Hi team,

Very bad experience with flipkart this time. I am regular buyer from flipkart online. I never return the products after purchase but this time when i do not like the product with bad quality now want to take refund you guys are now teaching me t&c. Very bad impression. You guys (Agent harshika) are now start making fool to customer by showing hidden wordings. Not good, so its humble request refund for order no.

    Your staff itself is unclear about the procedures to follow. They hung up the phone while i was speaking. All i wanted simply was a refund for my order but your site showed me only a replacement option. When i asked your official he said that my refund would be sanctioned if i first place a replacement request and then 24 hours later call fo refund. When i called again after a day they told me to cancel my replacement request and place a new request for refund. Your staff doesn't know the procedures properly, they are confused themselves and are constantly harassing the customer with a simple refund request.

      I am resident of Mumbai my name is Hitesh staying in Andheri East I ordered OPPO a71 from Flipkart on Saturday[protected]. I paid through my card and my order was confirmed promising to delivered my product on Sunday I waited but on my Flipkart app it shows that my product is prosponeded and I will get it on Monday
      And then I received an email from Flipkart that the seller has cancelled and I will get refund after six working days.

      If the order is cancelled by the seller it is not my problem. I ordered only one phone and when I was tracking the order it showed me it reached Andheri courier and is ready for dispatch on Sunday.
      If the order was cancelled by the seller than the tracking of my product u r showing is wrong and the seller must have cancel before dispatch from him.
      The update of tracking u r showing are wrong, why should I wait six working days for refund of my product which I have not cancelled and already paid.

        I had requested Flipkart for the return of product but they haven't kept their promise, they said that they'll be picking up the shipment within 16th of January but they haven't and i again called them so again they took a time till 22nd of January which is today, but they haven't even responded to me till now, i hope this teaches them

          My account is blocked by somehow i dont know. I had ordered an fossil watch which i had received a totally different watch. So i had requested a return for a refund after requesting my account is blocked and now my money is lost with the account. How i am able to reach flipkart. They just block users account by giving fake product and taking customers money

            I had ordered qty 1 shivalik herbal indian ayurvedic goji cream 50 gm x 4 vide oder id:od[protected]. On delivery rs 4300/- was paid. On opening the packet, it was found that there was only 50 gm x 1 tube instead of 50 gm x 4. Customer care was informed. A replacement was sent. However once again only 50 gm x 1 was found. It was not accepted and returned to the executive.
            The above incedents shows poorly on the professionalism of your executive. Requested to resolve at the earliest.

                  I have ordered asus zenfone4 mobile from flipkart, on 27/12/2017. After receiving the product on 28/12/2017 there is problem in the mic of the phone. So i called in flipkart and ask for the replacement as per the replacement policy but still there is no action is taken from there site every time i call the customer care and argue for the replacement but still the issue is not resolved so i request u to pls help me on this.

                  I have also escalate the issue to consumer complaint redressal council

Once he reach my location he called me and i said i was not there and give my things to security whoever there... He had delivered the things once later the delivery man took things back.. And the status is showing that the things is delivered... What is the next procedure? When i will get my things??

                      Customer raised a complaint payment was debited twice for the same order in that one amount was not refund back to customer, we coordinate with team and provided amount which was pending and sent email as refund is completed from our end, hence closing the complaint from our end.
                      Where you revert and when i need my money back otherwise i will take legal action on it.

                        I requested for replacement as my product was freezing and there was auto call disconnection. At first technician visit they filed a false report regarding the issue was resolved. And again today in the second visit the same person was there and they had the same casual behaviour. And secondly the seller has delivered a faulty product. It has not recieved oreo update till now. So i guess flipkart must check these issues and very importantly the technician issue. They always keep saying they will not entertain any troubleshooting provided by the manufacturer. Is it a joke? Mi community forum is providing the steps and they are not accepting those steps. They don't even know how to check the network signal.

                          I ordered a iball phone from flipkart order id od[protected] when i open the packet phone sealed is open battery is puffed and phone is dead. At the same time i complaint in flipkart customer care they said u will get a replacement for this on or by 4 jan 2018 but phone is not replace. I again compalint for it but still my replacement. I complaint 4 times but no response coming from flipkart. Replacement is cancelled by 4 times.

                            I purchased 2 mobiles of samsung by flipkart and i also paid the amount of 22k something by the card but by mistake 2 mobile ordered. But
                            I called and request again and again on flipkart and seller but they are very indecent people they told me that they cannot help me.

                            I really feel i am very helpless from the flipkart and flipkart seller, i am very tensed and i lost my money 22k something i want to return only one mobile or replace another mobile with more features. But they can't listen me and they are give me headache totally and dipression.

                            So i want to justice now please listen me and take action against flipkart and seller.
                            I am very tensed plz take action as soon as possible.

                              I had requested to order a law book... And requesting to pay half from pay balance and remaining from my bank account... Money from bank has been credited to flipkart but pay balance somehow failed... After several request the customer service executive have spoken very rudely.. The book never got ordered but they have not returned my money yet.. I have a text message saying if order not placed money would b returned but nothing of that sort has happened... This is the.                                 With refrence to the above, we have order a vu tv 49 inch, online on 15-1-17, received the same on 19-1-18, invoice no, fabbnr[protected] dt, 17-1-18, amount rs, 29999 paid by card, and physically check the product it was ok, no physically damage, after that on 19-1-18, service engineer mr, ramesh from jeeves had come to install the same vu tv, during the installation we found vu tv on left side of the screen internal damage was found and mark was showing clearly, the same time we have complained to mr, ramesh, installation service engineer from jeeves, he asked us to check for 2 or 3 days, if the screen display falt will not disapear then complain for replacement to flipcart costumer care, and the same we are requesting you to replace the same with higher model of vu tv with 140 cm, (55 cm,) ultra hd, (4k) led smart tv (Ltd55x1780xwau3d_hdr) costing rs, 50999, out of this amount we have paid for above rs, 29999, the balance amount, rs, 21000 will pay on the same replacement delivery,

                                  Sir, i ordered a cell phone from flipkart (Karbonn titanium jumbo), the item shipped was defective and has performance issues: hangs the moment you switch it on, lags n freezes, display also works hayward. Now, i did not demanded a refund initially, rather, as per 10 day return policy i simply expected a replacement, something i have full right to.

                                  Upon my replacement request, flipkart sent a technician who tried to troubleshoot the phone and then submitted a false feedback and cheated me for all my queries, refer below points:
                                  1. My issue - phone hangs and freezes. Technician's response - with a blunt attitude, said 'sir ab is budget me esa hi phone milega, thode jada pese daal lete to ye issue nhi hota, 5 hajar ke fone me aur kya loge'
                                  2. My issue - inaccurate display/touch
                                  Technician's response: this phone has gorilla glass, so the issue will remain. Dnt expect a better touch.
                                  3. My issue - product replacement.
                                  Technician's response: sir, if you don't sign the blank feedback form, your replacement will not be initiated. Its all upto me, you have to sign else i can deny your replacement request further.

                                  Fraud activity: on that request form, he filled status : 'customer issue resolved, customer happy.'
                                  This is sheer lie and fraud activity by flipkart. Sir, i assure you, my issue is not at all resolved nor am i happy.

                                  Further to above, i called up flipkart again and cc executive raised a new request for return, which flipkart is delibrately keeping as pending so once a period of 10 days is over, my product will not be eligibile for return as per seller's policy. This is a well organized fraud and cheating activity by flipkart, to avoid a customer's return of product.
                                  Customer care executives of flipkart have been constantly making false committments to me about the return of product. They have assured me on calls, my return is aporoved and product will be picked up for return.

                                  Please tell me why am i being cheated in this fashion and who will be responsible once my product is out of 10 day return policy.

                                  Why is flipkart doing this to me just to delay my request and finally deny to it using the replacement policy clause as a tool? Why nobody is taking any action against this organized fraud activity?

                                  What kind of a behavior and tech resolution is this???

                                  I seek resolution to this...

                                    A defective dell laptop was delivered to me then they did not bother to call me for more than 24 hours even after the complaint was registered. When a request was made to them that since dell, or flipkart are unable to deliver products which is defect-free then they should replace with a better version of which i am agreeable to pay the balance. That too, was turned down by them. My experience with flipkart has been very bad and there is nothing which is known as 'flipkart assured'. The only assurance that you can get is of a defective product which will neither be returned nor replaced.                                       U knw what difficulties user faced while placing their order in any sale and i want to know u that, this was my 1st order of this phone

                                        I did buy an iphone from flipkart. It was damaged from its corners. It doesn’t work properly. It has ten days replacement policy. There is no appearance of replacement in the app. Please resolve my issues soon as possible. Please replace the product soon as possible before the expiration date of replacement policy. I shall be very thankful to you for this.

                                        Customer was facing multiple issues with the product (damaged, dead on arrival and IMEI mismatch). Replacement has been provided and this was confirmed by the customer. Since the issue has been resolved, we are closing the case.
