I had order xiomi mi ai mobile phone on 2nd jan, 2017 and expected date of delivery was 4th jan, 2017. Then, on 4th jan, i got a message that it will be delivered on 5th jan. I was still ok as it was only one day delay from date of commitment. On 5th jan, i again got a message that it will now be delivered on 9th jan. Without any concrete reason, my order got delayed for 4 more days. I tried to call customer care for that and they said that they can not help me on this. I can either cancel my order or wait till given date. Now, this is a very bad customer experience. There was a reason that i went ahead and ordered my phone on 2nd jan. If committed date can not be kept by flipkart, better not display it while placing order as it really hurts customer sentiments.

    I have purchased a hp laptop from flipkart on 9th of december and it got delivered on wed, dec 13th '17. There was some offer at the time of purchasing the laptop “get flipkart protect extended warranty” in zero payment but i have not received any confirmation on it whenever i made a call to customer service, they hangup the call without any resolution also saying the we are escalating this matter to higher level but it been a month passed no resolution till the time.
    They people have very bad customer service as they have outsourced their business.

    Issue offer related: informed that it was technical glitch due to which offer was not applied, as a token of gesture we have added Rs.500/- EGV to your flipkart account which he can use for future purchase, customer was not satisfied with the resolution. I have purchased the product because of offer, i i buy this offer (extended warranty ) its value is Rs.1000/- and you are providing Rs.500/- . Informed it is token of gesture we can not provide more than that .Case closed from our end

        Hi,

        I am a regular customer of flipkart since 2014, & they have cheated me 2nd time.

        On 4st january, 2017, i ordered 2 sets of “redmi 5a (Gold, 32 gb)” (Two different orders) from my flipkart account. Payment was successful and order was placed. I got confirmation message and email stating that my order will be delivered between 6th jan to 7th jan.

        After this when i checked my order in my account, i was surprised to see that the order status is cancelled reason are as bellow.

        “ you made an excellent choice by deciding to purchase one of the top selling products on flipkart. However, due to high demand for this item and in order to provide all customers an equal opportunity, the seller had to cancel the following items in your order with od[protected] & od[protected] “

        If seller has to meet this criteria, why was i even allowed to place the order in first place. Also, this condition is no where mentioned in flipkart site or in seller/product profile.

        In this regards i have discussed with customer care executive mr. Vikas saras & mr. Aman jain, they told me to that i am the final authority and we have right to cancel your order for placing bulk order.

        I have requested them to confirm one order only. But they have refused to do so. After long discussion of two hours, they have not provided me e-mail ids or contact number of senior authorities & disconnected call from their side without any confirmation form my side.

        Is the ordering of 2 mobile is bulk order?? You can understand how this cheap behavior is.

        Now i planning to lodge complaint on “consumer court”, i wana to teach them, indian consumers are not fool.

        Customer raised a complaint for order cancellation. We interacted with the customer and informed him that as he placed the order in bulk and its a demanded product so seller is not able to fulfill the requirements to two product as he has to serve to other customer also. Informed customer that order is cancelled from seller side and its not possible to re-initiate the order hence closing the complaint from our end.

          Hello sir, i have purchased rs 500 flipkart voucher from magik pin app on dec 14, 2017. From that voucher i ordered two t-shirt of rs 630 where i paid rs 130 through debit card and rs 500 through voucher. But due size issue i returned that items. But till date i don't receive rs 500. I only get rs 130 which i had paid through debit card. I want my rs 500 back. Flipkart is fooling people. Many times, i have contacted to flipkart for last 20 days, and they are just saying technical problem. Now they are not refunding my remaining rs 500 money. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

              I have purchase a set motor e4 plus on 30th november 2017. Since new buying it was giving minor trouble and finally screen off on 9th december and submitted to nearest service center. They repair and after three days return back my mobile, again my mobile screen off again i submitted to nearest service centre on 27 december, this time they told me that they replaced the mother board and give back to me on 04th january 2018 again screen off on same day on reaching home. Its repeatedly problem because of its manufacturing defect and neither service center nor their customer care is taking it seriously,
              Flipkart people also not taking care of this matter, they directly refuse to help but they didn't understand its their responsibility if you become mediator in between us,

              I request you to please replace this phone. For your reference i attached the service centre recipt and invoice of mobile purchase.

                      I bought a laptop from flipkart and that product had some issues so I applied for a replacement according to company policy before 10 days of delivery
                      but it has been nearly a month there was no action taken by the company every rime I contact them they apologize and tell me to wait for 24 hours
                      I have ordered my redmi note 4 mobile which i have got but when i see it it is broken mobile screen back cover and sim slot is broken and back is broken so please give my cellphone back as soon as possible or refund my money if my issue will not be solved by 4jan i will be greatful to you

                        Refer to above subject, please note we placed the order on 20.12.2017 & TV has been delivered at my end on 23.12.2017, since then we have been continuously following up with Flipkart regarding the installation date and same has been dragging without any proper response until now.

                        At first the installation date has been reading on 27th Dec, then without any information the date changed to 30th Dec, thereafter we got several other mails mentioning technician will come on so and so date ie 2nd Jan, 3rd Jan, 4th Jan, but so far no response. In-between if saying the exact date - on 03rd Jan, flipkart person called and mentioned if we pay RS 1000 as installation charges then technician is ready to come & do the installation. How do they expect us to pay more as the installation fee is already included while we paid for the TV. We did send several mails to Flipkart customer service team but no proper response. My concern is at least give a proper response / update to customers, the so mentioned above days we have been sitting at home idle and waiting for the technician to come.

                        Please give us a clear picture about the technician visiting date so we can solve the issue amicably without further hurdles to each parties.

                          My name is sagorika ghosh. I am a regular buyer of flipkart. But the service from their side is very poor. The product quality is very bad as well as the customer service system is totally baseless.                           Delivery i saw it was totally different product. I decided to return back. Picked up on 31st december. After all of this still the refund is not updated to phone pe wallet. I called customer service on 3rd january, a caller named ekta,, she told me that it was 451, bt i told her that no it was 499, then she told the refund will be updated on 3rd january, when i asked her to know her full name, she told that it is company rules not to provide. Now today again i called bt another caller told me it is not there issue, so he told me please contact on phone pe. My question is this is not a first time every time the problem is the same why. How many times i will call,,, how many times i will mail here and there. Please tell me.

                              FLIPKART send me a set of four earrings of which one was broken. I made a replacement request The delivery boy arrived with a new product but refused to replace it. He didn't give me any reason. I called up the flipkart helpline They told me to wait for 3 days After three days they sent me a message that the replacement is cancelled.No No reason was given.I sent a number of mails but no response

                              Flipkart sent me a package of four earrings one of which was broken into two pieces.I made a replacement request. The delivery boy arrived with a new product but said it cannot be replaced.                                   Have given order dated 27th dec 2017, still the product not delivered and creating so much of noise, now they are asking me to cancel the order due to their internal issue. And the product that i have booked is a dog food its not a normal product. If they do like this if something goes wrong with my puppy who will be the responsible person. This is not acceptable at all. If i cancel the product, what kind of benefit that customer is getting finally. Please consider my consider my concern and take the necessary action

                                    I bought redmi 5a on flipkart on 4-jan-2018 at 12pm as part of the sale and by mistake i ordered 2 of them and when i cancelled 1 don't know how both of them got cancelled i have given the order id of one of them in the title, so currently when i am registering this complaint its going through cancellation.

                                        I ordered one pink sports bra on 15th december 2017. My order id is od[protected] and my mode of payment was cod. I returned the item because it was not good. As per the website information they should refund my money within 7 working day. I was suppose to receive my refund amount on 1st jan, 2018 but i didn't receive any refund.
