Updated by sandeepsingb Flipkart Customer Care's : you people are making fool to the customer..
First you guys provide the offer and then when people try to purchase, you guys dont deliver the product and make the excuses like "The product has been misrouted to different city". and after following up with customer care, you finally got the solution... and the solution is... the order would be cancelled and you need to again order the product..
Worst services from Flipkart.. never gonna use it again in the future..
when you create such type of offer then atleast have guts to deliver the product also.. this is not happening with me only, there are lots of people who are facing similar issue.
those who have ordered the phone on 8th December, they are screwed by flipkart like this...
They are just making people fool and playing with people's money..

Who is going to bear the interest of the phone when it is cancelled, if it is cancelled from my side then it's my responsibility to pay the interest on the credit card. but when it's is cancelled by flipkart then it should be their responsibility to pay the interest not the customer.
this is the worst experience i have ever had with online retail services. worst of all online retail websites.

Flipkart Customer Care's response We would like to inform you that we tried reaching on [protected] but we were not able to reach you. We have sent an mail in your registered email Id: [protected]@gmail.com, if you want us to reopen the case, kindly revert on the same mail.
Every time when I call the costumer service they told me that in 2 days they will return the money
But after 15 days I don't get my refund money back
