Dear all,
I have sent a cancellation request for an order, its a prepaid order and rejected the delivery also.
Flipkart saying that they will not refund the money
I have sent some more than 25 requests to cancel and refund my money.
My only question to them why you are making a customer suffer like this since its a prepaid order.
Flipkart is very poor in addressing customer issues

    Flipkart didn't refund my amount of rs.11999/- which they debited for a failed order id order id: od[protected]. I raised a ticket with them and its been more than 2 weeks sincecreating the ticket and 1 month since the failed transaction they have not refund my amount. All interactions with them end up saying i will get refund in 5 days but its not happened till now. Below is the incident. Please help me

    Hey flipkart you are getting worse day by day i shared my bank details with you 2 weeks back as you said you will ask the seller to do a manual refund.After 3 weeks i get a response that the bank transfer failed and youask my bank details again.You guys had one job to note my bank details correctly and transfer the refund amount and you failed it again..The flipkart customer service is the worst thing you can have and they fail everytime miserably i have never had such a bad experience with other E-commerce players you guys are reminding me time and again why i am still using Flipkart.TGoo

      Actually we ordwerd 6 sarees in flipkart in oct 16th. I will picked only 3 sarees. Remain 3 sarees retuned. But still now i did't recived my refund payment.
      So many times i will call to the flipkart custemer care number. Flipkart executives told me every time wiat for some time.

        On 22 September, I placed an order of Mi 4a mobiles quantity 2, and mamy poko pants diaper qty 2 with order id OD[protected]. As soon as I placed the order, my order got cancelled saying that seller has cancelled your order because of bulk order. The order amount was 13465..then I waited for my money to be credited in my account for 7-10 days. When I didn't get credit, I started communicating to flipkart customer care, after 3 months till date I didn't got my money back. Flipkart customer care reply was our seller had not claimed money from your sbi bank, so you talk to sbi.. SBI is saying they had claimed the money, if they had not claimed they want a letter from the merchant stating that they have not received the amount. Upon contacting to flipkart customer care, they are saying they can't provide this. What should I mean by this.. I am very upset and this amount is a very big amount for me. They have claimed the money on 25 Sept as said by bank.. It is clearly shown in my bank statement too

          I took this phone through online delivery. There is a problem with it and it's just been a month. It is moto g5 plus. There is errors in storing the clicked photos. When i am trying to check the photos which have clicked it appearing to be in block manner which is not normal. I tried correcting it but not happening so kindly do help me with this.               On 5th DEC 2017, two fraud transaction were happened on My ICICI debit card account. Transactions are made on FlipKart.

              1050 and 5520 are the both transactions on FlipKart.
              Attached bank statement for the same.

              Transaction is initiated from other person's Flip-kart account and Bank details used are mine.

              Please help me to find out this fraud transactions.

              Also I have registered complaint to Pune cyber crime cell before 2-3 weeks, but still I had not got any response from them.

              If this type of transactions can happen on FlipKart how I can trust ahead on online shopping.

              Please try to to resolve this asap.

                Hi,

                Below are the details of my issue with flipkart as per which flipkart is liable to pay me a sum of rs. 13494.00 in order to settle the issue with my axis bank.


                On 26th january my bank statement showing two transaction with flipkart, payments has been made by my debit card with sum rs. 11999, transaction date 19/12/2017 and sum rs. 1495, transaction date 23/12/2017 which i did order anything. I enquired about the same with my axis bank and asked for an order id with this transaction which they shared with me. Transaction id – ecom pur/flipkart/inte/[protected]/191217/09:24 & ecom pur/flipkart/inte/[protected]/231217/17:50. When i shared the same with flipkart, they denied that any such transaction id exist in their database.

                So i request you to please look into this matter and provide me the details regarding, what is the item that was purchased, where did it got delivered to and any other specific detail required to raise the fraud transaction issue in the system for this particular transaction.

                  I ordered mi a1 and coolpad cool1 with sale and another payment offer of 10 %discount on hdfc.
                  Product was shipped.. No problem
                  But with ekart logistics which is flipkarts courier service.. They received at my nearest hub... Mi a1 on 18 dec but didnt deliver that to me.. After few days i raised request at flipkarts to either provide reason for delay or contact nber for courier service.. I didn't get any reply from flipkart. On 25 dec my order was cancelled by courier... It is most certain that they didn't want to provide couriers services contact number and any reason for cancellation. And neither they want to deliver. These big sales are only scams to hold back customers money and harassing customers.

                    I have ordered a car cover for ford figo (Speeediza car cover in multi color with mirror packets through order id: od[protected] on 23.12.2017. But i have received a car cover in black color without mirror packets (Tracking id:fmpc[protected]) on 25.12.2017. And paid a sum of rs. 684/- (Including delivery charges of rs.125/-).                       Flipkart is making fool to their customers if the product is missing they have to refund the existing amount but they provide replacement after that complaint has been closed without any information . I am facing this issue from flipkart I purchased Philips trimmer I received empty box then company provide replacement I got again empty box I lodged a complaint after few days my complaint were closed I contact to customer care they said your account has been blocked you are not be able to login and no refund will be given . I am shocked after hearing this . If you are assuring the customer for replacement/refund . It must be given to the customer .

                      We'd interacted with the customer when checked with customers issue found that there was high number of returns created by the customer which is against the flipkart policies, and as per that informed customer that your recent request for a replacement/refund has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account.

                        Money has not been refunded to my credit card for order od[protected]. It's been 20 days over but till now flipkart guys didn't resolve my issues.

                        I have contacted multiple times to sbi credit card customer care with provided reference no 5122285232226665304022. Sbi guys were unable to see any details using this reference no. Bank customer care also mentioned the reference number is invalid can’t help.
                        I have also raised the dispute to the sbi card with provided ref no and got the below reply.

                        ""transaction dispute related: we request you to kindly ask merchant to refund the amount as till now we have not received the same.""

                        I have sent all the details to flipkart customer care and i am getting below response.

                          I have ordered taluka momos maker and i find it is very small than i called up customer care and told about everything and i request them to please exchange this and send me the new big one and they that we dont have this policy. You can call us after 48 hours and place the cancellation request. Now i am calling but it is showing that no request for cancellation, no request for order and nothing for refund.

                          Its a kind of fake thing that this company is mentioning in the service.

                            I have purchased moto e4 plus from flipkart..
                            On the day i received the phone it got switched off on its own... I let got..
                            On the second day it got switched off 3 times in a single hour...
                            I complained to customer care... They told that they will send technician for the problem...
                            Technician came and just open the mobile timer and told that the mobile is not hanging.. Then after wards he downloaded the cpuz application and concluded that the battery is fine..

                            I told him that the phone switch off on its own.. But not ready to believe me..
                            So they denied my replacement..
                            One of the customer care execuitive told me if they replace it will have loss to the company and they have changed the policy...

                            Yesterday morning.. I set alarm for 4:45am but it did not ring.. I woke up at 5:55am and realised that the alarm did not ring so i saw my mobile was switched off on its own.. I had to call my collegue that i will be late for the office and i also have the proof that i was late for the office... I too have the proof that the mobile was off whole night... I have take the screenshot of the battery graph...
                            If you search on google "moto e4 switch off on its own" you will get several links confirming that many customers are having the same issue..

                            They are just deneying the replacement... And are tell me to visit the service center..
                            I want a replacement cause it is in their policy that if costomer faces any issue within 10days they will replace,..

                            It is difficult to proove in front of technician in 15min that my phone get switch off on its own randomly... Hence i want that technician to have my phone for few days.. So that he can use himself and test that yes it is getting switch off on its own..

                              I had ordered a car mobile holder which was supposed to be delivered on 22nd dec 2017, the delivery got delayed and i complained for 2 days constantly on the 3rd day my order was cancelled without my concern. I wish to file a fraud case. The notification which i am seeing is the courier people have said that i have rejected the delivery where as i was waiting for the delivery from 3 days. I wish i could sue flipkart for this fraudulent behavior. Atleast i expect a solution in this forum.

                                I have ordered this mobile on 14 dec 2017 and flipkart give me the last due date is 20 dec 2017. But it was not delivered to me. Again i contact care they told me that it will be delivered to u around 25 dec 2017. But now the product showing delivered but none of the courier agent contact me to receive the product. Flipkat did not take any action they only receive complaints. Another problem i came to know that the courier agent sell our products at higher price to others

                                  Iam ordered baja finance a recently launched phone, moto c5 mrp 5999/-, and received it on time. I used it for three days and faced a lot of trouble on off button properly not workig,
                                  Iam two tims complaint log and send mail your respond complaints you're respond date[protected], coming recognition, he is not solue my problu,
                                  I requested for the refund but the flipkart agent tried some sort of troubleshooting and sent me a replacement of the phone (Against my will). I received the replacement in three days and the new phone does the same thing. I am still facing the same issues with the another phone. It is purely a hardware... Iam inform customer care come to you'r technician check my mobile he is tell mobile is good work but iam same problems facing so please returned my mobile please salue my problems

                                    I have placed an order ref order id od[protected] on 09/12/2017 for eleven distinct items (Mia1 mobile phone, jockey vest, jockey briefs, cat's food etc.), after that flipkart cancelled my order after 02 days from placing my order. I have asked flipkart about the reason then they said that seller can only fulfill orders for a limited quantity of this item to make sure that all customers have an equal opportunity to buy the item on flipkart.

                                    In this regard, i have informed to flipkart that i have placed the order
                                    Of 11 (Eleven) distinct items with only one number of quantity each. One
                                    Item having 11 (Eleven) quantity and 11 (Eleven) items having one quantity
                                    Each, both are not same. On examination of their email it seems that either
                                    Flipkart doesn't know the difference between them or flipkart is making
                                    Fool to their valuable customers.

                                    It is clearly that flipkart is violating their terms and conditions and cheating their valuable customers.

                                    Further, if flipkart thinks that all the said 11 (Eleven) distinct items
                                    Are same (Which is a foolish statement, because mia1 mobile phone, jockey
                                    Brief and vest and cat's food never be same) then flipkart must had to
                                    Cancel only 10 items but they have cancelled all the 11 (Eleven) items.

                                    So, it is requested to resolve my issue at the earliest and reprocess
                                    My order with the same deal.
                                    It is also informed that the poor services from flipkart caused me mental harassment and i demand compensation.

                                    We had informed customer that orders are cancelled under bulk order cancellation as he was placing order for the products in one category hence, closing the complaint.

                                    I have received the reply from Flipkart which is totally baseless.
                                    The first reason given by Flipkart for cancelling my Order Id OD[protected] is totally baseless because in one side Flipkart says that buy the products worth more than 3000 then you will get extra discount of 15 % but when somebody go for this deal then they says that you have purchased so many items therefore your order has been cancelled. I understand that Flipkart people are confused within their own terms and conditions because some other customer support people gave some other reasons in their email for cancellation of my order.

                                    Regarding other reason that i am ordering same category products from long time, can Flipkart tell me that if i further order the same category products then will it be processed or not. If not, means any one can never buy same category of products if they have bought earlier and if yes, then it will be a joke.

                                    Please also provide the terms and conditions where it is written that if somebody have bought some kind of product earlier then they can never buy such product in future.

                                      Hi team,

                                      I have ordered a samsung on nxt on 17th dec. But today on 24th dec suddenly i receive a cancellation message. After cross verifying again and again, i got to know that my address is not a deliverable area for them. But i have recently ordered three product and all of them got delivered on my same address.

                                      So, it is clearly understandable that they automatically returned that item just to force the customer to buy the same product with extra 3000 rs.

                                      Pleasr look into this issue.

                                        This is to inform you that i have ordered a jbl charger 3 bluetooth sepakers online. However the product recieved is duplicate and not as per product specification, look and quality. My order id is od[protected] and my registered mobile number is [protected]. I need a refund for the money paid online. Also i suggest flipkart to investigate the matter immediately as it will jeopardize the brand image and customers will lose trust in flipkart.
