I'm writing this complaint with great disappointment. Today i ordered am dell inspiron 5577 rs.69990 which i got at rs.59990. Now i got a message saying the order is cancelled. This is the second time worst experience with flipkart.
First time i ordered an acer nitro and it was canceljed by flipkart. Then i waited for another offer and today i ordered dell. Flipkart has tested my limits and i'm thinking about filing a complaint against flipkart at consumer court. It's not about the refund and all. It's about this company making fool of people like me.

    Dear flipkart, why don't you clear things to the customer before he order a product that you can't deliver product in discounted price.
    Now i am very serious. I will not spare flipkart this time until i get my order.
    I have ordered moto g5 plus (4gb ram) on 17th december under "new pinch days" sale via my card and paid rs.9899 already. After then i have received a sms & a mail which state that my order has been placed successfully and confirmed. Everything was perfect till 3.28pm. On today at 3.29pm received a text and mail which state that my order has been cancelled.
    Wow! Again after 7th-9th december sale, same thing happend another time. Last time on 9th december, ordered mi a1 (Order id : od[protected] at 12, 699 via my sbi card, and on 10th december received the same kind off mail and my order had been cancelled by seller. I had contacted flipkart customer service team on the same day but they don't provide resolution except apology and also promise in future if the things happed they will provide compensation.
    As the incident repeated once again, this time i want my order asap, i don't want to listen any explanations. As per policy, i paid rs.9899 for moto g5 plus, order has been placed and confirmed successfully. As the seller/flipkart confirmed my order already, then seller/flipkart has to take the responsibility to fulfill the order at any cost.
    I will do the needful and will take serious action against flipkart unless receive proper resolution and compensation for this harrassment and the ordered product with in 48 hours.
    Countdown begins from now.
    Update - not recevied any resolution for previous issue.
    Now, i can't login into my account getting an error "login unsuccessful. Please retry in a minute"
    So even our money on flipkart is also not safe.
    Update - 12th jan'17 : just received a call from flipkart team, i just spoke to isha who denied to activate my account and also i won't get my rs.800 egv back to my account.
    Its clear that flipkart looting customer's money by doing these kind of scams.

      I am waiting my product from 5 january. They can't deliver my product till now. They cancelled my product without informing me. They refused home delivery. When i complaint in customer care they can't help. They asked to wait for 2 day every time. And after 5 day they called me and asked they can't help me. They refused my all requests. At last they cancel my order without informing me and they said to me to order the produt again

        We order 5 pairs of shoes on flipkart and only 4 was on the box... We gave it back on the spot as they said it's the company's policy... We waited for a long time but only the amount of two shoes was sent back on flipkart wallet.. When we call the customer rep they told us that it already exceeded the time period of refund and that they could not do anything... I felt like it's such a big fraud on their side as we gave all the shoes straight back on the spot and waited for their instructions as th eye told us too...

        Customer ordered for 5 quantity but he received only 4, where 1 quantity was missing. Customer said that he received the refund for 2 quantity but he returned all the 4 products. We interacted with the customer and we escalated the issue to our concerned team and we found that we received only 3 quantity in pickup. We've taken the refund request for 2 more quantity, In total refund for 4 quantities are provided, as 3 quantity were picked & 1 for the missing quantity. We got confirmation that remaining 1 quantity was not picked from customers place hence refund not process for the same. Same has been informed to customer. Hence closing the complaint from our end.

            I ordered a phone and by mistake entered a diffrent pin code in address and a diffrent pin code in check out time.
            then they didn't call me once on delivery time and cancelled the order.

              On 08 jan 18, i ordered a mobile from flipkart, paymet done, flipkart send me transaction id also, and payment deducted from my card..but order not confirmed. i attached a msg by bank which deduction shows and flipkart msg, that shows transaction id.sandesh

                This is to inform you that I have ordered 1no of HP Inprint Laptop on 13/06/2017 at 1.05 pm Through Flipkart online portal & also made the online payment via Debit card of mine.

                Amount is Rs 25990/- is debited from my account & credited to flipkat account i.e [protected] ( Name : PAYZIPPY-M/S FLIPKART POOLING A/C) but till i didn't received the Goods I have also spoken to the Flipkart regarding the non delivery of the products and finally i have spoken to the customer care and they told that they will be refunding it to my A/C and given the confirmation as per the communication and they have done the Refund also flipkart has given the transaction ID IdIN[protected] of Refund from Flipkart, This transaction ID given by Flipkart and told its done on 10/10/2017 but we have checked with our SBI bank with this transaction No i.e ID IdIN[protected] and also Bank peoples are confirmed there is no such a transaction done in their account and not showing it. so, again i went to Recheck to my Bank and checked but there no transaction is showing related to this ID IdIN[protected] and finally they are asking the full details of Flipkart Payment transaction to My SBI Bank .

                We request you to kindly give me the full Payment transaction of ID IdIN[protected] is given by Flipkart on 10/10/2017.

                We are struggling to take refund from Flipkart from past 10/10/2017 But Flipkart account refund is not yet Happend to my Bank account account.

                Kindly look into very seriously and i request you to solve the problem immediately.

                finally once again kindly i request you to provide the full details of the transaction made from Flipkart regarding to the ID IdIN[protected] & Kindly look into very seriously and settle immediately without any fuhrer delay.

                    I wanted to order something on flipkart and it said not more then 3 pcs to be bought at a go! Since u wanted to order 24 pcs i called up toll free number i selected in particular english as a language to speak the person answered had no awareness with english so i asked him to transfer to their higher representative so he said he cannot help me and he was abrupt and rude i requested to speak to sales manager which the employ harsh rohara refused to put me to him and said it’s our companies policy so not offer bigger order which is extremely a very big lie! As a consumer i have a right to speak to higher representative and get full information as i need! I am extremely very upset with this unprofessional behaviour’

                        I placed the order on 8th jan nd 11th jan was expected time but now they are giving an excuse of technical issue to not to delivered the order worst service provider ever, nowadays every small online shopint app is delivering any thing on time but flipkart which is the biggest app of online shopping is very far away from the customer service and for delivering any order on time i had very bad experience with it never going to order on it ever.

                          Hello,

                          I have been a good customer for flipkart since its inception. I have ordered shoe rack worth 4999 inr from flipkart using pay later option on 27 sept, 2017. After a week, i have received the product at my home address. After reviewing the product, i have requested for return on 29 sept, 2017 since the product is of poor quality and there are damages of paint and wood coming out. On october 10th, 2017 flipkart executives started following up with me that the item will be picked up. This pick up request flipkart executives have been placing since october till end of december. But none of the executives ever showed up, to pick up the product. So the product always stayed at my home untouched, awaiting to be picked up as if it is in a warehouse.

                          Finally, by end of december flipkart cancelled my return request for what reasons i'm not aware and they asked me to pay 5499 inr (4999 + 400 late fee) since the product is not returned by me till date.

                          Now, after many followups flipkart did not respond to me properly and they fined me and as well cancelled my return and they now sent me a legal notice for making the payment.
                          How is this fair on flipkart, i do not understand?
                          More than 3 months my house has been a warehouse to host the product unused expecting the product will be returned. Flipkart should pay me for this loss for holding the product until this time.

                          Cheaters from flipkart do not know how to service a customer instead charge the customer with legal notice.

                          How is this acceptable. I would like to file a case against flipkart now.

                          Please help me, i want to sue this organization.

                          I have all the recordings which i made over phone.

                          Please do the needful.

                          The complaint is not resolved by Flipkart. As per the phone interaction with Flipkart executive, I have been asked only to make the payment and Flipkart is not assuring the return of the product.
                          I’m continually asking Flipkart to go through the call logs that I have requested the return from past 3 months because the product has scratches and is of very poor quality but Flipkart’s executives are only considered that I should be making the payment.
                          I sincerely ask Consumer Forum that this is rude from Flipkart not respecting customer feedback and not taking the return of the item.

                          Please let me know if I should also proceed legally as my loss should be paid by Flipkart that I have been bearing the product all this time.

                            That on 03.01.2018 i order a mobile handset being samsung galaxy on nxt and the same was registered with order id od[protected]. That on 04.01.2018 the said mobile handset being samsung galaxy on nxt withorder id od[protected] has been shipped. That on 05.01.2018 said samsung galaxy on nxt with tracking id fmpc[protected] from flipcart.com was delivered by one dipesh ghosh ([protected]). After returning home i opened the same and found that the head phone and other accessories is missing from the said delivery box.

                                  My name is hardik wadhwa, i am flipkart unhappy customer. I am not satisfied with your services. I bought wireless earphone (Bluebird) from flipkart, when i recived this was broken our its packing is worst in condition when is requst to return it the return pickup delivery men reject to pickup, he says to me that this product is green in color showing in my system then i said this product has four in color and not mention that which i have to choose then the flipkart sent me black in color. Then the delivery boy says that my application is not updated thats why i am ready to accept your return but i am not sure to say it will accepted or not and after some time the request is rejected by flipkart but i my product is not returned and why i am taking return why i am facing this all. I have not extra time for your worst service. And the product quality is also worst one thing more that i was order some product and that i recived another.

                                    It's been two and half months that i'm. Trying to get a refund on the product which has multiple manufacturing issues with very poor quality product. Flipkart always extending or canceling the refund/ return request with out giving a proper resolution. They just trust their seller never listen to customer. I'm fedup calling flipkart customer care because everytime we need to speak to different person and when we explain they say we will escalate this issue further and you will receive a call back in 24 hrs and when i get a call back they again say we will look into this in 24-48 hrs.in reality it's been more than 2 months and my request got reject thrice and 4 then one in logged and they are keep on changing dates for that as well.

                                      An order was placed with flipcart for a pair of shoes on 04 october 2017. Payment was done for rs 3995 through hdfc bank. Bank deducted amount from my account. Proof exists and sent to both parties. As per flipkart customer support money has not been credited. Repeated correspondence with both the agencies in the last 3 months have not resolved the issue. Hdfc bank has consistently been saying that the money has been credited to flipcart. I have received the mail on 10 january 2018 from hdfc bank, contents are given below:-

                                        Worst online site ever!!! Flipkart gives horrible experiance. Never ordering from here again full of fraud sellers. Ordered a product from flipkart. Firstly the product is of very poor quality and then after i got the product it was teared off in the bottom of the sets. There is written that they will be giving 10 day replacement but thats a lie. Flipkart will schedule a technician visit which they did and till now no technician visited. Its been more than a week and flipkart customer care is so unproffesional they dont even know how to function. They dont even call you unless you msg them and then they make another fake promise to schedule a visit. Now they have cancelled the visit and told me that seller isnt sending anyone. Wow kudos to your service very nice behaviour. Its all money making business for flipkart and this seller. They dont care about the customer. Very disgraceful. Worst online site ever. Will suggest relatives and friends to think twice before ordering anything from flipkart. Instead of resolving the issue they will put you through mental torture. For them replacement means putting off the consumer and wasting their time and money. They dont have the courtesy to solve the issue and they have no control over sellers. The seller denied sending a technician for a visit and flipkart is sitting idly letting seller exploit the customers. Insensitive customer support!!! Do not order anything from flipkart because they dont even know what a replacement is and if seller denied you will be stuck with a product with worst quality and wastage of money. They dont even make any ammends for the seller behaviour. Flipkart does not care. Shame on customer service. Pathetic policies. No guaranteed replacements as nobody will even come to your home and flipkart wont even care. They got their money now they dont need to serve you. Never ordering from flipkart. Full of fraud sellers and disgusting service!!!

                                        This is in reference to the conversation I had with one of your customer care personnel on MONDAY. He asked me for another 24 hours as he again confirmed me that the seller will be sending a technician to our home for sure to review the second product with order id - OD[protected]. And he assured me that this will be the last 24 hours that they have demanded from us and then also if the seller do not visit, then Flipkart will be taking action against it. I waited yesterday and no technician showed up !!

                                        Let me remind you that this is the 6th visit scheduled from flipkart and till now its been half a month and no one is visiting to review the product. Are you taking the advantage of the customer time? Do you think customers are stupid? I haven't in my life wasted so much time on any online site, but flipkart is forcing me to go through all this mental exhaustion !!!

                                        Firstly I had gone through all this for this product with another order id:OD[protected] . For that also there were so many technicians visit scheduled and ALL I GET WAS A CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE CALLING ME AND ASKING FOR ANOTHER 24 HOURS !!! IS THIS YOUR POLICY??? Is this called 10 day replacement ?????? I am putting a lot of time in waiting for you guys to take any action and you are just taking advantage o[censored]s. Both order id's are of same product and same seller. Why are you wasting our time on both of them seperately?

                                        Now since again no technician visited, Do stick to your words and take action against the seller because now we wont be giving any 24 hours .What a site, the customer has to message and message all the time and wait for you to make another fake promise. Is your site run by sellers?? if seller is doing watever he likes instead of taking action against him Why are you making the customer wait? what kind of site is that which makes customer wait for so long. If seller is out of your control then why are you giving those policies? You guys are abusing customer's patience beyond limit !!!
