take back d mini size as i cannot use this size

      We have interacted with customer, customer was irate and told he will go consumer court we have freezed his account also he has coupons as well. Apologized and inform him it has been unfreezed now so you can use your account. Customer was happy and since he is not facing any other issues hence survey pitched closing the case.

        Actually i ordered for 2 redmi 5a phones at the flash sale held on 5 jan 2018 on flipkart the order was successfully placed and it was also successfully shipped but now after 2 days on 7 jan when i checked the order it shows that order has been cancelled. I didn't cancel the order so why it was automatically cancelled i was eagerly waiting for the product. My order no was od[protected] i am really disappointed i hadnt expected this from flipkart please look into the matter. And solve my problem as soon as possible

          Flipkart delivered a faulty item and then refused to do anything about it. Asked me to contact the service centre for the product. I tried to contact the service centre but no response from them. Shouldn’t flipkart be responsible for the product since it sold it to me.

          I finally managed to reach a tele representative who again wasnt interested in doing anything about it. How much time should i be spending on something which flipkart could have easily replaced or refunded.

          They also do not mention clearly while selling that they will not be responsible for any fault in the item.

            I orderd redmi 5a in flash sale on a address with cash on delivery. My order has been packed and shipped also but not deliver, they gave a simple reason is that delivery address not available. But the order has been shipped near by my area and they not tell me address and suggest to cancel the order or reoder the product. Sir, we know the flash sale of redmi 5a is for 30sec at 12:00 pm on every thursday. After many times trying, only one order is booked of redmi 5a and they say that delivery not available. Pls help sir.

                Flipkart has given wrong information about the product i have bought and when i asked for an exchange, they refused to exchage or refund. They ask me to contact the seller. If i had to contact the seller directly, i would have bought it from them and not flipkart. Moreover, it was flipkart who gave me wrong information about the product, then why should i blame the seller for it.

                  I ordered gate lifescience book on 31st dec at 435 it was abt to arrv on 5-8 jan. But on 5 jan msg came frm flipkart that ur product has returned. I called the customer care they said u hv to buy it again and u can't belv the price of book got hiked to rs.916. This is very bad policy of flipkart. They even didn't replied to my mail where i have sent all the details and asked them to resolved the problem as thier was very urgent requirement of that book. This service of flipkart was nonsense and disgusting.

                        I order one mi a1 and one redmi note 4 in two different days. But they give it to me in one packing. Due to money problem i can buy only mi a1. But due to one packing by flipkart i can't buy one mobile. If i cancel one mobile then another mobile also get canceled. Also it's price increases. This is totally wrong by flipkart. And, the subject they have mentioned about the return id, that i have never returned actually, therefor flipkart is making false excuses for it. The actual issue to which i am requesting you is that my id is disabled without any reason. I request you to please enable the same login asap. Because i am not in those people who will make different id with a different number. I am a professional one and i need the same id to be active. And please don't make a false claim on me for a high number of returns which i have never done. I challenge them against it. They may check my order history as well.

                            I had ordered-. Skinn by titan skinn womens imera 100ml eau de parfum - 100 ml (For women)
                            But the product delivered to is - titan skinn women's eau de parfum, nude, 100 ml.
                            Obviously i want the product which i had ordered. Not any other.
                            The order was placed on sat, dec 30th '17. The cost is ₹1, 757.
                            I recieved it today ie. Jan 6th '18 at around 12 noon.
                            I want the right product (Which i jad ordered) to be delivered as fast as possible.
                            And if you cannot give the right product to the customer (Me) please return my money.

                              One of the micromax laptop claimed to be 6gb but in actual only 2gb was installed. We approached to flipkart regarding this but they washed their hands away, we should complain to micormax. I placed several calls to micromax but [protected] refused to entertain us. I emailed to flipkart as well as micromax the bills, but they refused accept their products.
                              According to micromax we have been cheated by flipkart by selling us an ingenuine products.

I was given to understand that they will provide me a different email address as "" is not working but again they forwarded me the same above mentioned email.                                 I bought mi a1 mobile in flipkart. The mobile is getting over heated all the time and battery is draining very fast. But mi a1 mobiles basically doesnt have that issue. So i applied for replacement. They contacted me for one day that i should make a changes in settings. They also said that you have applied before 10 days so if again the issue remains you can return it. After that i am not getting any call from them regarding this. I need to replace it else its just a waste of money for me.

                                      Dear sir,
                                      I umesh singh kushwaha purchase a reebok shoes od no.[protected] on dt 15.10.2017 approx. Rs 7221 (Mrp 12999) by flipkart but recieved a reebok shoes mrp 2999 with diffrent style and colour so i contact flipkart customer care and tell about my issue they say for return request, after many time wait no one come for reverse pick up and automatic cancell reverse pick up 2/3 times.
                                      After many time contact with customer care then they courier guy come and pickup my product but next day return to me my product & saying it is not match with flipkart description and tell me kindly talk and update issue flipkart customer care.
                                      When i re-contact with customer care then say - we update to courier & now pick up compelet no issue but after re-pick up and cancell my pick up after reach on office... Till time my parcell put courier office w/o refund/replacement after copleted approx. 2 month.
                                      Also my account suspended which is i can't login...

                                      Kindly look into this do needfull.. I want refund/re-placement as soon as possible.

                                        Flipkart cancelled my order after the shipment... When i call to the customer care then they said the order is cancelled by the seller.. They also said that now u can place a new order.. How can it possible... After the shipment... There is no role of seller... The order is containing redmi 5a mobile... Now how can i order it again this mobile...
