On 15th dec 17 i ordered nikon 5300 dslr with 18 140 lense by bajaj no cost emi. I received parcel on 18th (Today) as soon as i opened the box i found total garbage stuff inside. I informed delivery boy from ekart. He told me to call flipkart customer care... I did same they told me to wait till 30th dec.
My order no. Od[protected].
Before fileing fir i would like to give 2, 3 days to flipkart, because i hope flipkart will solve my problem soon.

      I purchased phone on 15th dec, it was delivered to me on 17th around 2.30pm
      Same day i did not do much with phone. But very next morning i started to use the phone.. I noticed display lines... And speaker's issue. I immediately raised return request with flipkart... As per the process they sent the technician home and he saw the phone and saw the defect on phone.. He saw he would send the details to flipkart and they would take any decision.. Next moment i see on flipkart notes return rejected as issue was resolved after troubleshooting... This is just insane... I hope some one can help me get new phone

          I ordered a msi laptop with order id od[protected] on 7th december and was expected to be shipped by 9th december. It has been 9 days since ordered and the details is still showing that it will be shipped by 9th december while the delivery date was postponed to every three days while no reason was given for the delay. Now the offer period is over and no news is given about the laptop which leads me to think that flipkart will just cancel the order and fooled us by giving the fake sale

            Dear sir, i bought an leeco le max 2 (Rose gold, 32gb) smart phone @ 11, 999/- from flipkart. But they send me a defective handset. I m facing so many problem in this phone like hanging problem, low battery backup etc. I complained so many time to flipkart but every time they told me that i should go to customer center of handset company. But company has been leave india so many months ago. So there is no any customer center of this phone. Flipkart promise me so many on phone that they will take some action against this problem but they didn't. I told them why are u selling this kind of phone whom's company are not working in india. But they have no answere.
            Please help me to recover my value of phone.

              Dear flipkart, why don't you clear things to the customer before he order a product that you can't deliver product in discounted price.
              Now i am very serious. I will not spare flipkart this time until i get my order.
              I have ordered moto g5 plus (4gb ram) on 17th december under "new pinch days" sale via my card and paid rs.9899 already. After then i have received a sms & a mail which state that my order has been placed successfully and confirmed. Everything was perfect till 3.28pm. On today at 3.29pm received a text and mail which state that my order has been cancelled.
              Wow! Again after 7th-9th december sale, same thing happend another time. Last time on 9th december, ordered mi a1 (Order id : od[protected] at 12, 699 via my sbi card, and on 10th december received the same kind off mail and my order had been cancelled by seller. I had contacted flipkart customer service team on the same day but they don't provide resolution except apology and also promise in future if the things happed they will provide compensation.
              As the incident repeated once again, this time i want my order asap, i don't want to listen any explanations. As per policy, i paid rs.9899 for moto g5 plus, order has been placed and confirmed successfully. As the seller/flipkart confirmed my order already, then seller/flipkart has to take the responsibility to fulfill the order at any cost.
              I will do the needful and will take serious action against flipkart unless receive proper resolution and compensation for this harrassment and the ordered product with in 48 hours.

                  This is sreekanth. I order samsung on next mobile (Order id:od[protected] in flipkart on 7th dec 2017. I received a different product called moto g+ mobile delivered by a flipkart on 9th dec. I placed a request for return/replace the product which i ordered but i didn't get any response from them. I kept on calling customer service since 10th dec 2017 but those bloody people telling that they provide an update within next 24 hrs but as of now i didn't get an update. I really tired frustrated with these nasty service providing by flipkart. I don't really understand how long these people are taking to come and pick up the product and deliver the correct product. Please assist me to get product/refund the amount at the earliest convenience. Thanks for your support.

                      If the product was not available, you should show out of stock. After placing my order why you have cancelled my order while i had paid for this. I have not get my refund now. All the offers has gone out and now i can't order any other mobile. Don't cancel my order and send it to me as soon as possible. I trusted on the site but it totally disappointed me.

                        Too much delay in delivery of the product every time writing the complaint about delivery time and the quality of the product and also packing of the product still not improved any of the things i mentioned above.                           I ordered a Pixel 2 on 15th December 2017. The order was confirmed and the item was dispatched. A day later I found out that the order has been cancelled and that I will get my refund. I was desperately waiting to replace my phone and now thanks to Flipkart I don't have what I wanted and they get to keep my money for a week.

                              Dear sir,
                              I have bought a acer aspire laptop vide order no. Od[protected] on 12 dec 17. On the specification page of the said laptop the operating system written is linux. Whereas i received this item with pre installed endless operating system. This operating system has so many restrictions and is of no use for me. There are also many quality and technical defects in this laptop which makes its useless and non compatible with usage of other softwares. There is no mention of pre installed endless operating system in the specification and its restrictions on the website page.
                              I have purchased this product online on the trust of the information displayed on the website. As the compnay claims that customer satisfaction prime concern of flipkart they should positively attend such type of issues. But they only make fool of customer with giving fake things, make money and dont willing to return back.

                              Please help me
                              Iam trying to return this product but flipkart is not co-operating they are taking time in some or other pretext. I have got a product with wrong specification and now seller is unwilling to return.

                                I ordered a recently launched phone, micromax canvas infinity pro, and received it on time. I used it for three days and faced a lot of trouble with it:
                                * fingerprint doesn't respond quickly.
                                * phones and the camera lags.
                                * overheating.
                                * battery draining soon.
                                I requested for the refund but the flipkart agent tried some sort of troubleshooting and sent me a replacement of the phone (Against my will). I received the replacement in three days and the new phone does the same thing. I am still facing the same issues with the another phone. It is purely a hardware issue which i suppose every micromax canvas infinity pro will have.
                                I am now requesting for the return and refund of the product but flipkart is denying that and forcing me to troubleshoot again. I cannot spend time on the phone for worthless troubleshooting. Though i have done the factory reset which didn't fix the issue.
                                Flipkart is sending me a technician which i cannot wait for since i work in a day shift and cannot take time off from the office.
                                This is seriously annoying as flipkart is not making their promise of keeping their customer happy and forcing to follow their policies.
                                All the agents, including seniors and managers are repeating the same policies like a robot, and doesn't care about the customers.

                                I have not yet received the refund l of my payment .. Dec 8th canceled my order..now Dec 16th but I don't get back my refund payment ..what happened. Refund a money to my account quickly..

                                Hi,
                                I have made some apparel shopping on flipkart by using bajaj emi card about an week ago. and that loan amount has been successfully received by flipkart. but today I have returned one of its products. so I wanted to know how am I going to get refund for this. would that amount is going to be refunded to my bank account?
                                I have received an old and bad product broken .I want to return it but it will be replaced no option of return.

                                    I have placed the order of whirlpool 330 frost free refrigerator on 15.12.2017 and have received the product in damaged condition on 16.12.2017.

                                    I have been told by the logistics team that the replaced product will be delivered next day (17.12.2017). However the order was cancelled by the seller and the refund initiated without intimating to me.

                                    When i called the customer care i have been told that seller has cancelled the order from his end as the seller does not have the product in stock. However when i checked on the website i could see that the product is available from the same seller but at a higher price.

                                    I have purchased the above product in offer and now i am getting the same product at higher price.

                                    I would like to understand the cancellation policy and also understand why i should bear the higher cost without having any fault at my end.

                                    This was purely a fail from the seller and logistics team and i have to suffer for it...

                                    I have wasted my time and energy.. This has happen many a times. Which gives very bad experience to the customers and would result in flipkart loosing it reputation.

                                    Hope this complaint is taken into consideration ans action would be taken to improve the customer satisfaction.

                                      I have purchased redmi note4 from a mobile shop where shopkeeper ordered this phone from flipkart where other than me have the phone receipt/bill, so now i want my phone bill which were sent/e-mailed to x-person who is not the actual phone owner.                                       The customer complaint about the invoice copy and bill. We had interacted with the customer and informed we are sorry we can't find any details of the order and asked customer to contact the original buyer from where you have made a purchase and ask him/her to login to flipkart account and download the invoice from there. The customer customer agreed hence closing the complaint from our end.

                                        I had deactivated my flipkart account previously but is unable to reactivate it now they are saying to contact our customer and when i click to contact them it's saying to log in 1st then somehow i managed to get costumer service no. Then they are saying to wait on line, call cannot be completed, they are busy etc...
