My name is pranay dulal. On 28 nov i odered boat 600 headphone it is shown that it will be delivered on 30 november but the delivery boy didn't deliver. Again i called then he saying he is out of the delivery address he will not deliver on 1 dec also. This rude behaviour of gaurav (Delivery boy) is not tolerated. I want my item today itself because i will not be available from tomorrow....

Now this is height of bad customer services... I have not revived any resolution for this issue... Its been more than 30 days that i first reported this problems and also deactivate my flip kart account and nobody response and call me back

My return was processed only partially: i was supposed to receive half refund in phonepe wallet and half through egv.
