    My name is hardik wadhwa, i am flipkart unhappy customer. I am not satisfied with your services. I bought wireless earphone (Bluebird) from flipkart, when i recived this was broken our its packing is worst in condition when is requst to return it the return pickup delivery men reject to pickup, he says to me that this product is green in color showing in my system then i said this product has four in color and not mention that which i have to choose then the flipkart sent me black in color. Then the delivery boy says that my application is not updated thats why i am ready to accept your return but i am not sure to say it will accepted or not and after some time the request is rejected by flipkart but i my product is not returned and why i am taking return why i am facing this all. I have not extra time for your worst service. And the product quality is also worst one thing more that i was order some product and that i recived another.

      It's been two and half months that i'm. Trying to get a refund on the product which has multiple manufacturing issues with very poor quality product. Flipkart always extending or canceling the refund/ return request with out giving a proper resolution. They just trust their seller never listen to customer. I'm fedup calling flipkart customer care because everytime we need to speak to different person and when we explain they say we will escalate this issue further and you will receive a call back in 24 hrs and when i get a call back they again say we will look into this in 24-48 hrs.in reality it's been more than 2 months and my request got reject thrice and 4 then one in logged and they are keep on changing dates for that as well.

        An order was placed with flipcart for a pair of shoes on 04 october 2017. Payment was done for rs 3995 through hdfc bank. Bank deducted amount from my account. Proof exists and sent to both parties. As per flipkart customer support money has not been credited. Repeated correspondence with both the agencies in the last 3 months have not resolved the issue. Hdfc bank has consistently been saying that the money has been credited to flipcart. I have received the mail on 10 january 2018 from hdfc bank, contents are given below:-

          Worst online site ever!!! Flipkart gives horrible experiance. Never ordering from here again full of fraud sellers. Ordered a product from flipkart. Firstly the product is of very poor quality and then after i got the product it was teared off in the bottom of the sets. There is written that they will be giving 10 day replacement but thats a lie. Flipkart will schedule a technician visit which they did and till now no technician visited. Its been more than a week and flipkart customer care is so unproffesional they dont even know how to function. They dont even call you unless you msg them and then they make another fake promise to schedule a visit. Now they have cancelled the visit and told me that seller isnt sending anyone. Wow kudos to your service very nice behaviour. Its all money making business for flipkart and this seller. They dont care about the customer. Very disgraceful. Worst online site ever. Will suggest relatives and friends to think twice before ordering anything from flipkart. Instead of resolving the issue they will put you through mental torture. For them replacement means putting off the consumer and wasting their time and money. They dont have the courtesy to solve the issue and they have no control over sellers. The seller denied sending a technician for a visit and flipkart is sitting idly letting seller exploit the customers. Insensitive customer support!!! Do not order anything from flipkart because they dont even know what a replacement is and if seller denied you will be stuck with a product with worst quality and wastage of money. They dont even make any ammends for the seller behaviour. Flipkart does not care. Shame on customer service. Pathetic policies. No guaranteed replacements as nobody will even come to your home and flipkart wont even care. They got their money now they dont need to serve you. Never ordering from flipkart. Full of fraud sellers and disgusting service!!!

          This is in reference to the conversation I had with one of your customer care personnel on MONDAY. He asked me for another 24 hours as he again confirmed me that the seller will be sending a technician to our home for sure to review the second product with order id - OD[protected]. And he assured me that this will be the last 24 hours that they have demanded from us and then also if the seller do not visit, then Flipkart will be taking action against it. I waited yesterday and no technician showed up !!

          Let me remind you that this is the 6th visit scheduled from flipkart and till now its been half a month and no one is visiting to review the product. Are you taking the advantage of the customer time? Do you think customers are stupid? I haven't in my life wasted so much time on any online site, but flipkart is forcing me to go through all this mental exhaustion !!!

          Firstly I had gone through all this for this product with another order id:OD[protected] . For that also there were so many technicians visit scheduled and ALL I GET WAS A CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE CALLING ME AND ASKING FOR ANOTHER 24 HOURS !!! IS THIS YOUR POLICY??? Is this called 10 day replacement ?????? I am putting a lot of time in waiting for you guys to take any action and you are just taking advantage o[censored]s. Both order id's are of same product and same seller. Why are you wasting our time on both of them seperately?

          Now since again no technician visited, Do stick to your words and take action against the seller because now we wont be giving any 24 hours .What a site, the customer has to message and message all the time and wait for you to make another fake promise. Is your site run by sellers?? if seller is doing watever he likes instead of taking action against him Why are you making the customer wait? what kind of site is that which makes customer wait for so long. If seller is out of your control then why are you giving those policies? You guys are abusing customer's patience beyond limit !!!

            I am sunil kumar jain with mobile# [protected] (Currently avaiable only on whatsapp as i am out of india since 4th jan 2018). I could never imagine that flipkart could be such a mean, cheap company... When i ordered my mobile phone lenovo k8 note on 28th dec 2017, it was delivered on 30th dec 2017 (Looks like they wanted to get rid of damaged ohone quickly)... I was convinced without really checking it for 3 days and screen saver put on its screen. When i put the sim on 2nd jan 2018, i was not able to hear anything, immediately i put the return request online... So i started getting calls from customer care saying that do not worry, we will resolve your problem and though there was nothing to solve for demegaed, they were just convincing do not worry — and started sending me mail to provide feedback from customer care!!! What is this non sense, which feedback they were asking... And return request which i had given on-line, that was removed by flipkart team!!! This bloody cheap company... It has to be penalized for their conduct and playing with customer hard earned eating the money — they have to pay the penanlty as well on top of whatever is the price of the phone. Its highly serious and sensitive matter where a compnay ealiting customer money by delivering damged item and not ready for return...

              I had orderd samsung gear fit 2 pro on 24th dec 2017 it has been delivered on 26th dec with an opened seal samsung box inside but the outer box packing is gud. And the smart band was missing inside the box. I had given for the return request on 26th dec itself but they told to wait till jan 7th. I had waited and a person from quality team talk with me and he told product has been well packed from our side. And we will look into this issue and will update u. But on jan 10th my return request has been cancelled. I had paid 12590 rs. And received an empty box plz look into my issue and my order id is od[protected]

              Images regarding my issue i have shared with flipkart customer care service but no proper response.

              Outer box is packed well but inside the samsung box seal has been opened and a cello tape has been pasted. This is the way you will intact the product? Don't say simple reason. And how can you close my case without taking proper action.Take proper action against seller and refund my amount.

                This was product was delivered on Oct 9th 2017.
                Please look into it as soon as possible and do the needful
                Feel this an irresponsible act from such an reputed organisation, hope this get resolved very soon and doesn't make me to decide to stop using Flipkart forever and recommend the same to others

                  Flipkart fraudulent & scam activity in daylight fraudulent & scam activity in daylight with their own customers

                  Flipkart being the reputed has become the no. 1 fraud company in india from 3 to 4 years.

                  Many people do complain at almost every consumer website if you read articles but indian people seems to have trusted this 'online portal ' as their trust worthy because of their few transcatins but they will soon realise the flipkart as no.1 fraud once they are robbed & looted in daylight.

                  But in reality 'flipkart' is a big fraud based company and if you purchased anything then all your money is gone.
                  Never pay a penny to flipkat.
                  Never trust this flipkart.

                  Never buy anything from flipkart

                  Never suggest or recommend flipkart shopping to anyone.

                  Never order with cod because you wil get big soaps.
                  Never order via prepaid method by paying with your secured card, if you pay, flipkart will cancel your order and you will have to wait for more than 30 days, you will automatically forget your money due to your day to day activities, but if you still remember your hard earned money then you will realise that your money has not been credited so you will again go to your bank to discuss details then the bank wil say that the flipkart has not been refunded so ultimately you will be bound to contact fraud flipkart again, they wil say that they had already refunded but as per bank's authority they wil ask you if flipkart has refunded then show us the 'refund transcation id' so will again call flipkart's executives and continue transfering your calls to supervisor and team managers they will then admit their mistakes but they will not send the 'refund transaction id' to your email despite your several request, ultimately they will not give u complete resolution so you need wait for another week atleast but then again you will call them to get your refund but soon they will disconnect your call and u have to sit back and give up. Thus you transaction with 'flipkart will be proved fraud. And your money will never been credited to your account. Thats how you wil give up completey. Flipkart loots in daylight,

                    I purchased a mobile handset yu yureka plus from flipkart on 25th jan 2017. As per brand warranty of one year, mobile is repairable until 24th jan 2018.

                    Yesterday on 9th jan my mobile didn't start, therefore, visited yu service center in jaipur, however, service center has confirmed that mobile warranty has finished on 26-dec-2017 as your mobile was showing activated on 26-dec-2016 and it will cost you approx. 3300 for installing system software and motherboard.

                    I am feeling cheated that i have been delivered used mobile by flipkart/seller due to which warranty period has been over.

                      I have ordered moto x4 from filpkart worth rs 22399. But as soon as i got the phone it gets heated, the camera is not working properly, there is too much noise in camera and the product is of bad quality. Please i need help they are offering me replacement but i asked some people and they said the specific motorola device has problems from manufacturer so no replacement can help it.                           Flipkart policy on books only replacement not return.

                          So i complete replacement process but again i received wrong book this is rich dad poor dad book (Cost 170 rupees).

                            I have purchased the puma hip hop 5 dp sneakers (Blue) from flipkart with order id od[protected] but within 5-6 days the soul of my shoes was broken.

                            I have requested the refund/replacement and when corrier guy came then he refused to take products all time as he said product was used. I said to him that i have request refund because quality is not good but he didn't take the product.

                            Same thing happens again with me from the same seller. I bought the same shoes with order id od[protected] and shoes tore within 3-4 month.

                            They sell fake products in the name of brands. Please enquire this matter and give me justice.

                              My cousin sister rashmi mishra purchased one mobile phone from flipkart website date of purchase is[protected]. Mobile price rs.829. I get deliver this product on 6 jan 2018. But when i open deliver i got empty box means no mobile inside. I compliant to flipkart website. The customer service take my compliant and tell me wait 20 jan 2018. But now i get mail that flipkart denied my refund and one more thing flipkart close my account. So i can, t login.in my flipkart wallet rs 278 balance remaining so, iam not able to login and use my account. Kindly refund my 829rs mobile + my 279 rs in flipkart wallet.                                 I received a product (sonilex FM) on
                                December 31, 2017. Suddenly it is not working after one day. When we switched on, there is a no sound. We are able to see the display but we are unable to hear sound even at full volume. We are very much disappointed with flipkart, we did not expected. Could you please replace the product.

                                    As per my experience, flipkart is cheating with the customer who make advance payment to flipkart. Very rude delevery man who called me but did not come to my house to delver product
                                    And even when i told him to come he denied to come and told me to come next day means 10th jan 2018, and after that call with delivery man (Raj pal contact number [protected]) i got sms from flipkart that product is delevered.

                                    Please show me the that product receiving list where i have signed. Otherwise, you all are cheaters.

                                    This day 9 jan 2018 bad day due to flipkart. I am fully mentally harassed even i slapped my 2 years child also who was disturbing me while i was making complain to customer service which was also very unusefull time wastage call.

                                    Not satisfied. This is the first step of complain. I am youtube and i have followers more than 50k in social meda and more tha 500 groups. I will surely make this videos and complain to other authority to take serious and will take legal action against flipkart

                                    These guys are cheating and harassing customer

                                    He called me at 2.18 i told him complete address but he did not come. Even in evening, i confirmed with him at 19.55 that my product is not delivered he told me he will not come today will come tomorrow. And at 9:50 i have received sms and email also that my product is delivered and even this is updated in my flipkart account.
