I would like to share some thing with you about flipkart fake commitments. I have booked a godrej almirah on 16 oct 2017 (Before 75 days), the product was delivered on 27th nov which was again a delay in delivery from flipkart as per schedule date, they delivered defective almirah. I have raised the complaint on same day to godrej representative who came to give demo. The godrej representative said he will update flipkart about this. But suddenly i received a message from flipkart that product is delivered and demo has been provided. At that time i have called up flipkart and raised complaint on 2nd dec to customer support team of flipkart and they don’t have proper team or process or the technical team. They committed to pick up the product on 5th dec but they have not picked neither amount was refunded. The same fake commitment was promised on following dates too i. E. 9th dec, 12th dec, 16th dec, 20th dec, 23rd dec, 28th dec and 30th dec. Today it’s 31st dec 2017 yet the problem is not resolved by flipkart.
They don’t have proper customer service and they don’t even follow up customers to resolve their issues. Every time i need to follow up them and in return we used to get worse service and it was every time postponed to next week day/weekend. They have never shared the details of the executive who will come to pick up the product and due this they have wasted our time in an expectation that flipkart will pick up the product on committed date but it never happened. They have wasted lot of time of mine and my family by waiting for their service. They are not committed to their service and they don’t even bothered about the customers pain or issue facing through their service. I have worst experience with flipkart and i would never recommend any one of you to purchase any product from flipkart and get into trouble.

Flipkart provides worse customer service fake commitment to customers. Overall it was an worse and bitter experience with flipkart till now. They don’t have technical team and due to this they are not picking up the product nor initiating the refund.

Yesterday flipkart committed that refund will be initiated instantly by 31st dec but nothing happened.
Today after speaking with flipkart executive for more than 2 hours. They have committed to refund the amount by 10th jan 2018 which is expected to be credited in account and this has been initiated today. Why flipkart require 10 more days we have been facing issues since 27th nov 2017 onwards and still they are not aggressive to resolve the customer issue on high priority.

On 31st Dec flipkart told us that, we had proceed the refund, which will credited by 10th Jan. 2018, we asked why you required more 10 days now, they explained that this is required for bank people to proceed this, now we received the mail from the flipkart that payment will be done by seller not from flipkart own pocket, on 31st they said we will paid, after that they sent a mail that seller will paid it

we paid to flip-kart, so its flip-kart responsibility to paid us on 1st jan 18 itself, they already delay, every time are making fake commitments, which wst of our time.

    I ordered a product 11 days back i. E 21st december 2017on flipkart site,
    While purchasing i informed that i would receive on 26 th dec 2017, later on once i contacted to consumer executive of flipkart.
    They changed date to 28 th dec 2017, still on that date i didn't receive any update and product as well.
    So i again tried to reach flipkart, again they promise me to get product within 2 days.
    Still i m waiting for product. They are not sure that i would get product on today i. E on 1st jan 2018.
    I think flipkart is doing fraud with customer they are using our money for their business.

      Hi,
      I ordered "redmi 5a (Grey, 32 gb)" phone on 21st december using replacement offer and i have paid 5049 rupees and it was delivered on 23rd december, 2017 their courier boy came and check my buy back phone and found some fault so he cancel order and return my ordered mobile on 23rd december, 2017. I checked my order refund statement on 23rd and found that, "refund accepted and your refund will be transferred to your original payment mode within 6 business days (Bank holidays not included)" but still refund is not done. I had called customer care and they told me that it will be done around 9 january, 2018.

      I need compensation for the delay as well as reason, why it was delay.

      I hope, i will get refund soon.

      I got update from Flipkart customer care as you can go for legal action because we can't proceed refund till 9th January, 2018 and as per statement on site that, refund process will be complete in 6 business day so in that case, i had cancel orderded on 23rd december, 2017, By max today, it should be refunded but still not. This is online shopping fraud and for that, i need compensation for the delay.

        Actually i have booked adidas sport shoes. When i get this product, then shoes are dirty and already used by someone before delivered me. I have applied for return with legal reason but flipkart delivery boy denied to pickup the product. I have again applied for returned but this time also return request rejected. I am totally unsatisfied with flipkart due to this behavior. I have returned request with flipkart four times but every time return request rejected. So please help me

Jio customer say that this is not support 4g volte phone only support lte. So please this phone replace as other handset.

            I have ordered skecher shoe on flipkart and i got my shoe within week. But after few days its come to know that shoe is not original skechers its duplicate copy and looking same as original. Its very shameful that india's leading website doing this kind of practice its absolutely wrong with consumer like me. I have paid 6000/- for this product. I want my hard earn money back and need justification from flipkart about this incident. I am sure many consumer got cheated by flipkart like happened with me. I urge to flipkart to please stop this practice immediately, if i will not received satisfactory answer. I will viral this incident on social media like anything and also will take legal action.

                I am really fed up with flipkart service. The worst e-commerce site in india. I have been facing lots of problem in my swipe elite sense mobile since when i purchased i. E. On 30/05/2017 from flipkart. Basically the problem is related to software, certain apps such as chrome, staticstatus, mail downloads automatically in my mobile & handset has become hanged. I tried to solve it by downloading different antivirus apps from google play store but failed. So i visited the swipe service center namely mobile city in silchar, assam &
                Handed over my handset on 17/11/2017 for repair. They said that the mobile has certain software issues and it will take nearly about two to three days to solve it. But after six days they called up me and said that the mobiles connector is damaged and i will have to pay for it. I do not understand why should i pay for this as because my mobile is in warranty period. So i am requesting you to solve the problem immediately because it is very difficult for me to work without mobile for such a long period. After that i paid rs.450/- to service center but my problem remain same. I asked to service center as you have charged me so my problem should be resolved but they told me they can’t. I tried to contact with swipe company but nobody has responded. After that i have lodged a complaint in flipkart as i purchased from them but till today they are taking time but no sign of resolve my issue.

                Now i want refund from flipkart as still this handset is under warranty. Would request you to help me to get my refund my money from flipkart.

                  I ordered this wella shampoo since it was under some discount. Less did i realise that i will be delivered a wrong/fake product. This is highly disappointing and has effected my hair. I need a replacement as soon as possible. This is so irresponsible of the vendor to delivered a fake product.. Also if i need to contact them i have no office to connect to then directly. Only option i have is to put this complaint or put it in social media as soon as possible

                    I have ordered 78 x60x5 mattress but received 72x60x5. I have not received any sms message confirming the size. After receiving the mattress i found the size as 72 instead of 78. They are not maintaining the size instead maintaining thickness as 5". It seems they are not bothering about size which is very vital factor. After complaining in compalintsboard.in, they asked me to order new mattress and they will take return of the previous mattress.                           I got a wrong size electric tandoor.in web site depth show 39 cm but actually there is not above 30 cm from any dimension like height, width, depth.
                          Customer care executive was deny to refund and told that they will give the replacement of same product, means i have to take again wrong size product.
                          Now i have decided to go for consumer forum and give this matter in press.

                            For the order id od[protected], of product roadster men's solid casual blue shirt. They made me pay two times one by cash on delivery method and one through their subsidy phonepe. Phonepe made payment to flipkart with (Transition id is c1705190838266197283956 and the merchant order id: od[protected] and merchant transaction id: psek[protected]). Flipkart team accepted their mistake and promised me refund, even after several attempts from my side calling them. They didn't do any thing.

                              When i received one call from delivery boy. He told me you came to your bus stand and take your item.

                              I told him please came at my address and give my item. The distance between my address and bus stand is around 2 km. I am not able come to bus stand. Because that time i am not at my address.

                              Your delivery boy is apply rejection request for my item. It is not good for us.

                                  I ordered a mi a1 mobile on 17th december. I can see that the mobile is at the pune hub centre.

                                  Issue 1: ekart delivery person came on 27th. My order was with an exchange of old mobile. The person rejected the exchange phone saying there is a scratch in button. I tried to mention him that functions are all working. Ps: check the images of my old phone. But he went and i told him that i will talk with flipkart team.

                                  Flipkart team told that they have raised the concerns and product will be delivered.
                                  After few hours i received a cancellation call from ekart, which i denied. I called again to the ekart delivery person and he told it must be by mistake, i will schedule a delivery for tomorrow 28th december.

                                  Issue 3: ekart delivery person didn't call or come on 28th december. And my order has been cancelled without approval.

                                  Issue 4: i tried to raise my issues with customer support team and talked multiple times, they raised a ticket and told me on 27th that delivery date is till 31st december. And today morning the item is cancelled.

                                  I am just clueless now, whom should i talk to, filpkart customer service team says that they can only raise the ticket and backend team is working on the issue (Which i don't think as at the end my order is cancelled) i can't directly call the ekart logistics team as the number provided with out of delivery message is only for a day.

                                  I tried to call at the flipkart grievance officer but it says the number is not valid.

                                  I am sorry to say but there is a large communication gap in the retail services. I haven't faced any issues from flipkart earlier, but this one is really pathetic for me.

                                  Talking to customer care doesn't help as they have raise tickets which have an estimate resolve date of 9th jan. Details of the tickets has not been shared with me, it's only the ticket id which i can see.

                                  And by the time they respond back i guess the refund process will be completed.

                                  I am just wondering, have i wasted my 15 day of time? It would have been better if i would have purchased from market.

                                  Customer raised the complaint regarding exchange issue and new product delivery, we have interacted with customer and informed that order has been cancelled due to exchange product issue (scratches on the old mobile) observed from our wish master so delivery has been cancelled from the logistic partner and refund also initiated to account and it will be reflecting with in[protected] he agreed call done on 05 Jan 2018, hence closing the case from our team.

                                    I received ambrane power bank (P-1122 na 10000mah) from flipkart.com on 9th december 2017. It has a return policy within 10 days. But, to my surprise, the product stopped working on 11th day. I tried charging several times. However, two led was blinking while charging and after some time it stopped charging at two led itself. Now, it is charging till 1 led only.
                                    I believed ambrane products as my friend is having another one with 13000mah. That’s the reason why i purchased this one. Now, i feel cheated as the product became defective just after the replacement policy duration.
                                    I would like to have a new product instead of this faulty one.

                                    Spoke to customer and informed the product has crossed 10 days replacement policy and you have raised a complaint after 10 days, informed to get in touch with ASC or brand, the details has been already shared through mail. Informed to visit authorized service center or you can contact brand, the product is within warranty . Closed from our end

                                      Please note i have placed an order of sanyo tv in the name of capt satish karamdhikar from mobile no [protected]. The register email address is [protected]@yahoo.co. Uk. The order id - od[protected]. The order was placed on 19/12/2017. That time it was told the delivery will be done on 26/12/2017. The same has not being done till date.in the mean time i have registered complaint three times to your customer care number. Every time they are telling that it has technical problem and the delivery will be done at the earliest. Fail to understand if you are not able to deliver on time why take the order in first place especially when the full payment has been done. Please revert back the status to my register email address and copy to my this address. Waiting for your reply.

                                      Customer raised the complaint regarding product delivery delay, we have interacted with customer and confirmed whether product got delivered he told yes, but he himself collected the product from logistic partner because of too much delay and unhappy with the service provided from our end apologized and noted as feedback hence closing the case from our team.

                                        I ordered boys by m1 microphone but they delivered me bricks & mirror in that box and then they cancelled my return order 5times. And they are not providing refund or replacement. Everytimes they are saying that return order cancelled due to technical issues but on social media i talked to some victims of this kind matters and they are saying that same things happened with them.
