I have ordered 3 item but today i received one sms from your company. Your item today receive at your address.

When i received one call from delivery boy. He told me you came to your bus stand and take your item.

I told him please came at my address and give my item. The distance between my address and bus stand is around 2 km. I am not able come to bus stand. Because that time i am not at my address.

Your delivery boy is apply rejection request for my item. It is not good for us.
My item no. Is :- id fmpc[protected].

Its not good.

      I ordered a mi a1 mobile on 17th december. I can see that the mobile is at the pune hub centre.

      Issue 1: ekart delivery person came on 27th. My order was with an exchange of old mobile. The person rejected the exchange phone saying there is a scratch in button. I tried to mention him that functions are all working. Ps: check the images of my old phone. But he went and i told him that i will talk with flipkart team.

      Flipkart team told that they have raised the concerns and product will be delivered.
      After few hours i received a cancellation call from ekart, which i denied. I called again to the ekart delivery person and he told it must be by mistake, i will schedule a delivery for tomorrow 28th december.

      Issue 3: ekart delivery person didn't call or come on 28th december. And my order has been cancelled without approval.

      Issue 4: i tried to raise my issues with customer support team and talked multiple times, they raised a ticket and told me on 27th that delivery date is till 31st december. And today morning the item is cancelled.

      I am just clueless now, whom should i talk to, filpkart customer service team says that they can only raise the ticket and backend team is working on the issue (Which i don't think as at the end my order is cancelled) i can't directly call the ekart logistics team as the number provided with out of delivery message is only for a day.

      I tried to call at the flipkart grievance officer but it says the number is not valid.

      I am sorry to say but there is a large communication gap in the retail services. I haven't faced any issues from flipkart earlier, but this one is really pathetic for me.

      Talking to customer care doesn't help as they have raise tickets which have an estimate resolve date of 9th jan. Details of the tickets has not been shared with me, it's only the ticket id which i can see.

      And by the time they respond back i guess the refund process will be completed.

      I am just wondering, have i wasted my 15 day of time? It would have been better if i would have purchased from market.

      Customer raised the complaint regarding exchange issue and new product delivery, we have interacted with customer and informed that order has been cancelled due to exchange product issue (scratches on the old mobile) observed from our wish master so delivery has been cancelled from the logistic partner and refund also initiated to account and it will be reflecting with in[protected] he agreed call done on 05 Jan 2018, hence closing the case from our team.

        I received ambrane power bank (P-1122 na 10000mah) from flipkart.com on 9th december 2017. It has a return policy within 10 days. But, to my surprise, the product stopped working on 11th day. I tried charging several times. However, two led was blinking while charging and after some time it stopped charging at two led itself. Now, it is charging till 1 led only.
        I believed ambrane products as my friend is having another one with 13000mah. That’s the reason why i purchased this one. Now, i feel cheated as the product became defective just after the replacement policy duration.
        I would like to have a new product instead of this faulty one.

          Please note i have placed an order of sanyo tv in the name of capt satish karamdhikar from mobile no [protected]. The register email address is [protected]@yahoo.co. Uk. The order id - od[protected]. The order was placed on 19/12/2017. That time it was told the delivery will be done on 26/12/2017. The same has not being done till date.in the mean time i have registered complaint three times to your customer care number. Every time they are telling that it has technical problem and the delivery will be done at the earliest. Fail to understand if you are not able to deliver on time why take the order in first place especially when the full payment has been done. Please revert back the status to my register email address and copy to my this address. Waiting for your reply.

            I ordered boys by m1 microphone but they delivered me bricks & mirror in that box and then they cancelled my return order 5times. And they are not providing refund or replacement. Everytimes they are saying that return order cancelled due to technical issues but on social media i talked to some victims of this kind matters and they are saying that same things happened with them.

              I recieved a defective product.
              That is, envent earphones model no:307.
              It worked good from the day of delievery to 1 month. But now suddenly stopped working. The left side of earphone is not working properly. So due to this i want a new product. So plz note this complaint and try to solve it.

                I recently brought a moto e4 plus phone in flipkart during new pinch sale offer on 16/12/2017 and phone delivered to me on 19/12/2017. After using 4 days i face some touch, finger print sensor and battery problem, for that i requested for the replacement. They agreed for replacement and processed my request also. On 25/12/2017 the flipkart person picked the phone from me, he told me that replacement phone will come with in one week. On 26/12/2017 i got a phone call from flipkart reading that replacement phone will come by 03/01/2018 and i agree for that one, up to here i didn't have any problem. Suddenly i got message from flipkart on 27/12/207 reading your replacement is rejected and your money will be refunded. Even without any information they are doing this all things, because of that offer only i bought a new phone and i gave my old phone in exchange for 1500rs only. New phone value will come be credited to my account this one is fine to me but i gave my for less price for the new phone, now i didn't get the new instead of that i loss my old phone also. They are giving fake promises and i was not expect this type of experience from flipkart. My old phone money will goto flipkart wallet, it is useful for flipkart only and they are doing all for their profit. I already discuss with flipkart people even they didn't give response. I attched mail conversation copy and flipkart order details also. Please go through it and do needful.

                  An oil filled room heater (Usha ofr 3209 while) purchased online from flipkart on 12-12.2017. The product was delivered on 14.12.2017. The delivered product was defected one. Request was made for replacement.
                  My order no. Is od[protected] dated 12.12.2017.
                  Flipkart allotted the date of pick up the product on 19th december, 2017. Thereafter it was extended 23rd, 27th, 28th and now 30th december, 2017. Several promised have been made by them for replacement. But no promise has been kept till date.
                  I have made many calls to the flipkart for ensuring myself that my product would be picked up, but my issue still got no resolution till today. Through this sequence of events, definition of the word "promise" got changed for me, it has just served for me as another synonym of "deception".
                  I have purchased this product for giving warmth to my 1 year lad during these winters, but flipkart has made my state such that i have made payment for the product but i have not received the product and i even can't purchase it from an open market as flipkart would not refund my money for its policy. Half winters are gone, what would be the relevance if product got delivered to me after winters.
                  I have made lots of requests by phone and e-mail for the replacement of this product but all has fallen on deaf ears. So, this time, i am requesting you to kindly get rid of me from this puzzling condition.
                  I have also lodge a complaint in consumer forum. My complaint number is 557228 dated 29.12.2017

                    On 28 December 2017 I ordered a mobile Redmi 5A 16GB. Its offer price was Rs 4999. The order had been placed and I had received confirmation sms notification regarding the same. But at 12:03PM the order got automatically cancelled with no proper explanation what so ever.

                      I bought moto e4 plus this year. And also bought another one too. Now one of thats sound quality is not good. Its very low. One can hardly listen to song on it even if its volume is 100%. The other one works good. Its 100% sound sounds like 10%. At first it worked good. Then suddenly it started to work like this. There's may be some problems with the speaker.

                        I raised below concern and also got calls from your care but the parcel is till with me only.
                        Delivery boy didn't even call the original requester post forcefully delivering the product at my address.
                        I tried to update the original complaint but it's not getting updated.
                        Please let me know if i need to take this some somewhere else if this forum is not able to help me here.

                        Cod product (Order id: od[protected] was forcefully delivered at my address deepak sharma, b-407, navaratna exotica, behind runwal seagull, handewadi road, hadapsar, pune 411028 on 09 dec while the address mentioned on parcel was prabin sharma 4 (407) navaratna exotica, ganga village, navaratna exotica, 4 number flat 407 rom, pune 411028 in my absence to my wife who is not good neither in english nor in marathi.

                        I checked in society what'sapp group but there is no person with prabin sharma's name also there was no contact number updated on parcel.

                        I didn't requested for any product. Request you to please get the parcel collected and refund my 1199 rs.

                          I have ordered the mi mix 2 vide order no. Od[protected].

                          In the box, i have not received the sim card tray and also i found dust
                          Inside the box.

                          I have opened the box in front of flipkart delivery executive, in fact, he
                          Has only opened the seal of the box and we together saw the dust inside the box.

                          For this reason, i am placing the return request from last 7-8 days each

                          Time i am placing the return request it is getting cancelled by flipkart.

                          Same reasons are been given again and again for cancelling the return
                          Request and no opportunity of being heard is given to me.

                          If you don't have trust on your customer based on 3 years old history then
                          At least check with your e-kart delivery executive and then return the
                          Phone.

                            Last few months my account not opening. I used my old username and password. But it was not opening.

                            Then i used forgot button and then received code.

                            Entered the code successfully.
                            After that it was asking please set a new password.

                            Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

                            That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

                              I have bought moto e4 plus mobile phone from flipkart with order id: od[protected] dated 7/12/2017. After 2 weeks o[censored]sage, the phone display was not working. As the replacement time was within 10 days of delivery, i couldnt request for replacement. When i took my phone to lenovo showroom, they informed me about software issue and they re-installed the software. But within 2 days, the phone got the same complaint. As the problem persists, i want to know whether there is any facility to replace the same as i have been a trusted customer of flipkart and this makes it dubious.

                                The ear phone i have purchased is not fitting to my ear and it starts paining within five minutes o[censored]se. There is no option for return of this ear phone or for exchange with other or for refund. On complaint to customer care they just keep repeating their policy of return. One can understand replacement policy before purchase of a product but can not know under what circumstances/ or available option under which, it can be returned until and unless one purchase the product. And once the product is purchased they say it can not be returned, then what sense this policy makes. How do you justify only those option given in the list can be a reason for return/refund. It being a design issue, so has become a wastage of my money. Please provide a hopeful solution.

                                Issue: Did not like the product

                                Spoke to customer informed that there is no defect or damage in product. you did not like the product for this reason we will not be able to take the product back as per our replacement policy. Customer said the design is not ok, ears get pained when i put the headset on, informed we can not change the design it comes from brand, since there is no defect we will not be able to take it back.

And after doing so many follow ups i have received only new dates for delivery of product first 21st then 26th dec and now 29th dec. Still i have not received the product. As i am waiting since 18th dec now they are saying please order again while i have ordered for my friend whose birthday was on 21st and i don't have any option now. I am just waiting for the product to be delivered. Please help me this time i am really frustrated from flipkart.

                                    I purchased 5 grm gold coin from flipkart.com, i received empty box with out gold coin in it. When i called customer care they are asking me to wait for few days will resolve issue provided 1 date later changed to some other date like wise they are postponing date from past 15 days. There is no resolution provided yet, not sure they will refund amount or not when ever i call customer care they are saying team is looking in to issue and asking me to wait..

                                      When i login my account on flipkart then it will show an error 'login unsuccessful login' (On pc) and 'something went wrong' (On app).and i try to reset password says unable to update password

                                      My package of a 26T cycle was due for today but the delivery guy refuses to come for the delivery despite not being more than 5 km away from my place and there being plenty of time left in the working day. This kind of lethargic behaviour on your side is really a turn down towards selecting flipkart for future orders.

                                        Yesterday on 27.12.2017 i got a message from flipcart that wishmaster will come on 28.12.2017 will come to me to pick up the subject order.
                                        And today one person came to my home to pick up the order.

                                        But i never ordered subject order item.

                                        Spoke to customer on [protected] she said i have ordered it the person who has registered the complaint was not knowing about order and she has informed the concerned person and now customer wants to keep the product and doe snot want to return. Informed her we will cancel the return case closed...
                                        Sir I am complaint about not delivery of product on expected date...sir expected date of delivery of product on 18 dec 2107 but it not delivered yet...and this third tym I am facing the problem...and u guy doesn't how important order thing for customer...
                                        Dear sir, i ordered a phone though it was received by courier but he didn't called me, he came to my address and went back... Please improve your service.. Thank you
